happy wincest wednesday! <3 i’m back <3 do you think dean would support sam at his sporting events (soccer) or would he hold back due to their father’s disapproval?

dean supports sam’s athletic endeavors in a very dean way. meaning, the first time sam walks out of the motel bathroom in full get-up, dean laughs for five minutes straight and tells sam he looks like a crotchless pubescent ken doll. but of course dean put up the money to even buy the uniform, and when sam needs a ride to games or practice, dean takes him.

he probably also pretends it’s really lame to sam’s face 99.5% of the time. “no cheerleaders? dude, what’s even the point of soccer?” he does NOT sit out on the bleachers, but sam’s caught him lurking by the concession stand, flirting with one of the younger substitutes that volunteered her saturday. what he doesn’t notice is dean zoning out on him, cheering him on, chanting under his breath, “come on, sammy. come on.”

win or lose, dean always sees the team huddling together. sam’s still awkward as all hell, never quite learned how to blend in as well as he’s always dying to. but the team always swallows him in with them and sam smiles and laughs. and dean doesn’t really know if he should be happy or upset about it, and that sets him on edge.

so after his matches, sam almost always climbs into dean’s lap. sweaty bangs and deodorant long worn off. and dean tugs his hair and is more mouthy than usual and drowns out all his pounding heart flurries with, “was watchin’ you the whole time, sammy. kicked their asses, kiddo.” gets his hand down sam’s shorts and lets a different kind of wrongness wheedle into him listening to sam’s pitched, breathy gasps.

Hmmm, It's honestly really a toughie! There's so many cool ones out there! Here's some I can think of off the top of my head that I do reallyyyyy like though! It's hard for me to pick favorites and honestly it can be hard to keep track of all the designs I have seen aldkdjldfkf

@/pluck-heartstrings PMH and CM designs for the DCA are really awesome and so is their Princess designs! No pants supremacy reigns supreme and I for one approve of the message.

@/paranoidactivityau has killer designs for their DCA too, and there's OCs they have in the au that's lovely as well! I am weak for their Eclipse and want to both cuddle and punt their Moon. Sun needs and deserves comfort though, cannot deny him his dues.

@/flowysgonemad has these really snazzy Hippie DCA designs! I love the colors and I feel like any ride is a fun ride with these guys! Holding them up in the palms of my hands... They are so pretty...

@/divinit3a has a Yeti AU! Sun and Moon both have these really creative, wild designs that work with the ice and furs that surrounds them and they're beautiful in a dangerous way! Pom cooking with em fr fr UAGH

As for my own AUs, I honestly haven't made much regarding designs for my long running aus... though I have for the one shots and for funzies ALDKAKFFL help.

I particularly like the designs of my Sun from the Fashion AU, Moon from my Mer AU, and Sun from my Burning Celestials AU! Also my non-serious crossover AU where Sun and Moon are Emmet and Ingo. Adore them!

Okay firstly, I'm excited for whatever the heck Brooklynn's got going on XD Idk what this girl is up too, I think she's making bad decisions for compelling reasons and I can't wait to see how it all plays out.

Also I'm definitely hoping for more falllout from the rest of crew learning Brooklynn is alive. Idk about you guys, but that is one thing that stood out to me in s2 as being a bit lackluster. I need the rest of the N5 to really grapple with the weight of Brooklynn's descision and what it meant and still means for them. Give some of that interiority! <3

Also! My girl Yasmina!! I love her so much. I can't quite remember if this was resolved in s2 (I don't remember one, but it's been a minute since I've seen it), but I'd really like to see the effects of everyone leaning on Yaz for emotional stability/comfort. I hope this isn't a thread that they drop, because everyone is still under extremem emotional strain, even if it isn't the exact same problems everyone had in s2, and Yaz is still the one who's gone to therapy and done the work, and overall seems to be in a better place than the others. It's easy to see from all the other's perspectives why they feel the most comfortable looking to her for support, but being that support for so many people can be really overwhelming it a really specific, guilt-ridden way. I'd really like to see that further explored.

