Henry was in his room when you and your husband started to argue. He learned to tune it out by now, and he continued to put all of his focus on the drawing in front of him. He was instructed by his teacher to create a family portrait, but something in him wasn't able to draw a happy smile on his parents faces.

Henry contemplated on tossing the drawing aside, to start anew, and maybe draw an imaginary family where he was able to get a hamster. He could even draw a new dad-- one that wasn't currently shouting at his mother right now. Yandere husband hadnt lost his cool this badly before, and he prided on himself on becoming a better father than his own. However, it was hard to restrain himself the moment he saw you say "hello" to the neighbor across the street.

A rational part of himself knew that you were just being nice, but all he saw was red. He hated Lucas Skylar. He hated the people the at work, the constant nagging and boring conversations got to him. And he hated how close his outburst was similar to his father. The progress yandere husband had made in controlling his temper vanished in an instant. His sole focus was honed in on making you understand that you never talk to another man again.

Henry flinched when he heard a loud thud, and the accusations yandere husband was spewing at you, became loud and clear.

That made zero sense to Henry. You barely had any time to even do that! You're too busy taking care of your amazing son, and selfish, selfish husband! The kid tightly gripped at the safety scissors in his hand, and his expression hardened when he heard your voice waver. Henry grabbed his family portrait-- making a mental note to finish his homework later, and he stormed his way into the living room.

No one can accuse his mother of cheating. No one should even think about putting their hands on his mother.

Henry stood in front of you, shielding your body with his. "Why would mom ever stoop lower than she already has?!" he points at his father with the scissors in his hands. Henry also held some disdain for Lucas Skylar, and that preppy man was definitely above his father on the list of men he hates.

"I bet you're cheating, and that's why you're being one paranoid jerk!" Henry seethed, his fist shaking, and he held the green plastic threateningly.

The tinier boy took a step towards yandere husband with his eyes narrowed, "....and do you want to know what we do to traitors in this family?"

His father raised his brow, peering down at Henry with a bit of an amused expression. "Henry, you know you can barely cut me with that thing."

"I may not be able to harm you, thats true." Henry bitterly said, smoothing out the wrinkled drawing in his hands. "But, I can do this!" He started to cut his father out of the family portrait. It was a poor job, and it looked like yandere husband just got sliced in half, but he got his point across.

Henry let the threw the 2D figure at his fathers face, and he helped his mother get out of this tense situation quickly. While he got you to your room, yandere husband watched the paper slowly fall down to the ground. He bends over to pick it up, and when he saw the big fat frown Henry had drawn on his face, yandere husband let out a shaky sigh.

So it's a fic where cumplane reincarnate as qijiu kids and whare Born during the time yqy (how did he birthed this kids as a teenager? Is he a omega? Trans? Affected with a weird fuck or die plant? Idk bro i also didn’t figured this out) in the lingxi caves, they ware Sadly Born prematurely but that didn’t affect them too much since they are transmigrators and stuff

So the premise is basicly twin cumplane being raised by a teen version of Yue qingyuan and trying to Change his fate of being killed in the end by luo binghe (since it's their dad lol)

Their plane consistes in Airplane becoming the next sect leader and shen yuan becoming his bff so the sect isn’t all ruined yk? (Yeah in this fic Airplane is not a an ding peak disciple but he gets the same amount of overwork don't worry)

Shen QingQiu is going insane and foaming at the mouth because there is 2 little clones of him and qi-ge as kids in the kids have some of the others features, his relationship with the kids is interesting (especially because he dosen't know that they are his kids) shen yuan looks almost identical to him if not for the color of the eyes and his nose that are 2 things that he was obssessed in his qi-ge, shen qingqiu just dosen't kill him on sight because that is the sect leader kid so that would be VERY stupid so they just torture each other in psycological warfear because sy hates his guts, his relationship with Airplane is interesting because he kinda indulges in his wish of being kind and tender with qi-ge thru him since he looks like his dad (Airplane is VERY scared and weirdout by it but since he wrote it he kinda just allows it to heppen)

Bingqiu and Moshang Would also heppen in this fic by the simple hilarity of Yue Qingyuan just looks at his kids boyfriends being literal demons and just giving a disapointing sigh but just aproving it because his baby's are happy

The other thing about this au is that the names of cumplane are not "shen yuan" and "shang qinghua" for abvious reasons and I gave them new names!

