Direct Mail Marketing for Healthcare Industry | MLG India
Are you contemplating a direct mail campaign for your business and pondering whether the expense would be worthwhile? Even with the abundance of digital advertising channels, direct mail marketing remains an attractive and very viable alternative due to its many advantages. Direct mail has higher response rates, wider visibility, and more creative potential than online marketing, therefore, it should be an integral part of any campaign.
A good healthcare database has complete direct mail mailing lists of doctors, medical practitioners, medical specialists, and medical representatives, including their contact information and postal addresses. These direct mail mailing lists are mostly meant for a wide range of healthcare providers around the world, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical device sellers, medical billing companies, medical representatives, and many others. With such a large area to cover, businesses must adapt to the need for accurate healthcare data. This would definitely lead to better data solutions and better assurance of quality.
Here are Some of the Benefits of Direct Mail Mailing List
As a supplier to the healthcare industry, a provider of medical services, or a medical administrator, the need for a good healthcare database is always at the top of the list. It can be hard to keep up the work needed to have a reliable database that will get you long-term contacts in your industry. A targeted direct mailing list has many advantages:
Marketers can reach a specific group of people like doctors (by specialization) and other professionals in the field with healthcare marketing direct mailing lists.
Direct Mail Mailing campaign has a higher response rate. There is a better chance that the offers made get the required attention, and there is a higher chance of response and acceptance. For instance, if a research paper is sent to a doctor through direct mail, there is a great possibility that he will go through it and subscribe to it as well.
Direct mail services is expensive, so having access to a good healthcare database ensures that the mailpack reaches the right place and is not wasted.
Direct mail services is tangible and personal. The appeal of tangible marketing messages is much higher than those delivered online. For instance, a doctor or a medical professional would open the personalized mail pack kept in front of him, while he might just ignore the promotional emails sent to him.
Direct mail is familiar and it builds trust. Therefore, direct mail engenders a sense of security and reliability that connects with many consumers, particularly those not much familiar with technology or not having the time or inclination to go through all the promotional emails in their inbox.
Direct mail services is highly targeted. It is the most effective approach to capitalize on the wealth of consumer information available today. You may purchase data lists that include information about professions, ages, and much more in addition to names and addresses. This increased personalisation and relevance for each mailing batch allows marketers to define and target their ideal persona with greater precision than ever before.
Let Us Look at the Reasons why it’s a Good Idea to have a Direct Mail Mailing List for the Healthcare Industry
1. Reach the Right Audience:
The biggest problem with building organic lists is that it takes a lot more time to build a specific mailing list than it does to buy a targeted direct mail list that you can tailor to your needs. Businesses try to sell their products and services to doctors, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Direct mail lists have always been a leader in response rates when compared to other marketing methods, and they have continued to improve in recent years. So, improve your response rates by sending direct mail packs to specific people who make decisions through MLG India’s Healthcare Database.
2. Market Penetration:
Finding precise data to connect with healthcare experts is a cumbersome task, especially in the healthcare industry. If you choose to buy a medical direct mail list from MLG India, healthcare events can help you connect with many experts and learn more about who needs your help and where.

U.S.-based friends! For no particular reason, I'm compiling a list of resources that might be helpful to people in the coming four-ish years or so.
Medical Resources
Medical Information Removed By The Trump Administration
Jessica Valenti's Substack - a collection of the pages removed from the CDC's website. Includes documents on contraception and reproductive rights, sexual health, and intimate partner violence.
HRT
Trans Harm Reduction - website for HRT information, such as source testing, information on safe injection practices and disposal, and resources for sourcing injection suppplies. They also share links to healthcare resources.
DIY HRT: Everything I Can Legally Tell You by Lily Alexandre - information on self-medicating without a prescription. If this is unavailable, PLEASE let me know.
Reproductive
Plan C - an online database of telehealth providers, community networks, and websites that provide abortion pills by mail
Legit.Clinic - an easy way to check if a clinic is actually a crisis pregnancy center; uses Reproaction's database listed below
Crisis Pregnancy Centers
These are anti-choice organizations, usually run by or in connection to churches, who use misleading tactics and fearmongering to scare people out of seeking abortions. They often advertise things like "abortion counseling" (which is really just talking people out of abortion), and abortion pill "reversal." Their main purpose is to either scare you out of seeking an abortion, or to stall you long enough that the process to get an abortion is more difficult.
