Damn it, I wish I could draw. I would love to do Eliot with the hairstyle Sophie had in the Turkish Prisoner job.
Tumblr media
Tell me it wouldn't look good!
I think it’s criminal they don’t do more with Eliot’s hair beyond a ponytail.

Imagine being able to time travel and going back to series 1 and telling Sister Bernadette that this will be her life! Telling her she’ll be honest with herself, with Patrick. She’ll leave the order but not her sisters. Sister Bernadette will become Shelagh, she will marry Patrick with everyone she loves most around her. Timothy will call her mum and love her so much more than she could ever imagine. Tell her she will be a mum to four children that worship and test her and Patrick at the same time. They will affectionately be known as ‘The Turners’. They will have their ups and down, but always have each other. She will continue to work in the community as a nurse and midwife, and that community will continue to love her dearly.
Imagine being able to time travel back to series 1 to tell Sister Bernadette that she will find her path in life and she will be loved, complete and fulfilled.

one thing i can’t stop thinking about daemon’s vision is that this show is under GRRM’s direction and approval. still — the song of ice and fire, the prophecy of daenerys… it holds value. it means something.
i will never forgive d&d for what they did to daenerys, for what they did to the original series. even so, house of the dragon gives me a sense of hope, a sense of maybe, maybe, george may find a way to confirm or deny certain aspects of season 8.
he is going against his own canon as written in blood & fire, whether that be for simplicity of the show or as a “the histories will paint you differently” angle. is there hope that maybe he might find a way to confirm his original intended ending?
this is me being hopeful when i know i shouldn’t. despite it all, despite the heartbreak and disappointment of season 8, seeing the white walkers and the three eyed raven and daenerys targaryen rising from the ashes with three baby dragons made me feel excited again.
despite knowing what happens. because maybe it doesn’t.

Let's talk books. Sorted in threes by vibes.
-------
I Support Women's Wrongs (murder, slaughter and body horror galore).
---
Tumblr media
How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ by Django Wexler - A woman from Earth is dropped into a magical realm, meant to save the Kingdom from the FoRCes of DaRKneSSss... except, unfortunately that might have been a thousand years worth of time loops ago, so it's rather time to lose one's temper and decide to become the Dark Lord herself.
Main character -> basically Deadpool (measured in sanity, humor and levels of bisexual horniness)).
Someone You Can Build a Nest In ⭐⭐⭐⭐ by John Wiswell - Shesheshen, a shapechanging monster who's rudely interrupted during her hibernation by hunters. Manages to to eat one of them, unfortunately she also gets shot by an arrow and falls off a cliff. On the bright side she meets a lovely human woman she might end up falling in love with so much... she'll want to build a nest in her (it's possible there's some Cultural Differences that need to be worked through).
Hench ⭐⭐⭐⭐ by Natalie Zina Walschots - Anna's latest temp job for a villain (because even supervillains need office help) ends with her carelessly injured by a superhero, laid off and with injured mobility for the foreseeable future (because human bodies don't see much difference between getting hit by a truck and getting moved out of way by someone able to pick up a truck). Angry, disillusioned, and looking for some vengeful payback she starts compiling the statistics of exactly how much suffering gets left behind the heroes and in quick order finds a new job working for one of the worst supervillains in the neighborhood.
-------
Extremely Competent Women Show Up to Fix Everyone's Shit (with a whallop of romance which was actually sweet instead of irritating)
---
Tumblr media
The Witchwood Knot ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by Olivia Atwater - Winifred Hall was invited to the Witchwood Manor under the pretense of being the governess for a very bratty kid, but when said boy suddenly turns into a very quiet and perfectly bland boy overnight it's very obvious her charge has been stolen by faeries (and it might have something to do with the actual reason she's there). Rescue however is complicated by some factors, one, there being something terribly dark and wrong about the house (normal houses don't have screaming faces in the walls), another, the faerie man posing as the manor's butler who would very much like to make her run screaming the way so many servants had before her (unfortunately for him, she's not even half as scared of him as she is the eyes of the father of her charge).
This one's about dealing with past trauma, and otherworldly terrors paling in comparison to mundane monsters, set in a very beautiful and dark and shiver-inducing Victorian time world where the Fair Folk are very real.
(Same world as her Regency Faerie Tales trilogy that Started with Half a Soul but it's not necessary to read that one first to enjoy this one)
Keeper of Enchanted Rooms ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ by Charlie N. Holmberg - Merritt Fernsby inherits a house only to be immediately taken hostage by what turns out to be a very stubborn and opinionated magical house. Hulda Larkin of the Boston Institute for the Keeping of Enchanted Rooms goes there to facilitate the relationship between the house and its new owner.
