The class difference, it's the money, the house, the restaurants, the car. If they were still those teenagers to Dohoe, all this thing wouldn't matter, because he would be simply happy to be with the person he loves. But I feel spending 12 years without Juyeong and just concentrating in running away from the past, made him want all these things, status, money. Because these things make take him far from where he was. The way he disrespected the wallet because it was from his past even tho it was a goon nice memory, he can't look at those moments because they are stained by his father hate and violence.

The little child saying he just wants to sleep, rest and never wake up again, it was too close to home, both for me and Dohoe. Usually that statements ends with a trying or a certain end. Unfortunately the media doesn't talk enough about children taking that step, when they are everywhere, so glad they talk about it.

Abuse is a cycle, a constants shadow that is being repeated to us, and we repeat to ourselves or to others. After twelve years, even tho Dohoe says he has left that behind, he has changed so many things about himself, that shadow, it follows him. He drinks like his father. He thinks he doesn't deserve love and happiness, that's why he most probably wasn't in a long time relationship. Even when he tries to be with Juyeong, he presents himself as an emotional abusive and absent partner. 

Here me out, he doesn't make himself available, doesn't want to talk it out, he avoids the problem with sex, he makes Juyeong feel bad for wanting more. If Juyeong wants a relationship, it has to be on his condition, or they end things. 

I'm not blaming him, he is not the villain. I do the same in my way, my traumas made me half of whom I am, same goes for him. But he has to face them so he can heal and change to what who he really wants to be.

Like other people on Tumblr I also am having thoughts of them better of without each other, whatever it is I just want them to talk, and forgive, and say it's okay,

I still visit Twitter. It's is quite appalling to see Elon Musk at work, and surely will miss Twitter when it's gone.

John Edwin Mason is one of the people whose tweets I enjoy. Recently he posted a link to BBC Radio 4 - Soul Music, Series 30, Feeling Good: The surprizing history behind a track made famous by Nina Simone.

It's wonderful 30 minute program about a song I really love. I so enjoyed it that I listened to the next program when it queued up, Pavane Pour Une Infante Défunte by Maurice Ravel and then finally the next program I Will Survive. Something all three episodes impressed upon me is how strong the healing capacity of music is.

This morning being Easter and not having to go to work, I listened to Pavane Pour Une Infante Défunte at YouTube and read some of the comments, many were testimonies about its healing qualities. And of course on son lead to another.

I have no great insight into music, but feel grateful that music and speak to us and heal us.
