⚅ — Reasons I'm Not Writing — ⚅
{I realized that sometimes I try to be on and then just can't be, or I am on and try to get something done but I struggle with it. And rather than writing up every single time what's going on with me, it might help to just give you guys a list of reasons I might not be writing.}
{I'm making a list, but just know that any of these things could be happening at the same time or one thing can be happening because of another. It's really a mix-and-match sort of scenario most of the time.}
⚀ I'm on mobile - A lot of the time when I'm not around, it's because I'm stuck only being on mobile and don't feel like struggling with it. I can still write when I'm using the app, technically, but it is a real hassle because of all the steps I have to take to cut it. So unless I'm super hype and want to finish that reply as soon as humanly possible, or unless I just don't have anything else to do, legitimately, I usually don't even mess with it. You can find me on Discord instead, usually.
⚀ I'm on Discord - Sometimes my discord is more active than my Tumblr, or that is to say, I'm getting replies here faster than Tumblr. Sometimes I may be on mobile so it's more convenient. Or sometimes I don't have the energy to struggle with Tumblr, but I'm alright dealing with discord. In any case, it's worth it to shoot me a message if you want to write with me there. I rp over disc, so I'm sure we can still have a lot of fun.
⚀ My family needs me - Whether it be for errands, emotional support, board games, or whathaveyou, sometimes my family just needs my attention and I can't be on, mobile or otherwise. I usually don't get a chance to warn anyone ahead of time so I can just disappear for a while, sometimes even the whole day if it's a big thing.
⚀ I'm asleep - Whether It's past my bedtime and I've gone to sleep for the night, or it's because I didn't get enough sleep and need more, or because sometimes I'm sick and need extra, I will from time to time just sleep. There's not much I can do about that one, honestly.
⚀ I'm sick or in pain - Similar to just being asleep, sometimes get sick or I'm just in a lot of pain and physically can't be in any sort of position that makes it easy to be on, mobile or otherwise.
⚀ My brain is playing Dial-up tones - Sometimes I'm on and actually looking through things, but I can't concentrate enough to get anything done. If something is playing beside me or people are talking around me, I'll get overstimulated or there will be too much to focus on at once and I have a hard time processing thoughts or anything. So I end up just sitting there staring at the screen for long periods of time.
⚀ I'm in an Unfriendly Environment - Similar to the above reason, sometimes I might end up having a panic/anxiety attack or the folks in my house will start arguing and making the environment feel too unsafe to work. That is to say, I don't feel like I can operate without having some sort of attack, not that I'm in actual danger. Situations like this can come on suddenly so I might not have time to say goodbye before I disappear.
⚀ IRL life has me very busy - Sometimes I have to dedicate the day to chores or groceries or something and I can't split that attention with mobile if I want to get everything done, so I have to give up writing to maintain my irl responsibilities.
⚀ I'm making graphics or art - Sometimes I'll take a break from writing to work on icons or banners or art instead. I try to multitask but there are times when it just doesn't work out that way. I might become more active as I finish my work, but I might just have to wait until the next day.
⚀ I'm focusing on playing video games - I usually can't split myself into doing everything I want to do. If I'm doing chores, I absolutely can't play video games and write as well. So sometimes I'll choose to replace writing with video games, or spend that time doing something else. I'm not trying to ignore anyone, I'm just trying to enjoy my other hobbies.
⚀ I'm on a different blog - Sometimes it might seem like I'm not writing, but I am just on a different blog. I run 5 main blogs and two side blogs, and even though some are lower activity than others, I do try to spend some time on all of them. If you don't see me in one place, I might just be somewhere else. I can also get into this funk of replying to like 4 different threads at the same time and get nothing done because I'm working on all of them at once.
{No matter what's going on, however, just know that I haven't forgotten about you. I might even be feeling a little bit of stess over making everyone wait when I probably could be writing instead. I'll get to everything as soon as I can, though. I just wanted you guys to know that I haven't forgotten you.}

The Final Season...is coming by Gabriela Perrault
With Game of Thrones season 8 quickly approaching, brand collaborations are at an all-time high. With the final season being one of the most anticipated TV shows in years, marketers are in full force. While Game of Thrones has always had some creative brand partners throughout its run of 8 seasons, we are now seeing more and more brands jump on the bandwagon due to the show’s popularity. Below are some ways that Game of Thrones partners and sponsors are ramping things up before its highly-anticipated return this weekend.
