Something about older Jason looking at the child version of himself, the innocent victim, and feeling the need to defend and avenge him the way no one else will. They'll call him reckless and try to pin the blame for his death on some unique failure of his personality, the problem isn't Robin the problem is he was just a bad fit for Robin! And then older Jason coming back to life and spits on their twisted grief. Fuck you, that innocent child deserved more. You took his memory and ruined it to make yourselves feel better. If no one will give him justice then Jason will take it himself no matter who he has to kill to get there. It's the only way he can move forward.

Something about older Cass looking at this child version of herself, this innocent who has no idea what she was doing when she was tricked into killing, and finding her irredeemable. She will forgive everyone for everything if they need a second chance but she cannot forgive that innocent child. She spends ten years wanting that child to die for their sin, a standard she holds no one else to. And in the end she does have to die. She can never forgive that child until the price has been paid and the guilty, tormented, suicidal mess of a girl is dead and never coming back. Only then can Cass live on. Only then can she smile without feeling the weight of her kill on her back. If no one will give that child the justice they deserve then she will have to do it herself. It's the only way she can move forward.

But fact is, she wouldn't be able to hate her like that if she wouldn't had loved her even more. Because that's exactly what she did. She loved her with every inch of her body and she trusted her. She had enough faith in her that she literally begged her, Lady Death, to spare him. That she believed her love alone could be enough to break the rules. But it wasn't.

So yes, Agatha hated Rio. But she also once loved her with the same intensity.

I'm sure it's no surprise to anyone that I hate Caitvi with a passion, however. The people on tiktok talking about how "Catradora walked so Caitvi could run" don't realize that mine and Vi's relationship and story is more similar to Catra and Adora than her and Caitler's ever was- only difference is that we're sisters and not romantically involved.

Also Catradora ran so Caitvi could trip and fall down a well, but that's an opinion so

The time where Vi calls out Caitlyn for acting like Jinx is so. Like, Jinx is always shown as this like deranged individual that doesn't think reason and rationale to her actions (at least in season 1, season 2 she's 100% more confident of herself and more deliberate), and when Vi calls out Cait for acting the same way it's so, it's so. Like Vi isn't wrong either!! She's been gasing the underside, making it literally unable to breathe, she's been hunting down Jinx without any other care in the world.

To me when Vi calls her out it screams "You aren't going about this any better than she is" a she's right. Just because Cait is topside and an elite it doesn't mean she's immune from doing the wrong things and facing consequences of her actions.

And that is just, so powerful to me.

i actually think its hilarious and awesome to see that demeter can be herself with those shes close with (one of my favourite things in characterisations is when you have what seems to be a stern and serious presenting person breaking character at a dumb or inappropriate joke or something to that affect, it kills me everytime its so funny!)
