Detangle - Julien Baker x fem!crew!reader
Synopsis: Julien's gf helps her get unready after BG's Halloween show at the Hollywood Bowl :') (jesus!julien x crew!reader)
G's notes: gf is lowkey a costume designer? she's crew, but I'm putting her on the same part of the team as makeup artist! also thank you guys for being patient, if only you could see my WIP in google docs rn....
wc: somewhere around 875?
warnings: RPF, jesus!julien, slightly smutty, some light kissin n touchin, no fundamental physical descriptors?
There are very few things that could tear your eyes away from watching your girlfriend headbang onstage while dressed as Jesus. In fact, the entire thing feels like a fever dream. From sourcing the angel costumes for the band, hand-bedazzling Lucy's jacket, sewing Phoebe's veil, and then soundcheck, the lead-up to the Halloween show has felt like a whirlwind.
You're entirely unfocused, eyes parading down Julien's body, only half listening to the cues for an outfit change. "Here," your assistant says softly, eyes sparkling while watching the stage in admiration. She's handing you the boys' original jackets in order of who comes off stage first. You smile at her, grateful she's paying attention while you ogle the somewhat sacrilegious display onstage.
It's within minutes everyone is rushing off to side stage, clothes flying everywhere. Lucy is undoubtedly the easiest to change, so you work with her quickly, carefully adjusting her halo on her head before switching out her white suit jacket for Julien's original jacket. "Thank you," she whispers, kissing your cheek lightly before dashing off, Julien appearing in front of you.
"Hi pretty girl," she says out of breath, leaning in to kiss your lips quickly, already stripping off her robes.
"Jay, leave them on...no don't do that, your hair!" you excalim, Julien obviously was not listening to you earlier when you were standing between her legs bobby-pinning the crown to her hair. "Sorry, sorry-I" Julien stammers as you help her readjust the robes on her shoulders, sliding Phoebe's original jacket over her, "It's okay, you having fun?" you ask with a big smile, kissing her gently.
"The best time ever, I love you," Julien mumbles agaisnt your lips, kissign you once more on your cheek before winking and heading back out.
Your assistant is rushing Phoebe back onto the stage when you both stand beside each other, taking a deep breath before watching the rest of the show. It goes by in a blink. Before you know it, everyone is filing off stage, much slower this time. Julien, Lucy, and Phoebe walk off holding hands, doing a quick but tender group hug right off-stage before they separate, and Julien comes bounding over to you, immediately scooping you up and spinning you around. "How was it?" she asks, mouth already attached to your neck. You can't help but giggle, holding her head as she finally puts you back on the ground. "It was amazing, as always," you say.
"Oh god," you say, looking at her hair, your fingers assessing how tangled the crown is in her hair. "Not God, just me...actually, I'm the son of God," Julien says, eyes wide in a cocky smirk, holding out her arms.
"You're so..." you start, moving Julien further backstage and into the room where y'all got ready. "Sexy? Intelligent? Holy?" Julien rattles off, wiggling her eyebrows as she walks backward, trusting you to walk her in the right direction. "I was going to say ridiculous, but the first two definitely," you smile, eyes twinkling. "Not so much the third one," you giggle. "Oh, why's that?" Julien smirks, sitting in the hair chair in the empty "glam" room. "I don't think it's holy to dress up as Jesus," you start to say, Julien looking up at you with wide, almost glassy eyes, a look common post-show. "And your underwear," you snort. "What about my underwear? It says for God's eyes only," Julien goads, leaning back in the chair, watching you grab a comb and some detangler. "God wasn't the only one looking," you smirk, standing between her legs. "No, he was not," Julien groans, holding onto your hips, "You did a lot more than look," Julien mumbles, smile widening.
"Don't get all worked up," you murmur, smirking, starting to detangle her hair, pulling one piece that was particularly tangled when she all but squeals. "Ow, babe," she exclaims, eyebrows furrowed and eyes narrowed as she leans back a pace, staring at you offended.