Tumblr media
Bud Light-
During Super Bowl Sunday, HBO and Bud Light teamed up to create a Game of Thrones crossover commercial. The commercial was a big hit as it included Bud Light’s well known “Dilly Dilly” campaign, and at the end tied in the mountain and dragon which had GOT lovers everywhere very excited. The medieval inspired landscape of the “Dilly Dilly” campaign was a perfect set to match Game of Thrones. Just recently ‘The Return’ commercial was released, another Bud Light/HBO mash up that is causing a lot of buzz before the final season returns.
Oreo-
Oreo and Game of Thrones paired up to create a limited edition of their signature chocolate and crème cookies featuring the embossed designs of the fantasy houses. The Stark direwolf, the Lannister lion, the Targaryen three-headed dragon, and the Night King’s face are available for consumers to enjoy leading up to or during the big premiere. Along with the cookies an Oreo-fueled Game of Thrones opening sequence was created. In the opening sequence the center stood in for Westeros’ landscape while 2,750 cookies were used to build iconic landmarks from the ground up. Additionally, fans can pledge their loyalty on Oreo’s Facebook, Twitter, etc. by playing #GameofCookies.
Tumblr media
Major League Baseball (MLB)-
Another interesting collaboration is HOB with Major League Baseball. In this partnership a commercial was created showing a baseball stadium being built. Westeros is replaced by the major baseball stadiums in North America. When the commercial ends “Baseball is Coming” appears replacing the famous “Winter is Coming” tagline. Adding to the collaboration, limited edition bobbleheads were created to mark this signature partnership. Each of the 30 baseball teams have three bespoke bobblehead figurines on the Iron Throne. The licensing manager that brought this HBO and MLB partnership together said “Fans now have the chance to bring together the Seven Kingdoms and the 30 MLB teams.”
Other Collaborations-
Aside from the partnerships and collaborations mentioned above, Game of Thrones/HOB has worked with many companies and brands over the 8 season run. Some other notable collaborations include a limited edition white can of Mountain Dew that reveals the names of people of Arya’s kill list when chilled, a makeup collection with Urban Decay that was inspired by Westeros and the strong women of the Seven Kingdoms, and even an alcoholic collaboration with White Walker by Johnnie Walker.
 HBO-
As for HBO itself, they are ramping up their marketing and social media efforts leading up to the debut on April 14. Since just the beginning of this week, GOT has seen 21 commercials running on channels like ESPN, AMC, Comedy Central and ABC. Total spending so far is just over $200,000 and has garnered about 11 million impressions. Since March when HBO launched the new season’s two minute trailer on YouTube, Facebook and other platforms they have gotten over 54.6 million view on YouTube alone.
In addition to their typical marketing and social media efforts, as discussed in class, HBO launched a series of blood drives across the country to promote season 8. “Bleed for the Throne” is a partnership with HBO and the American Red Cross to challenge fans and donors to support the cause and show their bravery.
Will you be tuning in #ForTheThrone?

Note
One idea for a new header and also the best complement to your icon would be the shot of Julia walking away with Malakai and Brody at DoN !
Yes that's such a good idea! I was thinking something HoB themed to match - cute!

These days a wok and fresh produce replaced the takeout cartons in their kitchen.
Back in the Day
Tagging @today-in-fic and @fictober
But today, just once, he wants back in the day. When she opens the kitchen door she frowns, surveying the table as she drops her bag on one of the chairs.
“Where’s dinner? I thought it was your turn?”
“Hungry, Scully?” he asks, reaching into the cupboard over the hob.
“Writing autopsy notes always makes me hungry.”
“And people thought I was spooky,” he says, holding out the bowl of popcorn and inhaling the salty tang. “There’s no butter, Scully. I promise.”
She takes a handful. “Is this all you’ve done?”
The rising inflection is such a blast from the past, that tone bordering on whiny, that nasal pitch matched with the furrowed brow. It’s classic 90s Scully and he wishes for a moment he could wrap her in a giant trenchcoat and run through a rain soaked forest. Instead, he takes her hand and walks her into the living room to the stairs.
She hesitates at the bottom step. “Since when did we do dessert first, Mulder?”
He chuckles and tugs at her hand. “Personally, I don’t have a preference for the order in which we eat, drink or do whatever.”
The door to their bedroom opens to reveal half a dozen takeout cartons - fried chicken, pizza, Chinese. She stands there, hands on hips, lips pursed, holding in whatever snarky remark is formulating in that brilliant mind of hers.
