Fawn's   bright   brown   eyes   widened   in   shock,   her   tiny   body   stiffened   akin   to   a   stunned   deer.

She   hadn't   considered   crossing   paths   with   a   human   in   a   place   like   this!   Though   it   wasn't   unheard   of   for   humans   to   spot   fairies   ....   it   wasn't   ideal.

A   long   silence   lingered   before   her   wings   fluttered   nearly   as   fast   a   hummingbirds,   she   had   to   get   out   of   here!

A   glance   and   then,   she   made   her   escape,   zooming   farther   into   the   forest,   the   pixie   dust   that   emanated   from   her   left   a   sparkly   trail   on   the   earth   and   grass   below.   The   only   thing   signifying   she   had   been   there.

"i think it's over for me ... for the whole band actually." i sigh dramatically, and i'm doing a shit job of hiding the smirk on my face. Artist note: I’m so proud of this :))) I know it’s a lot of dialogue and reading, but dialogue is grueling work for me. I’m glad with the art and for the amount of pages I made in such a relatively short time span -w- page 5 was super fun to work on. A lot of blood, sweat, and hours here... :) The backgrounds were a big bore tbh, but I finished them! Yippie!

People were pulling up for the event and Sam had convinced a group of friends to show up. He was a bit of a geek for all things space-related, so he was excited. He hopped on the bonnet of his friend's truck and pulled out a slider from the cooler bag of snacks, and took a large bite. "Yo, Liv...did you make these?" He asked before he took another large bite. He didn't realize just how hungry he had been.

It wasn't like her to make these kinds of mistakes, to end up in this kind of situation, and yet despite the fact she so openly prided herself on her self - sufficiency, it seemed her subconscious had decided solely to seek out one person in particular - regardless of how much he could possibly help.

A clear blood trail was left in her wake as the archer hurriedly stumbled forth, fighting to keep eyes open and body moving onward, but the thought of what would happen should she concede ... It was one Yelan couldn't bare to entertain.

Only when a familiar voice met her ears - the very one she'd been seeking out - did some sense of relief wash over her, though such a feeling didn't last long. A renewed sense of dread settled in, however, as shouting came from not too far away.

" I - Itto -- " Yelan's voice was shaky at best, breaking off into a series of heavy coughs as she braced herself against nearby tree for support, though it hardly took long for her to finally fall to her knees in a growing puddle of her own blood.

"you know you look way better in my clothes than i do," he murmurs, his eyes filled with adoration. you smile up at him, feeling his warmth envelop you. he leans down, pressing a tender kiss to your lips, his fingers gently brushing your cheek. "my perfect girl," he whispers against your lips, making your heart flutter. jay's kisses trail from your lips to your forehead, his touch soft and loving.

"well, aren't you the cutest thing ever?" he laughs, pulling you into his arms. you grin, snuggling closer as his familiar scent surrounds you. he leans in, pressing a sweet, lingering kiss to your lips. "my darling," he murmurs, resting his forehead against yours. "i might just let you keep it," he adds with a chuckle, his eyes shining with affection.

"my pretty angel," he murmurs, stepping closer and wrapping his arms around you from behind. you lean back against him, feeling the steady beat of his heart. "you know, you can't just go around stealing my clothes and expect no consequences," he teases. he turns you around and lifts your chin, his eyes locking with yours before he kisses you. "you’re too cute for your own good," he whispers against your lips, making you giggle.
