I definitely headcanon that Martin developed some kind of germaphobia after his initial run in with Prentiss. Cleaning things compulsively, checking his food thoroughly to make sure it’s clear of worms, feeling unclean and trying to clean himself off more than necessary, etc. The archives staff eventually realize what’s going on but aren’t really sure how to handle it. It takes him quite a while to recover from the effects of it, even after Prentiss’s death

Almost done reading Dawn of the Planet of the Apes: Firestorm (my e-book says it's 80% through). Koba's backstory is so SAD. He was such a nice bonobo. We never saw a baby Koba, like we did with Ceasar. I needed to put the picture in my brain on paper...
