What do you think is the point of this eida character and do you think naruto and sasuke will react the same as everyone else? Like even sai and shikamaru reacted to her 🤢
oh my gosh when I read the spoilers that was my reaction too Ikemoto is so weird!!! especially considering the latest sarada cover art... yikes.
I mean boruto was already bad but when eida was introduced it just went from bad to worse 😭 an all-seeing, overpowered female who is driven by her 'love' for kawaki? who goes to konoha to live under the same roof as kawaki and boruto??? who is also in control of her lil bro who is also overpowered? what in the wattpad you can't make this stuff up. this is every self-inserters dream scenario.
as for her purpose, well. she's all-seeing and powerful for a reason. if she has valid reason to help konoha (kawaki) against the otsutsuki and the whole karma issue, well. she'd be a great ally ig. it's still early days to say what exactly she's going to contribute, but the way it's been set up suggests they need a powerful ally especially since naruto and sasuke suffered major power downs.
(mark my words tho she's probs gonna end up crushing on boruto instead).
as for naruto and sasuke... idk maybe shikamaru figured out a way to not be affected or with amado's upcoming speech where he spills the truth, shikamaru will devise a way to circumvent eida's powers idk... but the damage has been done already

Sannin headcanons and thoughts
The last thing I would like to post for the sannin week. It is still 24.04 here! :D @sannin-central
This is long. Spoiler alert. Mostly Orochimaru, some Tsunade, a little of Jiraiya (because his story is pretty clear and spoken and idk what I can add). Also I recommend to read this meta about Orochimaru, it has influenced me a lot and has some good points. Sorry for any posible grammar mistakes. Also I really should put here a lot of references to the manga or anime but it was something that was piling up for a year and I'm soooooooo lazy. After all, those are just headcanons. Also: Im not excusing Oro's bad stuff here, Im trying to understand the reasons.
Ive already posted some hcs, here, here and here.
1. First if all, the chronology pic of sannin lifetime based on the info i found on naruto wiki and also some statements about wars from this post. It was tough considering what a mess naruto’s chronology is.
2. Sannin story shows what it cost to be a legend. They're like Team 7 but more realistic. Tsunade literally carried the war but left with nothing and developed a ptsd and have problems to just live on. Also anger control issues. I think she can be pretty bossy and stubborn which is not always nice. Jiraiya is the hero of the day but also very idealistic and can ignore some important details in the real word whether its the fight (he always injured during flashbacks maybe because each time he took too much to handle and on the one hand it's heroistic but on the other is a mistake that can lead your team to situations like in that Iwa cave) or your friends issues (I bet he saw what's going on but thought it's fine until Oro actually got red handed and left). He lives in his world and may have problems to get out to see it through someone else's shoes. As for Orochimaru, it seems like he was a normal guy for 20+ years (I mean, he didn't do crazy criminal shit and had something good in him and it was stated somewhere that it was his teammates influence. It is obvious they considered him as a friend, I don't thinks it was for nothing) but we mostly know his darkest side. Despite being a moster he is a human that have empathy and some ordinary human traits (man just decorates every bit of an environment he is in lol).
3. Tsunade was the leader of team Hiruzen.
4. Tsunade sometimes hit Jiraiya for some stupid things he did or said but never touches Orochimaru even if he did something same. Jiraiya complained about it once and almost got another hit.
5. Jiraiya had problematic parents that didn't care about him much and a lot of time he was wandering in the streets.
6. Judging by the look of Oro bangs and hair, he sometimes cut it off. A stress relief huh? And the fact that he doesn't do it now in Boruto..
7. It was shown that Tsunade and Orochimaru was acknowledged before they become a team. Maybe they did just before, or maybe some longer time before. I prefer the second option and hc that they met because both had no real friends - Orochimaru seemed weird and scary for everyone and Tsunade was Senju so everyone wanted to hang out with her but didn't really care. They weren't seen as what they were - people put the labels on them. But they didn't care about each other's labels and actually saw each other in true lights.
8. Tsunade knew it was an accident and it's not right but still she blamed Orochimaru for Nawaki's death for some time. It was something that seriously damaged their friendship and the team. Orochimaru was mad but also guilty, after all, he was responsible at least as a shinobi since Nawaki was under his watch. So he started to act cold and emotionless and was trying to distance himself from his teammates.
9. Jiraiya was in Ame while Dan died.
10. The whole his orphans mission was a bit irresponsible tbh. They already fought Hanzo and as he stated the conflict between Konoha and Ame is going to an end with Konoha's win. It's weird to stay here for three years in the middle of the war while there were other lands to fight. He left his teammates for some idea. Maybe that caused another crack in their team friendship.
11. If Tsunade would have find a way to live on with her trauma and follow the will of fire and stuff it would affect Orochimaru as well just as her grief affected him. It's like he would get an example that you can live on with this pain. So death isn't above human capability and we are not just the slaves of mortality (sounds stupid but i dont know how else to describe sorry). But as we know what he actually saw is that it broke her crucially to the point she couldnt be herself again. And so the death is above everything.
12. Oro wasn’t just acting as a cold pragmatic bitch in that cave but also tried to save Tsunade. Jiraiya knew it and that’s why he showed this sign to him like "I see what youre doing here" and that stunned Oro because he would prefer to look rather like a cold pragmatic bitch hehe
13. Just a thought. People in the village probably treated Oro as a foreigner or just wouldnt accept him because he looked so differently and had a weird attitude. That's why he sometimes didn't feel that Konoha is his home. After the wars where people were treated as means and tools, even the children, he himself developed this view on people - he dehumanized them and used as the means to his goals, just as his village did. Funny thing some people were straightly dehumanizing him too like Ibiki thought that he was a demon (tho he was a child). And he probably weren't the only one. Anyways the point is that it's logical that Orochimaru don't care about anybody but some few people, he's the product of his era. He's like Naruto that would chose the hatred way. But naruto had some good and understanding people around him and.. Orochimaru had them too, but match how Iruka treated Naruto and this Hiruzen's "I sAw tHe mAliCe in This cHiLd fRoM tHe BegGinNinG". And oro didn't even have a big ass evil fox in him. sry i hate hiruzen
ANYWAYS the moral of the story is not "go criminal if they hurt you" but always treat people like people. Waving my hand to Kant.
14. The reason why Orochimaru didn't pick some good morals to stick with through the hard times no matter what (like, idk, Jiraiya or Naruto) is because 1) I think he is/was pretty depending on people around him 2) the war fucked him and his friends up too much (Nawaki incident + Tsunade) 3) twisted addictions (though I don't think he's that sadistic, we never saw him torturing randoms just for fun, it was always some science experimental shit. He tends to get fun out of cruelty only when it's personal) that maybe developed as a way to sublimate anger and sadness caused by his parents loss (that's what they share with sasuke - unlicke naruto, they knew their parents and it's other kind of pain. Sasuke developed a revenge issue and Orochimaru - cruelty pleasure which... is kinda the same but less epic and more occasional lol).
15. Speaking of that, Orochimaru cared for Sasuke because he saw himself in him.
16. Oro hold grudges against Hiruzen for not choosing him to be Hokage not only because he was ambitious and/or egoistic, but also because Hiruzen was some kind of a father figure for him and his approval was important tho i doubt he was aware of that. He also probably could tell that Hiruzen was suspicios about him when he was a child and that led to many conflicts and was hurting as well.
17. Tsunade knew things weren't pretty with Orochimaru after the wars but she never expected them to be this bad. During the week that she was given in her arc she thought not only about how much she wants to see Nawaki and Dan again despite how wrong would it be but also was trying to bury all the good memories she had left of Orochimaru so it would be easier to kill him.
18. She poisoned Jiraiya exactly because she knew he would not let her do it. Jiraiya was always hesitant to kill and inclined to forgiveness, while Tsunade, as mentioned by Orochimaru, could be merciless (so much so that he was not surprised when Kabuto suggested that she wanted to use Jira for Edo Tensei).
19. That was one of her traits that scared Jiraiya and fascinated Orochimaru.
20. Remember how Oro grabbed Jiraiya's neck when the latter was trying to cover with hair jutsu? On the snake, in Tsnade's arc. Orochimaru could have easily kill Jiraiya by pulling the sword out of the mouth (arteries are right there) but he didn't. As well as he could kill Tsunade when she was still shaking - just aim for the neck or the heart. Instead, he just injured her lung and kicked her which is not a big deal for the kind of shinoby like her at all.. Also he helped Anko not accidentally kill herself but it would be way much profitable to let her do it. "Orochimaru has no feelings".
21. The reason he suddenly wanted to kill Tsunade instead of forcing her to heal his arms as it was planned (which is weird since it will not going to get him heals and he kinda said that he wouldn't want to kill her just minutes ago) is that not only she refused to help him (he thought he could work it out) but she also prefered the village over him (from his point of view). Out if everyone she was the closest to being able to understand him since the village caused her painful losses too but nevertheless she agreed to be on it's side.
22. He wasn't fighting her back in the end partly because he thought he deserved that. Somewhere deep inside hahah.
23. Tsunade got a fear to develop deep bonds so they probably weren't very close with Shizune (also the way she knocked her down in this hotel.. oh).
24. Orochimaru will be here when she'll die.
25. Orochimaru's eng dub to Tsunade: "I often wondered what it would be like to ring that pretty neck yours". No comments.
26. Orochimaru is either bi/pan or ace. Anything or nothing lmao
27. Hiruzen knew about at least some of the Oro’s illegal experiments and was okay just as he was okay with the Foundation all the time. Because it’s useful. Then he has discovered he went too far OR he knew everything and oro just became too inconvenient because of his methods. The way Orochimaru tells Sasuke about reasons they are well treated as the criminals is based on in his experience with Hiruzen.
28. As you may know the lyrics in Orochimaru’s music theme goes “don’t talk with the silence of the heart”. It was taken from one Indian song that also had lines like “don’t question life too much”, ”pain arose somewhere in the chest”, “don’t speak to the wounds of the heart”. Though I’m not sure 100% because I was translating it with some hindi dictionary with like zero knowledge of hindi
29. I like to think that this “silence of the heart” theme and the fact that he called his village a hidden sound village are somehow connected. The hidden sound is the possible explanation of all things waiting to be listened to but the truth is silent and you know it deep in your heart and it bothers you. The world is silent just like the life is meaningless but people can only hear. *Sigh* anyways
30. Orochimaru’s journey is the one about accepting death. When he saw Karin released her chains while was trying to get to Sasuke he understood that the death is a part of human’s strength.
Can’t wait to feel that everything I wrote is wrong or not enough or stupid and obvious lol. Anyways, it’s something that I wanted to share until I move to some other fandom.

Congrats on 100!! I would request a one-shot, but idk if you want to... If you do want to do one just surprise me...
Stormy!!! I’m so sorry for the delay, I promise I didn’t forget you!! I was just being lazy and taking my sweet sweet time. But here it is, I tried my best!! Hopefully there’s not too many errors and such.
Training Day
“What are you doing, Boruto?”
Boruto opened an eye lazily to see Sarada standing above him with her hand on her hip, looking at him disapprovingly. He snapped his eye shut and resettled into his resting position at the base of the tree without saying anything. Sarada always seemed to find something to be mad at, and it was usually him.
“Hey!” Sarada protested. “Just because you’re the one picking the team training today doesn’t mean you can choose to lay around! I can’t be caught slacking if I’m going to be Hokage.”
“Actually, we’ve been waiting for you, Sarada.” Mitsuki appeared on the tree branch and sat down nonchalantly. “We’ve been here for about 20 minutes.”
Sarada shot Mitsuki a glare and crossed her arms. “Hmph! Well it’s not my fault you all decided to be early. I was on time, like always.”
“You know, I’ve been thinking,” Boruto wondered out loud, oblivious to the previous conversation. His blue eyes stared past Sarada to the sky above them. “What do you think is under Kakashi-sensei’s mask?”
Sarada was about to respond with a snarky comment when the realization hit her that she didn’t know the answer. She had asked her mother once, but even the medical ninja didn’t know.
“I mean, it has to be something, right? Or else he wouldn’t wear it.” Boruto continued, lost in thought. “It can’t be a scar, because he doesn’t hide the one on his eye anymore.”
Sarada’s eyes widened as her mind considered the possibilities. “What if he has crooked teeth?”
Boruto laughed as he got up from his resting place. He stood and faced Sarada as he thought of other absurd options. “What if he’s missing a tooth? Or maybe he has no teeth at all!”
Sarada rolled her eyes. “He has to have teeth, idiot. Or else he’d have trouble speaking.”
Boruto’s face scrunched. Sarada was always such the realist when it came to these things. It really put a damper on the mood. “Fangs, then.” He said with a nod. That seemed more likely.
Mitsuki dropped down next to the pair. “His summoning animals are dogs. It would make sense if he had fangs.”
Boruto and Sarada’s eyes widened at that realization. A devilish grin came across Boruto’s face as he looked at his teammates. “I think I know what our team training is going to be today.”
“We don’t even know if Lord Sixth is in the village, Boruto.” Sarada finally admitted. The trio had been searching for an hour and were nowhere near finding the masked man. “It might be a lost cause.”
Boruto frowned and put his hands behind his head. “Come on Sarada, have a better outlook on life. I have a feeling that things are about to change for the better, ya know?”
“Shouldn’t you all be…I don’t know…training?” The bored voice from directly behind them was unmistakable. The trio turned around quickly to see Kakashi leaning on the side of a building, not even bothering to look up from his novel.
“We were actually looking for you, Lord Sixth,” Mitsuki said cheerfully. “To see-”
“If you had any pointers to our formation!” Boruto finished, quickly cutting Mitsuki a glare. Mitsuki was good at many things, but social cues were not one of them. The guy was way too blunt for most people. For a second, Boruto was concerned he had hurt Mitsuki’s feelings, but the boy seemed completely unbothered by the cutoff, only returning a friendly smile to his teammate.
“Yeah!” Sarada rushed to add in, trying to cover up Boruto’s sloppy answer. “I was hoping you could help me hone my Sharingan a bit.”
“And my Rasengan!”
“And my lightning-style chakra.”
They were totally going to get away with this.
Kakashi sighed, putting his book away. “Don’t you kids know the meaning of retired? I don’t do that stuff anymore. Go find your sensei or someone else who isn’t me.”
“Wait!” Boruto cried, just a little too eagerly. His outburst caused Kakashi to raise an eyebrow, but he stayed put. Boruto’s mind searched for any incentive he could think of at a moment’s notice. “Lunch is on us! You can give us pointers over lunch, you don’t even have to come to the training grounds.”
“Eh? Lunch you say?” Kakashi patted his stomach as he weighed his options. “It has been a while since I’ve had Ichiraku Ramen. Alright, then. I’ll give you three tips in exchange for three bowls of ramen. Deal?”
“Deal!” The trio chimed. They didn’t even have to look at each other to know the bill would be worth it.
“Great. See ya there.” And with a puff of smoke, Kakashi was gone.
Boruto spun around to Sarada as soon as Kakashi was out of sight. “I told you out luck would change, Sarada! I knew we would find him!” But Sarada’s eyebrows were knit together in confusion.
“You didn’t find him, Boruto. He found us. Don’t you think that’s a little suspicious?” She pushed her glasses further up onto the bridge of her nose and shook her head. “Besides,” she continued. “He probably heard you and your loud mouth boasting about our plan from a mile away.”
Mitsuki nodded in agreement with Sarada. “Yes, that was a bold move. And it definitely won’t be easy to take that mask off of him forcefully. I find it strange that you want to do it in such a public place like Ichiraku, Boruto.”
“What?!” Boruto demanded, looking at Mitsuki like he had grown another head. Mitsuki always went straight to using whatever force was necessary. The blonde shook his head and sighed. “We’re not going to force him to take it off, Mitsuki. He’ll have to take it off to eat, that’s when we’ll be able to see it.”
Sarada clearly still wasn’t convinced. “Don’t you think other people have tried this, Boruto? What makes you think it’ll work this time?”
“Of course other people have tried it,” Boruto shot back. “But I guess they’re just not as good as I am. We’ll get him for sure. Right, Mitsuki?”
“Whatever you say, Boruto,” Mitsuki responded optimistically. He smiled genuinely at his teammates. “If you all think we can do it, then I’m sure we are more than capable.”
They rounded the corner to see that Kakashi had already grabbed four seats at the high table top area. The silver haired man spun around at their arrival. “Yo. Hope this is good seating. It was kind of all they had.”
Boruto eagerly grabbed the one next to Kakashi, with Mitsuki and Sarada following in line beside him. Their food was out within minutes. Kakashi picked up his chopsticks, feeling three sets of eyes staring straight at him. He quizzically looked over at the kids, who were looking at him expectantly.
“Oh, did you want your advice now?” He asked dumbly. “Well, alright. Sarada, we can start with you. I recommend you do some agility training with your teammates. Having them throw multiple weapons at you can be quite compelling. Unfortunately you can’t force your Sharingan to progress, but you can enha-”
“Excuse me, you’re the kids from the academy that I interviewed last year, correct?”
Team Seven spun around in their chairs to see Sukea standing behind them. “I hope you all figured out the answer to my question, or at least thought about it.”
“Hey, journalist guy!” Boruto called with a wave. “Nice to see you back in the village! Kakashi- sens…ehhh?!?!” Boruto stared in horror as Kakashi set a finished bowl of ramen off to the side and then turned to look at Boruto. “How did you…How did you eat that so quickly?” Boruto stuttered, a mix between jealousy and awe.
“Hm?” Kakashi looked bored and unamused. “I don’t know what you’re talking about. Another bowl please!” He called out to the wait staff, before turning to the journalist. “So you know these kids? I hope they didn’t give you too much trouble the last time you met.”
Sukea flushed with embarrassment and raised his hands. “Oh no, nothing like that! I was working on a project to highlight the academy students as they graduated, that’s all! There were some very high dreams in the group.” He said, with a nod to Sarada. “I hope that’s still the case.”
Sarada opened her mouth to speak, but Boruto beat her to it. “Oh yeah! Team 7 is going all the way to the top! We’re going to make the old team 7 look like amateurs, right guys?”
“Boruto, why do you have to be so cocky all the time?” Sarada was glaring at him, and Boruto was certain he could see her eye twitching.
“Well you are the one who wants to be Hokage, Sarada.” Mitsuki chuckled. “I would say that’s higher aspirations than Boruto.” Sarada was about to respond when the second bowl of ramen was placed in front of Kakashi. Instantly all three had their eyes on Kakashi, who didn’t appear to notice their gaze.
“Sorry,” Sukea interjected. “Would you three mind if I took a picture of you, just to update my readers about your journey?”
Boruto and Sarada hesitated, and Sukea could see their unease. “It will only take a quick second to snap a picture. I’d love to give an update about how well the academy students are thriving.”
They all exchanged glances, but Sukea was already holding the camera up to his face. “Just look this way and smile!” He encouraged them. Boruto continued to side eye Kakashi while posing for the picture, refusing to let him eat without seeing his mask. Sukea focused the camera, but then pulled it away from his face, frowning. “The lighting isn’t great in here, do you guys mind taking a few steps towards me?”
Boruto stifled a groan as Sarada elbowed him in the ribs. “Be polite!” She hissed under her breath. “It’s one picture, it can’t take that long. And if either of you complain, I’ll punch you both into next week so only I get to see his face.” She grabbed the boys by the collars and pulled them off their chairs.
“Perfect!” Sukea exclaimed joyfully. “Just give me one second…” He fiddled with the camera for a few seconds before the shutter sound went off. “It looks like the future is in good hands. I’m glad you all have found a purpose.” He gave a sly wink at Boruto before exiting the restaurant.
Sarada raised her eyebrow at the blonde, but Kakashi was the one who spoke. “What was that about?” he asked, before turning back to the waiter. “Also, I think I’ll have one more bowl, if you don’t mind.” He handed an empty bowl to the waiter.
Boruto’s mouth dropped to the floor. This was unbelievable. “How…how did you eat that so fast?”
“I believe you are the slow eaters in this scenario.” Kakashi pointed to each of their bowls, which remained untouched. Team 7 begrudgingly sat down and started eating slowly. Each of them began eating slowly, constantly glancing up at Kakashi to make sure he was there.
Once his third bowl was set down, Kakashi sighed. “I guess I owe the other two of you tips. Boruto, you have amazing chakra control, but not a lot of reserve. And you might be maxed out on your reserves at this point. You should try to apply more pressure to yourself and your chakra if you want a stronger rasengan.” At that advice, Boruto opened his mouth to protest, but Kakashi held up a finger to silence him.
“Mitsuki, you have a ton of chakra, but not nearly enough control. If you can focus and condense your chakra, your lightning strikes could double, or even triple, in the damage it can do. Focus more on your enemy and less on your teammates. Now if you’ll excuse me…” Kakashi raised his chopsticks, as team seven looked at him eagerly, closing in.
“SARADA!!!” Chocho’s voice cut through the restaurant as team ten came into the restaurant. “Sarada! What did you get?!?” The whole team ran over to talk to their friends, blocking their view from Kakashi.
“You know, Boruto, I got in a lot of trouble the other day because of the misunderstanding with the shopkeeper. You really are such a-”
“No! Get out of the way, Shikadai!” Boruto pushed him in a frantic attempt to find an eyeline for Kakashi.
“Hey, don’t be annoying!” Suddenly the two teams were enthralled in a battle that erupted in chaos as team seven tried to fight off team ten. But it was useless. By the time they had finished fighting, Kakashi had polished off his last bowl. Oblivious to the reasoning for the hostility, team ten sent the trio a glare before sulking away.
Boruto finally lowered his head in defeat. “Damn it. We were so close.”
“Well, thanks for the food you guys! Hope it was worth it. See ya.” Kakashi began to walk away from the group and towards the door.
“Lord Sixth, may I ask you a question?” Mitsuki’s voice was surprisingly strong for being quiet most of the day. He couldn’t stand to see Boruto upset without trying the most simple option.
“Hm?”
“What is underneath your mask?” Panic set across Boruto’s face. Sarada looked permanently mortified. Neither of them could believe Mitsuki would actually be so forthcoming to the old. man.
“Under my…mask?” Kakashi asked innocently. He stared at the group. “Is that why you all took me out to lunch?” The silence from the group told him that he had guessed correctly.
“You know, the old team seven actually did something very similar back in the day. It was a good training day for them.” Kakashi reminisced. “I told them all they had to do was ask. So, do you three actually want to see what’s under here?” The main pointed to his mask with smiling eyes.
They all leaned in. Sarada had a wild excitement in her eyes that Kakashi had sworn he had seen before. Boruto had the same mischievous grin that he always wore. Mitsuki stood further back, more focused on his teammates, but intrigued nonetheless.
“Behind this mask…is another mask!”
Looking at the pair and their disbelief, Mitsuki could do nothing but laugh. Sarada was so surprised that she almost fell off her stool. Boruto actually did, and hit the floor with a hard groan.

