TRANSMIGRATOR’S GUIDE TO: Yuhua Wei

A “good student,” a “good friend,” a nobody. From that, to the voluntold assistant of Divus Crewel, stuck in the world of Twisted Wonderland where magic and arrogance run rampant.

This is the story of Yuhua Wei, another “Yuu” among many.

You’ve probably never heard of him, or maybe you have. Either way, this new and improved guide will give you a way to start getting to know him!

Below is more information about our self-saving scum protagonist~

PERSONALITY

Yuhua’s outward persona can change depending on who he is with: you could call him a people-pleaser. Around staff and certain upperclassmen, he is respectful and earnest. Around close friends, he is a bit more outspoken and brash, but also playful and encouraging. Around strangers, he is meek but affable when spoken to. So on and so forth. However, the degree to which he speaks his mind is varied—you could compare him to a nesting doll. Always removing or adding a layer that hides his true self, whatever that may be.

He also possesses a manipulative side, which is part of why he tries to appeal to people: so that if he needs to, he can use favorable opinions of him to make his life more convenient. Emphasizing his helplessness or weakness when he cannot do something himself; complaining so someone will take notice of a problem…

Of course, Yuhua would rather not stand out—it would be too much for his insecure, introverted self and too inconvenient. The practical part of him believes that being a polite, respectful side character is the role the universe has decided for him. However, he isn’t above what some would consider slightly immoral. After all, he always adapts to his audience, and in the villains’ world, one must do as the villains do.

ABILITIES

System: The strange aid that Yuhua was given upon transmigrating. It appears in the form of holographic floating screens that only he can see, and makes the world of Twisted Wonderland seem like a mix between a game and reality. The main story books and events are considered to be “missions” for him.

It allows him to check his status, relationships with others, their opinions of him, and possess a hammerspace inventory with more items than he could physically carry.

It also has a strange function regarding memories…

Potions: The System, plus tutelage under has allowed Yuhua to unlock the recipes to and make a vast array of potions, such as healing ones. He mainly uses these during battles.

TRIVIA

Much like how the teachers have their own uniforms, Yuhua also has his own magic-enforced “dorm uniform.” It seems to take inspiration from a Far East fairytale, where a young maiden was aided by her late mother in the form of a beautiful, golden carp. Yuhua wears a locket that is enchanted to switch him into his dorm uniform when he opens it.

He typically wears what looks like the standard school uniform, because 1) it goes under his labcoat in the classroom due to safety procedures, and 2) it makes him stand out less.

Floyd calls him “Koi.” Other students will frequently refer to him as “the TA” or “Crewel’s TA.” His more commonly-used nickname is “Yu.”

ㅤㅤthey whine when tugged forward , hand gripping at their stomach harder . they don't resist , allowing him to drag him inside and towards the couch where they sit down as soon as they're close enough too . standing hurts and they had used up what was left of their strength to get back to mondstadt .. to him .

ㅤㅤthey're trying to joke , something they always did when they were trying to cope with something that terrified them . it was easier to stay playful and keep a smile then admit that they were afraid . even now they hesitate to remove their jacket .. unsure if they want to see how bad it actually is; but they do . they follow the orders given to them , shrugging their jacket off; shirt soon to follow . it's not easy to move , every lift of their arms causing them to want to cry in pain .

ㅤㅤtalking also helps , it helps from to distract . help's to ignore everything else that's going on . it also gives them something to focus on because they know if they think about the pain , or how bad the wound is there's a chance at them passing out .

Red (Home)

“Is he going to survive?” She asked again. She stared at him, her large hazel eyes boring hopefully into his. Ka’il wasn’t an expert on humans but he felt she couldn’t have been much older than Miriel. “If he lives through the night and we can keep infection away, probably.” Determination entered her eyes. The same look Miriel got when she wanted to help, wanted to do tell the world she would do what seemed impossible. “Then he will make it through the night.” Ka’il smiled at her. His first smile since before Laitae broke into his world. “Anyone would with you near, little one.” He couldn’t resist ruffling her wild red-blonde hair. She glared at him and smoothed out her hair. “I’m twelve,” She pointed out. “Oh, practically an adult. No wonder you were a good apprentice.” Ka’il said, half-jokingly. The girl beamed at him.

Orange & Yellow (TR)

“My father had her built just last year after our last ship became too damaged to float. The plan is that after this trip is over, she will be mine.” Nahuel looked at the ship with pride. A pride Shuntala felt was deserved as she took in the frigate in front of them. Natural medium wood shone through a thick coating that protected it from the dangers of the sea, a swirling line of orange and pink painted flowers decorated the top of the hull and curled around bright yellow lettering that gleamed on her aft. The Rising Sun’s rays danced and reached for the flowers circling them.

