Fam.... I've been #Challenged by one of my former #PersonalTraining #Clients @coilewis to #TakeOnTheChallenge... #Project10Challenge I'll be honest and let y'all know that all of my #FitnessResults from #Day1 have been simply from #Consistently #BeastingUp with my own #FitnessProgram for years... but on the real, I've always ate whatever I wanted and whenever I wanted it, (You've Seen My Stacks Of #MomDukesPancakes, so you already know 😆).... haven't used supplements consistently, only tried a few different shakes and kept it moving....