Reproaction's Anti-Abortion Pregnancy Center Database - an online database of anti-abortion "crisis pregnancy centers" that rely on misleading information to talk pregnant people out of getting an abortion
Expose Fake Clinics - an online resource for leaving reviews of crisis pregnancy centers and their misleading claims
Name and Gender Changes
Federal
SSA Sex Designation Change Questionnaire (archived) - as of Jan 26th 2025, this page has been taken down on the official Social Security website. That does NOT mean you cannot change your gender marker, it is just being purposefully obscured. One thing to note; even before the current administration, there was no option for an unspecified gender designation, so X will not be an option unfortunately.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Social Security Card Replacement - this is the form you will need to fill out in order to change your name or gender designation.
State
A4TE's ID Documents Center - state-specific information on how to change your name and gender marker on ID documents like birth certificates, driver's licenses, etc. Also has information on passports, but that is unfortunately outdated as of January 26 2025. (thanks, @wannabeast13!)
Miscellaneous
r/DataHoarder - a subreddit dedicated to archiving digital information. They've been heavily focused on documenting information that has been removed due to the Trump administration.
This is by no means an exhaustive list. I'm compiling resources as I find them. If you have anything you think should be added, send me a message!
Lastly,
It's Okay To Take A Step Back
Don't let the continuous onslaught of bad news send you into a doom spiral! Take a deep breath. Get some water. Log off, get together with friends, join or start local communities. The world isn't all bad, even if it feels like it is. The most important thing right now is that we stay together and not let the bad overwhelm us into apathy.

TL;DR Project 2025
Project 2025 has crossed my dash several times, so maybe tumblr is already informed about the hellish 900-page takeover plan if Trump wins office again. But even the articles covering Project 2025 can be a LOT of reading. So I'm trying to get it down to simple bulleted lists…
Navigator Research (a progressive polling outfit) found that 7 in 10 Americans are unfamiliar with Project 2025. But the more they learn about it, the more they don't like or want it. When asked about a series of policy plans taken directly from Project 2025, the bipartisan survey group responded most negatively to the following:
Allowing employers to stop paying hourly workers overtime
Allowing the government to monitor people’s pregnancies to potentially prosecute them if they miscarry
Removing health care protections for people with pre-existing conditions
Eliminating the National Weather Service, which is currently responsible for preparing for extreme weather events like heat waves, floods, and wildfires
Eliminating the Head Start program, ending preschool education for the children of low-income families
Putting a new tax on health insurance for millions of people who get insurance through their employer
Banning Medicare from negotiating for lower prescription drug costs and eliminating the $35 monthly cap on the price of insulin for seniors
Cutting Social Security benefits by raising the retirement age
Allowing employers to deny workers access to birth control
Tumblr media
Laurie Garrett looked at the roughly 50 pages within Project 2025 that deal with Health and Human Services (HHS) and other health agencies, and summarized them on Twitter/X in a series of replies. I've shortened even more here:
HHS must "respect for the sacred rights of conscience" for Federal workers & healthcare providers and workers broadly who object to abortions, contraception, gender reassignment & other issues - ie. allow them to deny services based on religious beliefs
HHS should promote "stable and flourishing married families."
Require all welfare programs to "promote father involvement" – or terminate their funding for mothers and children.
Prioritize adoptions via faith-based organizations.
Redefine sex, eliminating all forms of gender "confusion" regarding identity and orientation.
Eliminate the Head Start program for children, entirely
Ban all funding of Planned Parenthood
Ban birth control services that are "egregious attacks on many Americans' religious & moral beliefs"
Deny pregnancy termination pills, "mail-order abortions."
Eliminate Office of Refugee Resettlement; move all refugee matters to the Department of Homeland Security
Healthcare should be "market-based"
Ban all mask and vaccine requirements.
Closely regulate the NIH w/citizen ethics panels, ensuring that no research involves fetal tissue, leads to development of new forms of Abortions or brings profits to the researchers.
Redirect the Office of Global Affairs to promoting "moral conscience" & full compliance w/the Mexico City policy
The CDC should have no role in medical policies.
"Because liberal states have now become sanctuaries for abortion tourism," HHS should use every available tool, including the cutting of funds, to ensure that every state reports exactly how many abortions take place within its borders, at what gestational age of the child, for what reason, the mother’s state of residence & by what method.
I'm still looking for a good short summary of the environmental horrors that Project 2025 would bring if it comes to fruition…

This might be a stupid question, but is it okay to send him letters since he is in an ongoing investigation?
I sent my letter today showing support for his current prison circumstances and him as a person, I didn’t mention the alleged crime at all but don’t know if my wording can be assumed as being that way. Idk if there are lists anywhere about people who write to criminals, but yeah. Someone jokingly said I’d now be on a no-fly list for supporting a terrorist which is clearly silly but should I be worried at all that I sent a letter to him? In any capacity? Letters are private and it’s not illegal to send mail to inmates as far as I know. Plus he’s a high profile case, many fellow Americans are sending him books, letters, etc.