A little disclamer, i am HORRENDOUS with names like worst then Airplane and my mandarin knowledge is basicly a big and round 0 so please if you think the names are very ugly use your suspension of disbelif because the dad was like 17 give him a break! (But the names are passible to Change, don't worry to much)

I will start with Airplane, his name is Yue Cangshu (岳仓鼠), yes it's because of hamsters and I just think is really cute yqy taking a good look at him and going "omg he is so small and round... just like a rat... his name is rat now"

Shen yuan names Change was harder for me because before hand I was just going to call him "Yue Yuan' but since his twin got a longer name I decide to make one for him as well, his name is Yue YuanChun (岳垣春), his name is like these because of shen Qingqiu, since the qiu(秋) character means autmmun I was like "huuum yuan means wall... his name being "spring wall" would be really cute" so this is why he is called "YuanChun" now lol

“Wow. It’s so quiet,” Johnny joked. The two of you had found some solace on the porch outside, for once in the whole evening being mostly alone. You could still hear your little cousins playing in the front yard and some of your older relatives laughing as they smoked in the driveway, but here you felt like you had room to breathe.

“I know,” you laughed a little. “Sorry. I know it’s…a lot.” 

“Oh, please,” Johnny rolled his eyes. “This is nothing. At least no one here is constantly asking for a picture or for me to join in on some kinda celebrity-marketing-business-thingy.”

A shrill giggle came from the yard, and it was unmistakable. “Except for–”

“Yes,” he nodded rather seriously. “Except for Lizzy. I would trust her business plans with a blindfold on and my hands tied behind my back.”

You had gotten mixed reactions from everyone in your family when they saw who your partner was. Your parents and siblings had known for a little while, though you tried to keep it on the down-low that you were dating one of the richest and most famous men in Hollywood. But the reunion was something you went to every year and truly enjoyed. Your family was enormous and stressful, but you loved them and enjoyed being with them. It had been over a year since you’d gotten with Johnny, and you felt that now was the time to introduce everyone to him. Your grandparents and older relatives, for the most part, were lost on who Johnny was. Your parents were both impressed and protective of you. Your siblings were either jealous or flat-out didn’t believe you until they saw his Agera pull up in the driveway. 

Your cousins who were old enough to recognize Johnny were equally starstruck, but one in particular, the barely-teenaged Lizzy, had hardly left you two alone from the moment you arrived at your parents’ house. Between excited gasps and nervous giggles and lots of hair-twirling, she’d spent the evening desperately trying to rope Johnny into starring in her various movie ideas. Johnny played along stoically, even removing his sunglasses to listen and nod as she detailed plots about superhero dogs and haunted pillows and a hamster who was running for president. By the end of the night, you wouldn’t be surprised if she’d managed to snag his number so they could continue discussing his potential roles and payment later in the coming weeks.

“Can you blame her?” you asked with a chuckle. “Imagine if when you were little your cousin was dating, like, Harrison Ford, or something.”

“Hey, I’m not blaming anyone! That kid’s going places. She’s just trying to invest early.” Johnny turned and you his profile caught in the golden glow of a summer sunset. It struck you, not for the first time in the past few minutes, how pretty he was. You especially loved the sparkle in his eyes and the curve of his nose in this light. 

“She’s a smart one,” you agreed, half-paying attention.

Johnny took a long sip of his drink as he leaned on the railing of your porch, humming softly to himself. You took a moment to scan the surrounding area of your childhood home. It felt strange to be back here with him. It was like two worlds colliding, and while it wasn’t unpleasant to share your family and homelife with him, it felt odd. Almost like a dream state.

“So, are you liking all this? I know it’s not exactly what you’re used to…”

“Like it?” He seemed surprised. “Oh, man. I love it.”

“Really?” You couldn’t help a childishly excited tone from entering your voice. He smiled at this, his dimples creasing as he did so.

“Sure! It’s, uh…rustic.” His brow furrowed for a second. “Well, no. That’s not the right word. It’s…” 

Your face fell a little as he sighed. His own smile was fading.