Know Your Name - BoruSara

The crowd outside of The Leaf Hotel was getting thicker by the second, the low murmuring started to turn into an uproar when a fan found that the much-anticipated star was approaching.
“They pulled up for take-out!” She screamed, holding up her phone. “He’s having an Extra Spicy Thunder Burger!”
“Oh my god!” Another fan screamed. “That’s just right around the corner!”
High pitched screaming filled the street, photographers prepared their cameras, and the security took their positions by the pathway.
Sarada took a deep breath and sighed. The frown on her face was starting to look permanent. Her disdain for this crowd, Star and the whole situation just grew more and more by the second. The screaming was starting to give her a headache. Sarada massaged her temples.
“Oh come on, it’s not that bad,” Inojin grinned. “You get to see this pop star up close, get a pass,” he lifted his ID, and then wiggled his eyebrows at her, “And The Leaf Hotel serves the best food. I’m seriously just here for the food.”
She took a deep breath and gave him a look. “I’m not a feature writer!” She whined. “I’m supposed to be covering topics that will get me closer to that front page spread!” She threw her hands up in the air, and for a moment, Inojin felt concerned for the recorder in her hand. “Covering things like the crashing economy, dirty politics and—“
“—all the boring stuff,” Inojin snickered. “I know you’re smart and all, Sarada. But this could be front spread worthy, too.” He lifted his camera and nudged his head towards the crowd behind them. “Boruto Uzumaki is half French, half Japanese, and where did he make it big? America. Of all places.”
She rolled her eyes. The singer had blond hair and blue eyes. His style was so mainstream he could fit anywhere they sold overpriced coffee, avocado toasts, and morning cocktails. He sang about love, living young, wild and free. It was so typical pop. Sarada loathed the idea of having to listen to his songs, read articles about him, and follow his account a month before to prepare for this interview.
She loathed the idea until she actually started listening to his songs and liked them. Not like she would ever admit that out loud. Her editor would never live it down. His Instagram was also… fun to follow. He always posted silly stories, and his feed photos were always on point. He knew when to look goofy, natural, and hot.
“Oh come on, don’t pretend you’re not in the slightest bit interested.”
“I am not.” Sarada pushed her glasses back up her face and straightened her blazer and pencil skirt. “Let’s just take his photo while he enters and we do this interview, eat and we’re out of here.”
Inojin shrugged. “As long as we eat, I’m good. I’m gonna send Chubs photos to make her jealous.”
Sarada rolled her eyes and then laughed. “Okay, okay.”
The crowd started to scream and some of them pushed against the reporters at the back. The two of them were thankful that working for The Konoha Times gave them media passes and special treatment.
A shiny black limo pulled up, and the crowd went wild. Security had to push them back, and all the photographers started clicking away, filling the path with bright flashing lights. Inojin pushed a little forward to take a better photo, but Sarada hung back. She didn’t even bother to record any of the audio of things he might say as he greeted his fans.
Two bodyguards and a man with brown hair and a blue scarf came out first—his manager, Konohamaru—and then, the star of the night, Boruto Uzumaki, climbed out of the car. The crowd was hysterical. Sarada couldn’t help but roll her eyes for the nth time that night. She liked his music, and yeah, he was attractive, but she would be caught dead losing her cool like that.
Boruto looked a little different up close. He looked taller and leaner. His vibe was easy, and his grin looked even brighter if that was possible. He waved at the crowd and said a few words. Sarada couldn’t help but snicker when he switched from French to Japanese and then ended in English. His manager whispered something to him, and then he continued in English, with a tiny accent she couldn’t put her finger on.
It reminded her why her editor chose her for this assignment, because she could speak all of the languages he could, and was notorious for switching languages mid-sentence. It was a quirk that people initially thought was a PR stunt to make him look cute, but the more interviews he entertained, the more believable it seemed. He blew a kiss to the crowd and Sarada could have sworn someone behind her fainted.
She looked at the floor and sighed as she adjusted her glasses. When she looked back up, she and Boruto made eye contact for a split second but she could have sworn he was looking at her far longer than that. He wasn’t smiling anymore, instead, his lips were slightly parted, big blue eyes wide. Her face remained passive and then she tore her attention away from him to Inojin, who was telling her that they had to move to get into the Hotel.
Boruto was being pulled by his manager into the hotel as well. A bunch of other reporters scurried after Boruto and his team. Although Sarada and Inojin tried to make haste, the golden doors were slammed shut in their faces.
.
.
.
“I’m telling you,” Sarada held up her PRESS ID and gritted her teeth, “the two of us are part of the reporters cleared for an interview with Boruto and his team!”
The big security guard crossed his arms across his chest tightly, flexing his muscles. “And I’m telling you, you’re not on the list.”
“That’s impossible!” Inojin retorted. “We’re from The Konoha Times. We’re always on the list of press.”
“Tough luck, buddy. Not this time.”
Inojin continued to argue with the guard, and Sarada was on the phone, desperately trying to reach her editor, but to no avail. It was already past nine in the evening, and the group interview was over half an hour ago. They were all just probably having dinner already. This was horrible. They wouldn’t be granted passes if they weren’t cleared for an interview. The other rival publishers were there, and this article was needed by tomorrow morning.
Sarada needed to find a way to get in. She took a few steps away from the door to clear her head. Inojin’s screaming was starting to remind her of her Mama and Auntie Ino’s arguments. A few more steps and she stopped, as the soft scent of cigarette smoke floated to her nostrils. There was only one person she knew who would rather take a smoke than indulge in pleasantries over dinner. She ran to the corner and spotted him.
“Shikadai!” She grinned, so genuinely happy to see him.
He pulled the stick out of his mouth and blew the smoke away from her direction. He smiled lazily and nodded his head. “Ah, Sarada. I was starting to wonder when the Times would appear. But I was expecting Chocho.”
Sarada laughed. “Yeah, But she’s on leave so you’re stuck with me.”
He nodded his head and lowered his cigarette. “Right. And what’re you, miss Journalist, doing at this alleyway and not inside? Too flashy for you?”
“Ha-ha.” Sarada placed her hands on her hips. “It’s a long story but I need a favor.”
“Ooh,” Shikadai smirked. “Those are expensive.”
“I’ll give you a tip for the next dirty politician I expose,” she bargained.
“That’s pretty solid.” He laughed. “I was just gonna ask for a leak, but okay, sure. Let’s hear it.” He took a long drag and waited.
“I need you to get me and Inojin in there, as well as an interview.”
Shikadai choked and coughed the smoke out. “Excuse me, what? Why do you expect so much from me?”
“Someone forgot to include us in the list. I need an interview with Boruto before the night ends.” She placed her hands together and pleaded. “Please!”
He took a deep breath and rubbed the back of his neck. “I can get you in, but I don’t think I can get you a private interview. I didn’t even get to ask a question.”
Her dark eyes went wide. She never backed down from a challenge. She had gotten interviews from senators, economists, even criminals. Surely getting one with a pop star wasn’t going to be so difficult.
He raised his hands up in surrender, “listen, I’m telling the truth. I can get you in the hotel, but I don’t even know if you can get close to him, let alone his room number. Security is tight.”
She pressed her lips together. “Try me.”
.
.
.
Boruto was showed to his room, one of the best suites in the house. His manager had the room on the floor below, and so did the rest of the team. He didn’t mind sharing, but Konohamaru always insisted he got his own so he could rest up properly. The last time he shared a room with his team, chaos ensued and they didn’t sleep until the sun came up, causing Boruto to look exhausted as hell the following day. Luckily it was a small event.
He looked around and took it all in. “Just another empty hotel room,” he whispered and walked over to the king-sized bed. He let himself fall on the mattress and sink in. Boruto closed his eyes and recalled the questions.
“What’s your next album going to be about?”
“Is it true you’re dating? Is it a boy?”
“Favorite song to play?”
“Who do you want to work with next?”
They were all the same typical questions. Shallow, about his dating life, or his sexuality. He rolled his eyes. When was he going to have a challenge for once? His manager and PR team trained him well, and how to dodge questions. His natural wit and charm had also gotten him out of a pickle on more than one occasion.
“There wasn’t even anyone hot,” he muttered. Some tabloids liked to send attractive looking reporters to try to distract him, but none of them ever worked. They just… weren’t his type. He could have any girl he wanted and has had a few encounters—under wraps, of course. Although not a secret enough for the world to think he was a virgin. Not that there was anything wrong with it. It just didn’t fit his image. He closed his eyes.
And then, a pair of dark eyes flashed across his memory, making him sit up, eyes flying open. “There was one!” He exclaimed to no one. He bit his lower lip, trying to remember. She was in the crowd, outside the hotel. There was a press ID around her neck, but he didn’t quite catch for which publication. She wore a pair of red glasses and she looked so… bored.
Boruto pouted. No one ever looked bored in his presence. She didn’t even bother to record anything…
He closed his eyes again, trying to recall if she was there during the interview and dinner. He couldn’t remember. After a while, he gave up and simply concluded, “Then I guess she wasn’t there…” he muttered. No way he wouldn’t notice her in that crowd. Plus, there weren’t many of them, anyway.
Why wouldn’t she be there, though? He shook his head and stood up. Why was he getting so worked up over a reporter? She wasn’t even there. Not even that pretty. Nope. She had long, black hair and wore a black pencil skirt and blazer, like those stiffs in his legal team. Or the dudes who do his banking for him.
Boruto took a deep breath and walked towards the shower, hoping that thoughts of the stiff reporter would wash away with the water.
.
.
.
It was easy enough for Shikadai to bring Sarada and Inojin in. All he needed to do was convince a waiter to help distract the guard long enough to sneak the two of them in. Shikadai gifted the waiter a coupon for a free issue of the next Rogue issue.
“Aww shit!” Inojin complained. “There’s no more food!”
Shikadai pitied the photographer, but he was getting worried about Sarada. She graduated in Journalism and was currently taking up law school. She part-timed in a local newspaper for a while and eventually got hired by the Konoha Times Magazine for her journalism work about a mayor’s corrupt business. It was dangerous, and she had taken on a number of threats for her work. Never did she looked bothered, or even showed hints of it. She was also a tough cookie herself… perhaps a little too tough. That look in her eyes… he knew that look and it scared him.
“Hey,” Sarada waved her hand in front of his face. “Since you’re spacing out, you better be thinking of a plan how to get me to his hotel room.”
Shikadai groaned. This woman was impossible. Was a tip really worth it? “Sarada, you’re being too troublesome. I got you in since we’re uni buddies. But getting that hotel room number is just—“
“I’ll ghostwrite for you.”
His dark eyes went wide and Inojin instantly shut up. Was Shikadai hearing this right? “Come again?”
Sarada’s face seriously meant business. “I’ll ghostwrite for you.”
“Duuuude!” Inojin nearly dropped his camera.
“I can’t do that,” Shikadai shook his head and took a step back. Even if the offer was tempting, that was too good to be true. It would help him when things were too busy for him. “That’s—you care about getting your name out there!”
She shrugged. “I can type up a thousand words in the back of a cab on my way to work…” she paused and looked at him, an easy smile on her face. “Are you really going to pass this up?”
“But…” oh shit. It was too tempting. “Your writing style…”
“Is flexible.” Sarada grinned. “Just let me read three of your articles and I’m good. You can always check it before passing it in, you know?”
“Duuuuude!” Inojin was now shaking his shoulders. “Getting Sarada to offer something like that is—“ he threw his hands up in the air. “What are you waiting for? Aren’t you sleeping with one of the girls on Boruto’s band or something?”
Sarada’s eyebrows shot up and a knowing smile grew on her face. “Oh really? That sounds interesting.”
Shikadai screamed internally and glared daggers at Inojin. “You promised!”
“Whoops. It slipped?” Inojin snickered.
“Okay, so…” Sarada held up one finger. “I give you a tip,” she held up another, “I ghost write,” and held up another, “and we don’t speak about this girl in front of Chocho.”
Shikadai felt like a bucket of ice-cold water was dumped on his head. If Chocho were to find out— “DEAL.”
.
.
.
The sound of running water mixed with soft pop tunes echoed inside the bathroom. Boruto leaned his weight on his arm on the wall and bowed his head, letting the warm water from the shower pour down his head. Little streams made a path down his hair, nape, and back. Others made their way down the sides of his face and dropped down to his chin. This particular playlist usually put him in a good and sober mood, yet he couldn’t get her out of his head, feeling drunk on the thought of what her name might be.
She didn’t look American. Definitely Asian. Yet, she was a little taller. Maybe she was mixed, like him?
Boruto turned the knob off and leaned his forehead on the cool, tiled wall. Why was he getting so caught up in this? She was just a reporter. She looked bored in his presence. Big deal. She might have just been tired. Or judging from her stiff-looking outfit, she just felt out of place.
He took a towel and dried himself with it, starting with his face, hair, torso and then legs. Boruto looked around for the bathrobe, but before he could grab it, his doorbell rang.
Boruto lifted a brow. “Who the hell could that be?”
.
.
.
Inojin was lagging behind. His legs were burning and his lungs were crying for more air. He held on to his camera with one hand, and to the handrail on the other. “Tell me… why… did we have to take the… service stairs?”
“Because—“ Shikadai grimaced and took a deep breath to steady himself. “This is the only way the cameras won’t see us until we approach Boruto’s room.”
“Who happens to be on the top floor!” Inojin cried.
“Stop your whining!” Sarada chided him, she also struggled to steady her breath. “Just a few more.”
“Why are you so bent on making this happen?” Shikadai raised his brow. “This isn’t even your article, is it?”
“It wasn’t,” Sarada responded and adjusted her glasses. “But that doesn’t mean I’m going to half-ass it. Neither does it give me the license to slack off. I’m not going to get that front page unless I work hard.”
“Or is just fucking lucky.” Inojin rolled his eyes.
Sarada pursed her lips and held her tongue. She had other reasons for wanting to make this interview work. There was a betting pool going around the office who would be stuck in their current work and never make it big. To her surprise, she was in the pool. It hurt and outraged her. Chocho calmed her and explained it was because she always stuck to the same boring topics, and never ventured to try writing for other articles or covering other events.
“She’ll stagnate,” one colleague remarked. “People need to be flexible. Can’t have someone turning down assignments just because they don’t like the job.”
It wasn’t that she didn’t like the job, it’s just that she didn’t feel like she was the right person, with the right knowledge, to fulfill the job. What did she know about food blogging or makeup? Traveling and what to pack or look out for? She was studying law with a passion for economics. Her father was a big shot on Wall Street, her mother a successful surgeon. They each had their own passions and expertise, never bothering each other or even pretending to know better than the other in their field. But… Sarada’s colleagues did have a point. She needed to expand and show them that she can get out of her comfort zone and still excel.
“I’m going to make this interview the most talked about, hashtagged, trending shit in the world,” she swore to herself.
.
.
.
Boruto opened the door and what he saw astounded him, eyebrows shooting up his forehead.
The reporter he was just thinking of, now in a wrinkled blazer, sweat on her dark brow, and breathing heavily stood before him. She was holding up her ID for him to see and a smirk slowly grew on his face.
Boruto said her name, letting every syllable roll off his tongue, “Sarada Uchiha.”
She immediately closed her mouth and fought even harder to steady her breathing. Her dark eyes were wide upon hearing his voice. She cleared her throat. “Yes, that’s me.”
Serendipity was wonderful. He didn’t believe in destiny, but he knew this had to be it. Boruto just wanted to laugh but held it in by biting his lower lip.
“Would you please let me interview you?”
“Is that what you’re here for?” He couldn’t believe it. The girl he was thinking about was standing right at his door, and she wanted to interview him?
Sarada nodded. “Yes. May I come in? This won’t take long.”
“Oh, right. Yeah.” He stepped aside and she let herself in. He looked at her small figure standing inside his suite, still disbelieving the entire thing.
“Mr. Uzumaki, where would you—“
Boruto cringed. “You can call me Boruto.”
Sarada turned around to face him, eyes trailed down to his waist, before hastily looking away and pushing her glasses back up the bridge of her nose. “Umm. Right, then. You can call me Sarada.”
Boruto looked at himself and realized he was still in a towel. He was about to spazz and go on a full apology for being in a towel, but that pink dust on her cheeks… is she… blushing?
All his embarrassment washed away and his smug smile was back. “Alright, Sarada.” God. He loved her name. The way it sounded, the way it rolled off his tongue. “It’s nice to know your name.”
He relished watching her cheeks turn a deeper shade of pink. This was surely going to be an interview he wouldn’t forget.
“Shall we?”
Sarada nodded.
With one flick of his hand, he closed the door behind him.