I find it interesting that your concerns lies with how it could impact you, but not Mangione.
But sorry, letters to incarcerated people are not private, aside from official legal correspondence. Correctional facility staff open letters and read them in order to review the content, and will often scan letters, like the facility Mangione is held in does, or otherwise save them electronically. According to the Innocence Project, one of course could expect that letters sent to an incarcerated person pertaining to their case can be used against them.
In the case of Luigi Mangione, recall that the Manhattan DA has charged him with counts of murder in the first and second degree in furtherance of terrorism. As mentioned in the indictment, one of the requirements in New York state for convicting someone on terrorism-related charges is that the crime must have been done "with intent to intimidate or coerce a civilian population." If the prosecution wanted to argue that the public reaction to the UnitedHealthcare shooting fits this requirement, which would not be unreasonable considering the many politicians who have been making a stink about this, it is conceivable that letters that are supportive of the crime, maybe even just sharing displeasure about the insurance or healthcare industries, could be used as evidence for this purpose.
To answer the question on whether this would impact someone sending letters, the answer is likely to be no, not really. I believe it may be true that the correctional system keeps track of who is sending mail to an incarcerated person. But generally if a letter or its content doesn't fit guidelines, it will be returned to sender. Excessively gratuitous infractions like threats or extortions may receive special attention, but that is not for certain. These matters are generally covered in the Bureau of Prisons' policy on correspondence, which oversees the federal facility that Mangione is in.
Although I should wrap this up, speaking more generally I discourage sending mail and other things to Mangione, and for this reason I have never shared or publicized information on how to contact him. My main reasoning for this is that the majority of people already speak disrespectfully of him. Many only see him as a symbol for a cause they are rallying against, and not as a person, who is non-coincidentally going through the worst experience of his life. Many who are interested in him as a person are flat-out creepy and invasive, condoning the way media and individuals have been dissecting his life under a microscope. To me, it sounds nightmarish to be in a concrete box inundated by letters that dehumanize you or have details about your private life.

random, deeply unscientific poll time because I'm curious how well this website reflects the overall labor force lol
before you mark "unemployed," READ THE EXPLANATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS:
*The number listed beside each category is the number of job positions available to the total workforce, not necessarily the number of people who are actually employed.
*Not having a job does not automatically make you "unemployed." Unemployed means you are a participating member of the workforce but don't have a job currently. To be consider part of the active workforce as defined by the BLS, you MUST be ALL of the following:
16 years of age or older
residing in the 50 states or DC
available for work
actively seeking employment in the last 4 weeks
not on active duty in the military
DO NOT select unemployed unless you meet ALL of the criteria above.
Examples of not having a job but not counting as unemployed: stay-at-home parent (I know this one is a bad reflection of reality, i know i know pls dont yell at me), a full-time student not currently working, a 25 year old who hasn't applied for any jobs in over a few months, someone with a permanent or temporary disability who is either not working/seeking employment or on FMLA.
Other notes and explanation:
This is a list of all non-agriculture industries that employ 10 million or more people, based on the most recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. The math might be way off bc I wasn't very careful lmao. If you have more than one job across more than one industry, pick the one that makes up the majority of your income.
A handful of familiar sub-industries that make up a portion of a larger industry but are less than 8 million people are listed in the "Other" category so that the much larger sub-industry can have its own line.
For example, healthcare belongs to "healthcare and public services," which is around 22M and includes childcare and social support services. Because direct healthcare delivery makes up such an enormous portion, I separated it out. The rest is fewer than 5M and thus does not get its own line, so they're included in "Other." (Insurance specifically is included in finance.)
More things included in "other":
Construction
Mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction
Utilities
Real-estate

Hi! Imma do something rare and actually make content, but its 11 at night and i just had a brain worm
for those of you that don’t know, i work at an accounting office. we do taxes. it is tax season. and now im thinking abt how AGSZC does taxes and what their papers are like and im inflicting it on the rest of you even if its gibberish
Angeal: A godsend. Keeps his forms in order and filed properly, calculates everything else himself like a good man. Papers honestly aren’t too bad, maybe 10-12 just because of his career/insurance plus his doubtless donations to charity, but aside from that. straightforward and done at his kitchen table
Genesis: A fucking NIGHTMARE. no doubt pays someone else to do it. and for fucks sake, i know he invests. constantly and consistently and probably in anything he thinks stands the slightest chance against shinra on the market. his 1099-B is a mess and definitely Not Totaled, so his is the bullshit you have to insert one. investment. at. a time. He’s the type that keeps fucking calling too, I can just tell. but, aside from the 1099-B, he’s probably got simple stuff as well. probably several 1099-INTs from several different bank accounts, maybe a couple 1098s floating around from vacation houses or some shit.
