The older I get, the more I am learning from children.
I have been working with children as a caregiver for almost 14 years -practically for half of my life. They have always been a part of my life. They are the true healers because they continously teach me to reaccess my inner child energy. To be joyous towards life, no matter how hard it may get. To never stop playing or being foolish. To keep taking risks, being courageous and to go for adventures. To collect things in Nature and dance. To move, to shake my body out and to laugh, to cry,to feel my emotions on the full spectrum. To never lose hope and to keep my dreams big. To follow my intuition and to speak and act from the heartcenter. To cherish Nature and to dance to the rhythm of life. To get creative whenever I can and to never lose connection to my creative energy, which is the Source of my Being. They truly are healers. And I am so grateful for having them in my life, for their lessons , for their reminder to always realign with my inner child, to see her smile. To be there for her. To reparent myself. Cause I know that when she is smiling and truly happy, than I am , too.
~She is me and I am her.~

THIS.
I've been going in-depth into this topic throughout my studies and (foremost personal interest and research) and I remember how one day in my Bachelor's , it just clicked in my brain and heart somehow. I realized how utopic (dystopic...whatever you might call it) it has been that people drew freaking lines on paper , divided land that was never theirs (to begin with...talking about colonization) and call these straight lines 'borders', borders, that split whole humanity, that still lead to war, destruction, pain, suffering. So how good can all of this bureaucratic bullshit (passport visa etc.) REALLY be? I mean all of these processes (and money ofc, too, in a way) literally lead to the death of too many people.... makes u think, huh. When drawing lines on paper, the colonial 'rulers' also drew lines within their head and closed their hearts, too. And these lines, these fragmentations , separations and declarations ... where have they brought us ? To the abyss, if we are being really honest with ourselves as human species. Lines are separation and separation means death. This separation lead to a much bigger catastrophy: We forgot that we are EARTHLINGS. Children of Mama Gaia: Children of Mother Earth. This inherent truth is the core essence of our (extra-)terrestrial being. If we do harm to our Mother, we suffer. If Earth suffers, we suffer, too. As we are being part of Earth. We are the embodiment of Earth. Earth= Heart. More and more people are feeling it, too.. even if it takes so much time and comes in waves as we are being so many on Earth, holding us within her womb..but we are truly connected~all of us~ and the limitations, destruction and war that is going on Earth is what humans , and ONLY HUMANS have created themselves and what they are still doing to Earth, hence themselves (ourselves). It has been affecting so so many generations. So it's merely upon us whether we shift our perspective on our human being as a Collective Consciouss or not. And it will take many generations to pass this shift on.
my personal argument for open borders is really simple it just boils down to "i believe restricting human movement and barring certain people from certain places on this earth is a human rights violation"

Most of my Biodynamic Meditation this morning was sensing big currents of energy moving within and through me. At one point the energy condensed in my heart center and then released and swirled some more. It felt pleasurable, like heart-love feels. I was in high coherence 84 percent of the time. I’ve spent time with HeartMath in the past, then forgotten about it. Now I’m back, using a sensor during my sessions and training in The Resilient Heart to have more skill doing trauma-sensitive work with my clients. I’m a trauma survivor myself. I believe most of us are, to some degree. Maybe all of us. Who has not experienced overwhelm or shock? If you’re fortunate, you have enough resources in yourself and from others to recover. That’s resilience. If the shock is deep enough, or repeated before you can recover, it can leave imprints in your system. Recovering your resilience is possible. Biodynamic Meditation and Craniosacral Biodynamics are so helpful at increasing resilience, releasing trauma imprints, and assisting in trauma recovery. I’ll be camping at Big Bend for the next few days. Will take notes on my meditations and post when I return. #biodynamicmeditation #craniosacralbiodynamics #craniosacraltherapy #craniosacral #bcst #biodynamiccraniosacraltherapy #meditation #swirliness #energy #heartcenter #currents #pleasure #heartlove #coherence #heartmath #theresilientheart #traumaimprints #traumasensitive #resilience (at Manchaca, Texas) https://www.instagram.com/p/CosBAsMucc2/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The Unspoken Story of Devotion: A Journey into the Heart’s Connection
Tumblr media
Sant Eknath’s doha, "अकथ कहानी भक्ति की, जो जोरे मन के संग। पतित पावन हरि कन्हैया, रघुकुल वंश सँग।", translates to "The unspoken story of devotion is connected with the heart. The Lord, who redeems the fallen, belongs to the Raghukul lineage." This profound insight opens the door to understanding devotion as a deeply personal and heart-centered journey, emphasizing the redeeming grace of the divine, particularly embodied by Lord Krishna and Lord Rama, who are both linked to the Raghukul lineage.
The Unspoken Story of Devotion
The phrase “अकथ कहानी भक्ति की” or “the unspoken story of devotion” suggests that true devotion transcends words. It’s not something that can be fully expressed or explained; rather, it’s an experience that is felt deeply within the heart. Devotion is a silent dialogue between the soul and the divine, where words are insufficient to capture the essence of this connection.