The benefits of heartbreak
Hi, this is my favorite story I’ve wrote so far.
Kawaki's pov:
Nothing is on my mind these days, I keep staring at the city, the nights are still bright even without you.
Tears fall from the sky they crash against the window but why does it feels like they are flooding into my room, forcing me out.
Gazing at the traffic lights I should cross but my mind is blank, it doesn't allow me to react, the moment I try to walk the lights are already red, so I keep staring once again. I hear my phone but I don't pick up calls I'm too busy for that.
Trying to live once again without you.
My banging door wakes me up, the realization that I'm wearing casual clothes hits me when I see that I slept on top of my blankets, shouldn’t have done that.
"Hey dumbass are you alive?" someone screams as they keep knocking my door.
"I'm coming!" I raised my voice regretting it immediately, my head is killing me.
"Why did you disappeared last night?" Boruto asked, looking around my apartment " I know it’s not my business and I'm not the cleanest person but you should-".
"Exactly it’s none of your business" I grumbled, "I just went for a walk, I needed to take a breath"
"It was raining last night, did you really feel like it was a good time for a walk?" he questioned.
"You really came here just to annoy me?" I snapped at him picking up some stuff from the floor, "just leave, I have college in a few hours".
"kawaki"
I ignored him while I grabbed a towel to take a shower.
"Kawaki listen to me", Boruto said grabbing my arm "it's been months" he muttered...
"I'm okay".
"Look at yourself".
"Stop wasting your time" I uttered, "I'm fine".
he just stared, understanding that he couldn’t help me. "fine, but tomorrow let’s go out, you need some distraction".
"fine".
_____________________________________________
Sarada's pov:
I wanna fall in love, I can picture how it feels, but why is it hiding from me? it's not for everybody?
I want to exchange my heart with someone else's, to keep it in a special place.
Peeking outside my window, trying to find you in an ocean of lovers, swimming away from tears falling from my eyes.
It gets darker and darker as my loneliness tries to suffocate me.
Clarity hits as falling leaves cover my sadness when they hit the ground, one after another. hours passing by, and when the rain hits me.
I'm finally clean.
The only way to escape my sad reality of being single was by reading romantic books, and that’s what I did and honestly, still do. Moving to the big city for college was the best decision, this is my first year studying literature and my hopes couldn’t get higher.
"Hi cutie, how was your nap", I murmured to my cat as I got up from my bed and started my day.
My first week was normal, I got to know a lot of people everything is different from high-school I had different classmates depending on my class. It was pretty interesting, even if I had to focus on being the best student I couldn't help myself but look for someone cute or handsome, I'm the only single one from my circle of friends and even if it sounds stupid I hated it.
I wanted to know how it is to love, how it is to be loved in a way only a lover could do. I can't help but think it's my fault, there's something wrong with me but I can't waste my time on that, my thoughts always drifted in that direction.
"Great, it’s only 5 pm and I’m already depressing myself", I huffed to myself as I went to my bed with a book on hand. When I got into the second chapter my phone received a notification.
*sarada let's go out, I met this cute coffee shop down the street*
-chocho
Chocho was my childhood friend, and we both got into the same college but we are studying different careers, even if we don’t get the same classes anymore we still try to hang out together, I put on my cutest autumn outfit I had, going to a coffee shop involved taking aesthetic pictures for my Instagram. Looking outside it felt like it was about to rain so I decided to wear the fluffiest pale peachy sweater with a winter skirt and boots, don’t judge me I will probably freeze to death, but I needed cute pictures.
___________________________________________
Kawaki's pov:
18:00 pm and that dumbass still hasn't arrived, because I decided to wear black jeans with holes and a only a t-shirt with a leather jacket I was freezing myself so I got into the coffee shop down the street.
*where tf are you?* I typed as I sat in front of the big windows facing the cold streets, ordering a normal coffee.
*I'm sorry I fell asleep! but you can drink something from that coffee shop while you wait for me*.
"fucker", I murmured.
"Hey… is that seat taken?", a soft voice caught my attention as someone barely taps on my shoulder.
Not even bothering to look I just told her she could sit as I focused once again in asking boruto where tf he was.
*Please don't kill me but I got something to do, I won't be able to make it, but you can learn how to socialize and talk to someone, it doesn't have to be a girl ;)*.
"Bastard", I grumbled as I started to get up hurrying to go home, but I stopped when I hear the girl from my side chuckle a little bit, trying to cover up by faking a cough but failing miserably.
I stared at her amused for the way her face turns red as a tomato.
"Control yourself or your face will explode" I stated sitting on my chair once again, while she almost spilled her Americano all over herself.
She slowly looks at me trying to regain her strengths and says, "sorry, it's just I saw you all mad and cursing it was pretty funny, you don't match the coffee vibes at all". shyly smiling.
"Yeah… it's just I'm not on the mood" I answered, I stared at the window, there was a storm outside.
"clearly…" she ironically says "bad day?".
"We could call it that way" I exhaled "my friend forced me to go out, and now he won't come"
She took a peek at her phone and sighed, "well my best friend stood me up as well". rubbing her neck "I wasted my time here I should be studying for next week, I better go then."
When she stood up I said, "you should wait a little bit more, look outside." She took a peek to the window and immediately sat with a poker face.
"Does it always rain in this city?" she huffed ordering another Americano but this time with a cake.
"Yeah… I mean this city is known for the rainy season that lasts almost the entire year." her order looked really good so I decided to ask for the same thing, "are you new here?".
She nodded as she took a sip from her coffee, "Yep, I just moved in last month for college, I'm still getting used to all of this", looking outside the window she smiled nostalgically and said, "everything is different from my old little town but different in a good way" smiling once again as she took a bite to her cake.
We kept talking for a half an hour waiting for the storm to calm a little bit, when it finally calmed down we decided to leave and keep with our paths. On my way home I felt an unfamiliar feeling, I kept thinking about her, we both study on the same college but different subjects, I was 2 years older that’s why she had so much energy, it was hard the keep up with. She kinda reminded me of boruto, but he was way more annoying. She had this energy that makes you never get tired of her.
As my thoughts kept the same topic my phone ranged, and my whole world stopped when I saw who it was.

borumitsu - boruto trying to discover mitsuki's likes/interests going thru like food, hoobies n stuff
Word count: 1,970
Blue eyes flickered, as they watched Mitsuki. The boy had always been shrouded in this unsolvable mystery. One that, Boruto was sure he could connect the dots to. Unfortunately, the more he watched him, the less clues on how to connecting them were being dropped.
He sighed, releasing a cloud of frustration in the winter air. “It would be too easy to ask, wouldn’t it?”
“Ask what?” Mitsuki responded quickly. The whole concept of people ‘talking to themselves’ was not quite something he comprehended yet. Any question asked deserved an answer or a follow up question. He blinked his yellow orbs curiously, awaiting for a response.
Boruto shifted on the bench, unable to tell if it was the wind nipping at his fingertips or the kind way Mitsuki responded that gave him goosebumps. “Nothing.” He blew it off, popping a french fry in his mouth.
The burger that rested in Mitsuki’s hand still only had one bite taken out of it. Which was in Boruto’s brain, ‘Insane, because who doesn’t like hamburgers?’ That bugged him.
The blue haired boy shrugged. Such an action made Boruto cut his eyes at him. Mitsuki just shrugged. He believed full-heartedly, in Boruto’s word. He always believed in Boruto’s words. That also bugged him.
It seemed that no matter how much he thought about it, Mitsuki pinned himself on Boruto. But at the same time, Boruto assumed that couldn’t be right. There was more to Mitsuki….There had to be more to Mitsuki.
Reaching into the shared container of fries, Boruto grabbed another one. This time instead of bringing it to his mouth, he brought it to Mitsuki’s. The boy raised an eyebrow, cautiously. His eyes stared into ocean blue ones, with confusion.
“You like fries, right?” Boruto spoke lowly, the greasy potato in his hand sagged. He poked the fry at Mitsuki’s pale cheek.
Mitsuki mirrored his questioned, “Well you like fries, right?” It was hard to tell if this sacrament or legit because Boruto had eaten half of the fries all by himself. Leaning forward, he took the fry from Boruto’s hand. “You eat it.” He changed up and pressed it to Boruto’s lips.
Unnamed emotions flashed across Boruto’s face. He appeared baffled by the sudden change of script. Hastily, he turned his head away. “I offered to share fries with you because, I thought you liked fries.”
“I do.” Mitsuki clarified, “I also like you thinking about me, Boruto.” He took the fry and placed it in his mouth. The salty slightly crunchy fry, he chewed slowly. Thoughtfully, minding how his friend might react if he scarfed it all down.
Boruto slowly drifted his pupils over in the corner of his socket, to catch sight of Mitsuki’s jaws at work. Doubt riddled his mind, as to why Mitsuki was acting all hesitant. It made him start thinking again.
Mitsuki was a draped in so much mystery, yet it was so comforting in his own special way. It drove Boruto’s ambition to discover more.
“I think of all my friends.” Boruto retorted in a matter-of-fact manner. “Thinking shows consideration and care for someone.” He blushed lightly, taking note of how Mitsuki ate a french fry all by himself. “It’s no big deal.” Fully turning his head, he watched the boy swallow.
“It’s big to me.” Mitsuki said bluntly. A new edge had embedded itself in this point, as he focused around it. “It’s a big deal.” This mattered to him.
Boruto inhaled shakily, “To you?” This was always intriguing, hearing what perked an actual reaction from Mitsuki. But the boy knew, he was skating on thin ice now. Once, Mitsuki cracked open there would be no way to return to the surface of a regular conversation.
“I want….” Shyness stole his voice away briefly. Mitsuki’s blank face changing into one of happiness.
“You want what?” Boruto’s ear twitched, yearning for the truth. He carelessly began naming off stuff he knew Mitsuki liked, “More friends? More adventure? More potato chips? More…” Helplessly, he hit a dead end. He held up three fingers, wiggling them to try and comprehend more of the open ended statement. “More spicy burgers?” He recalled the little burger, that only had one bite taken out of it. “I really thought you liked that. The last time, we got them as a group, you were the only one who didn’t freak out at the flavor.” His eyes melted into disappointment as he saw his friend’s lips were still locked tight.
Mitsuki pierced his lips, in deep thought. He observed Boruto, each sporadic action and frantic gesture, he did to prompt a reaction. But his last sentence was despair ridden and almost tormented. He wanted nothing more than to relieve his friend of such a burden. But he didn’t know how.
“Ya know…?” Boruto started grasping at anything to keep the conversation going. He pointed to himself, rambling, “I really like hamburgers, but it’s cool if you don’t. I also like training and hanging with my friends!”
Reluctantly, Mitsuki agreed. “I like hanging out with my friend’s too.” He nodded his head vigorously, blue locks bouncing. He wanted to channel more energy into Boruto, inspire him to be happy the best he could.
Bright blue eyes marveled at yellow. “But when we hang out, I also want to do stuff that…” Boruto grabbed the hamburger from Mitsuki’s hands, “You want to do! I want to know what you like!” A friendly smile slid on his lips.
Feeling his sunshine’s eyes on him, made Mitsuki cast his gaze to the ground. The dirt beneath their feet, just seemed to insignificant sometimes. It could any other substance below them. Would it matter? Would anyone care if the dirt was gravel, or wood chips? No one would really care long as it still did the job. Long as it covered the ground, no one would really care.
Mitsuki didn’t want to feel like some insignificant dirt. But he did sometimes… he knew he could easily be replaced. So someone wanting to know more about him…
“I don’t know what to tell you.” Mitsuki confessed, his little eyebrows knitting together.
“Well let’s start here,” Boruto tossed the burger into the trash can. “From now on, you be yourself.” His smile grew on his face, as a resounding ‘thud’ of the burger hitting the can rang out.
Mitsuki’s eyes shifted from the trash can, to Boruto, then back to the trash can, only to land on Boruto again. Words didn’t hit his tongue in any way to verbalize his predicament. All he could was repeat, “I don’t know what to tell you.” as if a broken record.
“Come on it’s not too hard.” Boruto gave a thumbs up at the face written in concern. A new bubbly hope stealing his vocal cords, “I know for a fact, Mitsuki likes his friends, he likes training, he likes french fries, he likes randomly popping out from nowhere.”
These so called, ‘facts’ slightly bothered Mitsuki. He titled his head to the side, “How do you know I like that stuff?”
Boruto scoffed, “I watch you.” That should have been obvious. “When you’re around your friends you can usually pick up on stuff like that.” A pouty look crossed his face, as he took another fry and poked it hastily at Mitsuki’s cheek. “But you’re an exception! You spend too much time trying to imitate me. You make it really hard for me to tell your likes and interest!”
“So you don’t know for sure if I like any of that stuff…?”
“Well, only you can declare what you officially like.”
“What if I don’t know?”
“Just choose stuff until you discover something you like.”
There was a bit of confusion encasing him again. A rumbling sensation in his soul, that was steadily being comforted but also separated him from the current event. Mitsuki looked so lost, so vacant, a shell of himself. “Sometimes, I wonder if my choices are really my own.” His voice was velvety soft as he spoke, sad, somber, tender with concern. “If my likes or interest are really my own.”
Boruto shared Mitsuki’s grief for a few seconds. He could sense his uneasiness just based off how withdrawn he seemed to be. He figured Mitsuki looked in mirrors now and questioned his very existence. There were no true words to comfort, something deep and thought provoking as that.
All the blond could do was uttered, “Well, you’re yourself.” Reassuringly, he placed a hand on Mitsuki’s shoulder. He gave him a friendly squeeze of admiration. “You think for yourself. You do what you want for yourself. Everything you do is because you want to, right?”
Mitsuki bit his bottom lip, anxiously. Stiffly, he nodded, so far everything Boruto said checked out factually.
“So what, somebody made you?” Boruto shrugged carelessly, “They didn’t make who you are, you make yourself.” He concluded, blue eyes blazing with compassion for Mitsuki.
The boy raised his pale hands up, “I make who I am.” Mitsuki uttered. He looked from his hands to Boruto, almost as if this was some dream.
Pretty blond locks bounced, as Boruto jutted his chin upwards with pride. “There is no one who can say what you like or dislike, because they’re not you.” He bragged, “They can only do what I do, watch, observe and assume. Only you have the final say.”
This time with more confidence, Mitsuki said, “I make who I am.” He ate the fry from Boruto’s hand.
“Yup!” Boruto agreed, “And I plan to unravel, who Mitsuki is!” He felt his heart swell up with joy from seeing Mitsuki steadily coming out of his reserved shell.
Mitsuki’s eyes beamed at Boruto. He stood up, with a new found enthusiasm. “Then you’ll help me, discover all I like?”
“You know it!” Boruto declared. It was an unofficial statement of, “I’ll always be there when you need me from now on. I won’t let any of my friend’s get so distant from me again. Especially you Mitsuki.” Helpfully, he offered. “We can start with little things. Like….” His eyes landed on the fast food bag loaded with condiments. “How about ketchup?” Boruto offered, trying to discover if Mitsuki liked that.
Mitsuki shook his head.
Boruto’s glee fell slightly, “No ketchup?”
“Tomato not being a vegetable makes me uncomfortable. I don’t know what to classify ketchup as,” Mitsuki tapped on his chin. “So no ketchup.” He smiled a bit. It was one of those rare to see smiles. A nice little moment, as he looked at Boruto endearingly. “But, I did discover something I know that I like today.”
“Huh..?” Boruto’s eyes shifted over to gaze into Mitsuki’s. “What?” He jumped off the bench, grabbing the soggy fast food bag. “What is that supposed to mean?”
Mitsuki let out a little hum. “Well I knew I liked who did it before,” He took a few steps as if completely enlightened by sunshine. “But now I know I like it.”
“How is this supposed to help me, uncover your mysteries?!” Boruto complained, “You’re talking all funny again!”
Mitsuki blinked at him, then poked his finger against Boruto’s cheek. “I like your smile.”
Boruto’s felt his face heat up, as he stood there looking like a homeless puppy. He reconsidered, his previous assumption. Mitsuki was still a mystery, but the dots were less confusing now. The dots seemed like they were connecting to reveal a huge heart, based off the clues dropped. But Boruto couldn’t be sure of that just yet…
Boruto smiled, “Well then, if you want me to smile to more, from now on all you have to do is ask.”

