Hi, i wasnt sure if my ask got lost or if you haven't answered it yet (if do you have it please ignore this) but i was wondering if the heart necklace elizabeth wore as candy was an actual item candy wore (possibly pat giving it to her) or whether it was just the costume department giving this to her to wear? Since she pretty much wore it the entire show.

When I saw the final ep i was so surprised by the full murder scene, especially when the axe went into betty's head i was just 0_0. Next time I do watch it tho I'm def gonna have to count the times she swung it, to see whether they did 41 hits, i dont think they did and just skipped ahead. I think they should have made her keep going to get the full feel of just how many she did.

I have two other questions to ask since I didn't get them.

1:who the heck was that random woman who was with allan?? i mean she came out of now where and suddenly they were making out and i'm just???? i guess it sorta showed how little he really cared about his wife being murdered??

2: i dont really get what happened with don and the judge, when he had to give the court money, and then he went to jail for 24h? then later on he had to give them more money and he said in jail for 3 days? i dont know if you know more about what was going on and why he was in a cell for days?

What were your final thoughts on the final? I also found the ending..not weird but like..oh?? like them riding off into the sunset, and of course going past the motel.

no it didn’t have any significance in the book, that was all costume design n stuff!!! i think it sorta fits her, idk she seems like the type to really like heart shaped jewelry and think it’s super cute to get it as a gift or something… maybe she did get it from pat

well in the book she reaaaally liked those cheesy romance cards, she used to exchange them with pat all the time so i guess that was maybe related to it??

honestly i thought it would be more graphic because the book went into a lot more detail (but ofc tho like.. you’d have to be kind of ill looking for scenes in film that perfectly portray how the murder went in books because they tend to be a lot more descriptive, like the way the skull was broken into by the axe for example)

1. the random woman was a neighbor i believe or someone he worked with! in the book it was only implied they had a relationship or assumed by witnesses, but maybe i didn’t read into it right and it was for certain that they did have a thing. tho yes there is some passiveness from allan with the whole thing, he’s not really a likable person in my opinion

2. not sure if this law still applies and if it’s the same in every court, but even lawyers have to follows rules n stuff, so because don kept speaking out of line and kept breaking all these rules like don’t talk to the media, he was charged a fine and had to stay in jail for an amount of time

i talked more ab how i thought of the finale in another ask and i don’t wanna bore u if you already read it xddd but in case u didn’t, i liked the ending! in the book they only ended with the montomerys leaving wylie but i really loved how love & death added that sort of reflective part to all of it, and i really liked how they added the where r they now kinda thing at the end

han was actually the one who figured it out n he dropped so many hints that u were pregnant

he ends up flat out telling u that ur pregnant

“okay, you’re pregnant. it’s obvious!! how can you not tell!!”

sure enough the test confirmed what jisung was thinking the whole time

he’s very attentive nd hes so attached to u

u assure him ur okay to go to the bathroom alone

or go out for work

or cook dinner by yourself

he thinks anything is not safe for you to do

i feel like han is the really worried caring person, constantly thinking of the worst things that could happen n hes so buried by the worrying

his day probably goes - wake up, eat breakfast with u, practice, come back for lunch, go back and finish up practice, cuddle with u, (sometimes make dinner), eat dinner, do whatever chores need to still be finished, (write lyrics when he can), get ready for bed with u, wait until u fall asleep, talk to the baby for about half an hour, then finally he will sleep (if he isn’t up working extra)

hes worn out :(

everybody is rly worried about him n he just tells them hes fine

han rants to u about the boys talking to him asking him about it and u cant really do much except sit there in silence and nod

one day its all just too much for him

he just bursts into tears

sure u had those days where u were irritated and upset

but u could be talked down in an instant with jisungs’ touch or voice, it somehow always worked to soothe u

he remembered this one time u were upset for whatever reason, but hey u were the pregnant one!!

u pouted and had ur brows furrowed nearly half the hour u were sitting on the sofa while jisung was working with papers spread on the coffee table

he let u come and sit next to him, soon letting u lay ur head down in his lap

his hand would brush against your bump, immediately seeing your face soften and a smile on your lips

TPOT 1 SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

So! First off, tpot was soooooo goood like oh my gosh I didn't expect it to be that good and the intro was SO well animated and the character interactions and just aaaaaaahhhhh!!! Okay, maybe I'm overhyping it a bit but that's just how I feel. TPOT reignited that spark for BFB that was starting to kinda fade for me. Since Battle for BFB is more comedy based and silly I was starting to get a little bored with it, so it's nice to finally get started on a more, I guess serious? show that focuses on character interactions/relationships and development/arcs and all that. But anyways, ONTO THE HIGHLIGHTS!!!

