As the 20th birthday of the LOTR films approache, I try to do some hobbit recipes, from hobbits cookbook or from my own recipe. Now, I've had a good hobbit breakfast, and I might go on some adventure later today, but as a seasoned adventurer, I know that adventures are a dangerous activity! So I need to think reeeeeally hard about whether or not to go, while I take my SECOND BREAKFAST! What's best for that then hot chocolate, and doubled baked honey cake? Beorn gave me the recipe, and I had to try it! Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. These were juste perfect! And so easy to make!
