I want to exercise and be healthy so bad but also a) I'm perpetually fatigued (which is probably a legit problem and I'm going to bring it up to my pcp) and b) there's this ADHD thing where exercise is just.... EXCRUCIATING for me. It's so boring. I can't. The dopamine doesn't dopamine enough for me to want to keep doing anything more than like three sessions.