“Don’t you ever just think about our life and wonder at it? At the things we’ve done, the things we’ve seen, the fact that we’re still here? We have lived, Scully. Truly lived and much as I love your healthy take on life, now that we’re maturing…”
“Sometimes you just want to pig out,” she says, rushing to the pizza box and taking a slice of pepperoni and holding it over her mouth.
He watches her, sitting on the bed, eating without care, orange oil staining the skin around her lips. She sucks her fingers and delves into the fried chicken, biting the plump side of a drumstick and pushing the batter into her mouth.
“Mulder,” she says, chewing. “This is the best kind of nostalgia. All we need is an old IBM laptop, cellphones the size of bricks and a bunch of blurry prints scattered across the bed.”
“Funny you should say that,” he says, opening the closet and producing said items. She giggles so much that she snorts. “It gets better, Scully.” He bends down and opens the suitcase wedged at the back. “When you moved out I cleared out the shed, ready to take the stuff to Goodwill, but I found this and couldn’t bear to part with it.”
“What is it?” she’s standing behind him.
He turns and gives her the blue jacket she wore all those years before on the case in the Olympic National Park in Washington. Those glowing bugs. “You looked adorable in this. Iconic Scully.”
She slips it on and throws her head back to laugh at its size. “Why did I ever think this was okay to wear.”
“You were very practical back then.” He pulls her in for a hug. “And you were in a tough environment. You were a real trailblazer. Still are.”
“I seem to recall that case didn’t end so well. If you’re trying to recreate our old life, you’re going to have to suck the life out of me, Mulder.”
He bends to kiss her, seeking out the tender spot under her ear. “That can be arranged, Scully.”

Concept: A Mixed Reality Enhanced Smart Quarantine Shelter
In this conceptual design by Inna Sparrow and Vova Kurbatov, we explore what it takes to create an ideal quarantine shelter. “Designing a perfect quarantine shelter is not an easy task. We had to leverage all basic principles of architecture, interior design, materials and new technologies. But only by placing the house into an imaginative ideal natural environment made the concept fully complete.” mused the talent, and we agree. If there is one thing that causes cabin fever in lockdown its lack of contact with Mother Nature. There’s way more at play here though, stay tuned for a technologically rich experience that’ll keep you health aware, updated, entertained, well nourished, and efficient at work.
The clean simplicity of the interior allows the raw concrete and timber architecture of the house to shine through. Spacious living and recreational areas, with open connection to the outdoors prevents the inhabitants from feeling hemmed in during quarantine. Of course, a remote location with a gorgeous beach view helps too.
Much of the interior is designed to hide sensors that pair with mixed-reality glasses to show augmented information. The network of sensors track environmental changes that initiate real-time adjustments to suit current activities in each zone. However, without the glasses on, the living room looks like any regular modern interior. A modern sofa, floating sideboard, and natural nesting coffee tables with a casual carafe centrepiece make up a comfy lounge.
On the other side of the living room, a custom bench seat with cabinets, and a log storage shelf are built into the house’s minimalistic architecture. The pinewood finish of the piece, along with other matching timber elements, act as a softening tone between cool industrial concrete and crisp white paintwork. An area rug throws down a splash of pattern and texture.
With mixed-reality glasses on, multiple walls are transformed into massive ‘screens’ of information. Voice and hand tracking provides control. Machine learning algorithms allow the smart system to track health information inside and outside of the house. It will recommend the best time to go out for groceries and even plan optimal nutrition. A natural-voice assistant is also available to give short audio updates and start interactions.
The built-in seating unit slides up next to a wood burning modern fireplace. Circular pads provide comfortable sitting spots along the wooden top.
A modern wall sconce marks the corner up as an ideal spot in which to read. A tall recessed window lets in plenty of natural light too.
Decorative touches around the minimalist space are representative of nature, such as the iconic Eames bird and scavenged branch on the sideboard. A pixelated stag sculpture on the fireplace bridges the natural and technological themes of the smart house.
A pouf makes a third circular motif with the pair of round nesting tables. A round mirror continues the shape theme above the wall mounted unit.
The house is a combination of family gathering areas and blessedly private spots for breathing space. Textured concrete tiles distinguish the living room from a hallway and small library.
This privately situated reading nook features a unique bookcase that’s been fashioned into vacant space between pine beams. A stylish reading chair and small floor reading lamp team with a timber side table.