Sephiroth: Does his own. In ridiculously early. Makes almost no personal purchases so hardly has anything to pay. I can’t imagine not having a last name or not knowing his birthday doesn’t end up a legal problem somehow, so he likely has to walk directly into a damn tax office to say hey this is me and this is my shit no, someone isn’t stealing my identity. has one singular document and it’s his W-2. Which is. Fucking astronomical. Like, the number doesn’t even look right. His paycheck as a SOLDIER isn’t taxed, so he doesn’t really get much back on his refund. The only first without a healthcare /insurance form because why tf would Sephiroth have healthcare? What’s he gonna do, get sick?
not getting into how doing his own taxes was definitely a fight between him and Hojo at some point and ended up getting hashed out in a board room. Hojo didn’t like him having the autonomy of filing for himself instead of being claimed ad Hojo’s ‘dependent’. Sephiroth deadass threatened to go to court abt it. The President told Hojo to suck it up so they didn’t have to deal with scandal, Hojo wouldn’t tell Seph his birthday to be difficult, and here we are
Zack: Panicking. Late. Doesn’t know if his forms came in the mail, doesn’t know where he put them most of the time. Scrambles around for a fuck ton of receipts, ultimately has to request Shinra send him his shit again. DEFINITELY pays someone else to do it. W-2, 1095-A, 1099-C(s)(he has several debts i can feel it i love him but he screams bad financial decisions), probably some shit for his bike too. He customs it so I can see him listing some parts he buys for it as work expenses. Jokingly puts some money he gave aerith for flowers and what he spent to make her wagon as donations to charity and it actually goes through because the church is still considered a legal entity. Definitely has to pay late fees.
Cloud: Pays Tifa to do it. Filing for both of them is a nightmare cause all their shit burnt in Nibelheim, so once Edge gets right with the WRO they have to do all their paperwork from scratch and get reassigned SSNs. He genuinely has a fuckton of paperwork from doing the Strife Delivery Service. Luckily, only ‘employee’ he has is Tifa, and even then she doesn’t do things regularly aside from pick up the phone. Doesn’t make his business an LLC until he’s literally forced to due to his number of clients and someone trying to sue him for damages. 1099-NEC for TIfa for sure, then once he’s an LLC, some yearly maintenance to keep legal. Mileage and gas expenses go CRAZY on his self employment form, I fucking bet. I bet Cloud’s handwriting is shit tho. Tifa’s at her desk counting up his gains and losses for fucking ages because his fives look too similar to sixes. Eventually she wrangles him into installing some shit on his phone that counts it up, if only to cure her headache. Funnily enough, he does get veteran benefits from what’s left of Shinra’s shit, reparations of sorts, but he doesn’t keep it. All goes to charity, so that ends up in the books too.
alright, that was unnecessarily in depth and way longer than i planned. good night LMAO

For those who do not want what Project 2025 is selling, I am trying to brainstorm a list of to-dos:
Stockpile hormonal therapies and birth control.
Decide if you want to risk having kids.
Make a will.
Make sure you have legal documentation that shows you have a right to make medical decisions for your same sex partners, adopted kids, etc.
Try to create a physical mailing list of queer folk you know, as in addresses. Make sure you write it down in an address book and make sure it is circumspect.
Remove online information that could be used against you if laws become more restrictive, such as anything about planning an abortion.
If you have art that is "objectionable," have a plan for storage that protects a physical copy of it.
Visit the national parks.
Go to the coastline and view it, remember it.
Look into food safety practices.
Consider doing some homesteading projects like quail or chickens, vegetable and herb garden, safe canning.
Try to find a co-op or small farm that you can buy into and buy local.
Buy a mask that can filter out small particulates. Look for ones that can stand up to serious air pollution.
If you are considering a divorce, consider faster. You may only have a few months to be able to get a no-fault divorce.
Make sure you have access to your own private accounts with money. Maybe have a stash of cash somewhere.
If you are in an abusive relationship, please consider using the resources that currently exist to help you.
Get into filtered water.
Swim in the lakes and go fishing.
Go your public institutions.
Try to make any major purchases of goods sourced from China before January to avoid tariffs.
Get on your local committees.