"What?"
"That shit hurts!"
"Well, maybe if you didn't headbang so hard, your hair wouldn't be intertwined with your crown right now," you scold softly.
She grumbles, letting you get about 75% of the crown out of her hair before she's whining again. "You're tugging too hard, princess, my neck hurts."
"Me tugging isn't making your neck hurt, seriously Jules, you headbang so hard on stage, and I'm scared you're gonna get whiplash."
"Can't help that I'm a rockstar," she mumbles, finding your eyes before rolling them teasingly before hissing when you pull a chunk of hair.
"Stay still," you giggle, kissing her nose softly. Within 5 minutes, the rest of the crown is out, and you're handing it to Julien so she can keep it. "C'mon, we can pack up and get you unready at the house. Sounds like backstage is filling up," you comment. You can hear the voices of the various friends and peers who came to see the show down the hallway.
"Thanks, angel," Julien whispers, smirking softly as she uses the pet name, hopping off the chair and pulling you into her arms, dipping you ever so slightly to press a passionate kiss to your lips. "Vacation time starts now," she whispers teasingly, her hands in the back pockets of your pants, squeezing gently.

In Re: Carlo and Pride, I imagine Caleb's reaction to Galia's Big Shiny Parade will be something along the lines of "Good for them! Still not going!!!!!!!" ?
AHAHAHA yeah, I mean -- I think Caleb is softening a little towards Galia, because he's reached a point where he kind of knows who he is and who he wants to be, and he's comfortable with that, has a strong support network, a loving partner, social capital. But Fons-Askaz is his home, and if anything his conversation with Michaelis, where Michaelis is like "But you live, eat, teach, pay taxes here...you are Shivadh in any way that matters" affirmed that Galia is not somewhere he particularly wants or needs to return to.
There is a short story, not completed yet because I'm not sure where all it's going, where Caleb writes a song about Duke Tomas and drops it on Photogram, and it goes viral:
The app popped up the Photogram account of the Duchessa's younger brother, Lord Milo Ansevali, secretary to the duchy. His latest post was a video titled Reaction To 'Punching Down' by Caleb Canto.
Ah, shit.
Caleb sighed and clicked on it.
Ansevali had an earbud in one ear, and a mug of steaming tea in one hand, the teabag's tag dangling visibly. As the intro to Caleb's latest song came on over the video, he nodded his head in time, then set down the mug to start shoulder-dancing to it; when Caleb hit the first chorus, where the song got pretty intense pretty quickly, the camera began to shake wildly as Lord Milo enthusiastically rocked out. Caleb watched, fascinated, as one of the most powerful men in Galia began to headbang blurrily.
The chorus came to an end and the camera went still; Ansevali, visibly breathing heavily, went still again as well, only nodding his head gently. As the song hit the line Even his kids don't want his job, he delicately lifted his mug to his mouth and sipped, and the screen went black.
In the notes, he'd pinned a comment by the official Photogram of the Duchess of the Horse of the House of Galia, his older sister, Duchessa Ofelia. In Italian, it read How much would we need to pay Caleb Canto to move back to Galia?
Lord Milo had replied, Why pay him to move back? He's making our point for us from the Ask.
Caleb, who was not especially good at Photogram but was constantly around people who were, considered what Noah or Jerry would say if they were pretending to be him on his Photogram, as they sometimes had in the past. Then he opened the reply thread and tapped out, With affection for the Duchess from an Abdicaristo, I can't leave Askazer-Shivadlakia. My first love is the sea.
("Abdicaristo/a/e" is the term for a supporter of the political movement to democratize Galia and for Ofelia to abdicate the throne in favor of a parliamentary government. Ofelia is the head of the movement, which Caleb speculates makes life in the Palazzo Cavallo very exciting.)

Past Seasons Parade Part 2!!!
