something I like about 'broppy' in the shows is how they're really more alike than what I've seen people give them credit for. They're both really competitive (especially towards each other), always willing to egg the other on, and are never afraid to tell the other their opinion on something that's more often than not, NOT listened to, lol. Both are stubborn as hell in that regard, and they really just wanna one up the other in any way shape of form.

Branch is very very obsessive w keeping his bunker in check, poppy is the same w party planning. They take more than what they can handle sometimes bc branch feels pressured to by the people around him (to fit in) and it's kinda the same w poppy but it leans more towards her own high expectations of herself and how she has to do good for the people relying on her. They'd both rather eat their own foot than admit they have problems sometimes and would endlessly chastise the other for doing so, or simply just go 'i told you so' when the other guy finally relents.

and at the end of the day if you told this to their faces they'd deny they were anything alike at all lmao

watching my mom's journey from being part of the GA to a full buddie truther who wants to know the bts tea has been truly fascinating and fantastic for me personally lmao so i just wanted to share some highlights

before 7x4 my mom simply never even mentioned anything remotely hinting at seeing buddie's potential or any queer coding. she did predict that eddie made buck chris' godfather though and i guess thought that was normal behavior idk

during 7x4 however, she kept on remarking on buck being jealous of eddie spending time with someone else. but when tmmy kissed buck, she gasped cause she fully expected buck to not be into it

after that episode she started to think out loud and said "well lately, i have been wondering if buck might like men.... because of how he is around eddie...."

she quickly came to the conclusion that tmmy and buck had zero chemistry, unlike buck and eddie, and she said it was a shame they didn't cast someone else for the role of buck's bisexual awakening lmao

for the longest time she couldn't really see eddie's side of it. but then! 8x6/8x9/8x10 happened. and where she first had said "this is a reeeaaaally slow burn, if they are gonna go there", she changed her tune and said "they are really ramping it up, it's so clear that they are building up that relationship."

how do u feel about the new precure season?

it’s hard for me to say definitively how I’ll feel when it actually airs, but for now i can’t say i have many positive feelings lol

maybe this is a weird take for someone with an idol fanseries, but the idol theme isnt for me (and the doomer in me doesn’t want to watch precure become aikatsu lmao sorry aikatsu u are boring)…just don’t really get the hype i guess lolol

i do!!! i generally really love it here aside from some uh. quirks let's call them. but i'm in my 3rd year rn majoring in illustration with a seq arts minor, and one of the major reasons i applied to go here is bc nd stevenson was one of my biggest inspirations growing up!!

oh i guess i didnt post abt it ? but ive been reading another ~sapphic~ ~wlw~ romance book and HATEDDDDDDD the beginning. but now im near the end and am having fun hating it bc i believe the author and i have reached an understanding that these people are losers <3 i think wayyyy too many authors try to have A Very Special Episode vibe for romance books as if blorbo #1 is literally the first person on earth to ever experience depression/anxiety/ADHD/autism/an ED/chronic pain/dysphoria/single parenthood/baldness etc etc etc and gets to explain the wikipedia page to blorbo #2, who is effortlessly understanding despite just learning abt it. this book is still kinda giving the "effortless" part but cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have the MC be like "🥺 yeah....🥺....i have... GAD 🫢👉👈 that's Generalized Anxiety Disorder....it means im saur anxious all the time....🥺" and the love interest is like. yeah dude, my mom and 5 other ppl i know have it. anyways
