Sometimes I just look at Isabeau and just know that if isat came out and I got into it when I was like 16 he would be my favorite character and I would've gone absolutely buck wild over this man and feel like he was laser targeting me. I <3 looper bonnie I <3 seeing fictional children go through the horrors #I think theres a lot of fun to be had with any alt looper au tho I just am a huge king quest fan so I like it when my favorite elements of #it dont have to be handwaved #but yeah the real question is how would younger me feel about mirabelle #because on the one hand: acearo character #but on the other hand: I have always been a little hater abt romance so idk if younger me would rly be able to follow her character well #I wasnt exactly good at character analysis back then lol #except for the instances in which I was but I dont have that sort of faith in my younger self #yknow Im thinking abt my history of favorite characters now and I think me being one of few 2016 alphys enjoyers might have been a prophecy #she was my quote unquote third favorite but in reality she was second #I think she chara and peridot su teamed up to define my taste in fictional characters for the next several years #and somehow that lead to olivia becoming one of my favorite fictional characters of all time #I say somehow as if that isnt a very natural conclusion

#fave spotting #edward woodward #callan #play for today #evelyn #bbc #1971 #single play #classic tv #shot in the middle of the two year gap between Callan's third and fourth series (and around the same time as the short lived variety #show The Edward Woodward Hour)‚ this PfT allowed Eddy bb to stretch his lighter loafers a little and to play something slightly less serious #not that his character here isn't almost as tightly wound and as internally conflicted as David Callan; it's just that while Callan is #wrestling with the morality of state sanctioned murder and extra judicial execution in the name of 'peace' or security‚ Frank here feels #inadequate because his mistress has another boyfriend (who has another mistress). it's a slightly pathetic part‚ a middle aged nobody who #thinks he's embarked on his One Great Love Affair outside his marriage only to find out that his (younger ofc) girlfriend belongs to a #social group in which seemingly everyone is sleeping with everyone else‚ everyone is beautiful and young‚ and crucially everyone is younger #more beautiful and having more sex than he is. cue some classic Woodward stammers and difficulties and needlings and general #unhappiness; he does it all beautifully of course. it's an occasionally quite funny play tho also occasionally not; the very ending has a #whisp of bleak ennui tho it's difficult to muster sympathy for Woodward's age obsessed loser. the play is also fairly unusual for featuring #a fair amount of nudity (unusual for 1971 BBC anyway); mostly it's Angela Scoular as the gf who's in a state of undress but for any um ahem #Eddy freaks (affectionate)‚ there may be a few glimpses of some side butt to be found here. i really couldn't say. i averted my eyes out of #respect for his craft as an actor (👀)#oh! and in one of the later scenes where he's properly dressed‚ I'm almost certain he's wearing one of his Callan suits (complete with #black leather gloves)

Alright guys, as some of you may or may not know, By Blood and Iron does not play shows anymore. We all agreed back in the summer of 2009 to chill out and do our own things for awhile. We were all too busy to carry on with this band right now. Whether we do anything again in the future is undecided, i guess we'll just have to wait around and see how things play out.

He will definitely cut his hair, but I may be in the minority here, I think whoever is doing his hair recently is doing a good job. Case in point, he looks so good from that face roller video and it’s clear he just had a fresh trim there

Finally doing some emotional processing ✌

#speculation nation #went thru old pictures with my sister to find things of my uncle #to display during the funeral :p #and i ended up crying. look at me go! actually letting myself feel things for once.#in large part it's the knowledge that such a permanent fixture of my life is now gone #my fun loving and mischievous uncle...#it's hard to say goodbye to someone so soon. he was younger than my dad even.#but cancer doesnt descriminate with people's ages haha #i spent the past week compartmentalizing like crazy & not letting myself process it at all #so it just did not feel real. i was far too removed from it all.#but now im in familiar ground. spaces he's been in. as recently as last christmas.#i've... been dealing with far too much death lately.#it has me going through life in doubt. because you never know when it'll be the last time you see someone.#life can be normal and then theyre gone. and there's no real way to predict it.#i know ive been writing a Grief Fic but like @ life maybe give me a break for a few years lol. just maybe.#i guess it's been almost 4 years since my grandma died. doesnt feel like it's been that long tho #my grandpa died in 2018. my grandma in 2019. my cat sammy in 2021. my cat cassy may 2023. and now my uncle july 3rd 2023 #too much death. too much fucking death. can i Please get a break for at least 5 years? please and thank you?#im just... really tired of loss.#negative/#death/#animal death ment/

ok anyway im leaving in. the day after tomorrow at like 2am so im just saying its tomorrow cause im literally just gonna stay up till then theres no point in sleeping. BUT two things. one i need to finish packing. my clothes are dry so i just have to bring them upstairs and pack. sort of stressed out bc like. i like my outfit i dont want to change it but everyones telling me its too hot for a leather jacket like i know!!!! but its my jacket :(

anyway i just have to do that so ill do it now and then…on top of that i wanted to get the draft for my ghost story done but i havent been working on it at all >_< ive just been reading comics the past couple days. so tomorrow. for sure. i will definitely work in getting the draft done totally.

but ugh im kind of nervous i havent seen these people in so long and im not great socially. also i dont go on trips in general so like. i hope i have energy for a full month yknow. i have a tendency of isolating myself when im stressed out but i dont have any space to do that…not that i should but whatever you know