Headbanging Performance spirits! XD I didn't get a pic, unfortunately, but Frantic Stagehand looked a bit dizzy and like they were getting a headache. Like, yeah. I would too, friend.
Had a random join me and do upgraded emotes back at me. I'm assuming they simply wanted to watch the parade. Or they were probably trying to get my attention. Idk. I ignored them. Wasn't feeling super social at the time.
Following Mama Bear (Passage Guide) like adorable little ducklings.
Called it. Lol They looked like chickens.
Aaaannnd I hit the max again.

The Guilty Gear -Strive- Character Theme Tier List
Daisuke Ishiwatari has cooked nothing but straight music for this game and I don't dislike any of them, but this is my ranking system and I get to choose the ones I like the most!
Also, my opinions are my own and you are more than free to disagree on them. My opinions shouldn't mean all that much to you to begin with.
Brief explanations for each under the cut (along with some additions):
Not Feeling It, Sorry -
Look, I understand what Rock Parade means and the lyrics behind it after looking into it. It bangs, but it doesn't bang in any way that scratches the itch, you understand?
Same with The Circle. I sympathize, but like I've said for this one, I ain't headbanging it out and I'm not grooving with it. It's quite bleak and it has every right to be, but it ain't going in the playlist.
I Like Some of the Parts -
The chorus in Find Your One Way is fun to scream out when you're having a less-than-good day and you're feeling a little bit done with all of the people around, but that's about it.
I like it, but not all of Out of the Box does it for me. It's a matter of personal preference and scratching the itch and while the more vocal parts get me, that's about it.
Like for the last one, the vocal bits of Alone Infection are great, and the instrumentals are solid, but other than that, I don't really care for the song. But damn, Faust has really been through it, huh.
I like how creative the instrumentals are for The Gravity, but I'll be real honest: it gives a kind of disjointed feel that I would have to be in a certain mood for.
Solid Song Overall -
The Roar of the Spark was originally going to be in 'I Like Some of the Parts', but that one bit where it gets heavier really grew on me and it rocks hard.
The Disaster of Passion is absolutely right and I really like the song overall. It's not knocking me off of my feet entirely, but I may land on my butt if I'm not careful.
The chorus goes ridiculously hard in What Do You Fight For and I love the character too as one of the most faithful adaptations of Yasuke I've seen to date.
Say what you want about Trigger, but I like how low-key it is and how casual it presents itself while also being a headbanger to bop to. I also like the vocals on this one.
The only reason that Requiem isn't higher on the listings is because of personal preferences but the instrumentals for the chorus and those lyrics? I'm ascending.
The only thing I'm getting from The Kiss of Death is "I may got a ball and chain, but we're balling on that chain" and something that unapologetic is getting acknowledged by me.
The way that the title of Like A Weed, Naturally, As a Matter of Course was sung in the song got a smile out of me, and thanks to the instrumentals and the lyrics, it is precisely where it belongs.
The Town Inside Me is more casual than most of the songs in this lineup, but I love the trumpet in it as well as the way some of the lyrics are sung. It's really endearing in a way.
Hey, This Slaps -
I did not expect Play the Hero to go so hard but it does because it's chock-full of determination to make things happen and I've always admired that fighting spirit. Also fun to scream in full.
Armor-Clad Faith is... I understand it. And the little moments where it's less intense and it gets lower just a little bit does so much for the song. It hits hard in both ways.
Necessary Discrepancy is fun and goes hard in all of the ways that thoroughly enjoy. I've always been a sucker for longer ballads like this, and this song is no exception.
Do I have to explain? Do I really have to? Hellfire is just... It's a real glimpse into the man's mind and all of that boisterous attitude covers the fear. It slaps with banging self-criticism.
Look, when I heard Perfection Can't Please Me, I did not expect to like it so much as it was not the same kind of banging most of the others are, but it makes complete sense. I fell in love with it.
You can say what you want about the character, but The Hourglass is chock-full of relentless optimism and genuine unconditional love. It is a syringe full of sunshine and I got injected with it.