Visit your library.
Save analog media like CDs and such.
Apply for all the grants and resources you can, right now.
If you are on the Affordable Act insurance, look into any jobs or assistance that could get you reasonable private healthcare.
Cut back on unnecessary purchases and budget wisely.
Look into homeschooling resources that are not overly religious.
Consider buying banned books and storing them in a private location.
Plant as many native trees and plants as you can, wherever you can.
Invest some money in the stock market.
Research your local laws.
Research how to protest safely and don't leave said research on your phone.
Don't take your phone to a protest. Buy a burner or get an old Nokia.
Learn how to fix things in your home.
Join a union or start a union.
Look into jobs that would enable you to move abroad.
Finish any degrees as soon as possible.
Research international colleges.
Prepare yourself for how to deal with hate-crimes and aggression.
Take self defense classes.
Get gun safety training.
Take first aid courses.
Have a stockpile of medicine, food, and water in case of hazardous weather.
Weather-proof your home.
Plan for high temperatures. PLAN FOR DROUGHTS. Plan for wildfires. Plan for smog.
Learn techniques used in dry climates to maximize water retention in soil.

Election Resources: Voting 101!
Not registered to vote yet?
Click here to find your state's Voter Registration Deadline. In most states, you've got until about 30 days before the election to register. Very few states have day-of registration.
Need to double-check?
Click here to check your registration! If you've recently changed addresses, you should check your registration status and make sure it is updated for your new address!
Need to register?
Click here to register to vote!
Don't know where to vote.
No problem! Click here to find your polling place!
Want or need to vote by mail? Click here to request an absentee ballot!
Additional Info Under the Cut!
Who/What are you voting for?
There are a number of websites that allow you to access a Sample Ballot, which shows all of the people, positions, and ballot measures/will that appear on your ballot this election. Below are two sites where you can check your sample ballot. Additionally, you should be able to request a sample ballot through your own state/county website!
Okay, but who/what do I vote for?
The best place to start is to learn a little about your candidates (the people running) and a little about the position they're running for.
For the most part, every candidate has their own campaign website that includes information about them, their stance on The Issues (where they stand on healthcare, the environment, etc.), and their Endoresements.
Endorsements are important because they tell you which of your local, community, and/or national groups support that candidate. If a candidate is endorsed by your local teacher's union, it probably means that the candidate takes a pretty positive stance on education/education reform. If your candidate is endorsed by your local police department, it probably means that the candidate is pretty pro-police.
Unions, community action groups, mutual aid groups, and political groups will put out Voting Guides that explain what that group thinks you should vote for/against and why. This can be especially helpful when it comes to voting for ballot measures, bills, or policies that you aren't familiar with or don't have a super strong opinion on. (Google: _______ union/group voting guide 2024)
Additional Information
You should bring your ID (and voter registration card, but that's more a state by state rule) with you to the polling place.
You are allowed to take as much time as you need in the polling place.
You are allowed to have your phone out and Google as much as you need to in the polling place.
Tip: check your local voting guides/sample ballot and make a list on your phone of who/what you want to vote for BEFORE you go vote. It takes a lot of the stress off.
You can leave blanks on your ballot, but it's best to vote for as much as you can.
Make sure you read the instructions for each individual section. Sometimes, the ballot will ask you to choose more than one person. (No More Than 2 of 3 is how that gets phrased a lot. You can vote for up to 2 candidates in that race)
You are NOT allowed to take a picture of your ballot inside of the polling place (you can't take pictures/record inside the actual polling place at all).
If you recieve a mail ballot, make sure you check your county website to find out the deadline for mailing your ballot back. If the deadline has passed, most counties have a drop box where you can return your ballot. (Google: late mail ballot drop off _______ county).
If you're voting in person, make sure you know what time your polling place opens/closes. Sometimes voting takes a while. If you work on election day, some states have mandatory time off (some paid, some unpaid) for voting.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th, 2024

So I saw this bullshit this morning 😒
Tumblr media
You lot ALREADY know my grievance with Jill Stein and i LOVE how her campaign advisor confirmed what we've all been saying for years; she was made to sway people NOT to vote Democrat which would in turn split the vote and give it to Trump.
Tumblr media
And I saw this which made me facepalm so hard 😒
Tumblr media
For you dumbass naive college kids who think Kamala losing will "punish dems" and woefully misinformed Muslims who think Trump will spare you; keep in mind a WEEK he initiated a Muslim Ban back in 2017. A FUCKING WEEK.
