I live in scottsdale and I wouldn’t say megan or her sister have a “reputation” by any means but people do know of them. years ago megan dated a guy whose family owns all the clubs here and her model photos used to be over a bar called hifi so she’s known for that and having a flashy lifestyle with the car dealer ex bf after. AZ has some scandalous girlies/bottle servers but wouldn’t group the turner sisters in that

I don’t think there is anything about her sister, and I’ve never really seen her name brought up like Megan’s. In fact everything I’ve seen talks about how “normal” she is and how they likely didn’t come from a wealthy family because she isn’t posting luxury vacations and expensive bags all the time, which fuels the “Megan is an escort/ sugar baby” rumours.

Megan is discussed on so many different servers going back years, and none of if it is good stuff. I definitely wouldn’t group Lexi in with that stuff, but I’m certainly leaning towards Megan being involved in it in some capacity.
