plots wanted - someone set him on fire pls so his true supernatural abilities show tf up and he realizes it .  and he can learn to control his shift , etc .

okay i just finished watching season 3 of riverdale and i have SO many thoughts on the show so im going to cram all of my thoughts into ONE POST.... 

first of all: i’ve been watching this show as a fun way to hang out with my roommate and it’s so deliciously good AND bad simultaneously. there are a LOT of really intriguing plot points, all the actors are pretty solid, and the dialogue is clunky in a way that’s really entertaining. some of the characters are REALLY good and others are clearly just “uh we needed a plot point so chuck this person in.” it’s a VERY entertaining mess of a show that Clearly would have been good if the writers had like... crammed fewer things in. like if they had taken the time to flesh out 2 plots instead of 6 per season, it would be a really good show. 

it’s usually bad in a slightly frustrating, mostly funny way. like, a character just straight-up forgetting something that happened earlier so they can fuck up in exactly the same way as before. or characters just COMPLETELY disappearing for a bunch of episodes, being mentioned to be “gone” with no context as to why (aka half of the parents). or a single side character having three things going on at once while the main characters ALSO have three things going on at once, so you get scenes of Big Plot being intercut with Josie singing a song to impress her dad (and those two things are COMPLETELY unconnected). 

it’s a lot of spaghetti being thrown at the wall, and some of the spaghetti sticks, but then the writers just take BOTH the spaghetti that’s done AND the undercooked shit and just chuck it all in a pot with like, way too much oregano. but you eat it anyways because it’s really funny. 

anyways here are my favorite characters

betty is at the top because i would kill and die for her. she keeps getting more morally fucked up every season and frankly? she does it SO well. she feels the Most Human out of everyone here IMO, just based on her facial expressions alone. she deserves better than this show will ever give her. 

reggie is up there because, even though he was garbage in the last two seasons, i fucking love this air-headed himbo in season 3. all he knows is drive car, head empty, eat chip and be honest :) he just wants to help veronica out and he’s a good boy!!!!!!!!!!!!! also he and archie have chemistry and the riverdale writers are cowards for not making them angrily make out over their mutual frustrations with veronica. he disappeared randomly for like 5 episodes and i missed him so much. 

jughead is also up there because i am bisexual :) and he and betty are an EXTREMELY good match. also this boy needs a fucking nap and, like, literally any good family member. as do all of the characters in this show but i digress--

pop is practically canonically Veronica’s best friend, which /i/ think is absolutely hilarious. he like gives her advice and updates about her family situation. he is supportive. he helps her run her business and backs her up. they’re best friends and frankly he should adopt her. 

dr curdle jr is there because his name is fucking Dr. Curdle Jr. and he looks like THAT. archie is like extremely bland and flip-flops on characterization all the time but i love him anyways. 

joaquin, kevin, and veronica are all Good Sometimes, but then the writers are like “actually i want x to happen and you are convenient” and i just have to watch >:( 

FRED IS A TERRIBLE, AWFUL PARENT, BUT HE’S LITERALLY THE BEST ONE OUT OF EVERY PARENT ON THIS SHOW............ he’s like “son i don’t think you should be drinking” but then, like, doesn’t actually do anything about it or send his CHILD to therapy. i am begging you to be literally 5% less hands-off in your parenting style sir. he is like 16-17 he is NOT an adult even though he looks and acts like one

FP is an even worse parent but i think he’s entertaining. cheryl goes back and forth between being like-able and hate-able every few episodes. 

These People Are All Fine.  These People Are All Boring (YES including the dogs--) except for the child with a knife (he is hilarious in concept and boring in execution. just pick him up, he’s like 12?)

kurtz is hilarious to me because of the acting, edgar evernever has that fucking name and is too boring to be properly hate-able, the principle is absolutely HILARIOUS cuz he just straight-up acknowledges the gangs in the school as if they’re clubs & joins the local cult. and then Mob Boss Man has a blood feud with a 16-year-old so i can literally never take him seriously. also he has said the phrase “nothing about me is soft” and it was one of THE funniest moments in the series cuz he was standing chest-to-chest with his DAUGHTER’S BOYFRIEND when they were both in ONLY TOWELS!!!!!!! HEY WRITERS??? I JUST WANNA TALK--

garbage tier speaks for itself. polly has never been a good sister to betty and i resent her for that forever, also she’s boring. charles can die. “OUR half brother.” fuck off.

and then here is the polar opposite of betty. literally the WORST parent in here. I HATE HER MORE THAN THE MOB BOSS!!!!!! MORE THAN THE SERIAL KILLER DAD!!!!! she’s so awful and continues to be awful literally every time she is on screen. the fbi plot point is so stupid and just makes me hate her even more.