And if you College Kids care as much about Palestinians and Muslims as you claim; you should know that Muslim Faith Leaders HAVE ENDORSED HER as well as Palestinians wanting someone OTHER THAN DONALD TRUMP which is REALISTICALLY KAMALA HARRIS. Even the bitch in the above screencap says she knows Kamala CAN NOT WIN. If you care as much as you claim, LISTEN TO THEM.
While you guys sit on that....here is the link below to register to vote along with the deadlines varying by state! Also, your own vote isn’t enough! Get as many people as you can to vote for Kamala be it your friends, cousins, parents, grandparents, old friends from high school and college, coworkers, boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands, wives, stepchildren (if they’re 18 and over) and the list goes on and on but every vote counts! ALSO PLEASE check your registration DAILY because MAGA WILL purge your voter registration!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And early voting has started! And if you don’t wanna vote on November 5th, Early Voting is another option! Like I said get as many people as you know and try early voting that way you can avoid MAGA fuckery on November 5th! Here’s the link down below listing the dates by state:
And Mail in Ballots are ANOTHER option I highly recommend!! And like I said get as many people as you can to take advantage of this option! BUT if you decide to go with Mail In/Absentee Ballots; PLEASE mail your ballots at the ACTUAL USPS office!! That way MAGAts won't fuck with it.
And if you’re an American who lives overseas; PLEASE use the option of voting overseas since I know every country other than North Korea, Russia and China do NOT want to see Trump’s stinky ass back in the Oval Office! Here’s a link below:
I.....just do NOT understand you "Free Palestine!" people.
You guys wanted a younger, better candidate than Biden. You got it. And you guys STILL bitch and moan?
You guys are WORSE than MAGA and if Jill Stein does her 2016 bullshit and splits the vote and we end up with Vance as President (since Trump will MOST LIKELY NOT make it another four years) and he goes through with his Muslim Ban; a war on women happens where EVERY HEALTHCARE PRECAUTION against women is banned and women die EVEN MORE and America is turned into a Christian Theocracy, do NOT complain.
We warned you.

I keep forgetting to post this, but if you're unaware, Resistbot is an EXCELLENT tool (for USA residents only) for contacting reps, especially on a mass scale and if you're a disabled person like me and have to do most of your activism remotely. Every day I check the most recent letters and bills, and spend some time signing them and sending them to my reps, often drafting my own.
You can look at trending petitions written by other users, such as this one, sign them via SMS text, Apple Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Messenger, and email them to all your reps based on your state of residence, as well as the president, governors, and so on. You can also use premium features to send them via fax or postage mail.
Tumblr media
Letters and petitions will give you an image like this, which is great for easy sharing on social media, or printing and slaptagging.
They have an AI tool as well, where you can send their bot a link to an article, give it your stance on the issue, and it will generate pre-written letter for you. They usually come out concise but pretty solid, but premium offers manual editing and adding to them! (though it's also an option to just use the generated letter as a base for typing up your own for free and sending that)
There's a number of other commands that are useful, such as one that will send you a list of bills currently being introduced to the house, a link to said bills, and the opportunity to create a letter based on one. You can also use it to check your voter status, register to vote, and find polling locations.
Premium is $7/month and very worth it imo (I am subscribed, you also get a free enamel pin), it offers even more tools and ease of use.
I encourage you to check it out, it goes beyond just the use of contacting about Palestine and such, it's also great for contacting your state legislatures about other important issues such as abortion access and trans healthcare, and keeping up to date with current events in a very easily accessible way.

An Ethical AI-generated Prompt Sheet for Those Thanksgiving Conversations
*based on a neutral question
Question:
On issues relevant in our politics right now, which political platform is more beneficial to us, Democrat or Republicon, and why?
Response:
Analyzing the two major U.S. political platforms—Democrat and Republican—requires a clear, issue-by-issue comparison based on policies and their likely impacts on society. Below is an overview of how each party approaches the listed issues and which platform tends to benefit the majority of Americans, based on available evidence and historical actions.
1. Climate Change and Energy
• Democrats: Support renewable energy investment, international climate agreements (e.g., Paris Accord), and regulations on emissions.
• Benefit: Reduces long-term environmental risks and creates clean energy jobs.
• Republicans: Focus on deregulating fossil fuels, questioning climate science, and prioritizing short-term energy independence through oil and gas.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Climate science overwhelmingly shows the urgency of reducing emissions to prevent global warming and its catastrophic effects.
2. Wealth Inequality
• Democrats: Advocate for higher taxes on the wealthy, expanding social safety nets, and raising the minimum wage.
• Benefit: Promotes economic fairness and reduces poverty rates.