So time passes in the bfdi world the same way as it does in ours. Good to know

Okay so bc of how Meapless in Seattle would play out in the Relocation AU, Doof would have no reason to drink the liquefied cutonium. Cause he drinks it while trying to deny that he was there on a coffee date with Peter. Everyone is just playing keep-away with the container. (That said, it'd be funny if he DID drink it for some reason bc of the bit where the gang picks up the cutified Doof. They'd probably be like ._. "... That you, Dr. D?")

in general, the entire episode would play out way differently because the a- and b-plot gangs would inevitably end up joining forces. perry would definitely end up knocking mitch and balloony's robot suits around if they dared threaten phineas and ferb. (also i want to know what candace would think of balloony. i'm sure she'd have Words on that whole situation and it'd be super fucking funny to see.)

I should really start tagging posts about this au now... welp, live and learn lmao

Sooooo I’m going to stay up until 3 am waiting for the new Taylor Swift thing to drop on Disney+ so I can watch it with the rest of the fandom on twt, which means I have more than enough time to go off on tangents and I apologize in advance

I definitely think if/when I write this, I definitely want Heinz to drink the cutonium just for shits and giggles, but it didn’t occur to me until you said this that there wouldn’t really be a reason for him to do it, so, naturally, I rewatched the entire episode just to figure out that one scene and because I love that episode and I have a general idea of how it might go down:

It’s kinda the opposite of the actual episode, where it’s Peter and Perry are at the coffee shop and Heinz is outside (idk what he’s doing there tho bc he’s not visiting Peter uhhhhh help), and Heinz does something loud and stupid (probably falls over or something idk he’s clumsy he would totally do it) and everyone in the coffee shop looks out the window to see what happened, and Heinz looks through the window to see if anyone noticed (and they did). Obviously, Heinz sees Perry (and Peter but mostly Perry) and he’s like :))))))) and my original plan had been that Perry runs out to see him and gives him a hug or something cute like that, but my new plan is that Perry actually runs away because he’s afraid that if OWCA finds out that Heinz saw him, he’ll be relocated again and he was just starting to get used to Seattle.

Heinz runs around the building and tries to catch up to him, and he after Too Much Yelling, he finally gets Perry to stop around the same spot they were in the episode (with Peter slowly catching up). Idk what he’s gonna yell but it’s gonna be something really pure and heartwarming ig idk words are hard, but Perry’s gonna freeze and Heinz is gonna run towards him while paying absolutely no attention who his feet whatsoever and whoops he falls in one of the kids’ ditches.

*casual switch to present tense bc there’s literally no reason to write this in future tense*

Perry turns around and looks down at him and he can’t help but smile because he knows he shouldn’t be here but this man is just so freakin adorable and he absolutely remembers why he loved their nemesisship (not that he’d ever forgotten, of course, but it’s hitting him harder now that he sees him). Heinz’s just like “You gonna give me a hand?” (in a lighthearted way obviously) and Perry is absolutely not going to give him a hand because Heinz would end up pulling him in instead, but it doesn’t matter anyways because Heinz makes a really big gesture when he asks and he ends up knocking the cutonium loose. Perry hops down with him to check it out (and Heinz is lowkey offended that he’s more interested in this cup than his ex-nemesis) and then Mitch shows up and he’s like “Hey gimme the cup” and Heinz is like “nu-uh my cup” and Mitch is like “GIMME DA CUP” and Heinz is like “fine, take the cup!” and then downs the cutonium right in front of him out of pure spite and that’s why he ends up drinking the cutonium (and subsequently gets kidnapped by Mitch (after being tossed around like a game of hot potato))

Ngl I don’t really know how the rest of the fic is gonna go at all but you’re absolutely right that things are different so I’m gonna do some spitballing here,