betty/jughead is “writers please i am begging you to keep doing this right, you’re doing FANTASTIC so far please don’t fuck it up.” literally better than 80% of relationships in TV. power couple of my fucking heart. 

jughead/archie is “writers please i am begging you to make them AT LEAST KISS, you have had SO many prime opportunities for this to happen and you KEEP JUST LETTING THEM GO BY!!!!!” they care about each other okay. they have chemistry. jughead’s whole entire reaction to archie fighting the bear? *chef kiss* HE CARES SO MUCH!!!!!!!! 

archie/reggie i have already discussed. i think archie should kiss boys. and reggie is prime real estate for bisexuality. im right. 

(literally though archie has SO much more chemistry with both of these dudes than he has had with LITERALLY any woman on the show. Archie Should Kiss Boys.)

the rest of these are boring (i shipped b/v in season 1 and then they just Stopped Interacting Much lmfao. and betty/jughead have soOOOoo much more chemistry and compliment each other so well)

alice/fp is something i will never, ever stop hating. you are both bad parents & it is made EVEN worse by the fact that yall fuck WHILE your kids are dating. disgosting. 

anyways riverdale writers if you want to hire me HMU, i would have had Betty be manipulating her serial killer dad to go after the cult in season three as she embraced her darker side so that it paralleled him manipulating her in the earlier seasons. also i would have had archie and reggie kiss because i know what the queer watchers of the show deserve.

Yes, that’s me, Albert Dasilva, sitting behind a desk, spying on someone through their phone camera for the FBI. You’re probably wondering how i ended up in this situation. Well, frankly, I am too. I always knew that I was a walking meme, but I never thought that I would actually become one.

See, I had just finished college and, like most college graduates, was looking for a job. One of my friends who asked to remain nameless *ahem* jAcK keLLy, told me to apply to work at the FBI because apparently you only need a college degree to do that. And me, being the dumbass that I am, decided to do it as a joke cause fuck it, why would they ever hire someone who had been arrested for stealing oats and cream cheese from Target when they were 14? (Alright fine, I technically wasn't arrested, the cop was clearly caffeine deprived and let us off with a warning. Although they didn't catch us the one time Jack and I stole one of the Target balls in broad fucking daylight. Wait. Forget I said that. I’m a good wholesome Christian child and have never stolen anything, anything I may or may not have told you was a blatant lie.)

Plot twist, they fucking hired me.

And, my supervisor figured this out by reading my weekly reports and told me essentially to “tell him you like him so you can go on a date and I can reassign you so that I don't have to keep reading these lovey dovey reports because they make my brain turn to mush.”

But you shouldn’t trust any of this information because I work for the FBI and I could be lying to you.)

definitely the gardener of the lodge. barclay has his own little plot of the backyard where he grows his vegetables, spices, and the like. but dani pretty much dominates the rest of the garden, including any and all inside plants they own. think of, like, Jenna Marbles doing a 20 minute video abt her plants, but 100 times worse than that. 

they are all named, they all have a backstory, and dani individually takes care of them all. people have offered to help in the grand task of watering each and every inside/outside plant, but dani has refused every time. these are her babies, and she will take care of them thank you very much. 

owns a lot of vinyl records! her tastes are pretty spread out amongst all genres (in terms of things she owns); she mostly listens to like rock/prog rock, r&b, blues, and jazz, but she’s got a few albums in just abt every genre. aubrey’s convinced her to bring her record player out once every couple of weeks so the lodge can have a little jam session/dance party, and it’s been a delightful addition to the everyday routine. 

dani struggles with overstimulation (especially light and touch sensation) so if she isn’t out in the garden or chilling in the main room, it can be assumed that today has just been Too Much and she’s kicking it in the darkness of her room for the day. mama will usually stop by and ask if she needs anything (a blanket, something to stim w, etc.) and then barclay will drop off dani’s favorite meal (nothing with too many different textures, in case its touch thats the bad thing today). it doesn’t fix the problem, but it certainly helps to feel so loved by her family. 

dani cannot sing to save her life, and she is damn proud of it. catch her screaming her head off during karaoke, not hitting a single not but putting enough pizzazz into her performance to make everyone cheer for her. 

on the flipside, aubrey very much can sing, but is very embarrassed by it. dani absolutely melts when aubrey sings for her while they’re cuddling. 

dani’s only goals in life are to have a giant garden with as many varieties of plants as she can get, a little cottage away from town but near the lodge, with her wife and two massive dogs (like, the largest breed of dog you can think of). a woman with goals i can respect, to be quite honest.