Gambler of Feelings - Chapter 16
Title: Gambler of Feelings.
Status: Ongoing.
Wordcount: 2, 602.
After the events of Sports Festival ended, Sarada had a lot of stuff on her mind. The first question that she asked herself was when her crush on Boruto started?
Looking back on it she always observed him from the shadows before their first meeting. At first, she recognised Boruto Uzumaki as someone with similar family problems, but for some reason more optimistic than her. He was honestly annoying her, Sarada even wrote in her diary special instructions to avoid him. Later learning that Boruto was known as 'troublemaker’, she followed those instructions because of his reputation for creating problems.
However, Sarada's actions were the result of her secret admiration for him. She admired his optimism, social skills, positive popularity, everything she didn't have. Maybe that's why Sarada avoided Boruto like the plague, even if his class was just a few steps away from her own class.
Boruto Uzumaki was a person Sarada Uchiha wanted to be, but couldn't due to her stuck-up personality. And now the same Sarada Uchiha tried to think how she ended up with such mixed feelings towards the same Boruto Uzumaki she successfully avoided before.
In that case, wasn't it normal for her to have such contradictory feelings about Boruto as a person? Sarada before realising it until now from an 'idiot' that she's jealous of, somehow started to see him as a good friend.
"No, not just friend..." she muttered in a daze to the empty air. 'Friend' meant the person she could trust wholeheartedly like Chō-Chō. Sarada knew why she shouldn't doubt the intentions of other people so much, but being suspicious was her most natural reaction.
Being betrayed once was enough but due to that Sarada was scared to trust people that weren't Chō-Chō. Even though she interacted with Mitsuki, Sumire and Shikadai as a fellow club member, Sarada was unable to trust them completely.
When did she start to trust Boruto and developed feelings that weren't something which Sarada would label as friendship? Sarada till this day could recall stuff Boruto said to her during these past few months.
"Are you sure about that? No matter how strong you are it is nice to have someone worrying about your well being."
"That's a really awesome dream, ya know!"
"You can always stick to me, ya know! I mean to stick with all club members, hehe."
"Hahahahaha! An alien! I'm not a handsome and popular guy in your eyes, but an alien! It's the first time a girl thinks I'm coming from another planet, ya know? It's hilarious!"
Boruto is quite a smooth talker, isn't he? Out of context, those lines sound strange. No wonder she ended up loving him. It's this annoying idiot fault, not hers.
Suddenly, a light tap on her shoulder interrupted her thoughts. She couldn't help but jump slightly.
"Are you alright, Sarada? You seem kind of absent right now, ya know?" It was Boruto. He's the person that is responsible for all her mixed up emotions
"B-Boruto! Don't scare me like that ever again. Please." Sarada came back to her usual composure. The more nervous she was, the calmer she appeared in front of others.
"Did I scare you? Sorry, I can't tell because you don't look scared at all." Boruto almost looked like an angel with that relaxed smile.
"Yes, I was startled. Besides, it doesn't matter how I look." She hoped this answer was good enough. Sarada knew her judgement towards Boruto behaviour is clouded. Especially, after realising how handsome he is in this moment.
"What a waste, ya know..." Boruto muttered averting his blue eyes.
"Eh, a waste?!" Sarada didn't know why he made this comment. Was he trying to make her misunderstand something?
"I mean I think you should care more about how you look, ya know? I'm not talking about something extreme, but it would be nice if you sometimes dressed up. I really know you would be pretty if you smile more, Sarada."
Sarada eyes widened. Boruto's words really struck her heart, so she looked into his eyes and smiled. It wasn't sarcastic smirk, it wasn't a forced happy expression, it was her most real and sincere smile.
"Thank you, Boruto. It doesn't change the fact you're annoying." Sarada said, ignoring a small blush forming on Boruto's cheeks.
"Y-yeah... By the way, I realised that I forgot to give you an address to my house. We still need to know when we should meet to buy you a new phone, ya know?" Boruto spoke as fast as possible throwing in her direction the small paper. And after that, he disappeared from her like flash of lightning.
Sarada took this little scrap of paper in her hand and decided to read it. Boruto's house was really close to the cat alley she liked to go. Oh, whatever she'll pretend she's not jealous of Boruto running skills at all and forgives him now for deserting her.
At home, Sarada was like usual alone. She decided to read her favourite mystery novel that she got into. Though, her plans were quickly disturbed by her mom coming back. Did something happen?
"Mom?! I thought you had a shift today?" Sarada questioned her beautiful mother, Sakura.
"Did I surprise you, Sarada? I took the day off today." Sakura responded with a kind smile.
"A little bit. Last time when you suddenly came back we didn't have a pleasant conversation." Sarada remembered her mom was against her being a member of a club she participated in.
"Sarada. I'm still against you being in a club that involves gambling." Sakura sighed silently wishing this issue could finish fast. She wanted to spend time with her daughter in the same way as before. Without this tense atmosphere.
"I know." Sarada covered her face with a book just not to show her sadness. Her mom was stressed enough, even without her causing problems.
"You should quit." Sakura walked over and took a book from her daughter's hands. Honestly speaking she should have this conversation with her one month ago.
"I'm sorry, but I don't plan on quitting anytime soon, mom. I know you think this club can bring for me painful memories. However, being a member of this club made me more happy than sad." Sarada started to tell mom her reasons. She should speak sooner about her feelings. Maybe if she explained her reasons calmly before, her mother would be less stressed.
"Happy? Grandma Tsunade was happy too, but look like she ended up. Dear, I don't want for you to end up hurt. Can't you see I'm doing it for your sake?" Sakura mentioned Tsunade. It was painful for her to use the name of her mentor in this sort of way. Tsunade died pursuing her dream, the dream Sarada wanted to fulfil.
"Yes, happy. I moved on, mom. Of course, thinking about the past is painful, but that's it. It's the past." Sarada looked into her mother's emerald eyes. Her mom looked exhausted but still decided to have this honest heart-to-heart talk. It made Sarada incredibly happy.
"Are you sure you're okay, Sarada? I don't want to see you looking lifeless again." Sakura patted Sarada head lightly. Why people close to Sarada have the urge to pat her head?!
"I'm sure. I moved on and you should too, mom. Oh, and I don't know if I want to be definitely the owner of a travelling casino. Dreams can change, ya know?" Sarada imitated Boruto speaking habit. His influence on her was one of the reasons she used it.
"Is that so? I think you resemble someone I know a lot right now." Sakura teased confused at her words, Sarada.
"I do?" Sarada asked trying to get her mystery novel book back from her mom's hands.
"Yes, you do. Did you meet some new friends in the club perhaps?" Sakura smirked realising why her daughter didn't want to quit the club right now.
"I did. To be honest, joining this club made me feel less lonely. Boruto is really a great friend." Sarada decided not to mention Boruto was the person she had a crush on. Her mom was too much eager to listen about teenage romance stories.
"Boruto, you mean Boruto Uzumaki? Naruto Uzumaki son?" Sakura mouth formed a little 'o' in her surprise.
"Yes? He's the president of our club." Her causal answer made her mother laugh.
"Who would have thought Naruto son is more responsible than him. That's hilarious." Sakura had a small tear in the corner of her eyes from this apparently funny situation.
"You know Boruto's father?" Maybe it seems like she pried too much into her mom private life, but the rumours in the school were making Sarada nervous.
"Maybe I do, maybe I don't. However, if Boruto Uzumaki is the club president half of my worries can disappear." Sakura concluded having a little bit of joy seeing confused expression on her daughter's face.
"So I don't need to quit the club and can still be Boruto's friend?" Sarada asked quite unsure how Sakura will answer.
"Yes, but I'm still against you gambling in any way." And with those words, Sakura started to talk about her work as well plan of spending her day off with Sarada.
Sarada was glad the heavy air between her and Sakura has lifted. It was quite a while when she enjoyed spending time with her mother just like today. It was one of the best days of her life.
Boruto felt strange since yesterday. Seeing Sarada smile was really rare. He didn't know what caused this reaction, but now was seating next to Mitsuki and Shikadai in the clubroom.
"Girls are complicated and scary." Mitsuki started the topic with a heavy sigh.
"You just say it right now because of Sumire and Chō-Chō avoiding you, don't you? What a drag." Shikadai said while closing his eyes.
"No, not really I sorted it out with them yesterday. All three of us decided to be friends after I explained my circumstances. I was talking about Sarada completely charming her way into Boruto's heart." Damn you Mitsuki! It was the only words Boruto could think as an answer to his friend that changed the subject to Sarada.
Sarada smile popped into his head. She looked beautiful when she smiled. Any reasonable guy would want to put her in the cage and protect her seeing how awesome she looks when she smiles. Being this cute should be forbidden.
"Sarada? I'm her friend right now, ya know?" Boruto forced himself saying those words. For some reason, they didn't feel right to him.
"Troublesome. Every member of this club knew you wanted to be Sarada's friend. It was obvious. But what do you think about Sarada now?" For the sake of their friendship from childhood, Shikadai wanted to help Boruto in any way he can. He owes it for hurting him that day, after all.
"She's cute, I guess?" Boruto had a big grin when he told them his opinion. Mitsuki and Shikadai sighed in the mutual understanding of the hopeless case of Boruto denial. It wasn't surprising for Shikadai. Boruto probably didn't want to get hurt by a girl again.
"Why do you think she's cute? A lot of students think it's hard to deal with Sarada and calls her Ice Queen, you know?" Shikadai wondered. Sarada looked more like the girl that would murder you with one stare than looking cute.
"She's cute when she smiles? And Sarada isn't that hard to deal with when you get to know her a little bit better, ya know!" Boruto tone was very cheerful like he told them something they didn't know.
"Ahh, it's troublesome. If your fangirls heard you right now, Sarada would be probably killed." Shikadai wanted to sleep but helping Boruto was now his priority. It's not like his friend wasn't aware of his own feelings, he was just too stubborn to admit how he feels.
"Eh?! But my fangirls are afraid of Sarada, ya know? They ran away in fear after seeing her." Boruto statement made Shikadai sigh much more than before. Mitsuki just stared at the clubroom wall with a creepy smile showing on his face.
"I think you and Sarada would make a nice couple." Mitsuki chimed in after a few minutes of uncomfortable silence. Boruto started to fake coughing and cursing Mitsuki brutal honesty.
"No way! Not to mention the fact I don't know if I can trust any girl in terms of dating." Like Shikadai thought that was the main root of Boruto denaying the possibility of having feelings for Sarada.
At that moment door to the clubroom opened and Sarada entered the room. That was kind of awkward since they were still talking about her.
"So why you don't trust any girls in terms of dating, Boruto?" Sarada question made them really uncomfortable. Did she hear everything?
"Oh, Sarada how long you were here?" Boruto let out a nervous chuckle.
"I just came here and heard something about you having problems to get a girlfriend." Was it Shikadai imagination or did Sarada is jealous? Oh boy, they screwed up in talking about it in the clubroom.
"Kind of, ya know? It's tied more to my own personal problem than wanting to get into the relationship." Boruto answered truthfully.
"Is it tied to the question I asked you during the Sports Festival?" After some thought, Sarada whispered not being sure if she's ready to hear Boruto response.
"It is, ya know. Bringing up Asami Kinoshita and how I got into the gaming is always hard." Boruto averted his gaze from Sarada. It was a stupid move to mention his ex-girlfriend. However, Sarada eyes widened in surprise like she discovered something unusual.
"Asami Kinoshita?! That Asami Kinoshita?! Is she the root of the problems happening in our club?" Sarada outburst was really out of place. She spoke like if she knew Asami too.
"Sarada... You know Asami?" Boruto complexion looked pale. If Sarada knows Asami was she a participant in that game tournament year ago? Shikadai looked like he ate something unpleasant hearing Asami name. Mitsuki, on the other hand, was confused.
"I do, though I can say I wish I didn't know her at all." Sarada words could make anyone shiver in fear.
"Really? That's a surprise, ya know? Want to hear how I got into the gaming from the start?" Boruto voice lacked his usual energy, but Sarada nodded. She was curious about it not too long ago.
"Yes." It was the only answer she could give.
"Are you alright with it Shikadai?" Boruto looked at Shikadai before he got a thumbs up it's okay from him. Mitsuki at the same time thought him fading into the background was a great idea for now.
"You can start. I will listen." Sarada tried to process this unexpected situation calmly.
"Asami was my girlfriend and at that time was the person I cherished, ya know?" Boruto smile was warm, but his eyes looked like he was in pain.
What was this feeling of uneasiness in Sarada's heart? Sarada hated the smile that appeared on Boruto's face every time he mentioned Asami name. However, it didn't matter how she felt. She needed to hear this story. Especially, if it involved Asami.
Sarada promised Chō-Chō to discover the truth. Listening to this story will lead her to this discovery. No more excuses! She just needed to prepare her heart to hear everything from Boruto personally. She needed to know the truth from him and not anyone else.
Because she loved him.
AN: Uff, Chapter sixteen of GoF is finished! I mean published. I read something angsty and needed to heal from it, so this chapter has a lot of fluff! I will try to at least update one chapter of GoF every month. Maybe two, depending on how fast I polish up the next upcoming chapter. Anyway, like usual hope, the chapter doesn’t contain too many mistakes and ya all enjoyed reading it!

MASTERLIST
“Boruto.”
Sarada whispered to the darkness, but his light snores still filled her ears. The truth was: she was just tired of not being able to see. After using her sharingan to the point she almost permanently lost the vision of both her eyes, the girl found herself with her sight compromised, a gauze covering her head and making everything turn into dark.
After the big war, her mother became busy as hell. Like, literal hell. There was wounded people and major bruises which needed desperately her healing hands, so she had no time to babysit her visionless daughter, this being the reason why Boruto pronounced himself the person who would take care of her until her vision was back. Honestly? He wasn’t as good as he always made it sound.
The war against Kawaki cost him his right eye, not that Sarada actually saw it though. The boy also had it wrapped on bandages, so if they had to sum up the balance, it was literally one eye for the two of them.
So, for the last month, both of them slept together on the same hospital room. They were together twenty-four hours during a day. Some times Mitsuki came and spent some time with them, but he quickly had to return to his position as a medic nin. Both of Sarada and Boruto were extremely proud of their teammate.
Spending some quality time with Boruto never bothered her, actually. It was good to finally be able to quarrel with him, without worrying it might be the last time or even laugh at his ridiculous attempt to make a good joke. The thing was she was tired to rely on him to everything, from changing a simple shirt or even taking a glass of water, which she was desperate for at that moment.
She licked again her dry lips, trying to ease the need to drink something, but at that point, it was not helping anymore. Sarada knew there was a full jar of water on their bedroom, but she didn’t know where it was exactly.
Knowing Boruto wouldn’t wake up anytime soon, she decided to do at least this one little thing for herself. She would find the damn jar and pour herself a good glass of water and let it slid though her throat. No man needed in the action.
Sitting straight was the easy part. She pushed herself slowly from the hospital bed, her bare feet touching the cold floor and let out a surprise whine. The girl groped her bed, walking beside it, one hand on her sheets and the other in front of her to make sure she wasn’t going to bump on anything.
Once she reached the corner of her bed, she took a deep breath and let it go, using now her both hands to try to find the nightstand – or at least, what Sarada hoped it was – with the jar in it. She ended up finding it, but the bad news was that she hit her knee on the wood, because the object was way smaller than she expected.
Sarada bit hard her lower lip to contain a curse that almost left her mouth. Taking a deep breath, she groped gently until her hands spotted the water jar and the cup next to it. She grabbed both strongly, so they wouldn’t fall, and tried to pour it on her glass.
Her first attempt was a failure as she felt the water falling directly on her foot. She startled a bit once it reached, because of the cold, but she quickly kept her composure. Positioning a glass in a different angle, she tried again and this time the noise of the glass being filled reached her ears. A smile blossomed on her face.
Once it was full, the girl drank it all with one deep gulp. After she finished, she put the jar and the glass back to the nightstand, but the glass missed it for a centimeter, as she felt it falling hard from her hand and she waited for the noise of it cracking and the likely pain that would follow since the chance of the shards cutting her bare skin was high.
But it didn’t come.
She took so much time to realize the snores had stopped and she chuckled. “How long have you been there?” Sarada stretched her arm and touched Boruto’s cheek. The boy just shook his head and bit her finger lightly.
“Since that moan came out of your mouth.” He teased, grabbing her waist and throwing her body over his shoulder. “It was hard not to laugh when you hit the nightstand.”
“Boruto!” His name came out between giggles as she struggled, punching his back lightly. “It was not a moan.” A part of her was glad he did it because at least he couldn’t see how red her face turned by that comment.
“Oh, it definitely was.” Boruto placed her sitting on her bed. Her legs were open and he was standing between them. “When I heard it, I thought you were doing a, well, different thing than trying to get yourself a cup of water.”
It took some time to Sarada finally realize what he was telling her. Once she did, she tried to punch him, aiming for his shoulder, but she missed it and Boruto laughed at her.
“You look so cute with your cheeks red like that.” Boruto told her, poking her face.
“Once I get my eyes back, you will have to beg for mercy on your soul.” Sarada hissed at him, trying to seem a little bit threatening, but since he came closer to her, she noticed it didn’t work.
“Until there, you still be needing me to help you with a glass of water. By the way, I can help you with the other stuff too.” Boruto’s breath was so close, it made her whole spine shiver in response.
“What other stuff?” Sarada questioned, not able to think clearly by his proximity.
“The one I originally thought you were doing.” Suddenly, Boruto’s nose touched hers and Sarada froze, trying to reason if she should push him away or pull him closer.
“Gross.” She spilled out, her mouth pressed in a thin line.
Boruto jerked back and laughed, making Sarada let out a sigh she didn’t notice she was holding. “I am kidding, Sarada. Well, sort of.”
“What do you mean sort of?” Sarada frowned, even though her bandage wouldn’t let him see it. She was pretty sure, at that point, the guy would know it even if he couldn’t see it.
“It means I wouldn’t say no if you asked me.” Boruto replied and Sarada wanted desperately see his face to know what sort of game he was playing with her.
“Basically, you are offering me a casual fuck? How nice of you.” She said with an ironic smile plastered on her face, the lack of amusement on her voice showing.
“I am offering you anything.” He was still close, but his voice seemed distance as Sarada never heard before.
“Boruto, you are not making any sense to me today. All of this because of a glass of water?” Sarada replied.
“No. All of this because I almost lost you on that war and Sarada… That was by far the worst thing I’ve experienced.” He came closer once again, placing both hands each on a knee of her. The hospital gown was a little higher than she expected, so he was holding on her bare skin and his touch burned fire inside her veins.
“Except that you didn’t, Boruto. You didn’t lose me.” Sarada stretched both of her arms and their found his chest. She fumbled them until his stomach and gripped them on his waist, pulling him closer to a hug. “You don’t need to offer me a one-night stand to keep me by your side.”
“I am not offering you one night, Sarada. I am offering you every night for the rest of our lives.” Sarada felt Boruto leaning back, his nose pressed against her once again.
Sarada pondered his words and honestly, she got scared. Scared he was just having a late reaction from everything that happened from the war. Scared that he didn’t mean what he was saying. Scared he was just horny after spending a month locked up inside a hospital room with her, and if any of these cases were true, she knew her heart wouldn’t take it.
“You should go.” She pointed for what she hoped it was his bed while inhaling two sharp breaths.
“Go here?” Boruto’s nose paced through her jawline and ended up below her ear. “Or here?” He drove his nose until her collarbone and that was when she lost it. His cold breath was making everything worse.
“Stop playing with my feelings like that!” She tried pushed him away, and thankfully, she managed to do it.
That alone caught Boruto attention. “Playing with your feelings?”
“Yes, Boruto!” She took a deep breath. “This can be a joke for you, but for me, it isn’t. I can simply put my feelings for you away and I know that if I do this, I will be the one ending up hurt.”
“Feelings for me? What feelings?” Boruto got closer one more time.
“Feelings.” She stated with a shrug, looking away even though she wasn’t seeing shit.
“What kind of feelings?” Boruto questioned her, taking his hand on her chin and turning her head to face him.
“The kind I don’t know how to get rid of. I like you Boruto. Way more than I should.” Sarada said, a sad smile on her lips.
Sarada’s brain couldn’t process a logical thought, having finally confessed her feelings for her teammate. Boruto’s thumb caressed her cheek and Sarada could literally hear the smile on his voice. “I know your eyes are wrapped up, but there are things you didn’t see even when they were at their best function. Some things are literally in front of your nose, Sarada.”
His hands slid up her neck, searing hot. Pressing his thumbs gently into her throat, he tipped Sarada’s head back as she felt his lips come against hers so hard, he stopped whatever question she was about to ask him. His hands dropped to her shoulders, skimmed down her arms and came to rest at the small of her back. Little shivers of pleasure shot through her and she had to push him away for a moment to regain air.
“I like you too, Sarada. If that’s the word you want to use.” Boruto took one of her hand and placed on his face, so she would know how big he was smiling.
She couldn’t help but smile herself. “Is not the word you want to use?”
“No.” He concluded, leaning in to capture her lips one more time. He stopped for a moment so he could whisper against her lips. “But it will do, for now.”
Maybe it wasn’t that bad letting him be her eyes, for once.