In the realm of spirituality, devotion is often seen as the highest form of love, a love that surpasses all worldly attachments and desires. It is the purest expression of the soul’s yearning for the divine. This kind of devotion doesn’t rely on external rituals or practices but is rooted in the sincerity and purity of the heart. It’s a journey that begins in the depths of one’s being and leads to a profound connection with the divine, a connection that is beyond the grasp of the intellect.
Imagine devotion as a river flowing silently through the heart, carrying with it the soul’s deepest desires, fears, and longings. This river doesn’t need to announce its presence; its power lies in its quiet, steady flow. It nourishes the soul, quenches the thirst for divine connection, and ultimately merges into the ocean of divine love.
The Redeeming Power of the Divine
The second part of the doha, "पतित पावन हरि कन्हैया, रघुकुल वंश सँग," highlights the role of the divine as the redeemer of the fallen. The reference to “Hari Kanhaiya” (Lord Krishna) and the “Raghukul lineage” (Lord Rama) emphasizes that the divine incarnates to uplift and redeem those who have strayed from the path of righteousness. Both Krishna and Rama are revered as divine incarnations who embody compassion, love, and the power to cleanse even the most tarnished souls.
This aspect of the divine is a source of immense comfort and inspiration for spiritual seekers. It reassures us that no matter how far we may have fallen, the grace of the divine is always available to lift us up. The divine doesn’t judge or condemn but offers unconditional love and redemption to all who turn towards it with sincerity.
A Divergent and Incomparable Perspective
Sant Eknath’s doha invites us to explore devotion from a perspective that goes beyond conventional understanding. Devotion is not just about performing rituals or reciting prayers; it’s about cultivating a deep, personal connection with the divine that transcends words and thoughts. It’s about recognizing that the divine is not a distant entity but a loving presence that dwells within the heart, ready to redeem and uplift at every moment.
This perspective challenges us to rethink our approach to spirituality. Instead of seeking the divine outside ourselves, we are encouraged to look within and nurture the connection that already exists in our hearts. It reminds us that true devotion is a silent, intimate experience that doesn’t need validation from the outside world. It’s a journey that is unique for each individual, shaped by personal experiences, challenges, and insights.
Practical Toolkit for Deepening Devotion
To help incorporate Sant Eknath’s teachings into daily life, here’s a practical toolkit designed to nurture heart-centered devotion and deepen your connection with the divine:
1. Heart-Centered Meditation
Morning Meditation: Begin your day with a heart-centered meditation. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and focus on your heart. Visualize a warm, glowing light in your heart centre, and feel this light connecting you with the divine. Allow any feelings of love, gratitude, or devotion to arise naturally.
Evening Reflection: End your day with a reflection on your devotional journey. Think about the moments when you felt connected to the divine and express gratitude for these experiences.
2. Silent Devotion
Silent Prayer: Incorporate moments of silent prayer into your daily routine. Instead of reciting words, simply sit in silence and direct your love and devotion towards the divine. This practice helps deepen your connection without relying on external expressions.
Devotional Music: Listen to devotional music or bhajans that resonate with your heart. Allow the music to guide you into a deeper state of devotion and connection with the divine.
3. Acts of Compassion
Daily Acts of Kindness: Engage in small acts of kindness and compassion towards others. See these acts as offerings to the divine, and perform them with a heart full of love and devotion.
Self-Compassion: Practice self-compassion by being gentle and understanding with yourself. Recognize that your spiritual journey is unique, and honor the progress you’ve made, no matter how small.
4. Journaling
Devotional Journaling: Maintain a journal where you document your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to your devotional practice. Write about the moments when you felt a deep connection with the divine and reflect on how these experiences have shaped your spiritual journey.
Inspirational Quotes: Collect and write down quotes, verses, or passages that inspire devotion. Reflect on their meaning and how they resonate with your personal experience of devotion.
5. Connecting with Nature
Nature Walks: Spend time in nature, and use these moments to connect with the divine presence in all living things. As you walk, feel the divine energy in the trees, the wind, and the earth, and let this connection deepen your sense of devotion.
Grounding Practice: Engage in a grounding practice where you stand barefoot on the earth, close your eyes, and feel the energy of the earth rising up through your body. Use this moment to express your devotion to the divine in nature.
Looking Ahead
Sant Eknath’s doha offers a profound insight into the nature of devotion, emphasizing that true devotion is a silent, heart-centered connection with the divine. By recognizing the redeeming power of the divine and cultivating this connection in our daily lives, we can experience a deeper, more fulfilling spiritual journey. Let this wisdom guide us to embrace the unspoken story of devotion and nurture our hearts with love, compassion, and unwavering faith in the divine presence.

