I have a headcanon that living in the basement, Aaron has mannequin versions of his friends Nicky, Enzo, Trinity & Maritza that he has in fact made himself but he's sure that it was his Dad who made them in order to make his son feel less lonely (he's so traumatized that he can no longer differentiate his own creations from his Dad's)
ps: this might sound weird but in my head it seems really dramatic

One thing I've noticed about Season 2 was this.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The storyboards.
We've already got this scene with Otto and all of the dead and painted animals.
And we got a storyboard of the weather station.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But a couple of storyboards that we didn't see in Season 2 were these.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I don't know if these might be in Season 3, or if these are deleted scenes. Because if they're deleted scenes, I'll scream, because I was really looking forward to these.
This was just something I noticed!
That's all I was thinking about.

So, I have some thoughts that I'm gonna share with y'all:
You remember this scene where Enzo is talking with Nicky?
Tumblr media
Well, this only takes place A FEW HOURS before episode six, but this Nicky is drastically different from ep. 6 Nicky, enough that I assumed that at least a month has passed in between episode 5 and six, but it doesn't. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO NICKY???
Because here Nicky seems to be at least aware of where he is and his general situation, but then in episode 6 Nicky is just gone. He goes from begging to be let out to willingly returning to the basement in the course of literally a few hours. Clearly something happened cause we are seeing two completely different versions of Nicky. I know the guest was probably doing something but shhh, he's not really a character in the show yet.
Anyways, I am absolutely NOT obsessed with this show and it DOES NOT consume all of my thoughts <3

Now I know that we all agree that Mr Bales's is sweet and kind unlike his wife👍👍
Because in Season 1 Mr Bales is kind and sweet, but Mrs. Bales is a karen
And in Season 2 Mr Bales is thoughtful and obviously doesn't want to send Trinity to boarding school and feels bad for her daughter, but his wife is still a bitch and a Karen.
If Mrs. Bales is still a karen in season 3 i'm going to cry😭🙏

Okay I don't usually make AUs bc I'm really bad at it but I've had this idea for a hello neighbor au where like..
Everything is the same story wise but instead of ravenbrooks being surrounded by woods it takes place in a coastal town
Instead of the observatory the forest protectors (I guess they'd be beach protectors now? Beach scavengers maybe? Something cool) hold their meetings in an abandoned light house
And like the guest could be one of those old timey divers that wears those copper diving helmets or a mysterious figure covered in seaweed and stuff..
Also golden apple chocolates could be salt water taffy

So was anybody gonna tell me the Hello Neighbor cartoon is actually not that bad or was I gonna have to watch a review thinking it’d be a funny bad show and figure it out?

"she's talking to me like I'm a grown-up. I'm not, though. I'm just a kid. why can't anyone see that?"
what amazes and scares me at the same time is how responsible and conscious Aaron and Mya are. I mean, how old are they in grave mistakes & puzzle master? like 10 and 8, probably? just imagine what hellish things these kids must have gone through. since early childhood people have been blaming them for things they never did — firstly, for their father's deeds and decisions, then their grandparents'. these innocent children had to deal with so much pressure from outside AND with questions coming from within. they didn't even understand what had they done wrong, did they? these two had to carry such a heavy pain on their still fragile shoulders for so long. people literally took away their childhood.

My opinion on "Send Trinity to a Boarding school"
Tumblr media
Ok i am really surprised by how many people support the boarding school idea for Trinity,so i will say my opinion about it.IT'S A TERRIBLE IDEA!
Trinity deserve a therapy, deserve family support(her parents instead of trying to talk to her and tries to find a solution simply decide to send her far away),need to learn what made wrong with her friends.Kicking her in a boarding school won't resolve anything of that, actually it will make just everyone worse.
She Will just give her more reason to not trust her parents since they didn't even try to talk to her and she will lost all her friends, the only people that helped her with all her shit were her friends. She could try to make new friends there but to be fair,Does she look like in a good condition for trying to make new friends? Especially considering Trinity herself doubt about her social skills, and it's doubt that there would be good people in the boarding school (like 90% of raven brooks students is an asshole, there is no proof the boarding school would be better).
And keeping her away from Raven Brooks is litteraly bad motivation.Just let's think of Nicky in act 3.He was away from Raven Brooks for 19 years, and he was everything but fine. And i am also not mentioning all the other problems a boarding school could cause.
and i know Trinity has Technically did something bad in her previous town that cost her the trust of her parents, but still that doesn't make their choice a good one.Even After Mr Peterson arrest they still ignored her daughter and her problems and refused to truly help her
In conclusion.GIVE TRINITY A THERAPY SESSION (and possibly to the other inventors club members as well, especially Nicky, Maritza and Ivan), BOARDING SCHOOL IS A TERRIBLE IDEA!

ive just watched the first season of the "welcome to raven brooks" and the teaser of the second season.
i wanna talk about the plot. im a bit diapointed of what happened to the main idea of this franchise. in fact, "hello neighbor" is about overcoming traumatic events and returning to normal life. moreover, the game is good because it works both ways: nick and theodore.
nick was kidnapped as a child and he stayed with creep man for a long time. it hurt him a lot, it haunted his nightmares, he tried to escape from it being adult. as a result, metaphorically, he overcomes this and returns to a normal happy life.
theodore is another case. unlike nick, he hasnt recovered from his trauma. the deaths of his wife and children broke him so much that they simply left no chance for rehabilitation. and also his job sucks.
these are everyday stories. i mean, they could happen anywhere and to anyone. the car accident that killed diane - remember how many accidents happen every day.
an accident with children - children have a lot of power that they dont control. the real case: in one family, a brother in a fit of anger hit his sister with a metal toy and fractured her skull. and this is very similar to the situation with theodores children: aaron hated his sister and bullied her in every possible way, which led to the incident.
and the kidnapping? i think you know how many children have gone missing...
do you understand???? IT'S COMMONPLACE. but there is nothing like this in wtrb. the neighbor is just a creep, that just got crazy and kills city dwellers. moreover, there is some kind of mysticism involved and the whole story immediately loses its charm.
but if consider it separately from the main plot, as if its just a childish slasher about kids who solve the mysteries of a maniac, then its a lot of fun:D
in short, the wtrb is controversial, but not bad. 5/10