Glass walls extend the sense of space. Concrete bearing walls merge with the concrete floor.
Sliding doors can be opened to connect the dining room and lounge as one fluid living room.
A custom window opens up the dining room, making it feel like an alfresco eating area.
A slatted wall between the dining room and kitchen lets line of sight pass through whilst maintaining clear zoning.
On the other side of the slats, a concrete kitchen sink sweeps below a serving hatch.
The hob is sunk into the concrete countertop. Rattan storage baskets bring the gentle natural vibe to a solid concrete shelf.
Each room scheme is functional and timeless.
Sound absorbers wrap the walls of what comes across as an understated meditative relaxation space at first. An elegant swing arm wall lamp stretches toward an Eames armchair and a beautiful bonsai tree.
The other side of the room contains a minimalist home workspace…
…MR technology brings about massive changes, transforming one entire wall into a computer desktop for work, meetings, social communication, streaming movies, online shopping, latest local and world news updates, and regular health checks.
Although everything is available on the MR desktop, there is a Braun classic BC02 desk clock by Dieter Rams for time checks during relaxation periods.
The smart quarantine shelter concept as a whole is based on a combination of just six main factors: nature, architecture, interior, internet of things, artificial intelligence, and mixed reality. Each play an essential part in the house, which becomes like a living organism, always ready to serve. Check out the video below to see the augmented reality concept in full flowing action. Featuring a symptom-tracking system, all the latest news and updates from the outside world, a simple weather tracker, music player, menu planner and cooking guide right on the prep countertop and hob, and the home office work station of the future. There is even activities and hobby support with a 3D element, as the power of AI is on hand to help you choose between surfing, kiteboarding, cycling, and more.

Buy LinkedIn Endorsements, Recommendations And Connections
Use of Proceeds Statement: This little gem within the IPO Course of is the most telling assertion in the whole IPO prospectus. It is good to have the host welcoming you and "displaying" you round a little. The perfect candidate will need to have gear Hobbing and CNC turning experience. Every can have a profile. You'll see a 2nd diploma icon next to their identify in search results and on their profile. For more on mastering the Instagram caption, see here. It makes sense to me, and appears geared more toward relationships which might be already in place. And what is essential about LinkedIn is that because of the group affiliations of members, you and your business can simply community with professionals that are focused on your subject, your industry and your services or products. Along with being an lively group member, bring your experience to the Questions and Solutions part on the site.

Do word that not each auto accident case has the scope for compensation. Observe that if they don't seem to be your exact match, another person 6 levels away from them (or less) are likely to be, PLUS your direct connection can introduce you to a valuable contact who is on their first stage connection. It’s such a shame that there aren’t extra managers who are good mentors that assist each particular person grow and study more of their roles. If you employ Facebook adverts, you can create a particular record within the Fb Power Editor to target those who've liked your page. Begin with individuals who know you and you'll clearly discover it much more straightforward to choose up the recommendations immediately. If I say 'model character' or 'model brandbuilders traits' I need to know they've a grip of the core ideas. Allow them to sample your services, get to know you, such as you and belief you so when they will be ready, they are going to buy from you or send you referrals. He said "just like how fitness clothes don't make you match, discovering your strengths does not make you sturdy." This seems like a ridiculously simple assertion but it's surprising how many individuals don't get it.
Yes, I could be adding lots of if I simply shoved each unsuspecting contact into my electronic mail checklist - however not only is that a nasty observe, it’s actually unlawful in some international locations (like Canada). It’s not hard and the information is publicly out there. Pretty much everyone agrees that networking is a vital factor of any advertising and marketing plan. As soon as a work staff agrees that might be how they collaborate on a given piece of content material, it turns into very inefficient for a person within the group to not adopt the same technology. Once people notice that you simply supply a response to comments, it'll be sure that they come back to the weblog, just to learn what you need to say. You possibly can easily do introductions to the individuals with LinkedIn's inMail. Individuals do not wish to be interrupted, so try your greatest to be "found" on LinkedIn. By the time you attain step two, which is a prospect pulling CTA or Call To Action, they need more from you. I landed there but there was a pay minimize however because I needed to work they usually knew. When you’re over their pages, it is possible to determine what works, together with what isn’t going to work.

There isn't any involvement of third part. A well known truth is that know-how is an inevitable yet an integral part of our lives. Beside being a junior level EA and having a number of administrative assist jobs up to now, I'm not sure how I can current myself as a succesful and competent EA. The principle level right here is in case your stuff is genuine, people propagate the word naturally; in any other case, it goes into the trash can.

