in the sequel AU i have, i headcanon that rin and kohaku grew up together and bonded over not just their loss, but overcoming death. became good friends and eventually married. and sesshomaru looks after their descendants to this day.

not that he would admit to it of course.

but that family has stories about a dog demon that has visited them on occasion and always seems to linger nearby.

i always feel bad when i see how the point of a lot of saiki's personality traits flew right over the heads of a lot of fans due to him being an unreliable narrator and a tsundere lol.. so a lot of things he says are immediately proved to be untrue and often just him putting up a front, but some people dont pick up on it..

like i see a lot of "haha saiki would never want to watch a romance movie" guys there is an entire chapter (170) dedicated to him being like "i much prefer mysteries to romance stories.." and then immediately becoming absolutely enamored with a romance story.. he was lying, guys, LMAO

less specific ones include:

"i hate children, they annoy me" *goes out of his way to help kids, comfort them, be kind to them, etc.*

"i only use my powers for self gain/my own convenience." "anyway my mama told me to never use my powers selfishly so i always use them to help people and i try my best not to use them for personal gain<3"

"those guys are so annoying, i would never hang out with them willingly." "yeah it took them about two sentences to convince me to go with them. their thoughts seemed like they really wanted me to go, so i did. i didnt want them to be upset. not that i care about them or anything."

(sorry i post about this kind of thing a lot, i just giggle a lot at how the entire manga is so easily misinterpreted and thousands of people have watched the show but didnt pick up on the main characters most defining character traits and frequent bits.. i think there needs to be a masterlist or something disproving all the extremely common misconceptions about saiki k lol)

Theodore has completely locked out his feelings, even his mind is telling him he is not kid anymore like that's just painful 😭 and Raphael having younger brother is so heartbreaking since his father is not paying attention to him like he does at Ul like dude it's so obvious pay attention to your children! Kacchan knows this scene didn't happen in the manga, but he's not 100% sure because he was unconscious and he’s also really embarrassed by the drawing ^^; So out came his "Ya better tell ‘em that ya didn't actually do this!!” type attitude with Izuku HAHAHAH! I should be in bed but talking about Clockwork Mechalor made it only feel right to draw some Crowned Marx as well. Especially since I only mentioned his experiences softened him up some.

Crowned Marx doesn't have the ability to split his body that regular Marx displays. The damage the Master Crown did to him via slicing his body this way and that with its thorned blades left permanent scars on his body. Again, unlike regular Marx, who seems immune to pain or at least brushes it off fast, these scars actually hurt him.

On the upside, he is able to exercise a little bit of power over the inert crown gold left in his body to form claw like hands and little tiny thorned wings he can use to glide... but not fly.

and another thing about vocal synth fans: we will always find some adult male voicebank to turn into a funny little clown for our amusement. some guy to communally bully in our talkloids, the miserable straightman to the shenanigans, the sad little freak punchline to our jokes. it happened to kaito. it happened to gakupo. it happened genbu. it even happened a bit to kevin (although he seems to have looped around somehow). and it will happen to you too, frimomen. it will happen to you too.

ive never liked powerless saiki aus because the entire conclusion of the series is him accepting his powers as being a part of him that he cant change so like.. in aus where the power remover works, half of his development is erased..

if he had been "powerless" for longer, we wouldve gotten to see him realize this himself and im genuinely sad that we didnt.. we got to see him realize that being powerless wasnt the change he wished it would be and that its something he cant change, but its literally over a two day long period and we miss out on sooo much potential development..

and then in aus where hes born powerless, people think he would have the exact personality and development that he THOUGHT he would if he got rid of/didnt have his powers, like NO ? "without powers he would be another satou-" NO he would be a shy, borderline flamboyant, weird, awkward, genius LOSER.

he would have a more normal relationship with his brother (still probably competitive but in a way more average sibling way and kusuke wouldnt have had the motivation to become so murderous) and he would probably be even more friendless but with less trauma.. he may or may not have ever befriended akechi at all, and the classroom incident wouldnt have happened.. even some of his current friends might not be around if not for coincidences due to his powers or direct involvement from his powers.. (nendo and kaido would for sure still be there though, but this only ensures the idea that he would be the biggest fcking loser ever)

he would still be saiki, but. his powers are a key part of him. he would be totally different without them, but NOT in the way he thinks he would..

personally my faves r my faves BECAUSE they are flawed not in spite of it. Let your fav make mistakes. let them make a million mistakes.

let them learn and grow from it.

dsmp is so interesting because of their flawed characters. we get to see so many perspectives and thats so beautiful. lets take cslimecicle as an example. from cquackitys pov thats his guy, his ride or die, his bestie for the resty

no lets look at it from c!purpleds pov, thats the weird slimy guy that spied on me for quackity, he's odd as fuck

reverse the he who is w/o sin bullshit and make it dsmp

they are all flawed, interesting characters with engaging dynamics. Stop dulling them down to fit into your squeaky clean do no wrong ideation of them