• Republicans: Favor tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy, arguing it boosts economic growth (“trickle-down economics”).
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Data shows tax cuts for the wealthy primarily widen inequality, while social programs reduce economic disparity.
3. Reproductive Rights
• Democrats: Support access to abortion, contraception, and reproductive healthcare.
• Benefit: Empowers individuals to make personal medical decisions, reducing maternal mortality rates.
• Republicans: Advocate for restricting or banning abortion, often without exceptions for rape or incest.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Restricting abortion leads to unsafe procedures and worsens healthcare outcomes for women.
4. Healthcare Access
• Democrats: Push for expanding Medicaid, lowering drug costs, and supporting universal healthcare.
• Benefit: Reduces the number of uninsured Americans and improves public health.
• Republicans: Seek to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and reduce government involvement in healthcare.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Expanding access improves health outcomes, while Republican policies risk leaving millions uninsured.
5. Gun Violence
• Democrats: Advocate for universal background checks, assault weapon bans, and red flag laws.
• Benefit: Reduces gun deaths and mass shootings, according to studies from countries with similar laws.
• Republicans: Oppose gun control measures, emphasizing Second Amendment rights.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Data consistently shows that stricter gun laws correlate with lower rates of gun violence.
6. Education and Student Debt
• Democrats: Propose reducing student loan debt, increasing public education funding, and making college more affordable.
• Benefit: Expands access to education, which drives economic mobility.
• Republicans: Support school choice, privatization, and reducing federal involvement in education.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Underfunded public schools and high student debt hinder social mobility, which Democrats address more effectively.
7. Voting Rights
• Democrats: Work to expand voting access through early voting, mail-in ballots, and combating voter suppression.
• Benefit: Increases voter turnout and strengthens democracy.
• Republicans: Focus on voter ID laws, restricting voting methods, and questioning election integrity.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Voting restrictions disproportionately harm marginalized groups and undermine democratic participation.
8. Judicial Integrity
• Democrats: Push for judicial appointments that preserve civil rights, voting rights, and environmental protections.
• Benefit: Ensures balanced courts that reflect public values.
• Republicans: Focus on appointing conservative judges, often with corporate or religious biases.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Progressive judicial rulings better protect individual freedoms and minority rights.
9. Media and Information Integrity
• Democrats: Support policies to combat disinformation and promote media literacy.
• Benefit: Encourages informed citizenry and accountability for platforms spreading falsehoods.
• Republicans: Often align with narratives undermining trust in mainstream media and fact-checking.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Misinformation destabilizes democracy, making this issue critical.
10. Immigration
• Democrats: Advocate for comprehensive immigration reform, including pathways to citizenship and humane treatment of migrants.
• Benefit: Bolsters the economy, addresses labor shortages, and upholds human rights.
• Republicans: Emphasize border security, including walls and mass deportations, often framing immigration as a threat.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Immigrants contribute significantly to the economy, and humane policies align with democratic values.
11. Corporate Accountability
• Democrats: Push for stronger regulations on corporations, including anti-trust actions and environmental accountability.
• Benefit: Prevents corporate abuse and ensures fair competition.
• Republicans: Advocate for deregulation and reducing corporate taxes.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: History shows unchecked corporations exploit workers and the environment.
12. Digital Privacy and AI
• Democrats: Support regulating tech companies and protecting digital privacy.
• Benefit: Balances innovation with individual rights.
• Republicans: Often resist regulation, favoring corporate interests.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Without regulations, tech monopolies and privacy violations harm consumers.
13. Infrastructure and Transportation
• Democrats: Invest in public transit, green infrastructure, and broadband expansion.
• Benefit: Improves quality of life and creates jobs.
• Republicans: Focus on traditional infrastructure projects but resist spending on green initiatives.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Comprehensive infrastructure plans address future needs.
14. Military Spending vs. Human Needs
• Democrats: Aim to reduce excessive military budgets and redirect funds toward healthcare, education, and climate action.
• Benefit: Balances security with societal well-being.
• Republicans: Advocate for high military spending, often at the expense of domestic programs.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Excessive military budgets often neglect urgent domestic priorities.
15. Food Security and Safety
• Democrats: Support sustainable farming, SNAP benefits, and food safety regulations.
• Benefit: Addresses hunger while ensuring food safety.
• Republicans: Focus on reducing regulations and cutting food assistance programs.
• Why Democrats are more beneficial: Robust food programs and safety regulations are vital for public health.
This analysis generally favors the Democratic platform across these issues, as it aligns more closely with data-supported policies that prioritize equity, sustainability, and public welfare.

it's time for a new computer.