The lyrics sound like absolute nonsense and it borders on folkish, but I don't care because I love it. Hated by the god of failure and envied by the god of fortune? Just Lean, indeed.
The sole reason why Ups and Downs is not on the highest tier of this ranking system is because the song is criminally short. What do you mean it's only three and a half minutes long?
Certified Banger -
This song happens to be the first I've ever heard, so Love the Subhuman Self didn't even require any thought to be placed here. Only Daisuke could make "the bee's knees" go so hard on a song.
The mess that is Let Me Carve Your Way just scratches my brain in a way that no other song has come close to doing with how it's composed. Instant dopamine button.
The opening line sold me the first time I heard it and it kept me there until it finished. Drift is the closest thing Daisuke's got for "Disney-esque metal ballad" and I love it.
The first time I heard Mirror of the World, I got chills. I was terrified of the character and the chanting with the instrumentals? Chef's kiss, 10/10, all five stars would listen for the first time again.
Out of all of the more fun bops so far, Extras is my favorite one because Mariah Carey and Amazing Grace slipped into it too? God, this song was fun to play and sing and I can tell!
I love the characters, I love the song, and I can see absolutely no flaws in any of them. The lyrics in Symphony really hit a part of me that needed to hear it, so it's going in this tier and that is that.
Is it recency bias or is it just a straight banger for all five and a half minutes? Don't know, don't care, it's got my head banging either way. Radiant Dawn is awesome in all of its parts.
Bonus -
Smell of the Game is a perfect opening for a game like this. As a comment says: "aggressive inspirational nonsense" is my favorite music genre, and I am more than inclined to agree. Placement? "Certified Banger" tier.
Crawl as a boss theme of sorts has me screaming along with it. Speaking of which, the lyricist did an excellent job with those. I love the irony of wanting calm and screaming those words out. Placement? "Hey, This Slaps" tier.
The Name of Heaven is a special piece. Daisuke really put his all into composing this one and for what it represents... it's not a banger, it doesn't slap, it makes you cry. Hard. Placement? "Solid Song Overall" tier.
That concludes the tier list for me. Feel free to agree or disagree! I'd love to hear people's thoughts about them.

thinking ab your characters and their hypothetical interests lol
in my head donnie has a baseball card collection worth thousands and is super into old video games
i feel like arthur is super thrifty and takes cool pictures on old cameras
adrian is a star wars fan
leander is really into some random rich people sport
and theo is thee biggest film snob
Oh I LOVE this! You’re so dead on, this is exactly what I would have said. If I can add a few, this is what I think the guys would collect/be into in their everyday lives:
Donnie: baseball cards, the Atari, VHS tapes (think Alien, The Fly, Jurassic Park but also Johnny Dangerously, Flash Gordon, The Last Dragon), Converse in too many different colors, those bobbleheads they give out at baseball games, every drawing and art project his nieces have ever given him, and Motown music (especially Gladys Knight—he can’t hit the high notes in Midnight Train to Georgia, but damn it if he doesn’t try)
Arthur: old sweaters, wool socks, film photography, leatherbound journals (he doesn’t really write in them, he just likes to have them lying around), used books that smell like cigarettes, really shitty coffee, Nick Drake, Mazzy Star, and certain Rolling Stones albums. He has a vintage turntable and displays whatever album he’s listening to on two thumbtacks he’s wrestled into the wall.
Adrian: Star Wars (especially the lost Christmas special, which he inexplicably has a copy of), Arnold Palmers, those boat parades that cross the Puget Sound, soft vintage leather, certain knitwear, Pulp, Seattle sourdough (he’s never tried the San Francisco stuff), disco balls, and rooftop patios. He’s a tricky one to pin down.
Leander: the boy is so into lacrosse. He’s got a friend on a recreational women’s team, and he’s dragged you to probably a hundred of her games. He also loves pontoon boats, though those are reserved for special occasions. See also: aftershave, aran sweaters, David Sedaris (eventually), jazz clubs, walks in the park, long coats, late-night diners, and, oddly enough, Violent Femmes.