For one, I feel like the kids would stop heading to the Flynn-Fletchers as much because it was just so sad, but for the sake of this fic, we’re gonna say that everyone was at the Flynn-Fletchers when this started so now Buford and Baljeet are there with them. They end up getting hold of Heinz the same way they do in the show, and Phineas absolutely does say “... that you, Dr. D?” (purely because I love when the kids call him “Dr. D” it makes my heart happy). And Heinz is like, “Perry the platypus is here!” and the kids are like 0_0 and even Phineas isn’t quite sure wtf is happening, but The Man Of Action Ferb pushes him out of the way and follows Heinz’s instructions (all while ignoring Meap talking about the cutonium bc this is far more important) and they find Peter and Perry still over by the ditch and someone yells down to them (or, more specifically, to Perry) and Perry looks up and sees them and starts tearing up, and they let him and Peter in and Perry just jumps up into Phineas’s arms (he can’t exactly jump up into Ferb’s because he’s driving) and it’s a very heartwarming moment and Ferb hands Buford his handkerchief and everything and then someone ruins the moment. Idk if it should be Meap being like “Someone wanna fill me in on wtf just happened?” or Heinz being like “Wtf Perry you ran away from me but not them?” but it sure do ruin the moment, that’s for sure

Uhhhh idk that’s all i got on that. I guess Mitch gets Heinz back and then the kids team up with Perry (and Peter this time) and go get him and stuff happens? And there’s a running “gag” ig where Buford is the only one that thinks it’s weird that Heinz drank the cutonium out of spite and he keeps bringing it up and everyone else is like yeah that sure did happen whats your point

Oh my god tho I need the kids to see Ballooney. Literally everyone else would be like “oh no it’s an evil balloon ex-best-friend we should be scared” and Candace is like WHAT THE F U C K IS THIS THING and she is the only one to question why the fuck there’s a sentient balloon man there fdhfsjadfhsjkad

okay i am editing this the day after and im gonna just dump my thoughts as i read in these tags >

the opening is so grim and realy makes me think of ihnmaims.. o_o thw works (character) is like. AM but if he was senile

beeper... not a lot of thought given to the request.....

i saw someone compare this to wall-e and the way the humans are established to not be used to gravity made me think of that.

its interesting how the ship is like. really clunky and complicated. as opposed to a lot of futurism stuff being really sleek.

''it is a very sad thing;'' the face finished; ''when a logical machine loses its grip on reality.'' bro u r talking about urself..

this is making me look up so many words.

the way the robots are building seemingly useless structures feels very eskovian. like they want the idea of a city.

this fight scene goes on SO LONG. maybe it would just be more interesting to watch instead of read.

i just peeked ahead and robotsare playing strip poker but they are exchanging parts. incredible.

ah so t-square IS a pilot..

aw ::-) okay so i finally finished it YEEHAW!! since this is from 1978 and the works was worked on from 1979-1986 i definitely get if this is like. an early plan for the film and they might've changed things along the way. (i don't know how scripts work and i certainly do not know how much this is different for what the final film would have been.)

overall i was mostly in it for the ride, it was sort of awkward but fun. the climax and falling action especially were clunky, and it wrapped up too fast and left some things unresolved (like, do they un-paralyze the works? does ipso get his power back?). towards the end i didn't know why selene went to t-square to say that they were in danger even though the duo on earth had it covered and were fine, other than the fact that they didn't have a way to get back home...

i also have no idea who the target audience for this is, it's pretty silly so i wouldn't be surprised if it was for kids but some things make me think it might be for like, teens. or maybe it's just for 20-year-olds like me who love getting fixated on random stuff! [jumps up into the air and clicks my heels together]

so yea i have criticisms on the plot but i am so thrilled to be able to read it at all HEHE it was really fun to read and see more about the characters and world... ::-)

i will still be digesting this for a bit i think... so i may post abt it more...

doesn’t really fall for the teacher pets and those super annoying people that kiss up TO EVERY FREAKIN TEACHER

hates that one student who keeps interrupting the class with his psychotic laugh

but lowkey wants to become his friendly hyung

you were never a teacher pet and always kept a low profile at school

friends were never a problem, but it was never a group of friends that you had

you always had one friend that you went everywhere with and the rest weren’t that close to you

onto your meeting and interactions with MInhyun

your friend would probably be gushing over how handsome he was

So here you are walking to your first class of the day, english

You trudge into the class since you figure out that you don’t know ANYONE besides Kim Jaehwan who you’re kinda afraid of

have you heard his laugh?

