heeheeheehoo I love this so much , because the TARDIS is my favorite character so she’s always gorgeous to me (I’m not a fan of her current look tbh but personality is what counts). That being said she has never looked better than she did in one of the seasons with Rory and Amy (5 or 6).

Look at her, absolutely stunning. The lighting the floor plan the shape of the thingy in the middle, perfection.

14. would I be a good companion?

no. I don’t think the doctor would like me, and I’m fine with that. I’m very religious which would be a divider. I also wouldn’t be a good companion in the fact I know a lot about specific events in history and I would want to go to those. Yknow at the start when the doctors like “where do you want to go” and the companion says some shit like “the future”. No I have places in mind. Plus, ask anyone, I’m insane about time travel. I wouldn’t have time to wander off and get kidnapped, I’d be drawing too many graphs. All this to say, I really want to time travel but the doctor wouldn’t take me as a companion.

so ANYWAY before i forget this is my pitch for the opening to a pokemon fanregion comic or fanfiction

this is, yknow, instead of going directly into "oh youre the new kid in town and the professor wants you and your friends to have a pokemon and complete the pokedex! gee aint that nice of them"

so the protagonist, they go to the trainer school, as children in the pokemon world do. in this school, they learn and are quizzed on anything trainers need to know, items, catching pokemon, pokemon biology, battling basics and etiquette.

it's the end of the year, and the professor has been hosting an event, almost like a scholarship! there are three trainer schools across the region, and the professor wants one talented young trainer from each for their special job.

the three lucky kids who entered and were determined to be the most qualified will become interns for the professor. they are given pokedexes and are employed to pokemon research! in return, the trainers will receive one of three uncommon pokemon with great potential, and of course, money to travel and and go on a journey.

the main character, of course, gets chosen from their school! they travel to the professor's lab, which is also the starting area. there, they meet the two other trainers that were chosen, who fit into the rival molds: the friendly rival, a happy-go-lucky student who's just excited to go on a pokemon journey, and the motherfucker rival, a stuck-up student with too much school spirit, who swears up and down that they'll be the very best like no one ever was, and show the region why they're the best person the professor could have possibly picked for the job!

Thinking about what McKean said about telling Jimmy something so terrible that his brother never comes near the door again because otherwise Jimmy will just keep coming back, but ultimately overwhelmed with guilt, and that contrast with Logan’s “kicking the dog just to see if it would come back”.

Heeheeheehoo, good thing this kind of thing doesn't drive me insane at all! Both Chuck and Logan are steeped so deeply in denial that they can't register how badly they've fucked up until their kicked dogs don't come back anymore. This realization kills Chuck, and we'll see what it does to Logan in season 4.