(Also give me more Yaz and Kenji friendship!! I loved what we got in s2 and i wish for more haha XD)

Final thing! I'm really excited about Ben's girlfriend XD I'm pretty sure you've seen my post about this, but she's from a time in their lives we have as viewers have so little access to! I wanna know more about the N6 after they got of the island, and before Brooklynn's tragedy struck. I hope Gia can give a bit of insight into what that was like, at least for Ben. (also i love a new character <3)

Oooo Silas and summer!! I think he likes summer, he's fine with any season change. Hmmm well sun definitely makes it a bit of a problem to enjoy it BUT bro doesn't just... POOF away like in older vampire movies LMAOO, I mean this is just my little headcanon for vampires that I'm writing (so it includes Marcus as well):

I think sun can feel very uncomfortable on their skin if they are exposed to it for too long. It could depend on the individual, some start to immediately feel uncomfortable while for others it takes time. That's why I kinda gave Marcus that cowboy like hat and clothes that kinda cover his skin better. I think of it like it could start to feel very itchy, skin could feel more sensitive, light burning like feeling, sensitive eyes (sensitive to the light) and then there are more severe cases. BUT ALSO if not physical affect, there could be mental effects! Like headaches, lightheaded/dizzy feeling, irritation and similar!

So I can imagine Silas really wanting to enjoy summer now that he actually can give himself the luxury he always dreamed of. And I think he'd definitely want to rent a whole ass yacht. I think he'd wanna enjoy everything he was missing out on and now if he has a yacht, you know there could be potential parties and uhmmm freaky time hehehe.

Yesss he'd love the beach! Idk cast a spell or smth on him so he doesn't burn his vampire ass, but I think he'd love to go to beaches! If not during the day, then at night OOOO NIGHT SWIMMING but also night freaky time at beach 👀 woahhh Alessio better accept every invitation (watch bro actually appear even when uninvited HEHEHE).

for my ARROWVERSE DR — technically the first person was my nanny/housekeeper/mother-figure-adjacent-friend — Belinda Liu . i had lost contact with her as required by rookie agents in a government organisation, specifically one that shouldn’t exist to the general public (aka ASIS), after years of no contact (and after realising just how corrupted and vile this organisation is) i went straight to Belinda and told her everything. i’d have to say she was disappointed, because that much is clear, but she was trying her hardest to hide it, more focused on taking in everything that recounting for her. she was also worried, extremely worried. Because of the history that my family has with ASIS, and realising that they managed to get to me as well… yeah she wasn’t happy but she had to put all that aside to help me figure a way out of the mess i’d gotten myself into

for my SPIDERVERSE DR — it was my professor, my mentor, he was my canon event, my “uncle ben”. he actually found out because i needed his help on one of my first major “missions” aka Racha (pronounced Ra-Kah — short for Arachna bcs aussies can’t talk about anything without giving it a nickname) anyway .. yeh “Racha is in over her head and needs to resort to asking for help even though she’d rather bang her skull against the wall” .. back to the point, he was . odd, my mentor. like from his reaction he wasn’t disappointed that i was The Spidergirl or Arachna as i made myself known, he wasn’t happy with it though, i guess the main emotions were intrigued and concerned, he made me give him a run down of the semantics of my webs and how the spinnerets in my wrist work and how i can control them, just a Lot of questions and a lot of silent judgement whenever the conversation veered into a topic about something dangerous i had to face

for my ARROWVERSE DR — i’ve been part of multiple teams, first it was ASIS though calling it a team is overstating it, i was the head operative and i had a small group of agents that were called in to assist me if i needed it. there was no team in that team. We were all just out for ourselves.

then i moved to america, gotham city to be specific, and was part of the batfam for a short time, i was there for the adoption of Dick Grayson and i took a bit of a behind the scenes backseat role alongside alfred for a little while before i moved to starling city

obviously i then joined team arrow and got to work alongside ollie and laurel, felicity, diggle, roy, thea — it was fun, but it couldn’t last (lore/plot reasons) bcs i move to central city

this is where i first shift to, and i’ve been a part of team flash since day one and obviously, as a result of the growing teams and heroes, i’m one of the founding members of the justice league

in general i’m a solitary hero in terms of field work, i don’t need to have a team or backup, i tend to take on missions and recon by myself, undercover work especially

for my SPIDERVERSE DR — i’m a solo player, i did take assistance in the past : from time to time from various people in my city that i knew i could trust but it’s always with the mask on, i didn’t have a specific “team” per se, just a bunch of friends and acquaintances that aren’t connected to each other so they couldn’t connect themselves back to me — they don’t know each other but they all knew me . that is, until i lost my mentor.. and then i stopped the whole “asking for help” thing, at least, not while i’m in the mask

eventually i become part of gwen’s spider society which is where i meet peter/noir

🧪 : TENACIOUS TEST TUBE . . . where did your powers come from? were they from a test tube like captain america? a radioactive spider like spider-man?

