I didn't even think about Beyoncé and totally forgot that she voiced Nala. I am both interested and nervous to find out what the songs are. The only song from TLM I liked was "For The First Time", but everything else felt underwhelming, especially U.T.S. and K.T.G. (damn.. that was bad!). Anyways, I hope he comes out with a new musical soon too. Give me a reason to fly my ass to New York! I actually might be going in October with some friends. I know he's writing for 'The Warriors' which literally sounds a hybrid of 'West Side Story' and 'Grease', so I don't care for it. Give us something to look forward to! I've been saying this for a while now, but he really does need to 🎶 take a break! 🎶 from Disney--3D animation and live-action.

"for the first time" is also my favourite song from the little mermaid, but he only wrote this one, "wild uncharted waters" & "the scuttlebutt" (a fucking bop if you ask me, yes i listen to it unironically). he was also responsible for those little changes in some of the songs, but "under the sea" & "kiss the girl" are all alan menken, not lin.

but... he's not working on "the warriors", anon. he confirmed in one interview that it was JUST A RUMOUR. it's not happening. he is definitely working on his own thing now. please, i am begging, watch this fragment because i feel like a lot of people don't know that but i didn't make this up, he really said it:

no but really, I think it fits him really well! I had thought his UM would probably involve something kinda sleight-of-handy or pickpockety! and I looooved that it made such a nice loop-around back to episode 1. ❤️ I was. kind of half-expecting him to just run out and punch Riddle in the nose again. but instead this time 'twas he who offed the queen's head! it was great! and he did it while stone-cold terrified out of his mind! because Ace is the only remotely normal or well-adjusted person at NRC and therefore the only one who is like "we're going to literally die, this is super effed up". but he did it anyway!!!! People have been telling him he'll need to kill for days now, Alex has watched them kill multiple people already, I get that it sucks for him but you cannot team up with a known killer and be that shocked when actually his secret extra mission was to kill

Pt 3 of Christmas 2024 gifts! Finally free of gift knitting season which of course means starting to plan already for this Christmas 😂

Last but not least, for my SIL (brother C's partner): mushroom guy!

She adored him which honestly had me a little relieved haha I thought she'd like it but wasn't 100%. When I saw her in August she was saying how she really likes mushrooms and has some like little cool posters of like botanical diagrams etc and it's really funny bc my brother is allergic to mushrooms so I knew I needed to make something mushroom related that she would like and also the benefit of further taunting my brother lol and she almost immediately identified that the weight in there to make him stand was a hockey puck 😂 she was like really really happy with it and just cuddled him for a while which was worth the grief this fucker caused me. Also happy I went with the speckled yarn instead of just solid white

And here's a round up of most of the knitted star ornaments I made. Everyone got one regardless of if they got a handmade gift so I made 17 in total :)

guys don't decide to do this I had so many regrets 😂 they're fairly quick to do maybe an hour for each one but it was just. so. many. if ur gonna do it spread it out over the entire year so you don't get sick of them despite how cute they are 😂

The implication is that Euclid is Bill's dad and Scalene his mom, but though we have a ton of references to him having a mom/mother (his drunken phone call, the nursery rhyme cipher on the website) the only reference to a dad is in the ultrasound page on the website, which seems to me from the phrasing like it's actually supposed to imply the male viewer is pregnant with a mini-Bill and has nothing to do with Bill's previously-existing dad.

anyway, my point is that we can't technically prove he doesn't have two moms.

Working on the assumption that team dark works full time for G.U.N., what if Abraham Tower retired?

Perhaps they would have to face an arrogant, selfish replacement for the head of the organization. Someone who would come in and want to "shake things up". Maybe this person would be so self-important they think they could order team dark around as subordinates. The understanding between Tower and Shadow would be completely corroded.

But even more, during Tower’s retirement party they rehash all of his greatest “accomplishments” and the full devastation this organization has facilitated stares Shadow and the rest of team dark straight in the face. All of the homes and lives destroyed in the name of protection. And it's being celebrated.

And perhaps it's not all bad, perhaps there was some good done. Especially by team dark! But was it worth it? Is it still worth it? Is it the cost of war with a mad scientist, or is there a better way?