“I didn’t really…have this growing up. Y’know? My dad, he was never big on his own family. So I never really saw my grandparents, or my aunts or uncles or anything. My mom didn’t have a big connection with hers either. I don’t think my dad helped that. So a lot of the time it was just us three. And…God. I’m sorry. I don’t mean to bring the mood down. I’m just tryin’ to say that this is all really, really nice.”

“Oh,” you said softly. “Well, y’know, everyone here…they’re all your family too, now. You know that, right?”

“I guess that’s true.” He brightened. “Yeah. Family.”

“You’re one of us now.” You grinned and leaned against him. “And even if you are some big-shot A-list movie star, they’ll love you as long as I do.”

“Sooo, like, another three months?” he teased, calculating on his fingers. You giggled.

“Count your days, Cage.” You watched as a group of kids chased each other around the yard and neared the porch, clamoring about rules and squealing with laughs. Among them, Lizzy played, stopping only for a moment to gaze at both of you (Johnny more-so). “Although, if the way things have been going tonight are indicative of anything, you might have a rebound date in your future…”

“Oh, she can find a better Prince Charming, I’m sure,” Johnny chuckled. He waved to her, and Lizzy looked like she might just implode. Her big eyes grew bigger and bigger and she remained still as a statue until her little sister bumped into her, and then, after only one more glance over her shoulder, she was right back in the game.

“Ooh, Prince Charming.” You pressed a kiss to his cheek. “I like that.”

“Well, it fits. I treat you like royalty for a reason.” He pulled your face into his hand and kissed you fully, trailing his thumb along your jaw. When you pulled away, you had a permanent smile painted on your lips.

“Pretty,” he murmured. He had a similar look on his face.

“Look in a mirror,” you shot back kindly. 

“A magic mirror?” he teased, and you rolled your eyes. 

“C’mon. I think dinner’s almost ready.” Tugging his hand, you started towards the door inside.

“Ooh, I can’t wait to try your mom’s food. That kitchen smelled so damn good earlier…”

“You’re gonna love it.” You gave him a backwards glance. “Seriously, if that doesn’t lure you into this family, then nothing will.”

I love that he quotes All Might here. It is an interesting way of framing heroism, and a perfect response to Iida, who was telling Deku it wasn't his business. To a hero, anyone in trouble is their business.

I love that Deku and Todoroki are just instant friends now. I feel like they never spoke to each other in season 1. They were set up as rivals during the tournament, but they ended up with a powerful bond.

Now when Deku sends his location with no explanation Todoroki just teleports to him like he is Deku's new fairy godmother. A very hot fairy godmother.

It is great to see him openly using his fire side. He has worked through some of his struggles and self-cared his way into arson. My inner pyro is screaming. Let's set things on fire!

This is a creative blood-based ability. I like how specific it is depending on blood type. It gives Stain an intimidating quirk while maintaining good limits to keep things interesting.

He says this lying face down on the gravel after being defeated and nearly getting shanked. Listen, I love Iida, but he is having a moment.

WOOSH FIRE! My hamster brain is so delighted by how gorgeous the flames look. Thank goodness both Deku and Todoroki are NOT having it with Iida right now. Good friends know when to call you out.

I get it, since the #2 hero in the country is his Dad, he might as well use Endeavour as a resource to learn about hero work. It is like Todoroki is compartmentalizing Endeavor into two categories: Hero and Dad. Staying emotionally shut off from "Dad" while utilizing the "Hero" side.

It is like a Deku triangle of inspiration. Deku inspired Iida in season 1 ------> Deku inspired Todoroki in the tournament ----->Todoroki is inspiring Iida now. I wonder if Iida will get the chance to inspire both of them in return as the show progresses?

I wish action scenes were not so hard to get good screencaps of. When Stain cut Todoroki and tried to lick his cheek I was screaming so loud. Stain is nasty, lol.

Steve had always wanted a pet. Every birthday, every Christmas he'd ask his parents for one. He didn't care what kind, big or small. There was always an excuse.

"A dog would rip up the cushions and dig up the yard, Steven."

"A cat would shed everywhere and rip the curtains, Steven."

"A fish isn't very manly, Steven."