The Journey of Union Begins 🥂
I started this journal in 2019 to try and process the mystical, painful, amazing, confusing journey I was experiencing as a twin flame without the ability to communicate with her twin. I navigated doubt, naysayers, conflicting information, fear, inability to confirm if he was feeling the things I was. In the process, I built a deep trust in my intuition, and an inner and outer foundation that couldn't be shattered by his actions or inactions. I finally figured out my personal "why" in life, the thing that had nothing specific to do with him, and I was surrounded by supportive and loving souls that lifted me up and expanded my life in beautiful ways.
Then he returned.
Not only did he return, but he returned knowing about our spiritual connection, knowing I was the only one for him, all ties to past relationships completed, and ready to take the steps to build a life and home together.
We have had conversations more deep and honest than we ever had been able to before; more deep and honest than I have EVER had with a romantic partner. I was surprised by the previously undiscussed extent of similarities in our past, the way we used to put each other on pedestals, but were too stuck in our own illusions and insecurities to realize we were doing that to each other. He stated how much thoughts of me interfered with his ability to have other relationships, just like it was for me.
If I could have imagined an ideal scenario for our first conversations after a silence of more than 3 years, it would have gone just like this. Actually this may have gone even better than I could have imagined, as we are now engaged and actively working on moving in together. Unfortunately, due to where we both live, it's a logistical nightmare and will require a great amount of patience. But, if this journey has taught me anything, it's that "impossible" is simply a mindset. And our energetic connection often makes me feel like we actually are already together in 3D on a daily basis. It has increased insanely since we aligned, my sleeping patterns seem to be tied to his energy, as well, we are psychically communicating in ways I can now confirm. I can only imagine where this leads us.
Union is a journey, not a single moment. I am SO grateful for what we've created together, for the promises we are making to each other, for the honesty and intimacy we are expressing authentically. But there is a long road ahead, paperwork and travel planning, acclimating to a 3D reality together, and so much energetic expansion we are both experiencing.
I have gathered a lot of tools in my toolbox over these last few years so I could prepare for the journey to come, and even though the wait was long, I'm so glad for the experience I gained from it.

Embracing Life with an Open Heart: A Journey to Greater Consciousness Shaina Tranquilino July 25, 2024
Tumblr media
In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, cultivating an open heart can be a transformative practice. To approach life with an open heart is to embrace a mindset that welcomes vulnerability, compassion, and a deeper connection with oneself and others. It is an invitation to greater consciousness, where the barriers of fear and judgment dissolve, making way for authentic relationships and a profound sense of inner peace.
What Does It Mean to Have an Open Heart?
Having an open heart means being willing to experience life fully, with all its joys and sorrows, without shutting down or becoming defensive. It's about:
Vulnerability: Allowing yourself to be seen as you truly are, without masks or pretenses. This means embracing your imperfections and being honest about your feelings.
Compassion: Cultivating empathy and kindness towards yourself and others. It's about understanding that everyone is fighting their own battles and showing gentleness in your interactions.
Presence: Being fully engaged in the present moment, rather than being caught up in past regrets or future anxieties. An open heart is mindful and attentive.
The Path to Greater Consciousness
When we open our hearts, we open the door to a higher state of consciousness. This journey involves several key steps:
Self-Awareness: Developing an understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This self-awareness allows you to recognize when you are closing your heart due to fear or pain.
Acceptance: Embracing yourself and others as they are, without trying to change or control them. Acceptance is the foundation of unconditional love.
Letting Go: Releasing past hurts, grudges, and the need for control. Letting go frees you from the burdens that weigh down your heart and mind.
Gratitude: Focusing on the positive aspects of life and being thankful for the present moment. Gratitude shifts your perspective and opens your heart to the abundance around you.
Benefits of an Open Heart
Living with an open heart brings numerous benefits, both to your inner world and your external relationships:
Deeper Connections: You form more meaningful and authentic relationships when you approach others with openness and vulnerability.
Emotional Resilience: An open heart helps you navigate life's challenges with grace and strength, as you are more connected to your inner resources.
Inner Peace: Letting go of fear and judgment creates a serene inner landscape, where you can find calm even amidst chaos.
Enhanced Creativity: Openness allows you to tap into your creative potential, as you are more in tune with your intuition and inspiration.
Practical Steps to Open Your Heart
Practice Mindfulness: Spend time each day in meditation or quiet reflection to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings.
Engage in Heart-Centered Activities: Spend time doing what you love, whether it's being in nature, creating art, or spending time with loved ones.
Express Gratitude: Keep a gratitude journal and write down three things you are thankful for each day.
Be Kind to Yourself: Treat yourself with the same compassion and understanding that you would offer a dear friend.
Forgive: Let go of grudges and practice forgiveness, both towards yourself and others. This frees up emotional space for love and joy.
Opening your heart is a journey, not a destination. It requires ongoing practice and patience, but the rewards are immense. By approaching life with an open heart, you embrace a greater consciousness that enriches every aspect of your existence. You connect more deeply with yourself and others, navigate challenges with resilience, and find a profound sense of peace and fulfillment. So, take a deep breath, open your heart, and step into the fullness of life.