It's supposed to be a very simple job. Unfortunately there's a third POV character in this book (no, not the Whimbrel House, though I adore that house and *insert here the Rosa Diaz gif about her new puppy and how she would kill everyone in this room and then herself if anything were to happen to that dog*). Anyway, they're a bit... uhhh... let's go with Bad News.
Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Faeries ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by Heather Fawcett - As one might expect from the title, Emily (a Cambridge scholar) wants to write the first ever encyclopedia of faeries. And she's brilliant enough to do it, what she's terrible at is people (*insert autistic character alert here*).
Someone else might then say it's lucky that a fellow scholar with a far easier time at charming people has stuck his toes in her reaserch trip into the Hidden Ones... that person however doesn't understand how irritating, frustrating and maddening her academic rival Wendell Bambleby actually is.
What follows is a story filled with winter snows, some terrible fae, some adorable fae, some not-very-secret fae, the goodest of good dogs, and lots and lots of squabbling. It's the best.
-------
Dark and Impactful Stories about Children Who Decide on Their Own Paths
---
Tumblr media
A Skinful of Shadows ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ by Frances Hardinge - Kate, an orphan and the illegitimate daughter of some stuffy (and evil) aristocrats runs away because being a bastard doesn't mean she didn't inherit the family magic that allows her to get possessed by the dead.
A dead bear ghost is one thing, a Get Out situation is something else entirely.
A Sorceress Comes to Call ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by T. Kingfisher - Cordelia isn't allowed friends or the privacy of closed doors, and whenever she's done something she shouldn't - a category too unpredictable to guard against - she's not allowed power over her own body.
Because her mother is an evil sorceress (think Regina and Cora... except somehow even worse). An evil sorceress that has found herself a Squire to lure into a marriage.
Hester is an old maid living with her brother, a Squire (well look at them coincidences), when said brother acquires a woman clearly set on his fortune. The plan is only to save her brother, except Hester can't help noticing how the woman's daughter keeps flinching in her mother's presence.
In The Lives of Puppets ⭐⭐⭐⭐ by TJ Klune - A family can be an android inventor, his human son (*homoromantic asexual alert*), a sadistic nurse droid, and a very emotional roomba.
And it can be a very happy family. Until one uncovers and wakes up an android that shares a very Skynet past with one's father, said father gets kidnapped, and one has to go on a journey to get him back.
(A book I like to call Sci-fi Reverse Pinocchio)
-------
Unraveling an Unjust System (and a hero that - on a scale from occasionally to constantly - hears a disembodied voice directly in their heads okay the connection between these three is a bit of a stretch but they're all great books so shut up)
---
Tumblr media
Hell for Hire ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ by Rachel Aaron - 5000 years ago Gilgamesh conquered the heavens, enslaved the demons and made it so that the only road to magic humanity had access, was through him.
Now, however a mercenary team made up of free demons gets hired by a Blackwood witch to protect him (and his familiar, the talking cat named Boston) while he puts down roots (literally) inside the new forest grove he's about to start so that he can stand up against the warlocks after him.
The witch quickly becomes the best client Bex and her crew have ever had (after all, warlocks under the rule of the Eternal King Gilgamesh are slavers of their kind, they are delighted at the chance to kill some).
Vespertine ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by Margaret Rogerson - In a world where the veil between the living and the dead has been kinda broken Artemisia (*another autistic character alert*) is training to be a Gray Sister (magic nun).
Until her convent gets attacked by possessed soldiers and she has no choice but to pick up a Saint's Relic containing a malevolent revenant to protect it.
Problem. Only a Vespertine is supposed to do it. Another problem. The only one "alive" who can teach her to be a Vespertine is the revenant. Another another problem. The revenant cannot be trusted and if she loses control to it, the death toll will be counted in cities.
Terminal Alliance ⭐⭐⭐⭐¾ by Jim C. Hines - Post Zombie Apocalypse, where some aliens showed up, sort of cured the zombies and took the (mostly) cured zombies into their military.
Which leads us to Marion Adamopoulos, also known as Mops, the Leutenant in charge of Shipboard Hygene and Sanitation of the Earth Mercenary Corps Ship Pufferfish.
Right up until a bioweapon turns the entire crew except her crew back into zombies. Congratulations, she's the captain now.