1 New Message
A/N: Here’s the chapter one of the story. A little big, I know. You can read my other works in my masterlist. (I know I posted twice, but it’s because i’m testing something.)
Beta reader: @abbypdg again, cause she is my baby.
Warnings: As I said, this book is hated mature but this chapter has nothing abnormal, only some cursing and a lot of angst (but this is only the beginning).
Word count: 5,398
< Prologue Chapter 2 >
CHAPTER 1: Date Nights and Ghosts
3:23AM Idiot
We gotta talk. Wait for me if you finish
the test first, ‘kay?
Now Me
Okay.
That message was definitely a new thing. What could it possibly be? I tried not to think about it too much and focus on the day ahead instead. But it was hard. All I could think of was the subject of the talk as tried to keep myself from imagining it too far. I dressed up and went to the kitchen with my best blank face, afraid of Chocho’s questions. To my relief, she wasn’t up yet and I left the apartment before having to face her. Chocho was a great friend but too interested in others’ lives to her own good.
Only the teacher was in the class when I got there and I politely greeted him good morning. He was a middle age man with a beer kind of belly and a bad-tied tie. The sun was reflecting right on his bald head and I hold back the laugh.
“Always the early bird, right Sarada?”
I tried to laugh at his comment but instead an awkward sound left from my mouth and I covered it up with a cough. “Yes, sir.”
“Don’t be so serious. It’s only the two of us here.”
I furrowed my brows. What? “…Okay?” I took my place, secretly hoping for someone to appear soon, and I went through my stuff, taking my notes and giving them a quick glance before the test. To my happiness or to my despair, the first person to appear was Boruto. His hair was crazy and the bag in his eyes told a story of someone who hadn’t slept enough last night, what I only could deduce by the time he had sent the message. I wondered why, though.
“Good morning, sunshine. You look like a broken Barbie today.” I said, seeing him rub his eyes with the right hand and taking his seat by my side. “What happened to you after I left last night?”
“Nothing.” He smirked. This guy was up to no good and I knew it.
“Hey, I know that nothing. I use that nothing.” I smirked back.
“Let’s talk about this later, okay?” His serious tone surprised me a little and I took that as my cue to shut up.
“Fine.” I answered quickly, turning to face my notes once again. What was wrong with him?
Soon, the class was crowded and we started the test. Boruto finished before me and when I left the class my phone had a message from him.
10:42AM Idiot
I’m in the cafeteria waiting for you.
Now Me
I’m going.
It wasn’t hard to find him, his blond hair worked well to highlight his presence. He spotted me and waved. I couldn’t wait to know what he needed to tell me. I sat across the table smiling, placing my stuff in the chair beside me.
“How was your test, Sarada?”
“I think it went well. I had reviewed most of its content so I’m confident. What about yours?”
He stared down while smiling. “I have no idea, but I guess it went okay.” He took a sip from his large cup of coffee that, until now, went unnoticed by me.
“What happened last night?” I giggled to relax the tension between us.
All the while I pondered if it was a serious or a normal topic but either way, something had to explain his current behavior, the night up and the smile playing on his lips. I wished it was something about Shikadai and his mother because that was an easy thing to deal with. I hoped it had nothing to do about me or him or, worst of all, us. I had feelings for him for as long as I could remember, since we used to play together as kids and he would make fun of me for my glasses or I made fun of him for his, most of the times, stupid words. We grew up together as family, friends and sometimes border lining the “more”. I just wanted him to correspond my feelings but at the same time, I had no intention of declaring my love first. Love is kind of weird and I was weirder. My mom used to say that I got that from my dad, but who knows.
“I didn’t go home after leaving you.”
I furrowed my brows, all ghost of smiling left my face completely. I was completely taken aback by his words, I wanted to pretend it was okay but my body wasn’t cooperating at all, so I just stood there, staring at him seriously, seeing that he was avoiding my gaze but I couldn’t imagine why. “ Y-You… didn’t? Where did you go then?”
“I got to tell you from the start.” He sighed before kept on going. “There’s this girl I like really much. I wanted to ask her out but I didn’t know how.” My heart started racing, my mouth went dry and my eyes widened, all this in one blink. Who was he talking about? Was it about me? “So, yesterday I gather the courage to finally ask her out but…”
I could not hide my curiosity anymore. I wished he was more straightforward. “But what?”
“But I went her house after leaving you and she wasn’t there.” So no, it wasn’t me.
I could deal with that, right? I totally could deal with that. It looked like he needed me right at that moment. He needed his best friend and I was willing to be there for him even with my heart shattered in pieces. I could collect myself later; what I couldn’t do was avoiding the hurt.
And I was hurt. More than any other moment in my life.
More than when my parents had started to fight every day and I thought they were going to divorce. More than when the guy I had my first kiss had started dating my closest friend back in elementary school. More than when I had noticed that no relationship in my life would work while I still had feelings for Boruto. More than when I gave up trying to have a normal date life because I knew I would only hurt innocent people bringing them to my mess of feelings. No, nothing compared. His words were the statement that we would never work out together and even though I expected something, it wasn’t that. I expected more for what our friendship meant and it was my fault. I just thought maybe I… I mean, we could be more than friends somehow. I was clearly mistaken.
“Wait, who is she?” I asked, holding my feelings inside me in the best Sarada’s way possible.
“You don’t know her yet, but I’m hoping you’ll know it soon.” He managed to stare back at me, his eyes clouded by a feeling I couldn’t recognize. “Anyway, I messaged her and she told me she was in her way home from her parents’ house or so. When she got home we talked for hours. I felt so good around her and I got the feeling that she felt the same around me last night, so I asked her out and she accepted.”
“I see.” It was my turn to avoid his gaze, in order to keep him from seeing something I wasn’t able to hide. The truth is I wanted to cry right there and now, but I needed to be as strong as I could be. I was the best pretender I’ve ever met. And I intended to maintain that title.
“I have a date today and I need your help.”
In that moment, while he was looking at me with bags under his eyes for staying up all night talking with another girl, and not less but the one he liked, I knew I wasn’t going to have my cute and easy life story, where everything goes as planned. And I knew Boruto wasn’t for me. We were just friends and after so many years waiting, I thought I should just... give up.
Skip that date and go out with me instead. “I’d help you through anything. You can rely on me.” His grin went wider with my words. What the fuck is this guy doing to me? "Can I know her name at least?"
"Yuki. She is awesome, you are going to love her she's-"
Exactly when he was starting to make a speech about the Yuki girl, his phone rang, and looking at the screen he raised the left hand for me to wait while he answered the call. During his talk, my mind wandered to what this Yuki girl could possibly look like to make Boruto be so crazy about her. His eyes sparkled when mentioned her name and I had never saw him that way before. She was the first girl he was really showing interest about, I didn’t even know if he ever had others and I thought if there were others, they weren’t important enough for him, otherwise he would tell me. I was still his best friend so I could tell Yuki was a new feeling for Boruto. And that was what scared me the most.
He turned his phone off and sighed. “I gotta go.”
“Something happened?” I asked with my voice filled with worry.
“Well, I haven’t told you till this point because I wasn’t sure, but everything is settled and this weekend I’ll be moving to your building.” He couldn’t hold back a smile and I was just shocked and confused. “Yeah, actually not only me but the guys. Mitsuki heard from Chocho about the empty apartment in your floor and we figured it would be nice.”
“Who are ‘the guys’?” I raised a brow. The only roommate Boruto had in the moment was Shikadai.
“Mitsuki, Shikadai and I. There’s a fourth guy but I don’t know much about him. All I know is that he’s friends with Shikadai and used to live alone but decided to have roommates now. Shikadai said that he’s more a rich spoiled brat than me, so I can’t wait to meet him and apparently that’s where I’m going now.” He hurried and stood up.
“Wait, who called you?”
“Shikadai.” He paused for a moment. “What you think about I stepping in your house later?”
“Yeah, sure.” And he left me alone with that.
“See you later!”
The whole deal about his moving got Yuki out of my mind for a little moment, but it came back as soon as Boruto walked away. The last thing I wanted was to be alone with my thoughts, yet I was sitting in a crowded place with a lot going on in my own world, too busy to notice anyone close to me. I was resting my face on my arm, totally over the table and glaring nowhere. So when someone sat in Boruto’s former seat I didn’t pay attention until the person started talking to me.
“Earth to Sarada. You got to stop spacing out.” Mitsuki said. “What happened? You look upset.” Mitsuki unwrapped his sandwich and my stomach started to rumble, what I took as a signal to eat.
“Nothing.” Why was hiding my first reaction to any question about my feelings?
“Why is hiding your first answer to everything?” You got me.
I glared at him with brows knit together. “Since when you know shit about human behavior?”
“Since Chocho made me watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
“I’ve been there.” I rolled my eyes, what apparently made Mitsuki giggle.
“It’s a useful show if you intend to know something about crazy rich girls.” He took a sip from his juice. “But let’s not quit the topic. Why are you upset?”
He started to eat his sandwich and I start to ponder either tell him the truth or not. He wasn’t making too much pressure, but my guess it was because he knew if he pressed me, he couldn’t get anything. Smart bastard. But the truth is he only wants me to be fine, he’s not asking for curiosity, Mitsuki wanted to help.
I sighed after a long silence. “It’s Boruto.”
“Boruto again?”
“You sounded like my mother. That was weird.” I pointed with narrowed eyes.
“Sorry. Keep going.”
“It’s Boruto and that Yuki girl.” I sighed again. Talking to Mitsuki was almost like removing a weight from my shoulders.
He stopped eating to stare at me. “So… You found out about her, hum.”
“Yeah, I…” Realization suddenly hit me. “Wait, you knew about her?”
“Yes, you’re not the only friend Boruto has, you know? And Chocho also knows because I told her. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sumire knows too. You know how Chocho is.” I was shocked. Why were they hiding it from me? I was the only one allowed to hide things.
“So everyone knew and nobody told me? Why?” I throw myself against the back of chair, surprised with my friends’ betrayal.
“Chocho said it was better to spare your feelings, Shikadai said that love was too troublesome and that he was happy for not liking anyone and I just didn’t disagree with any of them.”
“Then, why Boruto didn’t tell me before?”
“He just shared with me because I asked and I guess Shikadai know because he knows the girl.” He started to eat again and I got that as the end of the talk. My stomach was aching at that point so I decided to head back home to eat something since I had the rest of the day free.
“Shouldn’t you be meeting your new roommate?”
Mitsuki face palmed himself. “Fuck. I knew I was forgetting something. Thanks, I totally forgot that when I saw you all sad.” I giggled while Mitsuki grabbed his things. When he finished taking everything, he stood up but stopped before leaving. “You shouldn’t be worrying about Yuki, though. Boruto will come back to you eventually.” And then he left, smiling and running right after. Back? He was never mine in first place.
I took my phone and sent a message to Chocho.
Now Me
R u home?
Now Chocho
Yes
It was surprising how Chocho always answered right away. Apparently, no matter where she was or what she was doing, she always had her phone in hands and I could trust that in any moment of my life. I headed home by walking as soon as I received her message. I didn’t want to overthink but, what option did I had? I needed to get my things clear before talking to anyone else. It took good fifteen minutes to finally get home, my mind replaying the talk with Boruto over and over like a broken disc, reminding me how things would change from that moment. It was inevitable. He was happy and I was broken, unable to say when I would be fine again but not even thinking about it. I wanted to feel the sorrow because that feeling was what would remind me that everytime Boruto and I were together, he didn’t belong to me, and even when we gravitated around each other, we would never attract, because he is always running away from me. I gave up waiting, there was no reason for.
With the keys on the door, I prepared myself to anything. All my willpower was required to face my roommates’ possible questions. I sighed and opened the door carefully. To my pleasure, an awesome food smell entered my nose and by that I just knew Sumire was home. As I said at some point, she was the sane of the house most of the times and probably responsible for the delicious smell.
I left my bag in the couch and headed to the kitchen with my fake smile ready. “Oh my god, I’m so hungry.”
“Hi, Sarada. Welcome home!”
“Thank you, Sumire. How are you? Long time no see. ”
She giggled. “I’m fine, and you?”
“Hn… I heard that you slept with your new boyfriend last night.” I smirked, expecting her reaction. The girl went all red but stood mixing her pans. I sat on one of the chairs of the four-place table in the center of our kitchen, resting my arms and head on the table. “How was it?”
“S-saradaaa!!” She stuttered, her hands covering her face.
“It’s okay, girl, we are all adults here, and you probably did nothing I didn’t do already. You will need to talk with us eventually, though. Not sharing any details, just be more open about it.” Be open. That was an advice I should try to follow at some point. Hn, naah. Either way my words were no use to relax her so I decided to change the subject. “So, when will we meet the guy?” She calmed down and faced me.
Sumire sighed. “Today is Friday so…” she made a pause and looked up, like she was thinking about it, but when she spoke again, she looked at me fiercely. “Never.” And she turned back to look for something in the cabinets. I raised myself from the table, narrowing my eyes at her answer.
“Wha-” My question was totally ignored since Chocho entered the kitchen calling my name.
“Sarada, are you okay?” Chocho walked directly to me, grabbing my hand while I confusedly watched her. I saw in my eye corner that Sumire was smiling. I bet she was happy I wasn’t asking anything about her boyfriend anymore.
“How did you know I was here and why wouldn’t I be okay?”
“I saw your bag on the couch, obviously.” She carefully sat beside me. “I was talking to Mitsuki.” Her tone made everything clear.
“Oh.” We went all silence. What were we supposed to say anyway? She knew what I was feeling and I knew that she didn’t want me to feel that way, but none of us could avoid the fact.
“What happened? I’m kinda lost here.” Sumire said, wiping her hands and getting closer to sitting with us after turning off the stove.
My gaze was fixated on the floor and I tried my best not to give in to my feelings. “She found out about Yuki.” Chocho answered in my place.
“Oh.” They both directed pity looks at me. I wished they didn’t because that made me feels worse.
“I’m okay, really. Stop worrying.” I shook my head and put an annoyed face. “It’s not that surprising, you know. He doesn’t like me; he would like someone at some point.” We fell silence once again.
Chocho’s face lighted up as she remembered something. “You know what we should do?” Sumire and I exchanged glances; we knew that nothing good was coming for that. “There’s that party today-“
“No.” I calmly said before she finished her sentence.
“At least let me finish.”
“No, Chocho, that’s not what I need. I need some time alone to think.” My stomach rumbles again. “And I need to eat.” I stood up and went to see the pans, my back turned to them. I took a deep breath and I felt a lonely tear in my right cheek. I knew my friends noticed, they always noticed, but both Chocho and Sumire knew better than bother me about my feelings. Previous experiences taught them that the best thing was to let me handle that in my way. I coughed before talking, just to make sure my voice was bold when I spoke again. “What did you make, Sumire?”
“I-I made spaghetti.”
I turned to see them. “Thank you, girls.”
The lunch went fine, despite Chocho constant questions about Sumire and her night with the mysterious boyfriend, which made the innocent girl almost faint. When we finished, I told the girls I was going to my room and maybe nap, but the truth was that I wasn’t planning to. I entered my room locking the door behind me. I couldn’t keep my pain inside anymore. I took my spectacles away from my face so my tears could freely run through my face. Sobbing, I placed my glasses on my night stand and sat on my bed hugging my legs. Should love be this hard? My mind wandered to places I never want to relive, memories of all the moments I thought that was more, and the times we only had each other for comforting. I wondered if they meant nothing to him, if he couldn’t see the things I saw, if I should have told him my feelings years ago, if he would reject me easily. The ifs were killing me, and I didn’t know what to do despite crying. Was that impossible for me to be loved? To be wanted? Dumb me thought I had a chance with him, dumb me thought that I was nearly enough for him. For a moment, I wondered if he ever felt like I was feeling at that moment, if he ever felt like his world was falling down into madness, into a sea full of tears and sorrow. No, he was too good for that.
At some point though, I fell asleep and I was woken up by a fucking loud music coming from my living room and I stood up fucking furious, opening the fucking door with rage in my eyes and killing intent.
“WHAT THE FUCK IS FUCKING GOING ON HERE?” My eyes weren’t quite opened yet and when I came back to put my glasses, I saw a perfect set of teeth grinning and blue eyes playfully staring at me in my room’s door. I stared at him while he pressed the turn off button of the remote in his hands, making the annoying sound to stop, making me hear some laughing coming from the living room. That’s what will kill me: Rage. “What was that?”
“Oh, so you can complete a sentence without the f word.” Boruto’s grin grew wider. That boy loved to tease me and I hated it with all my heart.
“Fuck you, asshole. Where the f… Where are Chocho and Sumire?” I sat on my bed, rubbing my eyes and fixing my glasses.
“Chocho is in the couch with Mitsuki, obviously laughing her ass off because of your reaction and Sumire... To be honest I don’t know, she wasn’t here when I came.”
“Odd. She’s being out a lot lately.”
“Must be because of her-“ Boruto got closer to sat by my side.
“Her boyfriend, I know.” I looked at him. Why is this boy being the topic lately?
“How do you feel being the only single roommate? Feeling left out already?” He said playfully, a smirk on his face and his index finger trying touching my side. I wasn’t that playful though. At that point, I wasn’t able to hear the laughing outside anymore. I wonder what are Chocho and Mitsuki doing to be so silent.
“Get out.”
Boruto furrowed his eyebrows, his face turning into a confused expression. “What?”
I pointed to the door. “Get. Out.”
He didn’t show any intentions to move so I started to push him to the door, so he started to laugh and shouted. “No, Sarada, please stop! Let me stay! I’ll stop teasing you, I swear!” I stopped pushing him and he spoke low and slowly. “Please, I need your help.”
I crossed my arms and narrowed my eyes. “Spill it.”
He sighed and motioned for us to sit in the bed again. I sat but my expression remained still. “I need dating advice.”
“YOU NEED WHAT?” I started to laugh hard, throwing myself back and hitting my head on the wall but I didn’t even mind. “You are asking the single one for advising?” He stood still, staring seriously at me, which made me frown. “Wait, you’re serious?”
“Yeah, you are the one that knows me better and since you’re the only one single, you have a clearer idea of what you’d want on a first date.”
I pondered for a minute. “Do you remember the last time I went on a date?”
“Wasn’t that when your father appeared in the middle of the movie and dragged you out?”
I closed my eyes, my mind brought to life that moment again, even though sometimes it popped up spontaneously in my nightmares. “Yes. And that was sophomore year in high school. Now we are sophomores in college, don’t you see that? I know nothing about dating, that thing doesn’t work for me. One night stands, that’s what I know about.” That was all I let myself feel for another humans: physical attraction and nothing more. I didn’t want to play with people’s feelings because I was in love with someone that didn’t love me back but still, girls gotta eat. If papa knew that though, he would eat me alive. With only a glare.
“What you don’t know about dating, you compensate with your knowledge about me and my terrible behavior. Let’s start simple, what should I try to avoid?”
“You shouldn’t go then. You’d need to avoid being you.” I smirked and he raised a brow. “Okay, seriously now. Try not to rush things, you need to calm down and take your time to everything. To speak, to walk. Don’t scream and please don’t share your daddy issues just yet. If uncle Naruto calls you during your date, act normally without the scandal you usually do.”
He huffed. “I don’t do a scandal.” I stared at him. “I’ll try to avoid it, then.”
“You should seriously don’t talk too much about yourself too. Think about things you want to know about her before going and ask her them.” I sighed and closed my eyes. I couldn’t avoid to imagine how our first date would be like, if he would try to be nicer just for me or if he would be the same Boruto as always. Being a good friend sucks sometimes. “Compliment her, but not too much. Laugh at her jokes and help her with any struggle. That’s pretty much it.” Well, my advice was sure way better than I expected it to be. I opened my eyes only to see that he was watching me with such a cute smile on his lips. “What?”
“See? I knew you would be helpful.” I put my tongue out and giggled. “I gotta go now, my date is in one hour.” He sighed. “But first, I’ll need to ask one more favor.”
“Spit it, pretty boy.”
“Tomorrow we’ll start the moving out so... maybe, if you are in the mood, can you step by at my apartment and help us? The new guy will be there too, you’ll have the chance to meet him then. His name is Inojin, by the way. Apparently Namida, Denki and Iwabe will be there too. And you know that girl that was in love with Shikadai a while ago?”
“Which girl?” I narrowed my eyes. Despite being completely uninterested in any living creature, Shikadai sure was attractive to a lot of weird girls. Maybe it was because of his intelligence. Whatever.
“The less weird of them all, the one with blonde hair, that’s always alone or with that really good looking guy, Shinki, and the other.”
Oh, I remembered Shinki. He sure caught every girl eye and yet, the girl who was always with him, fell in love with Shikadai. Maybe that’s why they were friends. I thought I should learn from her. “Oh, you mean Yodo. Yeah, I know. What about her?”
“I called her too since is practically a get together and a farewell to the old apartment, right? I wish he gave her more attention, though.”
“Aren’t you cute trying to make everyone to have a relationship?” I awed.
“You’d be the next but it’s hard when you’re so denial with your feelings.”
All I did was to make an annoyed face. “HAHAHA now go. Otherwise you will be late for your date.” I stood up with arms crossed and ready kick him out of my room.
When he got to the door, he turned to me and smirked. “Fine, fine, I’m going. But you cannot avoid this talk forever.”
“I can, and I will.” We smiled to each other, we both knowing the other unspoken words. He knew that I was saying that I didn’t want to do that and I could almost hear him saying that I should stop being stubborn.
As soon as he left the room, I closed the door but I still heard his scared yell from the other room. ‘Mitsuki? What the hell is this? You two could be in her room. Ewww.’ I giggled all by myself. Wrong thoughts came to my mind again, but I was ready to put them behind me for a little so I went to the living room.
The rest of the day went by with a lot of my complaints towards Chocho and Mitsuki behavior. A part of me was happy that they were outside her room because if they were inside and if I was hearing wherever they were doing there, it could’ve been worse. I wondered how much this kind of problem I would have to deal with now that the boys were moving to our building. Gladly, they stopped when Sumire got home because there was a possibility that if they kept acting like teenagers in our living room she could die with a stroke, so Mitsuki finally went to his own home. Seriously I had no idea how Sumire managed to have a boyfriend and stay alive at the same time. We ordered pizza only by Chocho’s pressure and watched a girly movie, again, because of Chocho’s pressure. We were used to it though, so no stress. And the movie was good after all, disregarding how much Chocho was dissatisfied to have no company to the party she had mentioned earlier that day.
We all said good night and went to our beds and I took my phone as soon as I got inside.
2 new messages.
In the deep of my heart, I had an idea of who could be and I wasn’t ready to read, yet I pressed the notification.
22:34PM Idiot
Saradaaaaaaaaa. The date was
awesome and probably we will have a