for my ARROWVERSE DR — i’m a human hero in this dr, tho many of my enemies and even some of my friends speculate that i have some form of meta human abilities, i don’t. i’ve just been trained very intensely, with varying skills and a broad mastery over numerous weapons and fighting styles, i tend to mix and match and meld them all into my own style, something subtle and unannounced, before erupting into a powerful albeit ruthless form of combat — it’s clean and concise and yet equally formidable

for my SPIDERVERSE DR — i do have powers, obviously aksjdjskd i was accompanying my friend and her dad to his work at Oscorp Laboratories and we both got bored so we went exploring, got separated and i wound up in some restricted section of the lab, fast forward a little sneaking in and snooping around i end up getting a call from my friend (almost getting caught) and i resort to sneaking through a closed off lab-enclosure and climbing through a vent to get back out and in that process, a little experiment-crossbred-mutation-spider jumped onto my head and clung onto my braid, burying itself into the plaits of my hair before going into hibernation or some shit because the little fucker chose to come out and reveal itself when i was all cozy and ready for bed !! i had to battle a spider, lose aka get bit, and then pass out only to wake up in a bloody cocoon… so yeah, definitely had the best time getting powers .

who inspires you most ?

hmmmm . . . my automatic response would have to be gray ( @hinodae ). i would not be on this site if it weren't for him. most of my muses, are connected or interwoven with his. i could not ask for a better partner, both in writing & in life. BUT ! that kind of feels like the easy answer so i'd like to highlight some other people ; orion ( @killerhubby ) always amazes me with her ocs, & they're very sweet ooc. it honestly feels like talking to a friend i've known for years whenever we do talk & i appreciate how much thought they put into the dynamics we create together. also have to shout out vee ( @goldcnpeaks ) because jovie is such a well thought out character. i love learning about her & reading about miss jovie on the dash. her aesthetics are also ALWAYS on point. haju ( @sitehound / @gyokutoll ) is also someone who i really enjoy writing with, plotting with her never feels like a chore & i feel like the dynamics we have together are always unique. idk, i could go on. all of the people i write with bring something to the table & inspire me in some way.

are there any small details you tend to like in roleplays ?

INTROSPECTION ! i tend to appreciate small, understated details that bring a sense of realism & depth to the characters & the world they inhabit. it's the little things that reveal a character’s personality or history — like how they speak when they're tired, or the way their body language changes when they're nervous. a quiet gesture, like pushing hair behind the ear or clenching fists when upset, can tell you so much more than dialogue alone. i like when characters react to situations in ways that feel contradictory to what they say, because it's those contradictions that make them feel more human. it's not always the big actions or dramatic moments that capture me ; it’s those fleeting, almost unnoticed moments that leave the most lasting impact. they remind me that a character's internal world is just as important as the external one they’re navigating.

I don't know why I just noticed this ask now! I'm sorry for the delay. You even sent it on my bday 💗💗💗 But funnily enough, this ask makes me realize I have not spent enough time reading Gofushi fics on AO3 lol. I read a lot of Goyuu, Sukuita, Itafushi, and Satosugu, but I need to delve into Gofushi more. That said, I know you have read this one and also adore it, but I'm listing it here in case anyone else is reading: @birdhousematerial 's Not Until I Tell You blew me out of the water (out of the piss? lol), and I already know I'm going to reread it very many times. Insanely good lol. I know I have read others that feature Gofushi as an addition or background to Goyuu, but I don't seem to have them in my bookmarks :( This makes me want to go search for them haha Anyway, since I don't have other Gofushi off the top of my head, I will offer you a Tojigumi as consolation: The Raven by alexander (shwishu). One of those fics that will knock the breath out of you.

What is it about Mary that you like? Just out of curiosity from someone who doesn't like her (no judgement that you do though)

to answer this fully i would most likely want to rewatch every episode that she is in so i could give better formulated thoughts and character analysis because i have a SHIT memory but i will explain as best i can because i do not have time for that LOL this post is really long btw :)

i think she is a fascinating character first of all. the sammary parallels :,) wants to leave hunting, but forced back into it because of her family. wants normalcy, but forced to commit horribly violating and incestuous acts in order to save the man she loves. of course it's awful that she makes the decision knowing how it will affect her children (i think??? don't remember the details but i think i saw this somewhere?) but she was so young and afraid and the man she loved was dying in front of her. i think a lot of people hate her for that (and many other reasons) but this is a show and fandom where other characters aren't hated for making bad or harmful decisions that hurt their family (aka mostly dean :)) and obviously i love sam. he's not perfect, i can't expect mary to be perfect either!!