"A snake is too dangerous, Steven."

"You'll get bored of a hamster, Steven."

Steve still desperately wanted a companion, something to keep him company while his parents were away, something to care for, something to love.

He once found a tiny kitten out by the playground. He took it home and hid it in his room, sneaking her scraps until his parents left town again. The kitten would sleep on his chest at night keeping him warm and soothing him with its purrs. Steve would've kept that kitten hidden in his room forever, but a week later he found a missing poster for it. The little boy to who he returned it almost cried when Steve showed up at the house with the bundle of fluff. Steve resigned himself to a petless life after that, on his next birthday he just asked for a baseball.

Eddie had always wanted a pet but never dared asked for one. Growing up he knew his dad was dangerous, he didn't want a little animal getting in the way of that anger. Eddie's father would throw cans at the strays around the trailer park and come home and hurt Eddie if he had a bad day, which was always.

Eddie would still sneak the strays some of what little dinner he had. Out his bedroom window, he'd feed a couple dogs and an old cat the rest of his microwave dinner. He cried when the old cat stopped coming by.

When he moved in with Wayne he still didn't ask for a pet, he understood a pet was another mouth to feed and he didn't want to be a further burden on his uncle despite the man claiming otherwise. He still fed the new trailer park strays, and he put out water for them in the summer, making sure it didn't freeze over in the winter.

Now he was older, he and Steve were freshly moved into their new apartment downtown. The apartment was small and poorly lit but it was the first place Steve could truly call his home. Eddie came home one day from work when he heard it. He poked his head into their bedroom, Steve standing in front of the closet a guilty look on his face.

"Steve, what's in the closet?"

"Well, certainly not me anymore."

"Hardy har, I'm serious what're ya hiding in there?"

Steve sighs before turning and grabbing something from inside. When he turns back around Eddie sees the tiny ball of fur in his boyfriend's hands.

"She was crying by the trashcan and she was just so small and I couldn't just leave her there, but I know I should've just taken her to the shelter, she's another mouth to feed and her fur will get everywhere and-"

Eddie cuts off Steve's rambling by wrapping his arms around his shoulders, "Hey, hey sweetheart, it's ok, I'm not mad, why would I be mad about my boyfriend rescuing this little cutie?"

Steve looks like he might cry again, "Because my parents would've been." Eddie holds him closer, being mindful of the little kitten. "Well, you know I know Dick has always been a dick, how about we head to the vet's to get the little one all checked out and then head to the pet store to spoil her with the paycheck I just got."

Steve smiles and that night when he falls asleep once again with a little ball of fluff on his chest and Eddie cuddled beside him his chest feels a little lighter.

Seokjin: He did have sugar gliders previously, which are not the easiest pets to care for, so I think pretty much anything would be a possibility with him, barring snakes or insects. I think a cat would be a good match for his personality tho.

Yoongi: He's such a proud Dog Dad to Holly, I think that really is the best match for him. But also, I need him to have a cat at some point in the future.

Hobi: idk why, but for some reason, I see him having something random, like a ferret? They're goofy and chaotic, kinda like him, but I know he's not a fan of mess tho, so maybe a hamster?🤷

Namjoon: I know I said it in his dating HCs, but I think hermit crabs would be a really good match for him. I could also see him maybe getting a cat, but I think it would be later on, when he feels more settled.

Jimin: Cat, it just makes sense. I know he has allergies, but I think they make special pet food now that helps reduce allergens? So once he finds that out, he would be headed straight to the shelter to find a doppelganger of himself.

Taehyung: Knowing how much thought and research he put in before getting Yeontan, I can only really see him getting another dog. Maybe a cat? But like, one of those posh looking, long haired breeds.

but their ultimate fav, repeat to 10000x movie list till they have memorized every line is HTTYD, cuz yeah, leo-hiccup, toothless-festus, and ig piper is a lot like astrid? AND DRAgons!!! so yeah their go-to, top-of-head movie when they are lazy to try something new

Neither, but on hectic days when they are super tired, both of them catch the sleep bug and fall asleep.