22:34PM Idiot
Yuki is great, thanks for your advice
Now Me
You’re welcome. If it’s not a bother to
ask, how do you feel about her?
Before he could answer, I felt water in my cheeks again. I wanted to know his feelings but at the same time, I didn’t. It took a while before my cellphone vibrate again.
Now Idiot
I don’t know, but I’m excited to find out
It’s late so, good nite, ttyl
Now me
Good night.
I was already sick of feelings. Why did I keep acting like it's worthy? I had to find someone else. I stood up and headed to Chocho’s room. I knocked the door twice.
“Come in.” I heard her, so I opened the door carefully. The lights were still on and she had her attention on the computer, already wearing her pajamas.
“Are you still up to that party?” She just gave me a big grin and I knew the answer.
“Let’s party girl!” She stood up with a dance that made me laugh.
“I’m pretty sure I’m going to hell because of our friendship.” And with that, I went to my room to get ready too.
…
I woke up with a fucking headache. My body was completely sweaty from the sunlight hitting my body. Wait, sunlight? My room’s window was on the opposite side from the sun. I opened one eye slowly, afraid of what I might see. I was in a white room and white curtains dancing from the breeze entering from an open window, the same one that was letting the sunlight warm my body. I opened my other eye and looked down to myself. Okay, I was naked. Filled with worry, I turned to see the other side of the bed. Blond hair filled the pillow and the muscle body told me that it belonged to a guy. Well, that wasn’t my house, I have never seen that room before and definitely, I didn’t know this naked guy by my side. Where the fuck was I?

