Hi Rhi! Older fic of yours but I’ve gotta say, it’s still one of my absolute favorites! With Iwa and his own feelings of love for the reader, do you think that bully! Oikawa and the reader got married? Had kids? Oikawa’s a possessive bastard, but Iwa’s also no pushover 🙂‍↕️

married, yes, because oikawa is a wife guy, and whether it's a legal ceremony in front of friends and family, or a ring forced on her finger while she's in "time out", he's gonna marry her. that's just the way it is.

kids on the other hand.... hm. bully oikawa's a selfish prick. kids would be another shackle around her ankle, but subconsciously i think he'd end up resenting the kid(s) for stealing her time and attention, at least to some degree.

as for iwa... honestly i like leaving that one open. either they end up in a low-key toxic partnership or he's secretly plotting to steal her away for himself.

when thinking about scar and mei's dynamic, I love thinking about why he becomes so attached to her. it's not just a parental instinct, it's specifically identifying with her struggles. the chang clan is small and has little political power compared to the more dominant clans in xing, and it's a struggle just to survive. even though it's not exactly the same, there's this feeling of solidarity between scar and mei because they're both disenfranchised within their respective countries. the sympathy mei describes when she found xiao-mei is what scar feels towards mei, seeing something of themselves in the other and taking pity on them

and there's this other element to him helping her find xiao-mei, and I might be misremembering, but I'm fairly certain it's the first deviation from his revenge based quest. so far, every time we've seen him, he's either been attacking state alchemists, going somewhere to find a state alchemist, or recovering from his injuries. he is very driven when it comes to his goals, but he sees this little girl crying because she is all alone in a foreign country on a desperate quest to save her people and she's just lost the only family she has with her, and he decides to help her. he didn't have to do that, he could have just ignored her or insisted on moving on, but he is not heartless or cruel, he is a compassionate person underneath all the pain, so he goes out of his way to help this little girl find her panda

no wonder mei is constantly reiterating to other people that scar is a good person

Danny stares at the umbrella in his hand. Did he just hear it swear in annoyance? At being WET?

"Uh....... hi? Are you meant to be human?"

"You can hear me?"

"Yeah. No shit sherlock. Are you meant to be human?"

Danny sighs and shakes his head. He does NOT need this today with exams coming up. He starts asking questions, finally getting a number to call and ask a family member come to pick up Bruce while he figures out this mess.

The Heartless Juno Incident! The first in a string of incidents that starts off this AU! I was planning to release a fic with the artwork buuuuuuuuuut its not mentally working so have the art first :3

Heart painted the gun to look like a nerf gun before he used it, with the idea of "if you think I'm childish, I will use a childish weapon to defeat you". He missed, thankfully, although not by much, and broke their fragile balance. (and hush about the poor gun handling that's the point)

Mind is fine btw, just incredibly angry that he had been shot at by his sibling.

I love putting myself waist deep in writer problems that aren’t really a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but still bug me to no end [disclaimer: this post consists of fic planning rambles that can be construed as genuine questions for canon too]

Currently I’ve given myself a headache trying to figure out whether or not there’d be Heartless in Scala if Ephy (or anyone really) seals its Keyhole

Because what does locking a world’s Keyhole do exactly? Does it prevent Heartless from destroying the world? (they still appear, but just can’t destroy everything on a huge catastrophic scale) Or does it stop Heartless from appearing entirely, meaning there’s no need to worry about Heartless at all anymore?

My current working solution (for my own project, not necessarily for canon) is that Scala is a special case. As the hub for keyblade wielders, Heartless appear regardless of whether or not its keyhole is locked simply because they’re attracted to the keyblade and the numerous wielders that live there.

Onkalo Heart is a Pokémon Sword and Shield fanfic featuring Chairman Rose. After he awakens Eternatus, Rose wakes up days later in the hospital, with a Wishing Star where his heart used to be. It's clear he won't find answers if he turns himself in, so he decides to take his leave and search on his own–but as a man on the run, he's forced to seek help from questionable characters who don't always have his best interests in mind.

My thoughts on Rose as a character + Eternatus as nuclear power + the utena references in SwSh + making an OC to ship with him all combined into this fic. I have put a deranged amount of effort into the themes and symbolism. Enjoy!