I’d love to get back into something theatre related because I’m pretty good at it, but lately the art I’ve been doing makes me very happy and gives me a personal sense of accomplishment that theatre never gave me. I’m hoping to find some sort of intersection between the two, so I can be able to make something for either a play or musical, then when I’m done just go chill somewhere for a little while and take a nap. Or like make some cool painting or drawing, make some money from it, then take a few weeks off of doing sutff, repeat. So I guess the short answer is: make art that I enjoy, get paid, not work every day:)

Random fact: I’m always telling myself that this probably isn’t something I should be so casual and open about, but then I tell people anyways. When I was 3-4, my sister was getting on my nerves and we were both on the kitchen counter for some reason. So to get her to stop, I took a knife and cut almost completely through her finger. Needless to say that got me in a bit of trouble with my dad, and to this day most of my family gets on edge when they see me with a knife. Which I find funny because In my teen years and now, I’ve gotten really into buying knifes and swords like some sort of blade gremlin. All of that probably made me sound very unstable, but I promise I’m not, just like sharp things. Im like 30% unhinged at all times AT MOST.

Aesthetics:????? I’m really into symmetry and matching colors of that counts as an aesthetic. My room is probably the best example, because everything in it is organized in a weird messy kinda way. I know where it is but it’s not where you’d think(ex: The sword I have hung next to my window) again I am very much a gremlin girl, and while I keep a lot of weird stuff, Im also very organized and creative so I end up using some broken things to make something new(ex: the bow and arrow I made out of a walking stick, some rubber bands and a 5 mechanical pencils). This description is probably also a good example of my aesthetic, which is to say messy, and slightly incoherent, but prepared and practical. In terms of clothing, it’s a sliding scale between “ For all intents and purposes I was not planning on leaving my room or being perceived physically by others today, but a friend wanted to hang out, and I love my friends so here I am looking like this” And “ I am an ethereal being of pure beauty and elegance, but watered down a bit so I’m still very well dressed, but minus the elegance, and plus a lil slut and probably some black boots”. It should also be stated that my gayness is part of both of these in varying degrees of intensity

about.

leo is french-american. his mom, connie, is a palo alto native while his dad, adrian, grew up in paris. connie went on a lil foreign exchange program when she was in uni and that’s where she met adrian.

adrian comes from a really wealthy family. they own a chain of hotels around france, which adrian eventually inherited, so he’s, yknow. loaded.

after she graduated, leo’s mom moved to paris for a while in The Name of Love. this is where she married adrian and then got pregnant with leo.

their romance, however, was short-lived. connie and adrian grew to resent each other a lil bit—they couldn’t resolve their differences,and grew further and further apart. eventually, they decided to split up. connie went back home to palo alto with baby leo, who was four at the time.

leo’s parents are civil with each other to this day. adrian continues to financially support leo and takes care of everything, so leo’s lived a pretty privileged and comfortable life.

every summer, leo goes to france and stays with him. leo’s still very fluent in french, but because he’s lived in palo alto his whole life, a tiny bit of an american accent peeks through when he speaks it, but yknow.

he’s majoring in fine arts. loves and is fascinated by art in all its forms, but is most taken with painting and drawing.

his dad doesn’t really approve of his choice of major, but leo figures he’s gonna inherit the hotels anyway, might as well spend his time in uni doing something he actually likes

born july 17th, 1996 as the youngest of four brothers. his parents didn’t really want him but had him anyway for reasons wonwoo later decides is just so they can have someone to blame for everything that goes wrong.

growing up, he’s barely looked after. his meals are just leftovers from his family’s plates, his bedroom is the storage room, his belongings all broken/damaged hand-me-downs from his brothers. if he left his room without permission, he’d be punished. 

by age eleven, he’s started to crack and tries to think of a way to scare his mother into stopping hitting him to discipline him. he starts in october 2007, standing by the side of her bed with a sewing needle while she sleeps until she’s too spooked to go near him. everyone assumes she’s just drunkenly dreaming and brushes it off. 

he then gets two of his older brothers, changwoo and hyunwoo. changwoo submits in september 2009 when he takes a girl into his treehouse and she falls out and breaks her leg after seeing the months of work from wonwoo carving warnings and threats into everything he owns. leaking hyunwoo’s nudes doesn’t damage his reputation enough, so wonwoo resorts to carefully planning the perfect ‘accident’. as of february 2012, his injury will never fully heal and his soccer scholarship and athletic career are gone forever. 

in a case that mpd believe to be suicide, jeongwoo, his oldest brother, suddenly dies in his bedroom on december 19th, 2013. in truth, wonwoo hadn’t meant to kill him but he doesn’t regret it, especially when two months later, he’s kicked out and feels the satisfaction fully of knowing revenge is sweet. 