Theo: “Spielberg is a genius” and it’s just that scene from ET where the camera pans over a cliff (he’s right and you know it), psychoanalyzing Cronenberg characters, Ralph Lauren, runner’s high, little treats after work, classic romantic literature (E.M. Forster), Dungeons and Dragons, college radio. He also buys every season of The X-Files on VHS as it comes out. He says he likes the psychology of the characters, but you know he’s got such a thing for Agent Scully.
Clark: REM, dancing in the kitchen (not even in a romantic way—like, headbanging to Pixies while he makes pasta), immediately throwing his necktie on the floor when he gets home, noise machines, going to Guitar Center just to “try everything out” (he doesn’t know how to play), that little corner in the record store where you can put on headphones and sample an album. Also Seattle public transportation, even when it sucks.
Also, sweet anon, I did see your other ask! Working on something extra special for ya, hang tight ♥️ I love this kind of prompt, it’s so fun for characterization and I love the opportunity to challenge myself by thinking about what makes these characters different from each other. Thank you so much love!
#toady talkin#anon ask#had the longest day and i was just gonna come home and watch shitty reality tv until i fell asleep but this put me in such a better mood#now i have lots of ideas for your other ask so stay tuned! love ya!

somft for you: some combo of the three of them taking turns putting music on and having a dance party with libby :3
this is a Visual and I adore it
lilith's been headbanging with libby forever and doing, like, baby moshpit (couch cushions plus toddler libby plus light jostling plus an absolute riotfest of laughter) (lil: I'm into punk and metal; shan: *coughs* swiftie)
both bea and lil will do Super Serious and Not At All Tongue In Cheek ballroom dancing with libby standing on their feet as they parade her about, or holding her and slow dancing around with her
as she grows, libby remains fond of both of those, but loves ava's dance parties best (flailing limbs and shouting and far too much jumping are much more appealing to her)

So for today’s nostalgic walk down emo lane I’ll be listening to The Black Parade, and these are my thoughts
An album I’ve listened to repeatedly but there’s some songs and demos that weren’t on the American cd. So the ones that will be added to the listen are Heaven help Us, My Way Home Is Through You, Kill All Your Friends, Party At The End Of The World, Not That Kind Of Girl, Emily, and All The Angels. Let’s see what there is to see. Let’s begin this rock opera journey.
The End: an amazing intro to this beautifully morbid journey we’re about to embark upon. This has to be listened to back to back with dead every time I listen. They flow into eachother too perfectly for me not to. If it ranks top 5 then it will be in tandem with dead!.
Dead!: shit rocks HARD! I love these 2 back to back so much. I love it’s groove, I love its rhythm. It’s one of my all time favorites the guitar is fucking incredible as always. “If life ain’t just a joke, then why are we laughing” fucks impossibly hard.
This Is How I Disappear: I don’t really listen to this one that much. With fresh ears the intro is honestly pretty good. Oh shit I forgot how much I actually liked this one. This one does really fuck. Not one of my all time favorites but definitely one I should weave into my listening more.
The Sharpest Lives: ok this one I think might be one of my least favorite of the album. The guitar fucks hard but in general I don’t think this one if for me. Like it fucks incredibly hard but just sorta eh about it. I do listen to it mashed up with take over the break’s over all the fucking time tho
Welcome To The Black Parade: Ok here we go, an anthem for a generation. One of the most iconic intros in modern music. A slow and beautiful build and in come the drums. There’s the guitar! And it Fucks HARD!!! You already know she’s my number one spot on the album, how can she not be. Paint it black and take it back, let’s shout it loud and clear! defiant to the end we hear the caaaaaall! Let it rock your shit let it obliterate your fucking face! Also the most iconic music video of their career to date, we’ll see if they make anything that can blow it out of the water in the future.