(Space Janitors save the universe story).

Me In Your Sweater, You Said It Looked Better On Me...
It started off as any other normal day.
You got up before your alarm clock went off, starting your day a bit earlier than usual. It didn’t matter much since the last part of your morning routine always took up more time depending on the day.
What could this task possibly be? Why, waking up the lazy prodigy of Japan, of course! Seishiro wasn’t a morning person—far from it, actually. He’d always whine when you tried to wake him up, even pulling you under the covers with him. And well... there’s no way you can say no to this big baby.
This, however, was when your normal day took a sudden turn. Whether it was a good or bad turn was still up for debate.
Walking to Seishiro’s apartment was easy. It’d only take about ten minutes on foot, five if you were ever in a hurry. His apartment door was unlocked, which, knowing Seishiro, probably meant he forgot to lock it after getting home from practice. You brushed it off and walked inside, only half-concerned about the unlocked door.
The apartment was empty. No, really—there was no one inside. Even Choki was gone. He wasn’t where he was usually stationed, but what was really weird was the absence of one Seishiro Nagi. Your mind immediately went into overdrive. Being an overthinker was not healthy. Was he kidnapped? Did he run away? No, that would be too much of a hassle for Seishiro. AH! Where could he have—?
Your frantic thoughts were abruptly stopped when you heard the front door close.
"found you."
You knew that voice well, soft yet monotone. It always seemed softer when he was talking to you—or was that just your imagination? You turned around to greet him, but before you could, you were engulfed by a gentle warmth and the faint, comforting smell of something familiar.
"You’re up early. What’s the occasion?" You meant to tease, but with how he was clinging to you, your voice softened, and you leaned into his touch.
"Reo said today was important."
"Oh? Did he now?"
"mhm."
What was so special about today? Wasn’t it just another normal day? Let’s see... it was Tuesday, right? December 3rd, to be exact. What’s special about—
Oh.
Oh.
Right. December 3rd. If you remembered correctly, Reo had recently been listening to a lot of songs and looking up their meanings when he came across that one song.
"Heather" by Conan Gray.
The first lyrics. That was why December 3rd was important—it had something to do with giving someone you care about your favorite sweater, right?
The thought of Reo drilling these concepts into Seishiro’s thick skull made you chuckle. Seishiro, still leaning his entire weight on you, shifted his head slightly, now resting it on your shoulder.
"laughing? I wanna laugh too..."
He was being cute again. He was always so cute.
"It’s just a funny thought, Nagi... The fact that Reo got you to wake up early is amusing. Even I haven’t done that. Makes me a bit jealous." Finally, you found your teasing tone.
But of course, Seishiro being Seishiro, it didn’t last. For some reason (you knew the reason), he stiffened. You couldn’t help but wonder if you’d said too much.
Seishiro and you had been dating for a few months now. Ten months, two weeks, and six days, to be precise.
He’d confessed—or stated, really—on a random day, during a random week, in a random month. It was like he suddenly realized what he felt and blurted it out without a second thought.
"i'm in love with you."
He’d said it in the same monotone yet gentle voice he used when telling you he’d won a game or beaten a tough boss. To others, it sounded blank and emotionless. To you, it was giddy, childlike even—in a way only Seishiro Nagi could manage.
And now, he was about to use that voice again.
"it’s always for you."
Whoever said Seishiro Nagi had no rizz was a liar.
It was supposed to be winter, right? Why did it feel like summer?!
He didn’t even give you time to react before continuing. Hesitant at first, he unwrapped his arms from around you.
"like now..."
Then he started to... Huh? He gave you his... sweater? Oh.
"i looked for you."
He paused, taking a deep breath.
"Reo told me to give my sweater to someone I liked..."
"Me..?"
"..things like this can be a hassle, but if it’s for you..."
He didn’t finish the sentence. He didn’t need to. You got the message. You really got the message, which is why your face was burning up.
It was normal for lovers to do sweet things like this, but knowing that Seishiro—Seishiro, who thought everything was a hassle—put in the effort to wake up early, get ready, and walk to and from your place just to do this simple, wholesome action? God, it made your heart do backflips.
You felt like crying, laughing, screaming, and kicking your feet—probably not in that order.
But he didn’t need to see you cry. Not now. Not when he looked like this.
He was blushing, the faint pink on his cheeks giving him away. He avoided your gaze, scratching the back of his neck.
With a smile, you slightly covered your lower face with his sweater—the sweater that smelled like him—all while keeping your eyes on him.
