Today's polish was SO disappointing, but it's ok cause that's what toppers are for! This polish is supposed to be a black polish with flakes and a shimmer and although you can see ALL of that in the bottle, you can see practically none of it on the nail. Zoom in on at that picture of the bottle. Isn't it beautiful? Why can't I see it on my nails?😭 What makes it even crazier is that it's advertised as a matte finish polish so when you don't put a top coat on it it dries down matte. But when it's matte you can see even LESS of all the pretty stuff in it:

So I fixed it all with a topper 😁:

This is SO much better. 😌 I ended up going with an iridescent flakey topper and I love how this looks. The rainbow of colors and the variation in the size of the flakes made this feel like confetti on my nails. I would love to try this one over different colors too. I think it would look gorgeous over a purple cream. This is Star Cluster from Starrily over He Likes it Cold from Bee's Knees Lacquer.

One of my favorite Will Byers predictions for s5 is him not calling him Vecna/Henry/One, he's just Him. There's something so eery about it that sets Will apart from everyone else. That Will doesn't see him as a monster, or a person with powers, or someone who only became evil because of what happened to him, he's in a totally different category. Will understands him in ways unlike anyone else since he has quite literally been inside his head. Will knows what it's like to feel different and like he could never fit in, god he knows that pain, but he also knows One had a choice to either use his power for good or for bad, and he chose bad. He can't pick one name because none of them feel right to describe him. He's had such a close connection with One for so long that he just can't relate any name to how he feels about him. He can't put a name to the dread, the anxiety, the sense of hopeless, the feeling of being alone, so he's simply "Him"