I Don’t Love You: beautiful opening, and honestly one of my favorite arrangements when I’m in my feelings. It’s a situational song for me but I do love her. Guitar pops off, In general a very beautiful song.
House Of Wolves: there she is! The song I vibe with the hardest! My number 2! She Fucks Unbelievably HARD! Headbanging to this banger! It’s jazzy it’s one of my favorites I adore her! Guitar goes incredibly hard, this song consistently rocks my fucking shit!
Cancer: so I don’t listen to this much, almost never. It’s a sorrowful but beautiful melody. She hurts like a motherfucker but god it’s so beautiful.
Mama: ah yes a classic and a banger. A very unique vibe and one that goes insanely hard. Vibes vibes vibes 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈. Then it punches you in the fucking face! God the end section is so fucking good too, goes so hard.
Sleep: Spooky time. The recordings spoopy but god if the guitar doesn’t go so god damn hard. It’s one of my favorites for sure but I don’t wanna go dishing out too many rankings, still have 7 songs I haven’t heard yet. The quiet “wake up” screaming in the back is haunting once you hear it.
Tennagers: honestly both a vibe and not particularly one of my favorite songs on the album. But the guitar does fuck really hard here. I’m neutral about it, it’s good but no particularly strong feelings regarding it. Don’t fear the reaper, needs more cowbell.
Disenchanted: ok this is absolutely one of my favorite songs. She’s definitely a in my feelings song along side the world is ugly. It goes fucking hard, it’s raw, it’s beautiful and I love it so much. I don’t have much to say on it but I do love it so so much.
Famous Last Words: defiance to the end, we fight back even if in all honesty we are terrified of moving forward. Also it fucks severely, guitar goes so fucking hard. About halfway through the list I honestly stopped trying to form sentences for the breakdown and I’m just vibing with the music.
Blood: I don’t listen to this one at all so I’ve kinda forgotten it 😬. Jaunty, a vibe lol.
Kill All Your Friends: this one is a new listen, let’s see what we got. Oh this is kinda a vibe. Oh shit wait this does kinda fuck. Oh shit fuck yea! I like this one it vibes good. I think this banger might be a new favorite.
Heaven Help Us: new song 2 let’s go! Oh she’s a vibe. The vibe fucks hard, it’s got a good sound. It’s nice. I like, not love but like.
My Way Home Is Through You: ok new listen number 3. Opening slaps. Big American idiot vibes. It rocks, another it’s good and I like it but it didn’t knock the shit out of me. It goes without saying but the guitar has ate this whole album.
Party At The End Of The World: first live demo time. Oh this fucks. It’s like a combination of all the parts of previous albums. It vibes hard. I like :3.
Not That Kind Of Girl: live demo 2, let’s go! Nice beat. Oh damn this does fuck. Also vibes 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️? Good for them.
Emily: ok another new listen. Oh this is kinda nice. Guitar is nice as always. Is a nice vibe maybe not a favorite song but I might listen again sometimes
All The Angels: ok last new listen of the night. Oh this is kinda a moody vibe. This one is kinda nice. I like this one, broody.
So after a more recent listen it’s still one of my favorite albums of all time besides maybe midnight thoughts by set it off. I didn’t dive to deep into the story of the concept album because we’ve all heard it to death, and wanted to focus on my enjoyment of just the music. My top 5 of the album would have to be…
1:Welcome To The Black Parade
2:House Of Wolves
3:The End/Dead!
4:Disenchanted
5:Kill All Your Friends
So that’s the album done, it was nice listening to it in its entirety again. Again as always if you have any songs I may miss because they aren’t on the main albums or eps pls send those to my inbox. I don’t wanna miss a thing. Up next is the one I’m most excited for dangerdays and the madgear and missle kid ep.