if Leo is first to wake up to find the movie is over, he'd pick up piper and carry her to their bed, taking care she doesn't wake up (watching her sleep is secretly his fav thing, yk cuz of piper's cute way of sleeping: "inhaling through the nose, exhaling with a little puff through the mouth" and "her hair looked like it had become a nest for a friendly hamster")

on the other hand, if piper is first to wake, she'd prob simply arrange some pillows for their necks and go back to sleep, snuggling into him bc no chance she is getting cold lol

iirc (forgive me my knowledge of HoO is getting rusty! seriously, it's time for a full reread T_T) both piper and leo are the same height, right? maybe as adults, leo gets a late growth spurt of a couple of inches over her (which is annoying cuz leo is finally taller but secretly she likes it, cuz perfect for a side snuggle)

even otherwise, piper is always, subconsciously snuggling into his side cuz he is so hot warm. even if he hasn't used his fire, there is always some residual warmth in him all the time, which she has got used to searching out for. say, if leo gets up in the middle of the night to drink some water/got a brand new design idea in his head he just has to jot down NOW,,, by the time he returns to bed, piper is completely rolled up in his side of the bed, searching for him in her sleep (he loves this habit of hers! it also probs makes him feel better about his fire too)

iirc, his mom's warehouse caught fire in the middle of winter, right?? ig he'd slowly come to like winters better, bc of piper snuggling more into him during winters agfhjk

and iirc, he likes to sleep with a hug pillow, right? his old hug pillow has been replaced by piper!

on leo's side, hephaestus will be very suspicious of the daughter of aphrodite (cuz of his own experience with her) but talking to piper, he will be slightly mollified abt her… yet, his advice for Leo always will be to trust his machines more than the human specimen of his girlfriend (ofc leo won't take it seriously)

//toa spoilers/// now josephine and hemithea are his foster mothers i am sure piper would get along with them super well as well <3

on piper's side, leo has already met Tristan in Lost Hero and knows him as piper's friend, so he'd be pretty much chill with what pipes does and who she dates,, he might try to give Leo The Talk as his duty as her father, but Piper would kick her dad out before that ever happens (Leo just being the awkward bean like during the whole helicopter ride in TLH lol)

oth, leo would be mildly (understated) scared of Aphrodite. if they ever meet her (by chance) he'd keep fidgeting and tapping 'i love you' on his jeans till piper clasps his hand and taps back 'it's okay' but i think aphrodite won't be as scary as leo imagines in his head; she'd probs find him amusing and intrigued that her daughter actually prefers leo over jason.

40. Who is the skilled shopper for holidays? Who always waits 'til the last minute to get all of their gifts? (Which one gets stressed out easily)?

piper! she won't--but she would use her charmspeak to bargain for the best prices in those overly expensive, money grabbing malls, something that leo always finds terrifyingly awesome lmao,, piper gets excited for holiday shopping and stuff whereas leo tags along obediently (and use his magic toolbelt to stove away the shopping bags lol)

leo always forgets all of the important days because of his adhd (extreme even by demigod standards) and piper, having known him for long, understands this and never gets mad or anything but he'd always feel guilty about this and makes up for it in a completely random surprise gift he handdesigns for her. Of course, piper loves his stupid (affectionately) and most times, completely non-functional (cuz Leo himself doesn't know what they do loool but they are always weirdly complicated) gifts so much! like say a music box that goes moo! but bake out fresh cookies lmao

i've always loved animals, like i watched all of the animal cartoons, documentaries, and movies as a kid and even now, i love the beauty and innocence of animals, i also admire how intuitive animals are

when i was a kid i decided i want a dog, like a husky

oh yeah i also wanted a pony as a kid so bad and i still do, once i'm rich i'm getting a horse/pony lol

then when i started volunteering at my animal shelter i realized i also NEED a cat and black and white cat or a brown cat, or even a white cat

my mama did surprise me once with a fish tank after school one day when i was 10 or 11, then later i picked out a beta fish that was blue and purple, i named him peacock but he died after a year or two 😥

also my older sister use to have a goldfish and we had the goldfish for like 9 or even 10 years woah

i think i might also get some sort of a rodent too like a guinea pig or hamster

my mama has always wanted a parrot so i will gift her one someday

also though the reason i don't ever really have pets is because my dad think they are dirty to keep indoors 🙄

Lily Headcanons :]

Lily is one of my favourite Kindergarten characters, and I have so many little hcs around her that I'd like to share!

