Tim's parents send home an artifact that is said to able to grant wishes! While being curious about it Tim messes with the artifact and when he 'solves' it, according to legend one must solve it to get a wish, he wishes he wasn't alone anymore.

The object glows bright and as he shields his eyes he can hear.

He gets his wish in the form of a recently reincarnated ghost!King (who entered the DC world for a reincarnated vaycay... he should had known something was going to happen because CW was encouraging the break) Danny whose just a baby/toddler right now.

Sam is Adopted

So! Have you ever noticed how Sam doesn't look like either of her Parents? Her Mom and Dad are Blonde and Ginger, and neither of them have Purple Eyes. How would Sam ever come from either of them?

She tells people that she dyes her Hair and wears Contacts, but the reality is that she was adopted as a baby by them. They had just found out that Pamela was Infertile and they wanted an Heir foe their company, so they decided to Adopt a kid.

But the Adoption Agency didn't have any kids who would realistically look like them, so they just got the first kid they found.

She had been left at the Orphanage by her Mother citing an inability to raise her and an unstable income. She never told the Agency her name, but told them that the baby's name was Sam, named after her Grandfather.

Sam was raised knowing that she was Adopted, but never really put much interest into it. Until one day when she decided that her adoptive Parents support of the Anti Ecto Acts was a step too far for her. She took an Ancestry DNA Test to see if she could find her Bio Mom to get away from them.

The results came back, and she found out that her Mom was a woman from Metropolis named Lois Lane.

No one expects Superman to have hobbies. Mostly because everyone thinks he lives in an ice fortress in the artic and spends all his time saving people instead of being a person and having a job. No one expects him to be Clark Kent either. But he is a person and he has a job, and even though he can't exactly keep up with a hobby -what with all that ‘spending most of his time saving people and trying to be a person’ thing- he does have ways to pass the time and unwind himself after a long day.

Technology is so amazing, and social media is so addictive.

So maybe he keeps up with inane internet drama. So what? People having parasocial relationships with random bloggers is like the norm nowadays, and honestly the lowscates problems of celebrities are like a breath of fresh air after stopping another world-ending threat. So yeah, he knows meme speak; he's fluid in the way only chronically online people are, even if his coworkers think he barely knows how to navigate google and his uh- night shift coworkers still think he could somehow not know what a tv is.

This is all to say, that he could be excused of momentarily forgetting himself after a long battle and even longer debriefing, and in a completely conditioned response -totally outside of his control- having responded to a comment about one of his favorite celebrities in the way he would have inside a fandom space.

Meaning, that while sitting at the table in the watchtower, surrounded by his fellow superheroes, listening to Green Lanter cry over the 500k luxury car crash that Bruce Wayne was involved in and how someone had to stop the crazy bastard or stage a rescue mission for all the poor beauties trapped in his garage, Superman -world’s mightiest hero- actually opened his mouth and without any input whatsoever from his brain said “or i could get him pregnant, maybe that'll calm him down”.

The absolute silence after that didn't get to last for more than a second, as Batman tripped over his own feet and almost brained himself on the table.

I agree people seem to be getting too unrealistic with their ideas of “Curly could’ve done more” But I hate seeing “what was he supposed to do?” cause like- Stay with Anya(physically and metaphorically). Don’t run away from her and leave her alone to ‘fix’ things(she’s pregnant, she’s been raped there is no changing that) by talking with Jimmy.

Literally in my opinion all Curly really had to do to show he cared was stay there with her. Comfort her. Don’t say you can fix it, don’t say you can Fix Jimmy. Don’t say you can fix this situation and imply it can be made right, don’t imply you can make Jimmy better.

Of course there were other things he could do. He could apologize for not noticing sooner. He could give her something else to use as a weapon(hell a fucking PEN can be used as a weapon).

People saying there’s not much he could do are right, but Curly didn’t believe that. Even though he seemed to believe Anya he still tried to reconcile it with his view of Jimmy and believed he could do something.

If he’d stayed he could’ve calmed and comforted Anya, then talked with her. They could’ve made a plan together to try to avoid Jimmy finding out. Alllll he had to do was stay instead of running off to find his best friend.

I think it says something that Jimmy absolutely destroyed the crew and ship in half the time Curly was captain. Like he couldn’t even get them past 2 full months before breaking down.