and then when she's brought back to life, her worst nightmares come true basically!! she was living in her personal heaven where she should have stayed. it was not a mercy to her to bring her back. she has missed her sons entire lives, and now they are stuck exactly where she would have done anything to keep them from. the last thing she wanted was for her sons to be in the hunting life. they are also wildly codependent, have horrible coping skills, are angry and sad and broken. dean is controlling and abusive to sam. i cannot even begin to imagine how completely and utterly disorienting and hurtful and difficult this would be for her. not to mention, she's in a whole different era that adds another hugely confusing element to this.

i think a lot of people dislike her for leaving, for joining the british men of letters, and for not being the perfect mother figure for dean. that "i'm not just your mother," and "i was never a kid," scene gets to people and i find it misogynistic to get angry at her for that. because she's right. i wish female characters would stop being reduced to just being a mother and that being their only job and merit and that they are the worst ever for not being a perfect mom. she is her own person.

it's true that dean is right too!! he was never a child, but it is not mary's fault, nor her responsibility to fix that or somehow make up for it. she did not ask to be brought back to life and her only role in life is not just dean's mom. yes, it is part of her role and identity, and at some point, she becomes more comfortable being a mother figure for him in a way that he would've liked at that time. but this was not that long after she was brought back. at that time she must've been incredibly conflicted and upset and confused and battling so hard to reconcile what her children are now versus what she wanted for them and how she was living in heaven.

not the boys fault that they turned out this way, and i'm not saying they're doing something wrong for not ending up where she would've liked for them!! i think all parents have to face their children not ending up or being exactly what they wanted, but i think that it's still valid for mary to be upset about it because where they ended up was such a dangerous and harmful life for them both. to me it didn't seem like she was mad at them or upset they didn't end up perfect or whatever, just that she knows they probably had suffered a lot by being in the hunting life.

so to me, it made perfect sense that mary needed space from sam and dean. of course she did. what she came back to life to was horrible and must've been such a mess and horror to reconcile with. and it made perfect sense that she joined the british men of letters! she (and sam) could not have known that they were going to start killing off american hunters. they had every reason to believe that pulling off the mission they were presented with was 100% a good thing. mary saw an opportunity to rid her children's lives of monsters and the accompanying horrors and hardships of being hunters.

and again with the demon deal she made with azazel, i don't think she could've fully known the weight of it. she was manipulated into making that deal! and i think the angels and demons and god and all that would have still found a way to have made sam and dean's lives hell and all that.

and eventually, mary becomes closer to sam and dean. she does what she can to protect them and be there for them. she is not perfect and shouldn't have to be. sam and dean literally suck lmao, why can't she without being so hated???

she is a badass and considering her circumstances, did a pretty damn good job helping people and figuring things out for herself when she was forced into such a foreign world. she's witty and funny and kind and crass and loyal and caring and snarky and so so strong. she survived being trapped in the apocalypse world with lucifer, she saved herself and jack and refused to abandon the people of that world. she took charge when needed, she showed compassion and strength and independence and individuality and took risks and chances. she is so fucking hot and sexy and every woman ever should be allowed to suck sometimes and not be a perfect mom and a killer and fighter and individual person <333

i really admire her and i'm sure i'm overlooking other flaws or reasons not to like her, but there's lots of reasons not to like pretty much every character in this show. and i tend to think lots of people dislike her for stupid reasons LOL (not saying that's you my sweets!! just something i've noticed!) i think she deserves more grace and love and forgiveness but of course these are all my opinions and takes on her character!! i really appreciate that she was soft with sam and told him he didn't have to bear the weight of everything all the time. she saw how tired he was :,)

i think overall i find her to be a really interesting character, a strong character, a character to who goes against the status quo of the show, and also, yeah!!! i'm super gay and think she's super hot and sexy muah <333 i love her a lot, kisses to mary. she deserved better and probably not to be brought back to life LOLLL she did not get to rest in peace :D the whole circumstances of her being brought back to life actually makes me really upset because she was brought back as like. a literal favor for dean.... wdym... the implications.... welcome to the family is hell show!!

i'm just sitting here rereading the latest chapter of your babyzai fic for the 3rd time and i keep coming back to that one scene in which chuuya and yosano discuss babyzai's more-than-a-little-concerning silence. every time i read it i end up giggling and kicking my feet thinking about chuuya's future reaction whenever babyzai /does/ say something. obviously i don't know what your plans are, but my current bet is that his "first word" is going to be chuuya's name (or a variation of it) simply because - how cute would that be? i actually thought babyzai was going to call out to chuuya on that last chapter when he started crying and reaching out after the dissociation episode. the fact it didn't happen is just making me MORE excited wondering when it might happen!!