Chapter 29 - Replenished Hopes
Time was moving slow and steady... healing anything and everything it could. Being allowed this second chance, Mitsuki was savoring every minute of it, spending it with his friends, with his family... After he came home, Karin especially didn't want to leave immediately, despite the fact that staying in Konoha was becoming too much for them. But the woman didn't care about such trivial things because... His birthday was fast approaching. It still all felt like a blur, the day they celebrated Himawari's, and he had once again been invited to the Uzumaki household by an overly excited Boruto. Mitsuki couldn't help but smile when he thought about what his best friend could possibly coop up - he had learned from Sarada the full details about the blond's birthday, after all. He had the feeling that these birthdays will become a competition between him and Boruto. Two days before that arrangement, though, Karin took it upon herself to prepare a celebratory dinner (complete with the cake and everything) - both for him making through a very hard time and his special day. Being practically reborn, Mitsuki was glad for this opportunity with his family... because they were to leave town the following morning. That cast a gloom over all of them, no matter how light-hearted the setting was. That was another thing. Something was bothering the young boy, especially when he looked at his father and older brother. Not that he wasn't used to them being antagonistic towards each other... but that, he realized, was precisely the thing. That night, they seemed to be almost... ignorant of each other, and the coldness between them was almost palpable, like the room was coated in ice.
Mitsuki found himself honestly wishing that they would start bickering again, even on this day. But none offered the other an opportunity. It was like whatever that fueled their already edgy relationship was gone... and it actually bothered the boy more than seeing their animosity towards each other.
Not that Log leaving as soon as the dinner was done did any good. "Happy birthday, little brother," he said with a smile in place that he only reserved for him. "Make sure you don't give us a scare like this on your next one." He reached to ruffle his hair like he used to do when Mitsuki was younger, causing him to deftly duck away. "I'll keep in mind," the younger boy confirmed with a smile of his own, but soon he was serious once again. "Log... about father-" Log put up his hand to intervene. "Let's not go there. I don't want to dampen our mood." Mitsuki had a little frown in his features, which made the older brother snicker. "Don't feel so bad about it, Mitsuki. It's not like me and Orochimaru had a rosy past as it is." "Yeah, but it never quite came to this point..." "Eh, well. Things like these eventually come down one way or another." The younger boy still didn't look too happy with it. "Hey, I told you, stop worrying about it. And who knows, I might be seeing you a lot more often in the near future." "What's that even mean?" asked Mitsuki, baffled. "You'll find out soon," Log turned away, raising his hand in farewell. "Until then." And he started walking away into the night, leaving an appalled Mitsuki behind. ... He couldn't explain exactly why... but the departure of his family the following day was even harder. Even though he was unconscious or in the hospital most of the time here... the boy was feeling that their presence here was empowering in and on itself. He didn't exactly feel like he was ready to see them go. "We would stay if we could," Juugo tried to explain, an almost apologetic expression on his face. "But we're already putting Konoha's hospitality to a test." "Although thanks to your feat we did gain some ground in the village." Suigetsu said cheerfully, before clipping Mitsuki on the back, making the boy glad that his ribs had long since healed. "Way to go kid!" This, in turn, earned the Hozuki a smack up his head by Karin. "Do you even realize how obnoxious that sounds?!" Not waiting for a reply, the redhead turned to the boy and gave him a warm and almost crushing hug, as best as she could. "Do take care of yourself, Mitsuki, and stay out of trouble... I can't stand the thought of something happening to you, and besides..." there were tears in her eyes as she stepped back and put a hand on her huge belly, softly smiling. "I'd love to have you around to meet Miu, y'know..." Her motherly tone had made Mitsuki tear up too, but he couldn't help a small laugh when he heard her words. "So you guys finally decided on a name?" "Yep." Karin's smile was as bright as the sun. "I just realized that was a name I always wanted for my daughter." "It sounds beautiful," he reassured her, not that it would have mattered. "It means feathers, right?" "It does," Suigetsu said pridefully. "Feathers on a demon lantern..." The boy kept his smile as he shook his head, finding it somehow astounding that these two were in such harmony when it comes to their child. And then it was his father's turn... Mitsuki stared up at him for only a moment before striding forward for a hug, finding it much easier to do nowadays. "Thank you..." he whispered. "Thank you for being here... for giving me the chance to start healing... truly." "I never thought that would be something I was capable of," the sannin said, in a quiet but also soft tone that Mitsuki came to believe was only reserved for him. "Bringing the best out of me... as best as it could be of course... you accomplished no small feat, child." The boy smiled softly to himself, finally, years and years later... finding something in his soul that resonated with his father's. That realization, however... didn't come without an afterthought. "I meant to ask..." he slowly pushed himself away from his father, to have a better look in his eyes. "What happened to Log? Or rather... what will...?" The look in his father's eyes hardened for a moment, though it was so fleeting that the boy could easily think that he had imagined it, more so when he heard the impartial tone of his voice soon after. "I don't know what is going on through his mind... and I intend not to push it further. If he's not coming back with us... that's his decision." Mitsuki waited for a bit for him to elaborate. "That's it?" he asked incredulously when the man didn't. "You... you don't mind him going off on his own?" "I don't deny him his free will." was Orochimaru's curt reply, leaving Mitsuki trying to decipher whether he was as impassive as he let it shown. It seemed cold even for the sannin, especially after their own relationship took a turn for the better. What was it that was different with Log...? "Another thing is..." All traces of the earlier conversation left the sannin's face as an uncanny look settled in his eyes. "There is one more who can't wait to speak to you again." The boy was baffled for a moment. "But who...?" Then, as he kept staring at his father's eyes, gold and snake-like, it suddenly dawned on him. "Oh." he breathed, eyes wide. "You don't just summon your contract and then leave her clueless for a month." Now there was amusement in his tone. The boy had begun sweating a little - he had rarely seen Isis angry before, mostly in the presence of his pet snake, Koburo, and it wasn't really something he was looking forward to. Who would have thought that a summoning animal had such a colorful vocabulary? "You're right," he finally amended with a sigh. "I'm gonna talk to her first chance I got." The answering smirk didn't leave Orochimaru's face as he and the Taka started making their way out of the gates. Mitsuki kept gazing after them until their speeding forms became a blur, and then sighed again before drawing out blood and making the sign for summoning. It was a weird reunion - making the boy wonder whether snakes could go in for a hug or not. But then, he thought, maybe he should be glad not to find it out right then. "Mitsuki-sama!" Isis hissed in excitement as soon as she appeared, slithering on the forest floor in what appeared to be joy. "You have no idea how worried I was!" "I'm sorry," the boy said sheepishly, feeling a little touched that Isis cared about him to this extent... and was she this tall when he last saw her? "It's not that pleasant in the Ryuuchi cave, just so you know," the snake continued in disdain. Mitsuki couldn't help a small chuckle then. "Not in good graces with the bigger snakes?" The hiss now was in a more warning tone. "I can fend off for myself, thank you very much. Although that Garaga tends to get very annoying..." Mitsuki started laughing, and the richness of his tone took him by surprise. "You can tell me all about it on our way back." And so they headed back into the village, to his home, Mitsuki listening to her time in her birthplace eagerly. A few of the passerbys who greeted him took a moment to stare at the snake but no one bothered to intervene. Mitsuki knew that he probably shouldn't exert the amount of chakra that he was using right now, at least not for a while, but he just couldn't bring himself to send Isis back in such a short time after she spent a month away. "Next time you're not gonna be able to send me away. I'll be right beside you, protecting you." she vowed vehemently. They had reached his apartment suite. The boy came to a stop. He... really didn't expect another visitor today. The woman had heard their voices. She turned to them, adjusting the paper bag in her arms so that it wouldn't fall over. A smile spread across her face. "'morning, Mitsuki," she said lightly. "I was hoping to catch up to you before I head west." "Izumi-san..." he mumbled, still baffled, causing the woman to chuckle softly. "Really, how many times must I tell you to just call me Izumi?" Beside him, Isis's hiss was inconspicuous. "Mitsuki-sama, is this woman bothering you? Shall I bite her?" "Umm, no." Shaking his head to clear it up, Mitsuki addressed the kunoichi. "Why don't you come in?" It soon turned out that Izumi did not just drop in for a casual visit - inside the bag were all the ingredients necessary for a full-on breakfast. "I thought maybe we could have breakfast together." she said cheerfully. "Thanks... I would love that." the boy replied, not sure what else to say more. The situation still seemed a little strange, but he didn't feel awkward. He was somehow... used to this laxed attitude of hers after all, even feeling comforted by it. He had not seen Izumi-san too often, one more time in their field trip to Kirigakure, but that had never been the determining factor in their relationship. She was just such an easy person to get along with. "Please, let me help you-" "No, no, none of that." the redhead almost shooed him from in front of the kitchen counter, earning herself a glare from Isis that only Mitsuki noticed. "Consider this an early birthday celebration." "O-oh." Now came the being uncomfortable part - he didn't want to be an inconvenience to her. "You don't have to do that..." "Nope, I don't have to. But I want to." She put her hand on his shoulder, her eyes warm. "Because we are friends, right? And friends do look out for each other." He smiled, a bit timid but natural all the same. "You're right. But if there's anything I can help with, I'll do it." "You just sit down and make yourself comfy." It was kinda amazing how she almost acted like she was the one living here. Then she drew a little closer to him to whisper. "But do keep an eye on your snake for me, okay?" Mitsuki did let out a small laugh. So the woman wasn't oblivious. He made his way to the sofa, and found Isis curled up beside it. "Behave," he whispered to her in an undertone. "Behave? I'm on my best behavior!" Well... considering some of their fights with Koburo, Mitsuki had to admit that she had a point. It didn't take Izumi too long - actually, soon enough, the boy had started to smell something delicious. Was she somehow aware of his favorite dish? He was left mystified - and inexplicably warm, once again feeling as if he is on familiar territory with this woman. "Would you like some coffee?" he offered, raising his voice, just so he had something to do. Izumi peeked over her shoulder at him. "You drink coffee?" "Well... yeah..." he sounded confused. "I did gain a favor to filter coffee this year..." "I don't usually comment on people's choices, but... I don't know, Mitsuki," her smile was both sheepish and somehow stern enough to remind him of Karin. "You had a difficult heart surgery... filter coffee probably won't be the best idea." "Or we could do with some tea," he mumbled, mollified. She didn't have any objections to that, and they didn't talk much as Mitsuki busied himself with making the tea. He needed that - because otherwise, the thoughts in his head were going to jumble in a mess. He knew their intentions were good, so it was not like he was begrudging them for their attitude, but... it still didn't make it right when he already felt like he was failing so many people. There, he finally laid it out in front of him. While everyone around him lately treated him with great respect and reverie, as if he was some kind of a hero, he was... nothing short of terrified at how things looked up for him at this point. He remembered it like yesterday, the talk with Sakura-san and Tsunade-sama. They had tried to be nice about it, but no matter how they were delivered, the implications were still ghastly for him. He had suffered major damage to his heart, after all, and he had to go through a vigorous and complicated healing process, practically living in the hospital from now on. Both women were vague about how much his ninja life would be affected, but also made sure that he realized how important it was that he should draw back as soon as they sensed something was going wrong. Which was such a scary thought that he had started losing sleep over it. If he wasn't going to be able to become a ninja, to continue on the path... then what? What would become of him? All he knew, ever since he had been little, was how to be cunning, aggressive and deadly as a ninja. He didn't know - had no idea - how to become anything less. And more than that, more than feeling inept... "Here you go." "Hmm?" He was a little disoriented when he raised his head and realized that he was already sitting on the table, and Izumi had just placed a table of scrambled eggs in front of him. Had he become so automatic, so... robotic in his moves to not notice what he was doing? "Thanks," he mumbled, picking up his fork. They ate in silence for a while. The woman had even reserved some of the meal for Isis, who was happily nibbling at it on the floor. Mitsuki didn't know if the kunoichi did this on purpose, to gain some favors from the snake, because if that was her intention, it seemed to be working. "There is something bothering you." Izumi said after a while, not in a questioning manner. The boy realized that he wasn't keeping his expression quite as blank as he had hoped. "What makes you think so?" he asked evasively, not sure how he could even launch into his worries. The woman chuckled lightly. "Two things. One, a small crease immediately appears between your brows, indicating you are in deep thought. And two... you become too still. No one can stay that still for so long." Mitsuki raised an eyebrow, impressed somehow. "I didn't know that." "You would be surprised." The redhead's expression turned serious again. "So... wanna talk about it?" It took him a while to realize that he was absent-mindedly toying with the food. "I don't know how to tell what's on my mind..." "Give it a try?" Izumi put her fork down, bringing a hand under her chin as she regarded him carefully. "I can wait - I have a bit of a time." He looked up at her, curious now. "You leaving for Kiri?" "Yup. I have stalled my return a bit longer as it is... but never mind that now." Her gaze turned intense, but she didn't say another word. Mitsuki too put his fork down with a sigh. Something about that look... prompted him to speak, no matter how hard it was. "You want to know what the worst part of it all is?" he began, his hands finding their way to his teacup, just to have a hold on something, to ground him. "Everyone... everyone in the village started treating me like I'm special... they shunned me at first, when the orphanage was attacked, but then had a change of heart because I did something rash and landed myself in the hospital..." "And it bothers you that they were so prejudiced about you before?" the woman guessed. "That's not all of it..." No need to say how major a part it was. "But thinking back on it... people only began respecting me because I was able to do it... to save the village from a possible catastrophe... and now... now that might be taken from me..." "Taken how?" "It's not yet clear... whether I can turn back to my old life, y'know." His fingers tightened a little more around the cup. "It's still early to say, but... ninja life could be too much for me..." The woman didn't say anything to that, just listening. "And I... well I don't know... what I would do without it... it's everything I know, everything I lived with..." He shook his head slowly. "The thought that I probably snuffed all those chances out... It's much more than what I can stand." A small, knowing smirk played on Izumi's lips. "No, I never took you for a boy who could just stand aside and let the world roll by." "More than that..." His gaze was directed in her general direction, but he wasn't really seeing her. "You know... the whole reason I came to Konoha... why I wanted to become a ninja... was so that I..." his voice dropped to a whisper. He didn't even know if she could hear him anymore. "...that I give my father a reason to be proud of me..." Compassion began to replace the pensive look in the woman's eyes. "Oh..." she mused softly. Mitsuki dropped his gaze to his hands, not wanting to face that compassion. "That's... that's what bothers me the most... that I probably flunked my chance to make him proud in a moment of rash action..." Izumi didn't reply immediately, seeming to gather her thoughts. "Mitsuki-" she began a moment later, but he cut her off instantly. "Please don't tell me I should disregard these thoughts and just focus on getting better," he said, his tone a little irritated. "I already have that from the medics, my sensei, my friends... just don't. It doesn't make things better." "I was not going to say that." she amended. "I wasn't." she insisted when the boy simply looked doubtful. "But do tell me... how do you feel? What would you like to do instead?" There was no hesitation in his tone as he replied. "I want to prove everyone that I'm still on my game, that I'm still capable of this life." He bent a little down to pat Isis's head. Wasn't it already proof enough that he could keep her around for this long, without breaking a sweat? "Because the way I see it..." The redhead leaned a bit forward to try to look in his eyes. "All you have to do is to go out there and grab what you want, and don't listen to anyone else as long as you know and respect your limits." "My limits?" Mitsuki asked, confused. "It's just that, everyone will have a guess about what's hurtful or what's tiring for you, right? Like me earlier, with the coffee," she added with a knowing smile, making the boy to suddenly become a little awkward. "But you are the one living in that body and you know your own limits, how much you can handle. As long as you know the right moment to stop, I don't see a reason why you shouldn't keep trying." "You really think so?" It was such a different attitude to what he had been subjected to, Mitsuki was simply amazed. To take control of his own destiny... that was all he wanted, all he asked for. No one before had taken this approach with him though... Now he was seeing Izumi-san in a whole new light. "Well, you are talking to the person who defied her own mother in career choices," the kunoichi said with a small chuckle. "No one knows you better than you do Mitsuki... so don't let anyone stump on whatever you want to do with your life." "Even if it means I got to drink filter coffee?" the blue haired boy asked shrewdly, and then laughed at the taken aback expression on the woman's face. But she started laughing after a second, too. "You got me there. But first let's finish our breakfast, we will speak about this more later." "Gladly," the boy replied, a little amazed at how sincere he sounded. Maybe... just maybe there was a reason for him to keep his hopes up. ... And that was how Mitsuki found himself in the practice ground next morning, after some much needed sleep. Somehow, he was always sleepy lately. He was practicing basic shuriken jutsu... or well, it was supposed to be basic anyway. His infuriation kept growing, more and more with each throw. It felt like each throw triggered some dull pain in his chest, making his hand jerk in the last minute. And no matter how tiny that jerk was... the shuriken kept flying in odd directions. It was best not to mention that his bending skill had grown pretty much non-existent. He puffed his cheeks in an exhale, glaring at his target, as if this was its fault. Respect one's limits... but how was he supposed to do that, when even something as easy as shuriken practice had become a task...? Suddenly, he saw something flash in his peripheral vision. On instinct, he drew around and pulled a kunai from under his sleeve in one quick motion, knocking the shuriken thrown at him in the last moment. A soft chuckle made him glance in what had to be the direction of the throw. He met the warm eyes of Sarada, who still had her hand in the air, and the huge grin of Boruto. "See?" the Uchiha said joyfully, dropping her hand. "You are not out of shape after all." And then, without a warning, they both lunged forward. The element of surprise lasted for only about five seconds, and then the blue haired boy was keeping up with his friends. Sloppily, he would've said in any other situation, but he managed to evade most of their attacks, just receiving one punch on his arm from Boruto one time. The best part of it was... that he could tell their friends weren't holding back all too much. This was all in the context of sparring rules - Mitsuki felt his spirit rising with each moment. "There you guys are!" Momentarily distracted by the voice, Boruto slipped... and Sarada's fist connected. "Ouch!!" "Whoops...! Sorry..." Shikadai was descending the stairs to reach them, with what looked like a tablet computer in his hands. His usual carefree smirk was in place as he took the scene in. "Sorry about that," he said lightly. "But she was literally pestering me to come find Mitsuki and so..." "Hey!" A female voice resounded from the tablet. The Nara sighed in annoyance and rolled his eyes as he took the last few steps and reached Team Konohamaru. "Sheesh, calm down already will you? I found your boyfriend-" "Shikadai!!!" The scream was surely heard all around the training area as Shikadai gave the tablet to a baffled Mitsuki, who looked down to see a dark pink haired girl with big, brown eyes... and a very deep blush. "Where did you even- oh... hi Mitsuki," the girl said warmly, her eyes shining. Her blush receded, only leaving a light sheen of pink on her cheeks. "Hey, we're here too, y'know," Boruto said almost indignantly, but his tone was light. "Sorry," Shikadai's cousin, Natsumi said with a kind natured laugh. "But Dai told me Mitsuki was awake, and I just wanted to check in myself." "Oh... thank you." The blue haired boy smiled. "How are things in Suna?" "They're great," the girl said cheerfully. "But never mind that now... I-I'm just so glad..." she stopped for a minute to still her breathing. "I'm so glad you finally made it... It's been too long..." "I know... sorry about it..." Natsumi laughed softly. "What are you saying sorry for? Being brave and selfless? It was nothing I didn't expect from you..." And then a light blush colored her cheeks once again. "C'mon, let's give them a minute." Sarada told the boys, taking each of them by their arms. "Hey, come visit us again Konpeito!" Boruto called as he was being towed away. The girl on the screen rolled her eyes, but her smile was still intact. "Look who's talking about visits," she mumbled, and then turned her attention back to the blue haired boy. "And also... happy birthday Mitsuki! I hope you will have a great day." "Actually, I'm certain Boruto will see to it," Mitsuki chuckled to himself. "I wish I could be there in person but... academy..." "Well, there's always next year..." "That's a promise then," Natsumi concluded. "I have to go now, I have practice with mom, so see you around, okay?" As the video screen blackened, Mitsuki felt he was feeling even more optimistic than this morning... ... The day flew by too quickly after that. Before he knew it, he had joined the Uzumakis in their living room with Sarada and Sakura, them chanting the birthday song as Hinata brought the cake. "Alright, make a great wish!" Boruto said, his smile bright as the sun. "Thirteen is an important age, 'ttebasa!" Sarada, sitting next to him, nudged him light-heartedly. "Are you planning to say this every time we have a birthday?" "Well, there's nothing wrong with it!" the blond defended himself. "Not at all," Mitsuki laughed, content, feeling like he could stand to hear Boruto say that as many times as it would take. But he did exact a good amount of thought on his wish. Keeping this bond with his family and friends for as long as they lived... that sounded like a reasonable goal. Smiling to himself, he blew out the candles, receiving a round applause. Sitting there, surrounded by the people who obviously loved him, and eating delicious homemade cake, full courtesy of Sakura-san and Sarada, it indeed felt like his dream was within his easy reach. Boruto jumped to his feet immediately after they were finished with the cake. "Time for presents." "Where's the fire?" Naruto mumbled under his breath, but his smile too was huge and genuine. The boy really didn't expect much - he didn't expect presents at all, really - but... it warmed his heart to an extent he didn't know was possible. First was Sakura. Mitsuki's eyes widened in wonder when she handed him a... "I... but this..." he couldn't form a sentence, causing the pink haired woman to chuckle softly. "I was tipped off that you are interested in medical studies. I thought this might come in handy in the near future." He barely tore his eyes apart from the medic kit to stare at her. "Thank you..." "But you'll have plenty of time to go through it," Sakura continued with a knowing smile. "These two won't be able to wait out for too long." And it was Boruto and Sarada's turn. Whatever that was wrapped in the gift packs they had, seemed to be a little crudely packed, making it impossible to guess what it could be, and the boy tore at the packages curiously. And then he started laughing. They were hand-made photo frames, and each of them showcased pictures of him and his friends - but that wasn't the only thing that made them so special. Boruto and Sarada had both decorated the frames with drawings, and the blond's... lack of skill made his frame just as endearing as Sarada's perfect lines. "Thank you, both of you..." he said, still smiling. "And here is mine." With Hinata-san's voice Mitsuki turned to the woman. Instead of a package though, she was holding... what seemed to be folded clothes out for him. As he recognized the outfit on the top, a wondrous look etched into his eyes. He slowly traced his fingers on the two-toned blue fabric, feeling a... strange sense of reunion. "It was almost damaged beyond repair," Hinata said softly. "But I couldn't give up without a try and so... here we are." Something in her tone made the blue haired boy feel warm all over... like Hinata had just conveyed in her words how the Uzumaki family never gave up on him... "Hinata-san..." "Hey, try on your Uzumaki sweater too!" Himawari said with a big grin. "Hima, we're in July it's a little too hot for that," Boruto reminded his sister, but Mitsuki tried it on anyway. It felt soft and comfortable... like home... "Thank you very much..." he told the woman sincerely, not knowing what else to say. "Dad, dad, let's show Mitsu-nii our present now!" the youngest Uzumaki's excitement was hard to contain. "Yep." Naruto rose from his seat and looked at him. "Okay Mitsuki... can you come upstairs with us for a minute?" And so they moved the party upstairs... in a manner of speech. Mitsuki wondered what got everyone so interested about this gift. They stopped in front of the house's guest room. Himawari, right behind him, put her hands over his eyes, catching him by surprise. "No peeking," she warned cheerfully. He heard the door opening and then the light switch clicking. There was some scuffling, and finally Hima pulled her hands back with a, "Ta-daa!" He was looking at a fully-furnished room. Or well... more elaborately and personally decorated than any other usual guest rooms. Indeed, Sarada had just finished placing the photo frames on a shelf. "Well, we have the basics and everything... but your opinions matter the most." Naruto tried to explain, but the boy was still lost. "I... I'm not sure if I understand..." "Because this is gonna be your room, 'ttebasa!" his best friend said joyfully. "M-my room?" "Only if you want to, of course," Hinata said quickly. "But we would love to have you move in with us." "Because you see..." Naruto's eyes were soft, just like his tone. "We realized that we don't like seeing you return to that cold house all by yourself... so that's what we all want to offer you Mitsuki. A chance to return to your family at the end of the day." The boy was effectively rendered speechless. He was so taken aback that he couldn't even say if he was breathing at the moment or not. "I... I don't know what to say..." "Just say you accept it!" Boruto clapped him on the shoulder. "You know I'll just pester you endlessly about it, anyway." "And how's that giving him his own choice?" Sarada teased her friend. But it was already too late... One by one, images started to show up in front of the boy's mind eye. Coming home every night to the warmth of the Uzumaki house and to Hinata-san's delicious meals... Sitting at that desk, studying medicine as he was drinking his coffee... Himawari bringing in some cookies, bragging about the fact that she made them herself... Training or just goofing around the front lawn with her and Boruto... and welcoming Naruto home whenever they get the chance to see him for the day... "Family..." he mumbled almost to himself, feeling the warmth settle and grow around his heart. "That's right... you said you considered every one of us a family and now... let us be your family in Konoha." Mitsuki took another moment to get his emotions under control, worried that he could make a spectacle out of himself if he continued this way. "That..." he finally began, but had to clear his throat before moving on. "That's much more than I could ever ask for... and nothing would make me happier than living with you." "Is that a yes then?" Hima was practically jumping up and down with joy. The blue haired boy laughed as he ruffled her hair a bit. "Yep, Hima, that's definitely a yes." The celebrations didn't go too far this time - because Boruto had grabbed both Mitsuki's and Sarada's hands, pulling them behind him. "Alright then, let's go!" "Go? Where?" Sarada asked, mystified and a little annoyed. "To help Mitsuki pack up, duh! Tonight is his last night in that house, 'ttebasa!" As the friends kept bickering among themselves, the adults followed them downstairs, stopping just inside the door to gaze after them with soft smiles... ... It would turn out that Boruto's surprises were not yet finished. They didn't spend a lot of time in his apartment, after all, he didn't really have a lot to pack. Mitsuki had imagined going back to the Uzumaki household, but he should have his suspicions when Sarada pulled the faded old quilt from the bag of packed things, saying that they would probably need that. It was the quilt Karin knit for him before he left for Konoha. The boy had really not imagined... that their next destination was the waterfall. Mitsuki gasped lightly - it was just like how he had planned out for his best friend's birthday. The make-shift boat, the flag, the plunder... he chuckled when he realized even the parrot was there. Of course, the weather conditions had worn out everything just a little... but that made the atmosphere all the more perfect. "Happy birthday, Mitsuki," Boruto and Sarada both said, scooting a little closer to him. ... From that point, he had no idea how he came here. He was crouching behind a bolder, and he had the unsettling feeling that he was hiding from something... or someone. And one thing he knew without a doubt was that he was alone... all alone... A cold, terrifying cloud of uncertainty settled around his heart, making it thud loudly. "Come out come out wherever you are...!" he heard a voice just then, which made him cower in spite of himself. "Fucking snake brat... Takeru the cat will find you and fucking eat you alive, I swear on it!" The proximity, the animosity of the voice... Mitsuki knew he probably should start running away, or think of a way to fight back... but he was frozen on the spot, trying to fight the urge to cover his ears... A sudden, very bright light flashed, like that of a lightning... ... Sarada wasn't sure just why she woke up with a start, but she imagined it had been a few hours since they fell asleep, side by side, the quilt covering them. The sky had a purplish tint to the blackness, indicating that it was the early morning hours. She half raised herself on one of her elbows to see what might have woken her up. The first thing she noticed was that Mitsuki seemed restless. He was shivering, and there was sweat gathering on his forehead, while his expression was also distressed, even in sleep. The girl couldn't be sure whether she should wake him up or not... if he was having a nightmare, maybe this was the best course of action. But when she raised her hand to gently shake him awake... another hand clamped on her wrist. Boruto was also awake. As their eyes met, Sarada understood the blond's point of view clearly. He didn't want to wake Mitsuki up. It wouldn't exactly chase away the nightmares for long... Coming to a non-verbal agreement, the Uzumaki and the Uchiha just scooted closer to their friend, wrapping their arms around him, hoping that this would create some sort of comfort... ... The boy had run out of places to hide... they were approaching, he knew it. He wasn't going to make it out of here alive... The two men that were following him, on blond and the other brunet, were standing only a couple of feet away from him, both leering from ear to ear. The blond raised his hand and the lightning bolt appeared in it, making the blue haired boy flinch , trying to make himself a smaller target... But then, something he never would've expected happened. Suddenly, he wasn't alone. Like some sort of miracle, his best friends appeared right beside him, taking attack stances. "Don't worry Mitsuki, we fight beside you now." Boruto said, determination raw in his voice. "Shannaro!" Sarada exclaimed, her sharingan activated as she took out several shurikens. Another flash, and Konohamaru-sensei was there too. "No one messes with my students when I'm around!" he hissed through gritted teeth as he glared at the two assailants. And one by one, other people from Konoha and his home back in the hideout appeared... Log... Hinata-san... Karin... Izumi-san... and many, so many more... It was like all of his loved ones, the people who loved and cared about him, came here to his aid when it mattered the most... His attackers began backing away, panic apparent in their eyes and movements... Lord Seventh appeared just then, taking a protective stance beside him. "Protect Mitsuki at all costs!" his voice rang out clearly. The boy felt a lump forming in his throat with his words and presence... But the best was yet to come. He had just enough time to blink once... ...and then his father was standing directly in front of him, shielding him from view, tall, fierce and powerful... The scene was completed... With everyone there, ready to stand their ground with him... the boy no longer felt alone... ... The rising sun shone on the sleeping forms of Team Konohamaru, gently illuminating their peaceful expressions.

