Dia Dhuit!! St. Patrick’s Day Donuts are the best way to start this day! I love a cake donut - they are soooo good and in my head healthier - although I suppose this is debatable! The star of the show here is @sweetsindeed that makes dairy free fancy sprinkles that are safe for my milk allergic kid! Everything is more festive with sprinkles and theirs are perfection!! I’ve posted this recipe before, it’s on my site and the link is in my bio! Good luck catching that leprechaun! 🎩 🍀 🌈 . . . . . #donuts #glazeddonut #doughnuts #donuts🍩 #donut #dairyfreedonuts #dairyfree #dairyallergyfriendly #dairyfreedessert #nodairy #nodairyneeded #nutfree #nonuts #cakedonut #cakedonuts #homemadedonuts #homemade #sprinkles #fancysprinkles #sweetsindeed #donutsofinstagram #donutsofig #milkallergy #cmpa #foodinclusive #allergymom #homebaking #cottagebakery #foodallergies #foodallergymom (at Hoboken, New Jersey) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp2Lv_1urDJ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

These Strawberry Donuts are a delightful treat with a burst of fresh strawberry flavor. They're perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup strawberry puree. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze. 1-2 tablespoons milk for glaze. Fresh strawberries for decoration.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine strawberry puree, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the donuts spring back when touched. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze with your desired consistency. Dip each donut into the glaze and let excess glaze drip off. Decorate with fresh strawberry slices and allow the glaze to set before serving. Enjoy your homemade Strawberry Donuts!

Enjoy the traditional sweetness of glazed donuts by making these simple donuts. Ideal for a sweet treat at any time of day or for breakfast!
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup milk. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Vegetable oil, for frying.
Instructions: Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Once a soft dough forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Place the dough on a surface dusted with flour, then roll it out to a thickness of about 1/2 inch. Cut out donuts with a hole in the middle using a donut cutter or a round cookie cutter. Preheat vegetable oil to 350F 175C in a deep fryer or large pot. The donuts should be carefully lowered into the heated oil and fried for two minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove the donuts and place them on paper towels to drain. To make the glaze, blend 1/4 cup milk and 2 cups powdered sugar until smooth. Allowing any excess glaze to fall off, dip each donut into the glaze. After about ten minutes, place the glazed donuts on a wire rack to cool. Present and savor your traditional glazed donuts!

Enjoy these homemade cronuts and the divine fusion of croissants and donuts. They have a sweet glaze covering them and are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ideal for dessert or breakfast!
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast. 1/2 cup warm milk. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. 1 egg. Vegetable oil for frying. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting. 2 tbsp milk for glaze. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for glaze. Chocolate or caramel sauce optional, for drizzling.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Form it into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out donut shapes using a donut cutter or a round cutter with a smaller cutter in the center. Place the cutout cronuts on a baking sheet, cover with a kitchen towel, and let them rise again for 30 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350F 175C. Carefully place cronuts into the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove cronuts from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined tray to drain excess oil. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze. Dip each cronut into the glaze, allowing any excess to drip off. Optionally, drizzle cronuts with chocolate or caramel sauce. Enjoy your homemade cronuts warm!

These Baked Apple Cider Donuts are a delightful treat that you can enjoy all year long. They are moist, flavorful, and have a wonderful apple cider kick. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack with a cup of coffee!
Ingredients: 1 cup apple cider. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. For the cinnamon sugar coating:. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Grease and reserve a donut pan. Simmer the apple cider in a small saucepan over medium heat until it reduces to 1/4 cup. Let it cool. Mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cloves in a sizable mixing bowl. Melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, reduced apple cider, and Greek yogurt should all be combined in a separate bowl. Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Take care not to blend too much. Pour the batter into each cavity of the greased donut pan, filling it to about two thirds full. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the donuts bounce back when lightly touched, in a preheated oven. In a shallow dish, combine the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar to make the coating for the donuts while they bake. The donuts should be taken out of the oven and allowed to cool in the pan for a few minutes before being transferred to a wire rack to finish cooling. After the donuts cool, coat each one by dipping it into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Savor the mouthwatering Baked Apple Cider Donuts!

These retro cake donuts are a beloved confection that will take you back to a bygone era. They have a crispy, golden exterior and a wonderfully moist interior. Ideal for a delightful snack or breakfast!
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Vegetable oil, for frying.
Instructions: Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and mix in the sour cream, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Blend thoroughly. Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. The dough should be slightly sticky; do not overmix. After transferring the dough to a floured surface, give it a few gentle kneads until it comes together. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch, then use a donut cutter or a round cookie cutter with a smaller one for the center holes to cut out donuts. In a heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. A few donuts at a time, carefully drop them into the heated oil and cook them for one to two minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove the donuts and set them on paper towels to absorb any remaining oil. If desired, you can dust the donuts with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon while they're still warm. Before eating, let the donuts cool slightly. Fresh is when they taste the best!

ドーナッツ作った。パン焼いた。 う〜ん、菓子は難しい。 ドーナッツ、ヤメた。才能ない。 手慣れたパンは、上手くできた。 I made doughnuts. I baked bread. Hmmm, pastries are difficult. They were greasy, not sweet enough, and my clumsiness came out clearly. I didn't want the doughnuts to stick while I was carrying them from home to work, so I floured them, but they turned into colognes and absorbed the oil. The recipe called for coating the doughnuts with sugar or something, but I didn't want to bother with melting sugar or chocolate, so I skipped that, but they didn't have enough sweetness. I quit making doughnuts. I have no talent. The bread, which I was familiar with, turned out well.
