Do you think things would have been diffrent for the Uchihas if Minato stayed alive?

I'm not really sure, and I'm no fan of Minato, but this is just my opinion, maybe my opinion changes overtime. It's based on that that Danzo, Homura and Koharu were influenced by Tobirama's mindset about the Uchiha clan, but that wasn't the case with Minato. (That doesn't change he believes in the will of fire though, but he does not hold hatred against the Uchiha)

The Uchiha clan distrust worsened after the Kyuubi attack and Hiruzen taking the Hokage position again when the clan saw Fugaku as finally capable of reaching political power (it was shattered..), besides the discrimination, etc, let's say Minato survived, he knew Obito (disguised as Madara, he didn't know his real identity, but my point is clear) was the one that was controlling the Kyuubi, he knew the Uchiha clan wasn’t directly involved in the incident but only one missing-nin and he would take care of him by taking action, because he wouldn't let the clan suffer for ONE rogue ninja. He would also take action to prove that the Uchiha clan is innocent, or that they really weren't involved in it (?)

I also don't think he'd agree to the genocide if Danzo suggested it and the council agreed to it, he wouldn't be a bystander like Hiruzen, and he'd handle it other way, finding a real solution. Maybe he could try talking to Fugaku, to negotiate, but find another way for sure.

I don't think Minato has great leadership skills anyways, heck, he couldn't even handle Kakashi, Obito and Rin team well, but I still think he wouldn't handle it like Hiruzen.

But anyways, I'm not certain. :(

doing the comparable pitch method to the main characters in the WIP is so fun, because it makes me realize just how utterly bizarre and broad my interests are, and how easily i can make connections between all these things. my brain was doing that 'appropriately unhinged' stringboard method years before esteemed YT essayists brought it to life, and i've never really talked about that or even took pride in my ability to do it. but i should! it's fun! it's what made writing essays so much fun in school!

oh my goodness!! so much excitement about the new madoka movie trailer that just dropped...

some thoughts and wild speculation under the cut because the gears in my brain are whirring at full speed now

okay, so at least ONE of those many Homuras shown has GOT to be Walpurgisnacht in disguise somehow, maybe deliberately taking on Homura's form to mislead Madoka.

...or maybe Homura herself has been split into multiple entities(I mean, if she's taken on part of Kyubey's role, maybe there are multiple Homuras like how there were multiple hivemind Kyubeys managing things before? and each of them has a different role to play), and one of them goes rogue and eventually becomes Walpurgisnacht, which would be some serious tragic irony considering the entire context of the series

maybe Homura's seemingly increasing number of Clara Dolls has something to do with the multiple girls/familiars Walpurgisnacht has been shown to be comprised of in the past? This one admittedly might be kind of a stretch since witches having familiars isn't exactly unique in the first place, but I'm still thinking about it.

Is that tower near the end made of RECORD CASES, or is it just me? Is that literally a fucking symbolic tower made up of all of the timelines Homura has rejected because she was unable save Madoka in them?? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.

Konoha Organisations

The Konoha shinobi society is organised into several units placed under the control of the Hokage. Each unit has Jōnin or Special (Tokubetsu) Jōnin in charge of it, and they report to the Hokage and his advisers.

The Hokage sits at the top of the society, discussing issues with their Advisors. The two official advisers of Hiruzen Sarutobi are Mitokado Homura, and Utatane Koharu, living through the previous wars together.

The Jōnin Commander supports the Hokage, aiding in directing the villages units and representing the regular forces.

Some groups and units known only the the Hokage and higher ranking individuals. ROOT was one of these secretive organisations, a sub-division of the ANBU initially shut down by the Sandaime, illegally operated until it was finally disbanded after Danzo Shimura’s death during the Godaime reign.

Operations Unit:

In other words, regular shinobi forces which are the backbone of the system. Teams or specific individuals handle the majority of the missions that the village receives, and are also tasked with other duties such as education, administration, etc. Most ninja are in this division, from genin, chūnin, special jōnin and jōnin.

Medical Corps:

The medical teams and medical-nin within this sector support the general shinobi forces through healing the sick and injured whether in village (coordinating with ordinary doctors) or on the battle field. They develop new techniques, study medicines, research diseases and further their anatomy understanding to advance their healing capabilities. They are divided into several groups by speciality, such as emergency staff or technical research. Some medical-nin are skilled enough to join regular forces and are called field medical-nin.

ANBU:

This division is under direct control of the Hokage, and only accept order from them. They are covert operatives who specialise in spying, assassination, and other difficult or risky missions. The Hokage selects them personally, regardless of age or gender, and they are meant to be the most elite of the forces. The individual units are composed according to the goal and difficulty of their missions.

Konoha Intelligence Division:

This organisation within the village is composed of many sub-divisions, such as the Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force which is a special division headed by Ibiki Morino. Prior to the fourth shinobi war, they worked alongside the Analysis Team which was headed by Inoichi Yamanaka. Prisoners or the dead are kept here here to extract information from them for the benefit of Konoha.