Green Emerald (TR)

She moved her attention from the fingers lightly touching her wrist to his emerald eyes. She relaxed a little. “Now,” he muttered to himself as he pocketed the salve. Shuntala looked back at her arm as he slowly unwrapped it. Stitches lined her cut. An angry redness partly ringed it. She flinched as he gingerly touched it. “Sorry,” He said. “I’ll have to talk Saavin into coming back.” Shuntala looked back at his eyes as he concentrated on re-wrapping her arm then looked to his ears. What she realized should have been elongated was cut off, thick scars marking the end.

Blue (ATWR)

Once again Takashti found himself in the girls’ room. It hadn’t been his prerogative but resisting a fresh changed Jayme— now wearing pastel blue and sequined sandals— was like flying a kite in a hurricane. Not even Nim said anything as she rolled her eyes as he was dragged into their domain. “You’ve been acting strange, Jayme.” Nim suddenly said as they watched Cris yeet some large and rather ugly character off the stage. “Sheik remains undefeated!” Cris cried out as she held her hands up. “Which one of you losers want to try their hand?” “I’m not acting strangely,” Jayme replied. He grinned at Nim. “Jayme is acting like Jayme. It’s Takashti’s turn!”

Indigo Cobalt (TR)

Shuntala sipped on the water and examined the sword. The rich, cobalt blue hilt looked more like it belonged to an aristocrat than a pirate. Then, perhaps, this Wulf had murdered the Lord or Duke who had commissioned it? She sat the half-empty cup down and picked up the sword. She unsheathed it part way and turned it, eyes wide as she watched the blade catch the light. Nahuel had basic sword knowledge, so she hadn’t been taught much but she could tell that it was taken care of. She noticed some letters hidden just below the hilt. She squinted, making them out. HRH AW? She stared at the letters, eyebrows creased. Was that a maker? A title?

Violet (ATWR)

Takashti was nearly ready for sleep by the time Jayme came in and crashed half onto his bed, face buried in his violet comforter. “Rough day?” Takashti asked as he tossed his laundry into the light green basket by the bathroom door. Jayme moaned. “Did you get her highness settled down?” Jayme moaned again. “Did you tell her about your brother?” Jayme turned his head so he could look at Takashti. “It wasn’t the right time.” Takashti rolled his eyes. “If we all waited for the right time to share bad news we’d still be waiting for an official statement on The Titanic.”

I'm currently stuck on the most random thing with me currently trying to write backstory stuff for my OCS.

(Warning for ALOT of rambling)

(tw for mentions of decapitation and death)

Tldr: I don't know how someone could accidentally get decapitated by someone else and I'm too scared to Google it even though I know I'm going to have to.

Because essentially the story takes place in a sort of Wednesday meets monster high kind of deal where they're all students instead at a university compared to a high school but all of them are either "monsters" or have some non-human ability. And then there's like a different group of people who two of my characters are a part of which are essentially from a different realm entirely and the only way they can go to the human realm is by essentially taking the body of someone who has died in a similar fashion to what their powers kind of are or something that relates to what they are.

Prime example my character atlas, they're essentially like a cosmic entity that can control and create black holes and gravity and light and just darkness in general and the way they get a human body is because there was this astronaut who was a shapeshifter who was testing out a new space jet kind of thing but it went wrong after a star randomly supernova nearby and if the supernova itself didn't kill the person the black hole created from it definitely did. So atlas essentially made a deal with the soul of this person and was able to create a new human body from pairing with the soul.

And as long as that is that's a simplified version.

The issue I'm having comes down to my character Jaymes. He is a dullahan, essentially the Irish mythology version of the grim reaper. But with their main feature being their lack of a head being attached to their shoulders. And I have everything figured out from after jay pairs with the soul even who the soul is and the plot that comes with that because this character was murdered and it causes a whole kerfuffle because someone that has been murdered is seen walking around after they should have been dead. But the issue is I don't know how someone can get accidentally decapitated by someone else, because the only way this person could have died in order for James to get their body is if they were decapitated, and the murder was meant to be accidental but they try and cover it up. And I'm just too scared to Google how does someone accidentally get decapitated, like I know as an artist my search history is going to be weird from the stuff I have to look up for references already but it is one of those lines that I know I'm going to have to cross but I'm just too scared for what else I'll see when I do search it.
