This is just a little thing I made for my personal headcanon that Tiresias is taken from Hermes sometime after they get married—so Hermes goes on his own little Odyssey specifically to find Tiresias, doing a lot of crazy shit and getting traumatized in the process. And he only finally finds Tiresias after decades. Tiresias, meanwhile, has secretly been keeping Hermes safe—and buying him time for all of those decades. In other words, they're just like Odypen fr fr./j

(Also, in this, Tiresias takes off his blindfold (which he wears cuz he has a scar over his eyes from Hera). He takes it off in this case because he knows Hermes is coming due to his visions, so he takes the blindfold off so Hermes can recognize him when he finally recognize him. Because the one way Hermes has been always able to recognize Tiresias truthfully is the scar he has.)