you thought he was pretty weird

you weren’t wrong

but you realized it wasn’t the bad kinda weird

since Jaehwan was your friend now, the class was way less lonely

but you noticed you got in a lot of trouble

Jaehwan wasn’t the most quiet in the class

whenever you said anything whether it was funny or not, he would laugh and it grabbed everyone’s attention

from that day, Minhyun picks on you A LOT

everyone’s confused bc like…???? Mr. Hwang never does those things no matter how much he likes or hates a student

you officially hate minhyun

but little did you know that Minhyun treated you the way he did bc he actually sorta hates you since you’re failing the class in the second week of school

and you’re kinda cute

don’t be disgusted tho

he’s two years older than you but just twenty times smarter

anyways, the next week is the worst

after your first class is over, Minhyun walks over to you with his teacher face and you’re like

bc you already knew it was bc of your grades

even if Minhyun likes you, you’re still failing his class

he offers help and you guys decide to meet on tuesdays, thursdays, and if necessary, every saturday

you were so annoyed and everyone around you could tell, so you weren’t approached by anyone for the rest of the day

except for Jaehwan who doesn’t give a crap

you end up snapping at him and after he asks if you’re okay, you tell him how you’re failing Minhyun’s class and how you’ll be spending time with your teacher re-learning the lessons

“Can you believe it!? My least favorite teacher. TUTORING ME THREE DAYS A WEEK!”

“I thought it was two days?”

“He’s gonna extend it to Saturday too if I can’t keep up.”

Jaehwan just cackles

after all your classes are over, you reluctantly trudge over to the school library

you can’t find Minhyun anywhere so you just sit at the closest table you could find

you get out your english textbook and your laptop since you’re also in his computer science class

an hour later, you feel a series of taps on your head

you jolt up and make eye contact with a slightly wide-eyed Minhyun

you realize you fell asleep while waiting for him

“Shoot! Sorry! I-I didn’t get enough sleep yesterday a-and-”

“It’s fine, Y/N.”

and you’re like

does he hate me or not??!!?!

anyway, you feel super bad and almost like guilty for falling asleep and making Minhyun debate whether to wake you up or not for an hour

but you fall asleep some more while working on answering comprehension and Minhyun has to slam a textbook down to get you to wake up

he did that one time

bc you guys are in a library and Minhyun is so mannerly that he can’t bear to disrupt everyone else

after the nth time you fell asleep, Minhyun’s so done with you

guess what he does

he takes you out for ice cream

“I think you need a break…”

You leave your stuff since Minhyun says “We’ll be coming back right after we get it.”

You just wanna go home, but you already assume Minhyun hates you enough and decide to do whatever he says

“I’ll pay, Y/N. Hurry and get your ice cream so we can finish up the lesson.”

you feel like he’s scolding you and getting annoyed, so you don’t disagree and just thank him

I mean it IS free ice cream

the way back to the library is awkward af

he’s not saying anything and you aren’t saying anything

well i mean you’re just eating your ice cream since there’s a no food rule in the library

you end the lesson faster than you expected but a part of you knows Minhyun was just done teaching you since you weren’t understanding anything

after receiving several warnings about your grades in comp sci and english, you realize how serious this was

you start trying really really hard to understand the concepts in both minhyun’s classes and the tutoring sessions

after a month passes from the first tutoring session, you feel really comfortable with Minhyun now

he’s like your adult friend

even if he’s two years older than you it’s nice to have a teacher be your friend

after two months pass, Minhyun sorta grows on you

Whenever you don’t have the after school tutoring session, you start missing him and get super depressed that day (like wtf no one does that)

Minhyun has a little tiny crush on you now since he got his feelings in control

but now you’re the one who’s mega crushing on him

You realized your feelings after Jaehwan caught you staring at Minhyun for the nth time and he told you3

you can barely focus on your work bc you keep thinking how handsome Minhyun actually was (like how did you not notice this before?)

how beautiful he was when he smiled or laughed

how charismatic he seemed when he got mad at Jaehwan

how kind he was when a student needed help

he was just so boyfriend and husband material

but your sudden blushing mess and distracted nature and staring at him leads to Jaehwan becoming highly suspicious

one day after class you’re packing up your bags when Jaehwan suddenly asks the question

“Do you like Mr. Hwang?”

*chokes on spit*

“M-ME!???!?”

