I just realized how well a beauty and the beast trope would be for Mihawk. The man already lives all by himself with only a ghost girl for company. Who's to say that a lovey lady couldn't wash up on his island and bring out the humanity in him??

Just noticed something I thought was very interesting:

Victim depicts the Cursor as being giant in comparison to himself

When in reality this just wasn't true.

Victim's fear and trauma has caused him to re-imagine the Cursor into a much bigger monster than it ever was, something huge and horrible and capable of crushing him like a bug. A scale and strength fitting of how terrifying Victim considers it to be.

As opposed to the little thing barely bigger than his own head.

Except, those drawings look a little familiar...

This is literally Victim's worst nightmares made real.

Something tells me things aren't going to go very well, if the Cursor does end up being summoned into Rocket Corp...

HUNTER IN A DRESS! Inspired by @myobsessions247 drawing!

I really loved your drawing. The way you drew him ✨~s l a yi n g~✨ made me question how it would be if Woodsman Wirt wore it too, would he be as glamorous?

The answer is no, but he is indeed killing it in that dress

I feel Woodsman Wirt wouldn't be very comfortable wearing any other clothes that are not his own, if he is not wearing his usual clothes he would feel like he just lost the only physical thing that keeps him to view himself as Wirt, and if he is not Wirt, he is just a crazy maniac of the woods

So Wirt wearing a dress would mess him up badly to the point that he would force himself to view his self as a different person, because he will do anything that is imposed on him even if he hates it, that's how he started to kill in the first place.

I liked the idea so much that I couldn't resist and made some more drawings

Remember the Beast mentioned in the ask that Wirt got some muscles? Well there they are! Wirt has been training so he could do his tasks more easily, like carrying more ellewoods, cutting the ellewood quickly and easier, and becoming faster in general. He does that all for Greg's safety.

There were times that some freak came to the unknown and they thought Wirt was a girl for his long hair and even tried to flirt with him. At first Wirt would be disgusted, but at one point he was so lonely that he tried to disguise himself as a girl so more people would try to have a chance with him, and at least he could feel wanted by a human being, even if he chomps them after (yeah, hella mess up)

Of course, he didn't know how to flirt before the unknown, less he knows now, and is worse when he is actually in a very unstable state of mind.

Anyways! I hope you guys liked it!

For those who don't know, the dress is the same that Wirt is wearing in the comic "Circus friends"!

Now, where did he get it in the AU? No idea but it was fun!

If they had just showed Viktor’s cult without his work on Vander it would make so easy to dismiss his work as just “Midsommar: now with personality reworks, crazy magic and good intentions paving our way to hexhell”

But his work with Vander/Warwick showed us what were those good intentions and even good results to the whole thing. It showed us how, exactly, the glorious evolution could win and why it has such appeal to others and why Viktor will not give it up so easily when he comes back

It showed us how easy it would be to join this because the intentions and their herald are clearly good

I have a quick question regarding inspiration for other AUs and such: My friend and I are making a swap AU of another AU and I was curious if it was okay if we used the same theme for Cacao as a beast? Regarding solitude and ice aspects in the design I mean. We've tried brainstorming other ideas but nothing else really fit as well. It'll most definitely be its own original concept otherwise, but I don't wanna make anything final if there's any issues with it. Thank you for your time!

there's a genre of youtube video where people do deep-dive analyses of scenes from movies, like talking about camera angles and shot composition &c and the techniques the filmmakers are using and how they relate to the movie's themes/plot/&c. and every time without fail if you go into the comments you'll find some dork being like "i guarantee you've put wayyy more thought into this than the people who made this movie did 🤣🤣"

and obviously this kind of "sometimes the curtains are just blue" point-blank refusal to engage with the material on any level but the most superficial is annoying because it's boring and anti-intellectual and all but. it also just bothers me because i think it speaks to a complete lack of understanding of the kind of timeframe most creative work operates on. like making a movie from start to finish is a multi-year endeavor i PROMISE you every last little detail of the production has been considered at SOME point by SOMEONE involved

people giving shit about beast boy not keeping his promise with the whole i'll accept you for who you are and be your friend to terra when he didn't even know that her being slade's apprentice would be the kind of person she is at that moment, i'm pretty sure he thought that having uncontrollable powers or any dark past or any insecurities would be the one she was bringing to the table, like who would have ever thought that being slade's apprentice was generally acceptable to someone like beast boy who mind you saw what that man did to their city, their lives and their friends, he saw that man hurt robin and force him under his tutelage, also not to mention the fact that the others might have given her plenty of background regarding slade and the history between the titans and him because at that point, they already accept her and trust her wholeheartedly.

not to mention again the whole, oh beast boy was out of line for doing this and that, for saying this and that, when he was at first literally in denial and instead of the fact acknowledging that slade manipulated him at the time where he was seriously doubting the girl he loves and at his weakest point, slade was literally feeding into that and you guys want to blame it on beast boy, like bro.
