Another Liberation Day

The Trump administration recently proclaimed “Liberation Day” in relation to tariffs and trade. However, I came across another liberation this week that I count just as significant, especially now that baseball season has begun. Ah, my darling Wednesday, how I have missed thee. It's high time I gave her Fallout 4 saga a proper clean-up, as she was my first successful Survival-difficulty playthrough sitting at 399 hours as I pick up her save again. Need a break from Riddick anyways, kinda overdid it on building raider settlements with him lately.

While a lot of my survival-mode staples were learned from Wednesday's run, some newer concepts are missing, including a much more condensed weapon stash. Third pic shows her old stash reorganized into my standardized concept, with [P]istols, [R]ifles, [S]hotguns, [M]elee / [U]narmed, and [BIG] guns all neat and tidy. Fodder guns get scrapped at settlements and raider outposts to do the "lower the build limit" glitch as well as gaining scrap parts.

So, now we have her old settlement notes in hand with a new checkbox category: clean-up. Oh, and she still actually had her "if I screw up survival mode horribly" stash at Home Plate, which made me giggle on finding it today. It's gone now, ain't nobody needing this noise no mo':

You know I've been drawing Loop as their Siffrin form so much that it's got me thinking. I've read and seen so many fics and artworks of Loop eventually getting back to looking like their old self, but I don't think I've seen any so far of Loop already being a mirror copy of Siffrin. So uh, yoink?

ISAT AU where the game plays out the same way (plot-wise at least) but Loop looks like Siffrin the whole time and while Siffrin is extremely perplexed that there's another him, he's still gotta accept their help because how else are they supposed to escape the loops? Good ol' Loop is here to help, helpful friendly Loop!

Trying to make my least favorite player home into a home for Kane 🫡

Explanation for some things under the cut

Okay so I hate the upper levels in all the Diamond city homes, but it’s especially egregious in Home Plate. So to try and fix this I added a little boudoir-esque zone for Kane. I think he sits there while trimming his nails or just to listen to music.

Not much to say for the bed because I don’t particularly like it, but it’s green and I want a lot of green in Kane’s house. I moved the clock higher because all I could imagine was several different women knocking the thing off the wall in the middle of “hanging out” with Kane. There’s a green ceiling lamp above it. I tried to make a sex joke with the warning sign, but couldn’t think of anything.

Upstairs I decided to make a little weapon storage area, but more importantly (and I thought it was a clever idea) I put several curtains there to make a little dressing room/ room divider sort of thing. So Kane or any lady friends can have some privacy when changing. It also does the same thing the boudoir area does, that being fixing my urge for walls and HANDRAILS.

ALSO while you can’t see it, I did put some of those vault 88 (?) floor mats in the other area of Home Plate. I don’t know what exactly to put over there since you can’t build walls and don’t have access to dividers. But I think it helps it feel a lot less like a sudden jump between the two.

Still a work in progress but I’m working with what I have right now. Which is not a lot.