As soon as we moved into our ‘forever house’ the first thing I knew I wanted, scrap that, needed to change was the kitchen, this wasn’t just a case of not suiting my style, it was basically only using up a fraction of the space, and it felt really small and old-fashioned. While the house might be old, I’d always wanted a large kitchen, where I could bake without feel cramp, and that would be the heart of the home, I wanted the kitchen to be more than just somewhere to cook, I actually wanted to create a room I wanted to spend time in, and I’m so happy to say that’s what we’ve achieved.
It is strange looking back on the before pictures, I really don’t recognise that space, everything from the colour of the cabinets to the cream walls made it look dirty and tired, and it didn’t really highlight the amazing old features of the house, the gorgeous light that comes in from the garden or take full advantage of the large space available.
The Kitchen Design
When it came to the design of the kitchen I had a fairly good idea what I was after, I knew that I wanted blue cabinets, white tops and copper accents, but I definitely felt like I needed help on the layout and specifications, as all I knew for sure is that I wanted an island, larder cupboards, as well as big drawers for my plates and pans, and a gorgeous big ceramic sink. When it came to the rest I certainly needed a little expert kitchen design help and the team at Magnet in Canterbury were amazing, the lovely Lyn came out to the house, she measured up, sat down with me and discussed what I would be using the kitchen for, what I liked about the current kitchen, which was basically nothing except the Aga, and my dream features I’d love to see in my new kitchen. She also brought samples of the doors and worktop that I had expressed interest in, so I could actually see them in my kitchen, against the red tiles which were keeping, as well as with the beams, the light and the Aga, which actually inspired the colour of the kitchen units.
The home visit really helped me make a lot of decisions, I went for a different cabinet design than I thought, as they were a near perfect colour match with the Aga, they looked better against the red tiles, and I just felt that the barely-there shaker style just really worked with the farmhouse touches of the kitchen, while the colour and light worktops added the contemporary feel that I was looking for.
The design process was easy, I didn’t really have to do much except chat about what I wanted, while Lyn went away and put together the plan using all my ideas, as well as her expert knowledge on the practicalities on where things could actually go, as we had a few challenges such as low ceilings, beams, extra doors and windows, the well, yep I have a well in my kitchen, as well as the fact we weren’t able to move the water supply, that all had to be considered in the design plan.
The turn around was quick, we went in to see Lyn at the Magnet Canterbury showroom a week later, she showed us our plan on the computer as well as point out the finer details on the display kitchens, such as the size of the island, the drawer options, the handles, and the larder set up, and we also had to pick out the sink, taps, and worktops that we wanted. You know the fun bits.
My Magnet Kitchen
Magnet wasn’t the only place we looked, we went everywhere, but when it comes to designing a kitchen you have to go with who looks after you the best, offers the right products for your kitchen, and who can do it within your budget, and for us, that was definitely Magnet, and I’m so pleased with how my Dunham Sky kitchen came together.
The major aspect of my kitchen has to be the island, which is the centrepiece for the main room. Not only does it offer a ton of storage, we have three cupboards, six drawers and a bookcase, it also houses our new induction hob to complement the Aga, and our Zanussi oven, which I’m obsessed with as it has a pyrolytic cleaning, which basically translates into never having to clean the oven again, and I love it. I know we have the Aga, which is great for cooking meat and baking cakes, but when you just want to throw in a pizza this beauty is amazing, it heats up really quickly and even has a pizza setting for a delicious crispy base.
I also love that we were able to make the island big enough to have a breakfast bar at the end, as this is basically where we hang out, eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between, as well as somewhere for me to work outside of my office, as well as shoot a flatlay or two.
As the island is pretty large a major chunk of our budget went on the worktop as I wanted white marble quartz to add a contemporary touch against the brickwork, tiles and beams, as well as create a statement as it’s the first thing you see when you enter the room. I’m not going to lie, this is where most of the budget went, but just look at it, so gorgeous, and really allows the blue cabinets to shine. We also placed the quartz around the Aga, which was a major undertaking for the installers, as there are three pieces around the Aga and it wasn’t an easy job to fit with the Aga fitted in place and the uneven brickwork around it, but they did an excellent job as you can’t even really see the joins.