"I’ll treasure this."
Finally looking back at you, you could almost spot a small smile on his face.
"if it’s for you... it isn’t that much of a hassle."
Yup. This was so much better than a normal day.
Bonus!
"By the way, Nagi.. Where's Choki?"
"oh. left him at your place. :×"
"Right.. You walked to my house..—wait a second.. You came to my house?! Why didn't I see you?"
"Reo took me there. he's still outside. :×"
"Reo's still.. Tell him to come in??"
"but..."
"Nagi."
"...Seishiro.."
"Why is that the thing your focused on??"
".. :×"
"Seishiro."
Ding!
"shot him a text."
"Good."

I'm writing an essay about Heathers the movie for school and why is no one talking about how gay they were in the movie??
Like I mean genuinely looking at it and going huh. I mean yes I want the two to kiss but like they way that everyone compared Heaters and Mean Girls no one goes wow Heather Chandler/Regina are so incredibly gay?!
Like in the movie Chandler is so genuinely possessive of Veronica. Whenever Veronica talks to J.D in the movie there Chandler dragging her away. She sees only Veronica as her equal in the movie too. She likes the other Heathers, and I'm sure is aware it's better to have those who could destroy hour socia, standong close but whenot comes to it Chandler genuinely thinks of Veronica as her only equal. In the lunch time poll she literally makes Heather Duke into a table for her only intellect equal in the group, Veronica.
When she meets J.D at the convenience store Chandler acts like a jealous girlfriend glaring at J.D and Veronica as the two flirt. She could just be annoyed that they're going to be late but she seems uncaring of others so it stands to reason she's jealous and possessive. This time she doesn't physically pull Veronica away from J.D but it has the same effect.
She and J.D are even foil characters two sides of the same coin in the role that they play in Veronica's life. Chandler tries to corrupt her with power and the ability to do whatever she wants. So long as Veronica and her standing side by side so long as they enforce the societal power. While J.D tries to corrupt her with power and the ability to destroy whatever she wants. So long as Veronica and him stand side by side and destroy the system. I mean honestly while Chandler is alive in the film she and J.D compete for the converted spot of the devil sitting on Veronica's shoulder and the object of Veronica's affection.
She doesn't seem to like any of the men, only acknowledging that she needs them to find her desirable to maintain her power at Westerburg High. She's only a junior and worshipped yes but she doesn't seem interested in pursuing a man like Regina or even the other Heathers. She's intent ln Veronica staying beside her side as her only equal.
Even when she dies she's uncaring of why Veronica is in her room (never mind the fact that Veronica knows her schedule and her so well she can tell you what she was meant to be doing and what she's doing instead) but Chandler is unbothered by Veronica, her hackles are raised again by J.D and J.D only. Obviously having a friend over isn't too weird but Chandler doesn't seem all that interested in hosting little get togethers at her house. When she drinks the cup she looks over St Veronica before she dies.
I mean even when forging her suicide note Veronica can tell J.D what words Chandler failed on her fucking spelling test?! I mean I'm still in high school (albeit my last year) but I assure you I've never known the exact words my friend has gotten wrong in a spelling test. Or even what questions someone got wrong in any test. And remembered that. Veronica and Chandler obviously spend a lot of time together. More so than just friends likely would.
I mean this is even exemplified when you think about Kirt's throw away line about a Veronica and Heather Chandler sandwich. For a man who then goes on to date rape Heather McNamara his immediate thought is that duo. Not the women he's attracted to for the next however long. Clearly Veronica and Chandler have to be pretty attached at the hip for this to be Kurt's immediate pairing (and yes I know he's just being a satirically gross hyper-masculine jock in this scene but you know).
And this should go without mentioning she is literally summoned to the cafeteria by Chandler. Yes this is just an example of the red Heather's power being able to call her underlings whenever she wants but she in the movie almost always outside of this is lushing away the other Heathers or other characters, outside of this summoning she is always trying to get others further away from her. Never closer.
To conclude, Heather Chandler is a repressed lesbian who has a crush on Veronica and instead of dealing with it like a normal teenager flirting she makes Veronica join her clique where she offers an intellectual equal and power and Veronica betrays her by choosing J.D over her and also killing her but less so.