Jaehwan nods innocently and you’re like “boi how’d you know”

“Mr. Hwang seems mad… You should go. See you around!”

you wave back and head to Minhyun’s classroom since he already disappeared

like boy that man can walk

when you enter the classroom, Minhyun’s just sitting at his desk, his head in his hands

you prob did something really bad (no it’s just MInhyun being a teenage boy)

you pull up a stray chair and sit in front of him and keep quiet since you didn’t wanna make him even angrier or whatever

he finally speaks up and you DIE

“Y/N… Not as a teacher, but a close friend of yours… I developed feelings for you”

he takes in a breath and then just stares at his desk

after the lesson you head out for the cute little ice cream date Minhyun always treats you to and that’s when Minhyun turns to that serious face again

you’re almost in tears since you know your grades are still pretty bad and you just feel so sorry to Minhyun spending all his time on you

you braced yourself for Minhyun to go on about how you needed to try harder, focus more during class, and bla bla bla

you were definitely not expecting him to give you a wide smile and say

“YOU’RE THE STUDENT WITH THE HIGHEST GRADE IN MY CLASS!”

you’re frozen for a second and then start screaming while hugging Minhyun

Minhyun’s so proud of you, he decides to buy a full on dinner instead of ice cream

like from the lowest to the highest rank in the class

that does not happen overnight without any effort

you’re so relieved and slightly mad at Minhyun for doing that prank on you, but you still love him lol

It's May 20th....i have no clue of what I've written... and i think it's nothing... like i un-did all the good I did in April.. So.... this might be a very chaotic catch-up... and uh... if you want to read this bear with me yanno...

Books (This'll be a short-ish list)

- The Goldfinch !!! I FREAKING FINALLY FINISHED THAT BOOK. HOLY SHIT IT WAS LONG. SO SO LONG. And so so totally beautiful. Maybe it was because it was so long to read but the way you were able to fall in love with every little thing, get to truly see Theo through his worst and give the dumb cynic whatever resembled hope in the end... it was beautiful. Donna tells stories of humans who fall in love with things, an idea, art. They are completely infatuated. It's so desirable. Then, she shows us the downside of loving them so. Of consuming all these things deeply into your soul. How you are sure to be affected. Everyone says "it's good but long" and i agree it would have been fine with a couple thousand words less, but... I dunno... I just truly believe that because of all those words we were so surrounded in that universe and able to truly live as painfully and stupidly as Theo did.

- 1, 2 & 3 Books in the Harry Potter series! AHHHH This is so fun so far! I can really tell what made people love this, I mean Philosopher's stone was kinda very obviously.... well... It's only getting better! CoS was an improvement and Prisoner of Azkaban too! I see why it's a lot of people's favourite.

- a couple Jeffery Archer short stories which was... pretty cool... but more as an idea. You finish reading them and you have this very plain... average feeling. His characters, surely might relate to SOMEONE but I doubt it, the writing is easy enough to read but the stories tended to be very boring. More interesting after you're done reading and you're THINKING about it.

However, got to give it to the dude for completely having fun with writing and maybe something from later on in the Year of Short Stories, will be seen as improvement.

Movies - LOT

- Goldfinch - not that great Because, we sprt of swerve through the entire thing i wanted it to be good but... eh... it was very eh... but the actors were good. i completely blame the script and the... director???? anyways

- Ladybird - This was so..... Atypical! It's like it took a very common trope of a movie and just messed it up in a very fun way! Honestly I don't know how to feel about this because it's like... we just got a sort of year in the life type thing. I need to go look at reviews for it because.. i know i found it really cool but I sort of need to know why

- I FINISHED GILMORE GIRLS AHHHH 7 SEASONS ARE OVER AND NOW YAYY! It wrapped in a lil box of stars hollow wholesome-ness and Lorelei deserved better mah dudes :"( but also like her GROWTH. It was was very fun.

- Barbie movies! mostly I've seen clips and songs but specifically 12 dancing princesses and fashion fairytale BARBIE IS VERY BADASS AND COOL I STAN

- Finding Nemo 2x IT'S SUCH A GOOD AMD CUTE MOVIE 🥺 Pixar is spectacular.

- Miss congeniality. Sandra Bullock. that's it.

