(Sebastian, Ominis, and MC decide to bury Noctua Gaunt’s remains, which they wrapped in MC’s robes. They watch as an enchanted shovel fills the grave, Ominis in between Sebastian and MC.)

Sebastian: (leans in front of Ominis to loudly whisper to MC) “I hate to put a damper on this joyous occasion, but I believe you’re also burying your robe at the moment.”

Ominis, flustered: “I didn’t even think of that. I’m so terribly sorry, MC-“

MC: (just trying to make Ominis feel better) “Don’t be. I’m sure it’ll keep her warm during the winter.”

(Ominis acknowledges the kind gesture and walks away, taking comfort in MC’s intentionality)

Sebastian: “But she’s dead. She can’t feel.”

(Ominis hears a loud smack echo from behind him and doesn’t bother turning around)