Hello Darlings....,
im raising money for a new computer because my current one is on its last foot and likes to 💥BLOW UP💥 even when im just watching youtube videos. This is hard for me, a chick who likes to fuck around with software, run intensive programs, would like to 3d model, amd maybe even play games that have a bigger screen real estate of 300px. just in general. my craputer is holding me back from the mayhem i am trying to create in the world of art.
You Can Help me...
i am raising money for a new computer, mostly through commissions! tips are also welcome. you can send them via ko-fi -> https://ko-fi.com/yanadose/goal ★ or, send me a commission and let's get to talkin 😏 -> https://ko-fi.com/yanadose/commissions
here's the planned build for my new computer if youd like to see the specs -> https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Pq8sLc as you can see, green case... kinda sexy.... the above image is the silhouette of her gijinka, i've named her Agape 🫦
When We Reach The Goal, Agape Will Be Revealed...
starlet i'm sorry but you've blown up too many times. you're being replaced by a sexier, more capable computer woman.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
also im trying to keep it upbeat BUT! this computer would mean a lot to me. i genuinely cant even run art programs or check my e-mail sometimes and i'd really like to play games or do streams with my friends again. starlet's busted in several ways and it'd take too much money to rule out all possible issues, i got her a new PSU for christmas (haven't installed yet, we'll see...? >3>) but she has motherboard, gpu, and cable connector issues, not to mention the parts are mostly from 2011-13 and mad slow. i live in a place with a bad power grid and i think a lot of parts got fried from constant black/brownouts and starlet was 2nd hand in the first place.
i'm disabled/no income/have mobility issues and my computer has failed to be sufficient for online healthcare tools, it's jeopardized my livelihood as an artist, and it's made me feel alone when i can't leave the house with chronic health issues. i'm sure you understand... NOW LET'S GET THAT GREEN WOMAN!

There’s the details on the “slight” increase of adverse effects making the airwaves.
As always the details and methods matter. They ONLY looked at 13 specific events. Died suddenly was not one of them. And then they made those events as conservatively interpreted as possible.
And the events are not “slight”.
Link to the actual study is in the article above. Cut and paste of substack article below but the very alarming charts and graphs are not shown

Largest Vaccine Study Ever Reveals What the “Conspiracy Theorists” Have Said All Along
Despite claims that the increased risks of developing serious health conditions are “small” and “extremely rare,” it’s best to take a look for yourself.

Scientists have found MASSIVE increased risks of developing several serious health conditions post-jab.
But headlines suggest the increased risk factors post-shot are “small” and “extremely rare.”
This study conducted by the Global Vaccine Data Network (GVDN) looked at a cohort of 99 million vaccinated individuals.
The risks of developing 13 adverse events of special interest (AESI) were compared to what was expected based on pre-COVID-19 vaccination healthcare data, or in simpler terms, if you did not receive the jab.
Despite claims that the increased risks of developing such conditions are “small” and “extremely rare,” it’s best to take a look for yourself (image via Daily Mail).
Moderna (1st Dose):
• Swelling of the brain and spinal cord: Almost four times (400%) increased risk
• Myocarditis: 3.48 times increased risk
• Pericarditis: 1.74 times increased risk
• Myocarditis (Second shot): 6.1 times increased risk
AstraZeneca:
• Blood clots: 3.23 times (320%) increased risk
• Guillain–Barré syndrome (could lead to paralysis): 2.49 times increased risk
• Pericarditis (Third Dose): 6.91 times increased risk
Pfizer:
• Myocarditis (First Dose): 2.78 times increased risk
• Myocarditis (Second Dose): 2.86 times increased risk
• Myocarditis (Third Dose): 2.09 times increased risk
Moderna (Further doses beyond the first):
• Myocarditis from the second shot: 6.1 times increased risk
• Pericarditis (Fourth Dose): 2.64 times increased risk
• Myocarditis from the third Dose: 2.01 times increased risk
Most of the above risk factors are calculated based on a single dose. When you consider many people took three shots or more, the results of the study become even more alarming.
Listen to what Del Bigtree, host of The Highwire, had to say:
"And they're not even talking about cancer ... but how about this? You're like, well, only six times the amount of myocarditis. But if you add that six times to the two or three times for myocarditis. And what about the blood clots and stroke? What happens?
"They're not just six by themselves. They all stack up. What are we, like, 20 times the amount of risk for getting totally jacked up by this vaccine? And they're only just starting the list.
"And trust me, the scientists did everything they could to make this as conservative as they possibly could because no one wants to be responsible for, God forbid, say, we need to recall a vaccine."