- The Incredibles! again.... P I X A R I love so much. I need to watch part 2

- Also i very suddenly marathoned Twilight and... BAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA i can't even. I had one reason (Kristen Stewart) and i don't even know if i regret it... because... wowza.

- Also re-watching b99 again and my heart is happy every time i see their faces.

- Same feeling when i watch odaat 🥺

- also the new Charlie's Angels. and i mean... i loved it... and it was really cool and all and Kristen Stewart... but like... WHY'D THEY RUIN THE MYSTERY OF CHARLIE SORTA... oof it was pretty entertaining though and after that I'm inspired to watch more action movies (SLOWLY NO BINGES I GOTTA CATCH UP ON OTHER THINGS) and in true akshu fashion i made a list! lemme know if yu want to see it. it's pretty basic tho xD.

wow OKEY! THAT'S A LOT THAT HAPPENED ALSO

- My showing her true utter love amd admiration for Kalidasa when I told her that i was reading a bit of him and how he is so in love with everything around him in the best way. like she actually went feral for that and like wow... my mom is COOL

- SIX: THE MUSICAL ahhhhh! I love MUSICALS BASED ON HISTORY. I LIVE IT SO MUCH. And I'm inspired to write a fanfic Au of K. Howard being bi and falling for her lady in waiting or something 0_0

- The Lightning Thief: The musical! I LISTENED TO THIS IN HONOR OF PERCY JACKSON GETTING IT'S OWN DISNEY PLUS SHOW AND AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH GUYS I CAN'T EVEN BREATHE THIS IS THE BEST FREAKING NEWS EVER AND TOPPED WITH HAMILTON COMING OUT IN JULY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGHH BESTBESTBESTBESTBESTBESTBESTBESTBESTBESTB-

another thing is i can see that he’s thoughtful but not that often

and it makes it more endearing

so, all in all, it was sweet of him to help you wake up for your 8am exam but you still want to have functioning ear drums

like he makes sure you eat well and on time

he even texts you to make sure because he’s killing himself with worry

and when you’re sick he brings soup over and tries to take care of you without catching whatever you have

and when he’s away he always texts you goodnight and tells you to text him if you’re on your way to school or if you’re heading home

or if you’re going out

actually even if he’s in korea or not, he always hast to be notified that you’re safe and sound in whatever place you went to

he even has your friends’ numbers saved on his phone so he can check on you when he’s far away

he even makes them promise to take care of you for him

you shouldn’t know that tho, so keep it a secret

and he always brings you stuff from abroad

sometimes its cute sometimes its random and just plain weird

sometimes its weird but very useful

and he won’t admit that he got them because he thought of you when he saw it

how can something so evil be so fluffy

so all in all, he may be an evil, cocky, thoughtful, talented,caring, lowkey clingy guy

he’s still a wonderful boyfriend

Hiveswap Episode 1 Reaction Part 3: Joey’s room? More like our eternal playground!

Before we start again, I had a random thought about something I learned yesterday.

So, Joey implied she doesn't really have any friends. But on the other hand, she also seemed to imply that she has a boyfriend when examnining the Clarissa poster. If she's so bad at making friends, then I'm really curious to learn more about her boyfriend!

I mean, assuming I understood it correctly, perhaps I misunderstood it and she doesn't actually have a boyfriend. :P

Anyway, day 3 of playing! It's weekend and 4:50 PM right now, let's see how much we'll get done today!

First of all we're gonna check out the closet, then try out some more combinations of using items on other items, there's a bunch of those that we can still try out, with the tap shoes, diary key and Cherub key. Afterwards, we'll probably examine the computer, window, walkie talkie and doors and see if we can advance!

Oooooh, nice, we can actually open the closet!

A bunch of puzzles and other neat stuff in there... including a Simon Says game! I saw that in concept art not too long ago, perhaps there'll be something special about it? ...And I'm not just saying that because it seems to be blinking like hell. :P

Oh boy... we can CHALLENGE the Simon Says game. Is this gonna be a mini-game? xD

plainWonder has a cool theory that Joey might use the batteries of this game for her walkie talkie! After having seen it in concept art I first thought she'd get batteries out of that radio, but perhaps this is a more likely theory!

...Pfff, so she even USED the batties of the walkie talkie ON the Simon Says game in the first place, hahaha.

GREEN BUTTON ISN'T WORKING, looooooool. Hahaha, it was worth the try/nostalgia.

