The symbols spell out the name "sA-m-Imn": Sienamun.

Literal translation of the symbols comes out to "Son of (the god) Amun"

while the first two lines indicate he was a priest: "Hm-nTr" and a certified horse girl (i.e. a caretaker of horses): "imy-r smsmw"

First full artwork of the year!!! Woo! I hope the heirogyphics read heirophic…al? I was tits deep in the Book of the Dead for a while there.

Anyhow, this one is for a project @jeromesankaraao3 and I are working on! Walking Dead time travel fix it? (I promise they don’t go that far into the past, just two years). It’s been a fucking BLAST to write so far, and I’m devouring Higgs being our villain. Absolute dastardly shit. Hopefully soon we can get the first few chapters up but… here’s a sneak peak of the end. ;)

This is what hieroglyphs and figures in ancient Egyptian temples looked like before their colors faded. They were recreated using a polychromatic light display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, following thorough research.

The hieroglyph of the giant cyclops, which only appears in the unaired pilot of Lost in Space, Nowhere to Hide.

I don't know why they didn't leave it in the episode that repurposes this part, There Were Giants in the Earth. It would have been a cool way to call back what had happened earlier in that episode.

Countdown to Halloween Day 11- Cleo De Nile

Day 11 brings us the ever GLAMOROUS Cleo De Nile, dressed as a gorgeous Egyptian goddess- more specifically the goddess of love, Hathor!

I got inspired by Shining Nikki’s Lightborn Grace and a few other outfits I found on the internet.

Needless to say, Cleo is looking drop dead gorgeous- literally.