he joins phoenix in february 2014 thanks to his new roommate. there, he meets mingyu and eventually after the worst night of wonwoo’s life ( september 30th, 2016 ), on november 18th, 2016 they begin dating and move in together. 

january 2019, they open famous last words bookstore together with their dog, noodle!!

buT she became involved in music through her father, who studied it in uni and ended up becoming a music instructor with a focus on piano, flute and vocals

her and her mom.. also her older brother, didn’t have the best relationship when she grew older, which seemed to die altogether when her parents divorced and her mom left. but her and her brother’s still exists, it’s just that he’s a bit of a toxic influence on her and she tends to distance herself from him

went to uni in seoul to pursue music like her father ( a daddy’s girl too like ) and found her way into the world of production !! by junior year, she’d transferred out of her original program and majored in that instead and has loved it ever since; she recently graduated

moved to gangnam bc.. idk, she just wanted to KDFJSGLGKFD

she adores said aunt, her dad’s sister and the maternal figure she Deserves, so overall jeju holds a special place in her heart

she’s also making something of an income as the creator of an acct on youtube and soundcloud for her music, something she’s had for abt two years now

she’s not even close to making it big yet, and she doesn’t mind if she never works for a moderately to highly popular label — though she should if she wants to get by

among the aesthetic, lo-fi music crowd ( one of those yt accts with a livestream for certain playlists that go on for hours, rip ) where for the most part, it’s personal faves mixed with her own works, and has a substantial following as of now. but has an interest in experimenting, with mashups ( as a lover of them ?? i couldn’t help myself sgflkdsjg ) for example, with a small fear of how that change would be received

this is so short now that i’ve shortened it immensely iK, it’s a little infuriating if you ask me ljkgdfjls

in terms of her personality and other things:

she’s a very loyal person, v e r y. while like i said ( and will elaborate on in her bio ), her relationship with her brother is Not Great, she hasn’t completely given up on him. maybe for the time being, but her being someone who’s open to the idea of people changing for the better somewhere down the line, leaves a bit of room for her to possibly change her mind if he does enough to allow her to consider it

so she can be a bit of a doormat in some cases, it all depends on how she sees the person that determines if that’s the case, but she generally won’t let you off if you’re being dumb/an ass to someone or if she gets advantageous vibes from you for example ( given she can.. be a little naive and is a p gentle soul ) so.. idk fgklsj good luck to the 99% ig ??

she does have a slight dependency on others despite her thinking all signs point to the opposite, and even though her and her mom never rly had a good relationship she still reels from the neglect/abandonment some days so handle her with Care if she deems you a close pal

spontaneous tbh, moving to gangnam was a little last minute on her part, for one

she’s a bit reclusive when focused on something, if she tells you she’s working on a track, it’s essentially a head’s up that you might not see her for a couple of days depending on how soon she gets it done — lowkey that bitch™ who makes up an illness to her boss, so she wouldn’t even show up for work if it’s more than just her fucking around

bc admittedly, a lot of what she posts is fucking around and liking it, her more thought-out and effort packed projects are hidden away on her laptop

decent family life, stereotypical suburban childhood, working parents and she’d oldest of two girls. her little sister is eighteen and her complete opposite but they strangely get along

jules is witty and very perceptive like she’ll see right through your bullshit but won’t call you out on it cause you do you boo. she’s judgey but also not a fan of confrontation

she’s hecka lazy and a procrastinator when it comes to things she doesn’t want to do, so she kinda always does what she wants?? 

jj has always been a night time person like if she could be nocturnal she would, and this leads to her love of the stars, she’s a hopeless romantic and what romantic doesn’t love a starry night?

if she’s not in her room at midnight she’s probably stargazing (on the roof or fire escape) she’s also v into horoscopes, she doesn’t take them too seriously but if you bring it up she’ll talk your ear off

she’s p impulsive like don’t be surprised if she comes to work one day with pink hair acting like nothing’s new, she likes to play with fashion but nothing crazy also has a low key shopping addiction

jules is v curious but again not big on confrontation so she’s not outright nosy, if you know how to do something she doesn’t she’ll ask to be taught. because of this she’s a little bit like a jack of all trades  she knows a little about everything (great conversationalist)

while she’d like to be an editor professionally, writing is her passion, she’s just not too keen on sharing her stuff it’s mostly diary type stuff with some poetry and a few short stories.

she used to carry around a journal everywhere but now it’s more likely you’ll find her typing into her notes on her phone if inspiration strikes, she’s still got a journal in her room but she likes to travel light
