I'm going to be so real I do not understand tim & steph shippers who feel that Steph dating Tim again would save her character. You can make an argument that giving Tim a more compelling love interest would be beneficial for him! And you can at least make an argument that the fujo mischaracterization of Steph would stop. However she'd still, inevitably, be treated as a prop character/extension for someone more popular 😭 it also wouldn't make her appear in more books! Tim doesn't have many frequent appearances at the moment either! You can just say you like the couple and want them back together without acting like you have some kind of moral stance

VS DROW

First, Shadar Kai! They're former elves of the shadowfell, though now some half-living offshoot. Normal human height. They can see in the dark and teleport, turning all ghostly when they do so. This is the player kind, so don't have to deal with the depression aura of the monster manual version! And...that's all we learn of the PC version, so for once I'm actually glad for the MPMM's hatred for detail.

The average drow is a 5 foot (1.5 m) cursed elf that's cartoonishly evil to the point of parody. That's not actually innate, their goddess just personally has the good ones killed and tries to manipulate/torment them to be even more evil. So there are actually nice ones, I mean they used Drizzt as thier only example photo, but most drow that survive to adulthood are going to be sadistic and dominant. Primed and ready if you're into manipulation and being used! Or someone with a hell of a lot of trauma.

I'm figuring out how to make these look...decent, because some of these have too many artworks with background for me to comfortably do my usual basic photo editing.

Honestly, it starts to make sense why I dislike Leda so much, sometimes to the point I feel a pit in my stomach when people express love/lust for her. It is not her being crazy fanatical bitch in the 'bad' way (like.. Alfred, Adella, Lautrec and Queelign fall for the trope as well after all), but the fact that she is like this over Miquella specifically. Because she is like a manifestation of this type of fans, as if developers knew what's going on in the fandom. :/

Like, no other character attracted fans THIS repulsive and obnoxious and intolerant for different interpretations. They were acting like fanatics as though they themselves fell for the Bewitching Branch energy before DLC, they are still doing this now. It falls for the common behaviour "trope" in other fandoms where the nicest characters/niches attract the worst kind of people.

I was ALSO fed up with 'evil Miquella' readings, I am still fed up with 'greep Gehrman' takes etc, but I still disapprove of 'gEt MeDiA LiTeRaCy uwu' behaviour in the fandom!! Anyways this blog is a safe space for people that dislike Miquella or want to shape him into Griffith or whatever you like

Reading a fic that's so well written I wish I could close my eyes and just let the descriptions and atmosphere wash over me, but the dilemma with closing my eyes is, well, I then would not be able to continue reading this fic, now would I.

#fanfiction #fanfic #reading #i don't read longform fic very often but this one is so good wow i'm in awe and clicking next chapter next chapter #the movie it's for I'm not even a particular major fan of itself but I am a fan of the character and the ideas and oh my god #they perfect it to a tee in every way even better than the movie could and yet keep their characterization spot on in line with the og #it's amazing the way they balance the humour and banter with the suspense/tension and drama/horror #and their descriptions are gorgeous/pick out just the right details #their follow-up is more canonical to me as a sequel than the actual official sequel which is wrong in so many ways #and I am in love with their writing style so much my god #i'll say the fic if asked probably will honestly make a rec post for it when I'm done just because wow but here i'm just vague posting #i mean it's 10 yrs old and I've been reading fic for 8-9 yrs and it is truly one of the best I've read in all of that #from all my tags I mean you can labour a guess for the fandom or fic and if you were to guess it wow good job I'd be impressed #but anyway !!! love finding masterpieces I hope this person decided to become an author in those 10 yrs almost *sobs*#I'm gonna say the fic anyway whatever it's From Out the Ocean Risen by Bluestar god it's good (for p/acific r/im)

i finally read the last chapter of jjk and am genuinely confused about people saying that gojo was forgotten? or that it was the worst ending ever?

literally the time he spent with his kiddos and what he taught them is exactly how he'll be remembered. and i think he wouldn't want it any other way rather than them moping about his death at his grave. he wanted them to actually move on, live life and that's what they have now. they get to be to others what gojo was to them: a teacher, a mentor, a friend... even family. :')

i swear i made a post identical to this a couple months ago but i have GOT to find some horror movies once i have more time to watch movies. i used to have my dad and my best friend at the time reccomend me horror movies but my dad likes slashers (good, but not scary) and my best friend at the time liked artsy a24 psychological type shit (good, but too heavy to watch on a very regular basis. i have to pace myself) and there HAS to be a middle ground. please. pleage.