Nope, can't use the batteries on the cherub key, obviously. :P

Oh my god I love all those ridiculous comments when combining items with the ballerina poster. Combining the diary key with it gives some pretty cool insight though, nice.

It reminds me of how Poppop also met some interesting and famous people in his life and became one himself. And B2 Dave and B2 Rose too of course, like plainWonder pointed out! They knew some famous people too (and were famous themselves).

The Homestuck/Hiveswap Kids sure do have a lot famous family members or family members knowing famous people, haha.

That's really interesting to know that she's already been up there, meaning she might also be aware of the mysterious device up there that Joey will eventually use to go to Alternia!

Batteries && Sir Bappy Pawswatter ==> Oh dear god, I didn't expect those things ran on batteries. Good thing Jade never found out about that, or at least already removed the batteries. xD

Suddenly realized we could also combine items with the ceiling!

Cherub Key && Ceiling ==> ...That is not the right description. xD Looks like that's the description for Cherub Key && Walkie Talkie.

Diary Key && Ceiling ==> Oh wow, so Ms. Claire painted that when Joey was still a baby! ...Come to think of it, how old was Joey when Ms. Claire died? Was she still a baby when Ms. Claire died or not? Because if she was, I think there's a high chance Jude is NOT her son, which is an idea I've been playing around with already (what with their different surnames and all). If so, the question beckons who IS his mother.

Cherub Key && Animal posters ==> That is indeed the cutest idea ever. Even if they don't get any actual gifts from them, at least they still get some nice licks from them. :P

Batteries && Wardrobe ==> Indeed, and her wardrobe doesn't need batteries either, seeing as it's not a Wardrobifier. :P

Cherub Key && Junior Veterinarian Medkit ==> NO SHIT that it doesn't work like that. xD

Tap Dancer && Junior Veterinarian Medkit ==> Oh okay, so she IS still debating on which profession she would like to have in the future! I wonder if her experiences in this adventure will help her make a choice? Maybe... maybe we'll even be able to INFLUENCE which one she will eventually choose? Like, I could see it happening that she'll take care of Dammek's Lusus at some point perhaps, maybe it will get hurt or something. Not sure how her dancing skills would come into play (other than as fighting skill), but it could happen!

Or maybe it will even depend on how you play the game in general: do you take a more aggressive stance against enemies, fighting them with your dance skills, or do you instead go for a more passive route and take care of the wounded and such?

That would be interesting!

So, the Diary Key indeed went back into the Puppy Surprise! But sadly, we can't retrieve the key anymore afterwards.

Cherub Key && Wizard glass ball ==> Haha, that reminds me of all the discussions in Homestuck on what is or isn't magic, and also the magical properties of wizards.

Batteries & Skaianet Calendar ==> OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH, so THAT is the context of that picture! So apparently Skaianet isn't "just" a science company that was sneakily behind Sburb, but is actually a videogame company!!! Huh, I definitely didn't expect that! Now that picture suddenly makes a lot more sense, with them all being videogame figures.

Also, that gives a whole new context to Mom working for Skaianet! I always figured she just did it because she was into science, but the fact that they're actually actively making videogames makes a lot of sense too because we know Roxy is so into videogames!!!

And like plainWonder said, that gives a REALLY interesting deadline for Joey to either return from Alternia or for Mom to notice something's up! Because 11/11/1994 is a Friday evening, which means that in the morning of the next day Mom should be coming!!!

Hmm... will Joey come back so quickly from Alternia??? Or are we going to get a surprise appearance from Mom in Hauntswitch or maybe even the end of Hiveswap???

I love how he just becomes increasinly meta as we keep on clicking it, kind of like in [S] YOU THERE BOY with continuously clicking on John.

And he just keeps on sounding more like the in-comic Andrew, hahahaha.

But... plainWonder's right. As we go on, he progressively sounds more and more like Doc Scratch. I mean... allotting time to 'talk' to us, being smug about being intelligent... This is kind of suspicious.

I highly doubt it's Doc Scratch, that it's just meant to be the narrator, but... HMMMMMMMMM

Okay, we've reached the end of it. Now it just keeps on repeating that the hint function is unavailable. xD

I'm pretty happy that we've just about finished up with the actual introduction of the game (LOL, that took long enough, like, 6-7 hours of gameplay so far holy shit), and can now get diving into more of the actual plot. xD