One thing to note when opting for quartz you will have to wait a week at least for it to be installed as the quartz is all made to measure, someone comes out to measure up and do a template and then they go away to cut it before returning to install, and in my case cut it down slightly to fit it in because getting behind the Aga was a little tricky. But I can’t recommend the quartz worktop enough from Magnet the quality is amazing, the installation was immaculate and it really just adds something extra special to the kitchen.
My Kitchen: Magnet – Dunham Sky with Square Copper Handles // White Marble Quartz Worktop // White Marble Laminate Worktop // Zanussi – Induction Hob // Zanussi – Pyrolytic Electric Oven // Franke Modena Ceramic Sink // Franke Eiger Silk Steel Tap //
The Scullery
Now if money was no object I’d say always opt for quartz everywhere, this stuff is tough and a dream to clean, however, with the extra building work we needed to do to get the dream kitchen we decided to do something complementary in the scullery with this gorgeous marble-effect premium laminate, which when the quartz installers came back thought was the real-deal, and save a little money, and you know what I don’t regret it as I love that the scullery has a contrast to the main room.
Another thing you have to consider when getting laminate is that you can’t have all sinks, so a Belfast sink isn’t going to work as they use the quartz or wood top to create a draining board and that’s not possible on laminate, however, I had my heart set on this white Franke Modena 1.5 bowl ceramic sink, I just love its rounded edges so it didn’t matter. But do note that with most ceramic sinks they do take up more of the cupboard below so if you need all your storage you might want to choose a different sink.
I also moved the sink slightly more into the centre of the scullery, to take full advantage of the window, which looks stunning now we’ve had the shutters installed from Thomas Sanderson, and meant that I could get my dishwasher and washing machine either side of it to allow room for an extra larder cupboard at the end.
I was worried that by not having wall units I wouldn’t have enough storage, but I kept forgetting the island, so the scullery is nice and minimal in its design with two larder cupboards either end for food, a corner unit, and a slim cupboard, as well as the unit under the sink. It doesn’t sound a lot but the corner unit really can fit a lot in it as that’s where I keep all my appliances that I didn’t want sitting on the top like my food processor, coffee machine, blender and Nutribullet, as well as pans, Tupperware and all my baking supplies.
The major change to this space was also the reopening of the door and well as the discovery of a small window behind one of the wall units, which has really helped to open up the tiny room and I think, along with the white paint, the simple marble-effect splashback and the copper fisherman pendant lights from Iconic Lights it has made this room look really smart and contemporary – I think the only thing left to do in here is to add a few corner shelves to place more of my crockery on display, as I have a lot of it!!!
My Kitchen Details: Iconic Lights – Copper Fisherman Wall Lights & Pendants (c/o) // Tefal – Kettle & Toaster (c/o) // Desenio – Wall Art (c/o) // Cult Furniture – Hairpin Stools with Copper Legs (c/o) // Dulux – Timeless White Paint // Cath Kidston – Disney Cups // Cambridge Satchel Company – Cambridge Candle (c/o) // Ikea – Glass Vases // Le Creuset – Kettle & Storage // Orla Kiely – Storage Jars // Thomas Sanderson – Shutters //
Vintage Touches
There were three things that survived the kitchen refurb – the floor tiles, not only are they are amazing I think I cried when I heard how much it would cost to replace them, the Aga, another beauty that just needed a little love and a professional clean and service, and these wall tiles from the 1950s that the previous owner had installed.
I’m kind of obsessed with tiles and I did consider getting tiles for the scullery, I decided against as I didn’t want it to look cluttered, so instead I decided to keep these vintage beauties and make a feature of them by framing them with two reclaimed oak floating shelves to display my pretty things on, namely gorgeous tea sets, my favourite plants and candles. We also made the area into a spot for Falcon as well by placing his dog bed underneath and he loves it as he is right in the middle of all the action, near the scullery, close to the Aga for the warmth and can see what’s going on at the island.
What do you think of my new kitchen?
You can probably tell I’m a little happy with how the kitchen has turned out, it really is everything I wanted and more, and it’s already become the focal point of the house. There are so many other things I want to share about the kitchen, like all the copper details from my Tefal toaster and kettle to the Iconic Lights, the vintage dresser, my love of plants, as well as tips on what to consider when you are planning your kitchen, but that will all come in future posts with more pictures from the kitchen, as I was feeling like this post was getting a little long.
Would love to hear what you think of the kitchen from before to now – leave me a comment below or get in touch on social, either on Twitter @FashionNBarbie or on my Instagram @FashionistaBarbie.