The Silco Saga, Part Two*: Vander and Silco haunt the narrative (and are kinda gay for each other)
*This is the second (well, actually third) post in a series I’ve lovingly dubbed “The Silco Saga, a retrospective after Season 2”. It’s halfway between flow of conscience, meta, headcanon and review, spawned from my Arcane brainrot (and recent S1 rewatch) and vaguely aimed at trying to reevaluate the entirety of Arcane with a focus on my Main Man™ Silco. Here is Part 1 (on how S2 handled Silco and Jinx’s relationship) and Part 1.5 (miscellaneous thoughts regarding timeline issues and Silco’s actions towards the kids in S1ep3).
Please feel free to comment! I love hearing different perspectives on this show.
Also, quick disclaimer (just in case it wasn’t clear from the title of this post): I ship them. Don’t like, don’t read. And I swear to God, if I hear anyone say “but they’re brothers!!!1!”, know that I’m going to curse your entire genome until the thermal death of the Universe. Bye.
——————————————————
Vander’s original sin
The portrayal of Vander that emerges from S1 and S2 is that of a man who is trying to do good by his people, but is plagued by guilt and shame due to the horrific acts of violence he committed in the past. S2 clearly shows us that the events of the Day of Ash and the subsequent attempted murder of his best friend/comrade/homoerotic situationship (I’m looking at you, Brokeback Mountain jackets) were intensely traumatic not just for Silco, but for Vander as well. I’ll admit I didn’t much care for him in S1 (mostly because of his goody-two-shoes aura which most of the fandom seemed to latch on to), but I think the elements S2 added to his backstory turned him into a wonderfully complex and contradictory character. It cements something I already kind of sensed about him in S1: that there’s a distinct layer of hypocrisy in Vander’s strict adherence to pacifism (to the point of inaction), which is not really a byproduct of a deeply held personal belief about the ethics of non-violence, but instead a way to cope with his guilt about Silco and the other victims of the Day of Ash revolt. Vander chooses to “atone” for his sins by suppressing all forms of violence, both internal and external, thus generating a safe but stifling environment in which the Lanes survive, but arguably cannot thrive long-term. And in line with Arcane’s tragic narrative, he gets ultimately punished for it: he’s forced to loose all that he holds dear (Silco, the kids and his peaceful little world) and to ultimately embody what he hates and fears most about himself (being a violent monster only capable of destruction).
During my first watch of S2 I couldn’t really figure out whether I liked or not the fact that Felicia’s death was the reason for Vander’s “betrayal” of Silco (it felt a bit contrived and love-triangle-y), but after giving it much thought I have decided that, in fact, I quite like it. It plays heavily into the theme of guilt being central to Vander’s character, and how this guilt really ends up snowballing into something completely unmanageable. Guilt about Felicia (and probably many others that died on that day) leads him to turn on Silco; and later, guilt about Silco ultimately makes him give up all violent means of revolution because he’s too afraid to harm the people he loves. Guilt also becomes a motivating factor for his adoption of Vi and Powder, since we now know he’s not just selflessly picking up two strays, but acting on a promise done to a dear friend who’s just died because of him. The fact that the details of his “betrayal” of Silco are kept pretty much a secret also reeks of guilt and shame. There’s this layer of selfishness and cowardice to his actions that I find very refreshing for a character that’s introduced to us as the closest thing to a paragon of virtue in all of Arcane.
It’s deeply tragic how his inability to properly deal with his past impacts the rest of the narrative; perhaps, had he told Vi the real reason for his unwillingness to rise against Piltover, and not the wishy-washy “violence bad, be responsible” speech, she would have been less rash and black-and-white in her thinking.
I wish S2 spend more time on the two sisters reflecting on Vander and Silco’s relationship. While it’s natural for us to draw parallels between the dyads Vi-Jinx and Vander-Silco, in reality their situations are quite different. There was no ‘betrayal’ between Vi and Jinx, just two grief-stricken children unable to handle an immensely tragic situation; but, due to the ‘lessons’ imparted to them from their ‘parents’ (lessons which themselves were distorted due to their own inability to deal with their past), they are led to believe their situation is as hopelessly unsolvable as it was for Vander and Silco.
The letter
I still haven’t decided on whether the letter would have worked on Silco or not. I think timing plays a big factor. The Silco we meet in arc 1 of S1 probably wouldn’t have been swayed; he’s already too set in his “rebirth” mentality, and the new man he has become doesn’t care about Vander’s sentimental platitudes. A younger Silco, with less time to crystallize into his new identity… maybe. I think the Best Timeline of S2ep7 (yes, that’s what I’m calling it) sort of implies that Silco got the letter almost immediately, given the state of his wound (and the absence of Shimmer).