- Chūbu appears to be a modern ranking in Konoha given to Sai, and implies it may be a type of support unit.

- The Twenty Platoons (Nijū Shōtai) were created by the Godaime, Tsunade Senju, to search for the Akatsuki. It consisted of twenty teams of four individuals.

Outside of Konoha, other lands follow their own customs and culture which creates a different type of organisation within the individual villages.

*Shinobi Ruler/Head Shinobi - A rank found within Kumo above jonin, they’re given the authority to represent their village’s interests.

*Kinkaku Force was an elite team of twenty shinobi from Kumo, which is now disbanded.

*Hunter Squads - A special unit of Kiri’s own Hunter-nin, created solely to hunt down and dispose of rogue shinobi/missing-nin, they possess medical and assassination training to aid their goals.

*Twelve Guardian Ninja are a group of twelve elite shinobi invited by the Land of Fire’s Daimyo to become his body guards.

*Puppet Brigade was a division in Suna of skilled puppeteers during the Second Shinobi War.

*Explosion Corps was an organisation within Iwa composed of individuals holding the explosion release kekkei genkai.

*Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist is an organisation of seven skilled individuals who wielded the legendary blades of Kiri.

Hey so since you’re my main source of Madoka content that I thoroughly enjoy I thought I’d ask, how do you think a dnd session of them all would play out?

wow! this was a really surprising ask as this is actually something I've thought about on many occasions!

also, I am honored to be your main source of Madoka content

the first thing to answer here would be who the DM would be, the lyrics of Magia we know that Homura was a bookworm who really liked fictional settings, a trait that does not necessarily mean she'd be interested in DMing, I don't think it's hard to imagine she'd at least partially want though, though the issue is that early timeline Homura would be far too nervious to be a DM, and late timeline Homura wouldn't care enough. as such I assume Mami would be the next option, simply because she's the oldest and viewed as the leader and no one else particularly fits the role of DM any better

as for if everyone would be willing to play, I'm sure that Madoka and Sayaka be willing to play, and Homura would probably be willing to play just to make Madoka happy

as for Kyoko I'd say it really depends heavily on the timeline, though that kinda goes without saying

I imagine Madoka would be very happy to draw all of her friends' characters

as for the game itself, I'll start with Homura, early timeline Homura I would imagine would probably like roleplaying, but would be very embarrassed about it, trying to act in character but also being worried she might be overdoing it. late timeline Homura however would probably play very dry with pretty much no roleplaying as she's exclusively there for Madoka. for some reason I really easily imagine her playing a spellcaster, either wizard or sorcerer, I don't know why I think this, it just feels right.

Madoka, I can't really imagine being too much of a roleplayer, her characters probably wouldn't have too much personality for them, and she'd functionally just play herself. she could easily play any class though I can easily imagine Madoka picking a support class in hopes of being helpful

Sayaka would easily be the biggest roleplayer of the group, probably lawful good, I don't think I need to explain this take, she's pretty much playing a role for a lot of the anime. she'd probably be a paladin

Kyoko, if anyone would be a problem player, it would probably be her, probably playing a rogue, and often acting in ways that antagonize other players, though I imagine in most timelines she'd be willing to hear her friends out and play in a way to maximize enjoyment for everyone involved

and now Mami, the DM. considering the way she acts a role much like Sayaka does, and has a bit of a flair for the dramatic, I can easily imagine her settings being fleshed out, and having a great story planned out for her campaign, I can actually easily imagine her over planning her campaign, and watching as her players do something that completely derails everything she planned out and having to go back to the drawing board after some sessions

I know nothing is set in stone yet about it, but what if Homura turns out to be the newest contractor in the Second Reset? How would this affect in Wondaria?

Y'know, I was planning on wait until 2024 to give my 2 cents on the matter, but I've decided that this will too be a part of Wondaria's canon.

Before the Third Reset, Homucifer was the newest contractor, replacing the Incubators who have been rendered as powerless punching bags; in the wondarian mythos, there are rumors that crystals of Rosecombite, the main sources of energy of the entire dimension, are the crystalized souls of all Puella Magis that have perished throughout history...

...and that also includes Puella Magi that have been contracted by the Demoness.

Thanks to this, there are several occasions where a Magi goes rogue. While only pure-hearted people can become Magis, there are moments where their ambitions and desires may get the best of them and cloud their thoughts, thus causing them to act selfishly. The Rosecombite mineral, despite being benign to all, has small demonic vestiges within due to the Demoness' interference.

This card here represents feelings of entrapment, emptiness and lack of fulfillment in life. You can see two people in the background, stark naked, chainbound, and clearly not happy. They're unable to shake off the feeling of self-indulgence.

When Reversed, it can mean a development of self-awareness and accountability for past actions.

That's basically how "Villain"/Rogue Magis are enslaved by their own desires, and find difficulty in showing control and restraint, and when they finally see reason, they must be ready for the consequences and drop their nocive habits.