Even after her mission in K1 and Billy being rescued, she still suffers from some depression and a lot of self-esteem issues as a result of Cindy's bullying. She's working on it, and Billy's always happy to help, but her self-worth is... Not great

Her favourite Monstermon card is the Castle of Sand: "built on the beach during low tide, it refused to die when the water came". She's been dealt a really rough lot in life, but she's kept going all the same. This card isn't particularly rare, or anything overly showy & magnificent, but she likes what it stands for (protection, resilience, hope) [:

Her father is a single parent, often overrun with work and so doesn't have much time to spend with her. He's pretty absent, and Lily believes that she has to be independent and capable all of the time as a result- especially to protect Billy after she found him under the school. She often has an inflated sense of maturity, forgetting that she is, in fact, a child

She really likes watermelon. Watermelon ice pops, watermelon sweets, just plain old watermelon

Lily loves organising midnight feasts. Without her dad at home, she's able to raid the house for snacks as much as she likes, and often enjoys piecing together little selections of candy

Leading on from that, Lily has a big sweet tooth. Cindy's comments about her weight started to get under her skin after a while, but donuts are her guilty pleasure :)

When she gets older, she learns how to play the flute. I just see her as a flutist tbh

She's always wanted to be a detective, Billy acting as her assistant as they solve little mysteries around school. If there's something to be solved, she's the first to know!

Lily's very observant and very, very stubborn. When she sets her mind to something, she is doing it, no matter how much time and effort it takes. She's efficient and intelligent, and while she's unable to read, she's very good at planning

Her morals are... A bit iffy. She has a strong idea of good and bad, not afraid to cross into the middle territory if the outcome remains good overall, and she's been rather desensitised to death over the years thanks to the world that she lives in

She's not very good at handling affection, often pushing people away when they try to reach out. When she's close with someone, she's exceptionally so, and struggles with trusting everyone else. That's why she's only close with Billy throughout and partially why it was so upsetting that Nugget would seemingly betray someone who trusted him so much by withholding info about Billy

She gets a pet hamster and names it Fluffy because she's 5 and deserves a hamster named Fluffy

Hoodies are her favourite thing to wear, but after Billy went missing, she couldn't bear to touch any of her own, switching to dresses while he was gone (partially thanks to Cindy's influence)

Lily is the older twin. She gives off such older sibling vibes and Billy the opposite. She's responsible and chaotic and cares about her bro and is so exasperated by him at the same time

While good at planning, Lily has a tendency to be a bit reckless, not really regarding her own life as very valuable anymore

Her favourite flavour of ice cream is mint choc chip :)

She's really good at sports. Hockey, long-distance running, swimming, etc. Even dodgeball!

Lily finds it much easier to stick up to adults than she does to people her own age. She can certainly hold her own, but her self-worth issues sometimes make it hard to confront people (especially Cindy) head-on

She and Carla would be really good friends. They can commit crime, stand coolly in the background and sigh at what idiots everyone else is together <3

She's very good at keeping secrets. She likes to know everything she can to stay one step ahead of the game, and not all of that is something she can just spill at random

Yes the space hamster is a Boo reference lol. At some point in 3 Shepard will tell the hamster to “go for the eyes” like how Minsc tells Boo. Also I don’t know if New Game Plus severs connection to ME1 save I never did New Game Plus. Honestly I didn’t even know it existed until you started talking about doing it for ME1. I’m still so surprised that you see Jacob as not wanting a romance because from everything I heard he comes on pretty strong to FemShep to the point that it’s one of the reasons people don’t like him. I can’t say the other reason because it’s spoiler for 3. Also I wouldn’t worry about doing the DLCs early there’s not really a reason to do them late game other than personal continuity. However there’s a Citadel DLC in Mass Effect 3 that you should do right before the last mission so you’ll get the all content out of it so ignore Anderson if he ever tells you about an apartment.

Oh don't worry, I plan on doing a lot of Anderson ignoring in the future.