I wonder if we are also meant to implicitly understand that his use of Shimmer in the Worst Timeline (a.k.a. Arcane, the Netflix show) had some kind of negative influence on his psyche. After all, Shimmer does seem to impact the emotions of its users; if it did influence Silco’s radicalization, it would make his story doubly tragic. I’ve always found his use of Shimmer an interesting tidbit in S1, and the fact that the show doesn’t explain it very much beyond using it to show the amount of trust between him and Jinx has always been very intriguing to me.
Anyway. I think that, in any case, the letter would have been only the first step in Silco and Vander’s trajectory towards reconciliation. They both have a lot of issues to unpack; I love the headcanon going around that one of Silco’s prerequisites to their “peace treaty” is for Vander to rejoin the political fight for Zaun. It sounds just so… in character for Silco to demand something like that; it acts as both a justification and a shield, preventing him to expose himself too much at the beginning, while ensuring that he and Vander remain close.
I think it was already clear in S1 that they both secretly craved to be close again, especially Silco, given how hard he still tried to convince Vander to work with him in S1ep3. (Which is kind of insane of him, if you think about it, but I guess working closely with the man who tried to murder you — and almost succeeded — kinda fits into his whole “almost dying turned me into an Übermensch” philosophy?) Now, with Vander’s letter in S2, we know for a fact the feeling was mutual. Which is, again, horribly tragic for them both, because they’re both so set in their respective ways that actual reconciliation is made impossible.
And they were miners (oh my God they were miners)
Since we’re already kind of on the topic of whether or not Zaundads is real (or just the fruit of our collective hallucination), let’s give to Caesar wha belongs to Caesar: I don’t think the writers meant for them to turn out that way. Their dialogue doesn’t particularly strike me as hinting to anything beyond a very close friendship.
… The animators, however? Those French fucks (affectionate) knew what they were doing. The imagery of the jackets stored one inside the other cannot be a coincidence. There’s really no other cinematic parallel I can think of that doesn’t ultimately lead back to Brokeback Mountain. They were insane for that, and I’m deeply thankful to their perverted French minds (extremely affectionate) that they had the balls to just… put it there. No further comment. Just a glaring nod to the gayest movie ever.
(Also, Brokeback Mountain’s most iconic quote — “I wish I knew how to quit you” — perfectly applies to Vander and Silco. They just can’t seem to let each other go. Silco is still harping on about Vander years after he died. Vander can’t even bear to mention Silco in S1, and the moment they meet again the first thing he blurts out is “I’m sorry”, right after Silco murdered his friend — RIP king Benzo, you didn’t deserve it — in front of him. They match each other’s freak so well, I tell you.)
And then Silco’s scene in the Best Timeline. Just… the touching. The tenderness. The affection. Benzo going “ack!” at them while they gaze lovingly into each other’s eyes. It’s just… chef’s kiss. No further comment. Is it, perhaps, self indulgent? Yes. Is Silco’s line about forgiveness cheesy and a bit out of left field? Yes. Do I wish Ekko had more time to ask him what he meant by that, and get in on their backstory (since it would have been deeply meaningful for him too, given how much he idolizes Vander)? Yes.
(Someone please write me fanfiction of this scene. I beg you. I would do it myself but I lack the talent.)
Would I also watch 10 seasons of them being gay married and doing the most irrelevant domestic nonsense? Shamelessly. My poor blorbos deserve it.

Random Headcanons I Have About The Heathers and Veronica!
Chandler buys a lot of things for Veronica.
“Heather, what are you doing?” Veronica stared confusedly at the other girl.
“Buying you actual clothes,” Heather replied, rolling her eyes before shoving two bags of clothes into the brunette's arms.
Duke recommends a bunch of books for Veronica to read (if she wanted or could).
“I think you'd like this,” Duke said before giving her the book in one of her hands.
“Heather,” Veronica breathed slowly. “This is a mental health book”
Mac loves showing off at carnival games and such.
“Heather,” Veronica said. “You're dragging this poor booth's prizes through the mud..”
“Veronica, look! That little bear there on the shelf looks like you” Mac responded. “I think I'm going to aim for it!”
“STOP!!” The man running the booth shouted.
Veronica loves correcting the Heathers (especially Chandler and Duke) whenever they make a mistake with their words.
“It's myriad, NOT myaridad” Veronica stated with a smile.
Chandler shot a murderous glare back at her. “It's keggers with kids all next year”
Veronica quickly raised her hands up in the air.
“I told you to stop pulling her dick” Duke muttered beside her.