NITA STRAUSS Shares New Single 'Winner Takes All' Featuring ALICE COOPER
ALICE COOPER guitarist Nita Strauss has released a new single, "Winner Takes All", featuring a guest appearance by the legendary rocker. The track is taken from Nita's upcoming sophomore solo album, tentatively due later this year via Sumerian Records.
"Winner Takes All" is the third song Nita has released featuring a star guest vocalist, the first being the enormously successful "Dead Inside" which featured guest vocals from DISTURBED's David Draiman and saw Nita become the first-ever solo female to have a No. 1 hit at Active Rock radio. She also returned to her instrumental roots last year with the release of single "Summer Storm", a fast-paced, emotive shred-fest. In October 2022, Nita dropped "The Wolf You Feed", an epic headbanger of a track featuring the insane vocal talent of Alissa White-Gluz of ARCH ENEMY.
Says Nita: "When we were working on the music for this album, there was no question that I wanted to create a song to collaborate with my longtime boss and friend, the legendary Alice Cooper. I think the track accomplishes what we set out to do — showcase Alice's voice and signature style on the backdrop of a heavy, modern rock track. After many years of lending my style of playing to Alice's music on stage, it was truly an honor to work together and hear his voice on one of my songs!"
Back in February 2022, Nita told SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk" about her upcoming LP: "It's gonna be half and half — six tracks with vocalists and six tracks of instrumental [music]. We've been doing ['Dead Inside'] live on the solo tour and it's been getting a super-good reaction from our crowds."
In early December 2022, Nita told "The Mistress Carrie Podcast" about her decision to make the upcoming LP half vocal songs and half instrumental: "I did feel, and the label and everybody agreed, it's still important for me to keep my identity as a guitar player and not just branch off too much and go, 'Okay, well, now it's just guests.' Let me still have a little of what makes me me, which is the instrumental shred stuff. And the instrumental pieces that I've written on this record are, I think, better than anything I did on the first one — definitely more… I don't know if it could be more emotional but they're very emotional pieces of music and I think a little better crafted this time around. So I think all the songs in general are more well thought out, better put together this time around. And I do have some of my absolute favorite [singers guesting on it]. I have three amazing powerhouse female vocalists on this album so far."
Nita released 2018's "Controlled Chaos" to mass acclaim from fans and media alike, with Metal Injection calling it "a great debut that — as its creator intended — leaves no doubt", and Guitar World stating "'Controlled Chaos' is a panoramic view of Nita Strauss's many strengths".
Earlier this month, it was announced that Nita would return to Alice's band for his 2023 tour.
The Alice Cooper North American tour, with an all-new show dubbed "Too Close For Comfort", kicks off in late April in Michigan and continues through late September, including a handful of August stadium shows with DEF LEPPARD and MÖTLEY CRÜE, followed by a co-headlining late summer "Freaks On Parade" tour with Rob Zombie.
Nita spent eight years playing with Alice before joining Demi Lovato's band last summer,
Strauss played her first full live show with Demi on August 13, 2022 at the Grandstand at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, Illinois.
Nita made her live debut with Demi on July 14, 2022 with a performance of "Substance" on ABC's Emmy Award-winning late-night show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!".

I have a headcanon about Loodvigg that will be taken many different ways but... I view Loodvigg as being emo. For some reason it just fits him really well. He listens to my chemical romance and green day. Also headbangs to metal. You'll find him writing some story while blaring cannibal corpse in the background. But it's not as severe as his teenage years. Bro was full goth culture making depressive edits on instagram. He cringes a lot at that time and tries to forget it, but haunts him throughout the day. The other celestials tease him a lot about it and constantly hands him the sheet music to black parade. Also plays it out loud during the day to piss him off. Anyway thanks for coming to my ted-talk.

[ID: Two gifs focused on Ray Toro with MCR in the Welcome to the Black Parade music video. He's dressed in the black and white marching band uniform. Ray stands atop the float, playing guitar energetically. He headbangs along to his guitar before leaning back briefly. Mikey Way is visible behind him. End ID]