And Jacob? Comes on pretty strong? I'd sooner believe Miranda abandoned Cerberus. He is definitely the least enthusiastic out of all romance options, he deliberately ignores your personal questions and answers it as a soldier. You have to call him out on it every time so you'd get a personal answer.

After one conversation, this is all you get after Horizon from him until you do his loyalty. Hell, even before Horizon, too.

Saying how he has no time for relationships, he just wants something casual. My experience with Jacob is him failing at being playfully hard to get and instead coming off as uncomfortable and awkwardly rejecting me.

Why did I even continue his romance? Curiosity.

You initiate everything, you always make the first move, you always flirt and he only compliments you with basic words at best.

This is his answer if you ask for something more serious.

But the game does push him on you a bit strongly. You can see a video of him working out without his shirt, you can hear Kasumi talk about how hot he is. The game wants you to get with Jacob and gives you all the correct signals, Jacob himself is unsure and uninterested unless you do all the work.

In the shadowbroker base, the game even states he was deliberately put on the team just for Shepard's stability. While Miranda was chosen for her skills.

He was there for you and he wasn't even aware of it.

This is his reaction after Shepard's tells him how hard it's been having their friends act like strangers and how dying for two years made them stay the same while everyone moved on

His flirting is really lame too oh my god- it's like he is trying so hard to appear cool and chill but instead it comes of as emotionally constipated. He always deflects and when you try to talk about his father he turns it on you instead.

His loyalty mission was so clear either, obviously that person is a bad guy, he was a monster not just a bad guy so Jacob's choice never even seemed that hard.

Meanwhile, Miranda actually did step into grey morality. She kidnapped a child. You stop for a second and realise how far the lengths are that she is willing to reach. With Jacob the choice to shoot his dad was the easiest by far it was so disappointed.

Like there wasn't even an argument if "but did his dad love him?" No the fuck he did not. If his dad at least treated him kindly and wasn't scummy then it would've been a harder choice. Jacob finally has the loving father he wanted but can he turn a blindeye on the monster he is deep down just so he gets his own happy ending?

But it wasn't like that was it? His dad was a monster inside and outside. At least with Miranda you had to consider the fact she never knew poverty and is it worth it to keep her sister with a rich parents just so she never may feel hungry? Do you stay with an abusive father to keep a roof over your head or do you risk being homeless? To add more layers to it, it wasn't even her own life she was making the decision for but her sister's! He baby sister.

They feel like they should've been mirrors of each other.

Books

It does find the concept of books quite intriguing, almost interesting. The way one might find a hamster wheel to be sort of a cute little thing. Where you acknowledge that it's there and spells joy for your pet, where you understand the entire concept behind it and why your pet would enjoy using it. Azzy itself obviously is something that surpasses linearity and knowledge as we know it, the beginning, middle and the end exist all at once for it and thus, the purpose of reading and turning pages to get to the end and follow a story does not apply to it. It knows all the beginnings and endings and everything that happens and ever will happen, so in itself, it is indifferent to books, finds them boring and predictable and sterile. Like an image of a burger in a newspaper, compared to the real burger on the table. Its kind of stories are real creature's stories and emotions. Everything they have been, are, and will be. Much more interesting

Demons

It finds them mildly interesting, bordering on indifferent. Your run at the mill demons are not even that tasty for it either. Think stale beef jerky compared to a three course meal that are humans and the likes, with much more complex and varied emotions, thoughts and motives than just evil debauchery and wickedness. Only demons of interest are high ranking and very old ones, or spinoffs and new breeds such as cambions and the likes, mainly because those have more dashes of human in them. Other than that, Aza/thoth feels no kinship with demons whatsoever, no loyalty or anything really, though technically, it is the father of all demons. Full on dead beat dad though, lmao.

Gods

Now we're talking. One thing it is not indifferent to. Gods really are the creme de la creme for it. Powerful. Old. Attached to whole worlds and collective minds, sometimes even hive minds and cults and the likes. There really is so much potential to be tapped into. It's not about respect, or being equals, about who's more powerful and fearsome. It doesn't measure itself against anything, but it is interested in power for the sake of it and as food, as a delicacy, and gods do have plenty power. Azzy is a devourer of gods. Picture a black hole swallowing up the stars and the sun. It likes them the way one likes their very favorite and tastiest meal.