Forte’s Fan Character Flashback Friday - #11
Name: Kaede Hatake Series: Naruto Background: So, this is probably the last Flashback Friday; turns out I'm kinda out of fan characters to really bring back - at least those that I really remember or have images of. But I will be ending this series off with a bang, I guess, cause today we're going to talk about one of my favorite fan characters who has way more development than a fan character really needs, but hey, I enjoy it and it's fun.
Anyway, I've posted stuff for this character before, but have a lot more I can share and have been kind of holding back for this post.
This is Kaede, my long-lived Naruto fan character. As cliche as it is, she supposed to Kakashi's adopted daughter, who of course, also happened to repress her memories of her actual family and birthplace and thanks to the Third Hokage's permission and whatnot, was able to just more or less seamlessly mesh into living in the Hidden Leaf village.
She was created right after I really got into the series, which was back around 2007, which correlates with one of the earlier images I have of her on my dA. You can see that one here, actually: https://www.deviantart.com/forte-girl7/art/Hatake-Kaede-69525304
Fun side note for that, I had done that image all on the free program GIMP and with a mouse and I'm still amazed at my younger self for having the patience to do all the things I used to do with just a mouse. I've been spoiled by my tablet, haha.
Anyway, one reason why I've been so attached to this character is because, like Rey a while ago, I used to RP with this character on a Naruto RP forum. However, this forum was much more active and the person who RPed as Kakashi was super into the idea and we really ran with the different scenarios we could put the two in. I'm actually still friends with that person and we talk about it from time to time and after the forum itself had gone under, still wrote fanfiction things together, just for funsies.
There's another reason why I got attached to the character and it's kind of a weird, personal, psychological reason, but could really be applied to a lot of my fan characters. As you may have noticed over the course of this series, a lot of my fan characters are either a character's daughter or younger sister. I never did the love interest thing; it wasn't and still isn't a thing that I was into. Not sure why, really, but not my thing.
The gravitation to having characters with older brothers or I suppose "idealized" father figures, however, I can totally explain. The brother thing is simple: I've always wanted an older brother, but as the eldest of the family, that was never going to be a thing. So, I guess I tried to find some kind of surrogate relationship with my fan characters. The same can be said with the father thing, too, but I do still have my dad around and while he isn't the worst dad, I guess he could have always been better. I don't want to paint my dad in a bad light, but he's always been a bit overbearing and had a lot of expectations for me that he pushed so much, I'm sure it didn't help with how my mental state's progressed through the years. Really, it's still a thing I deal with to this day and the more I think about it, the more I understand my younger self's need for "better" father figures to attach myself to.
Kaede was definitely one of those characters, and with someone like my old RP friend fanning the flames, it was hard not to get attached to a source of escapism that I really craved and needed at the time. That and having a set up like that and also have a friend who funnily enough cosplayed as Kakashi at one point saying "she should be canon", well, that's how you make a 14/15 year old's day, haha.
Anyway, I do have a lot of older art for this character (plus a lot of newer stuff), that I'll put next. I'll try and put them in chronological order, starting with some of the older stuff I have.

She's had a few different outfits over the years, though I do have a lot more stuff of her in more random outfits not really connected to her "actual" design. You can tell I was going through that "young weeaboo" phase looking at them, cause there are some of her as kitsune, some of her and Kakashi transformed into dogs, lots of them with bad fashion sense, and even here, she used to have a giant, paper fan as a weapon, cause "they have those in anime". And yes, I know, Temari has a giant fan, but her's is actually like.. a bamboo folding one, while the one here is obviously just a silly paper one that again, you would see in anime as a gag item.
Also, a few notes about some of her outfit inspirations: her earliest outfit looked way too much like Sasuke's, which I wanted to stray away from, but was hard considering I insisted on keeping her color palette the blue/tan mix.
One reason for wanting to stray from that is because of Kaede's odd stance when it comes to Sasuke. Personally, he's not my favorite, but Kaede herself is at odds with him, because of Kakashi's focus on training Sasuke in the earlier part of the series, mainly because of their mutual connection that is the Sharingan. Kaede has a slight inferiority complex when it comes to this relationship and is a major source for her lack of self confidence in her abilities.
Also, one of the later designs is an obvious rip-off of Kakashi's outfit from the Gaiden storyline (the bit where he actually gets his Sharingan). I liked elements from it, but again, would go on to tweak it so it wasn't just stealing from another character. Of course, if you look at the designs (and naming conventions) for a lot of the characters that are related... well, sometimes it seems like they didn't try much harder, hahaha.
And as another note, the reason why some of these images have the dA watermark on it was because I got these from my storage on there and they had those enabled. For the next few, which aren't in storage, I'll just link to the actual dA posts. These are still fairly old at this point, cause I haven't posted a lot of the newer stuff on there or anywhere yet, cause I've been... just going crazy on making new stuff and not posting it.

https://www.deviantart.com/forte-girl7/art/Naruto-Kaede-326539607
Those two are from 2009 and 2012, while the ones earlier were posted in 2007ish. Also, the age progression there is pretty similar to the current one, though in the most recent, her older outfit reflects the changes to the general Konoha shinobi found in Boruto.
Now, this is just all visual development for the character. When I say a lot, I mean, a lot, cause there's also a written development to go with this. Granted, a lot of it is more recent, but that's because of me being weird.
Some of the posts there on dA do have the startings of a character profile, but they always say "I'll post most later" or "I'm still working on her profile" or whatever and that never came to light. That's mainly because, as I've mentioned before, I'm oddly pick about how plausible my characters may be in the canon universe. Kaede is no exception and may be the one that really sparked how particular I am about it.
I've been meaning for the longest of times to actually write a fanfiction that more or less adds Kaede to the story, though through research/rethinking, I would now add events not directly connected to the manga/anime, which would be needed either way, cause it's not like I was gonna shove her in the background of every actual scene from Naruto's story. However, because Naruto was still ongoing when I got into the series, I decided to bide my time and wait until it ended and how things unfolded.
While now that it's ended, that means I can comb through everything and actually make sure everything's covered, but it was quite an thing to tough through, considering some of the things that happened in the later chapters of the manga. I don't want to spoil anything for anyone really, but the series is pretty old now at this point and into their next series anyway, and some of the stuff that they pull off and hope you accept in the end game of Naruto is a bit much and trust me, you do not want to get me started on THAT topic, hahaha.
Anyway, now I'll be sharing some of the stuff I've been working on the last bit of time to actually maybe see that long-form fanfiction come to fruition. Please note that a lot of them are still a work in progress, but they have come a long ways since those earlier profile/backstory promises. It turns out that sitting down and combing through stuff, even after the fact, is a lot of work and very time consuming, because again, there's a lot of baloney that Naruto really hopes you'd be fine with, when sometimes they themselves don't stay the most consistent, especially when it comes to their actual time line.
I'm trying really hard not to go on a rant here... so let's move on the links and I'll explain them one by one if needed.
Profile Here's Kaede's current overall profile. It includes the general things on a profile sheet, like name, appearance, personality, backstory, and the likes. This also covers the same parameters for Kaede through the year, because I want to be thorough cause I'm weird like that. I also have little skill charts that use the same ranking system found in the Naruto Character Guidebooks, because I guess I like to waste time, hahaha. The backstory part of this is also kind of serving as a rough draft/abridged version for certain story events I'd like to write out, so sorry if they read... weird.
Relationships This document goes into more detail of Kaede's relationships to other characters. Kakashi's isn't full filled out yet, though it should probably be one of the longest ones, but I've been focusing on other characters, mainly her extended family, that I've been adding to bolster her backstory. There are line breaks between certain groups of characters, and the order after Kakashi should be Kaede's actual parents, her extended family (mainly a lot of her mother's relatives), Kaede's teammate and sensei, Naruto and the others of Team 7/Kakashi, and then other characters from the show.
Supporting Profiles Now, because I'm making up a whole gang of extra characters for my silly little OC, that means they also need profiles for a bit more fleshing out of their own, so that's this document, cause I just don't know how to stop myself sometimes. These again follow an order in their appearance, going from her biological parents to extended family, then teammates, followed up by teammates/colleagues of her biological father.
Technique/Skill List Pretty self explanatory. There are technically two versions of this list, where the other is really just a list. This one is the spreadsheet that covers other parameters of the various techniques/skills/jutsu/whatever and where I keep other notes.
Timeline This one is pretty much the biggest pain the neck for me, because again, it's taking time to cross reference the canon timelines that sometimes muddle themselves up anyway and can be annoying, yet amusing to read. This timeline focuses mainly on characters directly involved with Kaede, such as her extended family/what have you, so it's not the same in-depth one that I've been using on the Naruto wiki. Again, I'm trying to put her into the story, but that doesn't mean she's present and/or relevant to everything, cause she wouldn't be, hahaha, though there are some events present that are only there as kind of reminders for what's taking place in the main storyline.
As seen in the supporting profiles doc, all the characters I've come up with have designs, too, or are in the process of getting them and I've posted sketches and finished versions of them on my Patreon, cause those are also still a work in progress. I want to say I'll post them when they're done, but with me, who knows when that'll be, so I'll just some of them here now:
Supporting Character Drawings
Anyway, I think I'm gonna wrap this one up, cause I've blabbed for long enough. I know not a lot was actually covered Kaede-wise here, but that's because a lot of it would just be repeats of the stuff covered in the way-too-many-documents-for-a-fan-character up there.
Also, like I said, this is probably the last Fan Character Flashback Friday, so I want to thank you all for taking this journey with me to the past to revisit some rather fond memories and fun designs.

Naruto Shinden - Chapter 2
This isn't a translation, it is just the impressions I had when trying to read the second chapter of the novel that I bought (I didn't ask a translator to translate the novel). Some parts may be wrong. Read at your own risk. Let's go:

Boruto x Milfs lemons (boruto x sakura, boruto x ino, boruto x temari) by lolilemongirl
Anime » Naruto Rated: M, English, Romance & Adventure, Sakura H., Ino Y., Temari, Boruto U., Words: 7k+, Favs: 170, Follows: 147, Published: Dec 11, 2020 Updated: Jan 30, 2021
32Chapter 1: 1- Aunt Sakura's treatment
Okay, so i'm starting off by saying i DO NOT own Naruto or anything else in this story,
i mean, its obvious, but a lot of authors do it, so...
This is my first lemon i'm writing, so please bear with me.
this is a lemon and may be offensive to certain people due to some fetishes characters have.
only go forward if you are more than 18 years old! okay, so lets begin...
Boruto's vacations had just begun, he was so exited about this!
But there was one problem... there was something wrong with his cock, it had erected hours ago, but it wasn't calming down no matter what he tried.
He couldn't go in front of his friends like that! His friends would be outside by 10 in the morning and it was 9 in the present.
he pushed his cock between his own thighs to hide it and slowly walked outside his door, making sure he didn't look like he was doing something fishy...his mom had the byakugan after all!
"Well, i'm off for playing, mom!" He shouted as he waved. Hinata waved back, smiling.
As soon as he was at a safe distance from Hinata, he ran as fast as he could to the leaf hospital. He raced up with difficulty because of his cock swinging around, up the staircase to the third floor of the first building.
he glanced at all the nameplates of the doors he passed quickly and halted when he arrived at the name he wanted to see: Sakura Haruno, the best medical ninja of the present era, and also the person he loved secretly.
He knocked on the door once, he knocked on the door.
"shit," he whispered, he hadn't thought about the fact he it's not right to talk about this to Her. She would feel weird.
He turned around and got ready to run back, but the door opened and a beautiful woman with shiny pink hair, captivating green eyes and a hell of a body appeared at the door.
"Oh, Boruto!"She said, her widened eyes slowly calmed and beautiful lips formed a smile, "what happened? Sarada causing any trouble?"
Boruto, who was lost in her eyes, quickly responded, "Uhh... No!"
Sakura raised an eyebrow, "Then why are you here? are you sick?"
Boruto looked down for a while and thought, 'Aunt Sakura is trustworthy, i can tell her this stuff, even if she cant help me, she wont tell mom or dad...'
"Ummm..." he hesitated.
"Hmm? What is it?"
"This might be a little awkward, but it's a holiday for all the other medics and you're the best medical ninja that exists, and-"
"Get to the point already!" She interrupted, she was starting to get irritated, he was cute, and she subconsiously adored him, but was this a prank she was playing?
"Oh! Okay.." He said, "I've had this erection for a few hours now, and i don't know how to bring it to normal"
Sakura blushed slightly at the word 'erection'
She didn't want to be looking at her friends' son's cock, but it was her duty to help a fellow konohagakure ninja.
"Alright, let's have a look"
...
Boruto had sat on the bed in the hospital room and sakura was getting her gloves ready, in case a surgery was needed.
She walked up to Boruto and said, "Okay, now remove your trousers, we'll have a look at this"
Boruto's face reddened, "C-can you close the door?"
"but there's nobody h-"
"please?"
Sakura sighed and walked to the door and closed it. Boruto then placed his hands on his belt and removed it, he slowly opened his pant to show a bulge in that was hidden in his baggy pants. Sakura was shocked at the size of the bulge on his pants
"My underwear...? can i keep them on...?" he asked
"How am i supposed to check it with something covering it?" she said, blushing.
She didn't think it'd be this embarassing! Boruto pulled open his underwear to reveal a 9 inch cock standing straight up.
Sakura felt slightly turned on, it had been at least 11 years since she last had it with sasuke. 'this is my friends' son', she reminded herself.
She walked up to Boruto, looked at his cock, she slowly raised her head and looked at Boruto. When their eyes met, they both looked away. She looked down at his cock and examined it further.
"It's nothing serious" she said.
"R-Really?"
"Yep, its just that your orgasm is stuck inside because you've never actually orgasmed even though it built up there a lot... Don't you masturbate?"
"N-No..." he said, blushing harder, "mom has the byakugan..."
"Oh, yeah..."
"i don't know if we can do anything, but-"
Sakura looked beautiful that day, Boruto couldn't help but stare at her with awe.
"The medical facility is protected form byakugan users," Sakura said, "You could do it over here"
Boruto blushed, "C-Can you help?"
'This is a favour im doing for a fellow konoha ninja.' Sakura thought. But deep down she knew she had feelings for boruto.
FINALLY, THE LEMON BEGINS...
she held his cock, "let's get started, shall we?"
Boruto turned red and nodded slightly.
She lowered herself and positioned herself, she licked up his shaft, he moaned softly. She slowly licked his thick cock upwards, he gripped the side of the bed as his cock twitched.
Sakura opened her mouth and put Boruto's cock into it, she slowly pushed the large member into her mouth, inch by inch, till it was half inside her throat, it barely fit inside, Sakura was gagging. she slowly bobbed her head up and down licking violently as she went, both of them started moaning.
"It feels...too good." Boruto said.
'His cock is so big, i can barely breathe,' Sakura thought, 'Ohh, man, his precum is tasty'
Boruto gaped at the beautiful sight, a beautiful woman was so close to him, licking him, her aroma reached him. her hair fell down and covered her eyes, she slowly pulled it behind her ears as she moved her head, licking his cock. She looked up at him and smiled seductively.
"Aaaahh, i think something is coming" Boruto said as his cock twiched violently and out shot out a white liquid and emptied into sakura's mouth.
Sakura's mouth was puffed up, this was way more cum than Sasuke ever made! Sakura swallowed it, she got up and combed her hair behind her ears and licked the sticky cum that drooped out of her mouth
"Mmh, so tasty." Sakura said, forgetting about the fact she was only helping him masturbate.
Boruto smiled back, but now sakura's face was shocked. His cock was the same size.
"Oh my" she sighed.
Boruto got up from his bed and jumped on Sakura and pushed her to the next bed in the room.
"What the heck are you doing?!" She shouted, turning red.
"Please, can i have sex with you?" he violently kissed her and twirled his arms around her. She broke the kiss and pushed his head away from her's.
"Boruto, you know we can't" She said, "I'm your mom's best frien-"
"Please, Aunt Sakura" Boruto pleaded, "I want you to be my first"
Sakura looked at the face of her young nephew
"Only if you keep this a secret" She blushed as she accepted his proposal.
"I promise" he said, "I won't do anything that can put you in trouble, Aunt Sakura."
"Don't call me that when we're alone! You can call me anything you want to" she smiled at him seductively.
"Even Optimus Prime?" he interjected and winked at her.
she made a cute angry face while smiling, "Aargh, you're gonna be punished so bad!"
She pulled him into a kiss, nibbling on his upper lip while he did the same.
Boruto slid his arms around her and she did the same. Boruto's dick grew more than what they were and were pressing into sakura's leg
she slowly licked his teeth with her tongue and he opened his mouth for her. their tongues clashed as they intertwined and swirled around until they had to stop to catch their breath.
The room was filled with the moaning of the two, they wrestled and moved around the bed as they went on.
Sakura pulled back.
"What happened?" boruto asked.
"I'm going to get this show started ."
She reached to the end of her shirt and pulled it open, Boruto stared at her D-cup breasts in her bra as they jiggled in the force she pulled her shirt open with.
'they're huge!' boruto thought.
she unclipped her bra and it revealed her bare breasts.
"You want to play with them?" she said.
"Can i?" he asked to make sure
"Yes Boru" she said, smiling. boruto reached out and held her soft breasts and squeezed them, boruto gaped at how soft they were, he had never even had a pillow this soft!
"They're beautiful!" Boruto said, sakura turned red and grinned.
Sakura moaned when he groped her, she pulled his head close and he licked her nipple multiple times, slowly he started sucking them with force, she moaned loudly.
good thing the room was sound-proof!
She pushed boruto up a bit, he was practically sleeping on her. He got up from the bed, Sakura lied down comfortably on the bed.
She pulled down her pants and slowly, her panties as well. In a few moments, she was completely naked. Boruto gaped at her beautiful body.
she put her fingers around her moist opening that dripped, "Go ahead, insert it."
Boruto got on the bed, he looked at sakura and she nodded aprovingly
Boruto grabbed his still enormous cock and inserted it in sakura's pussy, Sakura's pussy tightened as it stretched with the size of his member. Sakura let out a small scream.
"This- this feels better than your mouth!" he screamed.
Boruto's heart was beating so fast he could even hear it.
"Boruto, it's so big!"
Sakura moaned as he slowly pushed the cock inside, after a while, Sakura could feel it pressing her womb.
"Okay, start, honey" she said smiling seductively as she struggled and caught her breath.
Boruto held her hips and started pushing as hard as he could, moans filled the air as they moved with force.
Boruto kissed Sakura violently and their tongues interacted, moving with the same speed.
"I love you, Boruto!" she said as she moaned violently.
"I love you too, Sakura!"
He licked her nipples and sucked on them, sakura gripped the bed and held boruto's head as he sucked her nipples. She started moaning louder as they went.
"I- Boruto, i'm cumming!" she screamed.
"Me too!" He screamed, removing his mouth from her nipples.
The splurting noises of their semen was overclouded by their loud moan.
They both struggled to catch their breath. they looked at each other and smiled. Sakura wiped the semen leaking from her pussy and licked it.
"Here, let me clear that for you" she reached up to his now smaller member and sucked it slowly. He was getting aroused and his member grew again.
"Aargh" he let out one last moan and emptied his cum into sakura's stomach.
...
They put on the clothes and started to clean up the cum they spilt on the bed and changed the bedsheet, they rearranged the beds which they moved during the intense movement of the two.
"You're so beautiful Saku" Boruto said as they rested after their cleaning up. "Thank you, boru, you're handsome as well" They both blushed.
Their eyes met and they kissed one last time.
It was 11 o clock by the time they were finished kissing and boruto had to figure out an excuse for being late.
Sakura kissed him goodbye.
"Can i come over later?" he asked.
Sakura looked at boruto seductively and suggested, "You can come over whenever you like."
They kissed one last time.
"I love you so much." Boruto said.
"I love you the same, baby" Sakura smiled.
Boruto and Sakura were going to have a secret relationship, and they decided to meet each other every day from that day
Okay, guys i hoped you liked this one.
This was just an intro, so it might not be as good as the upcoming chapters, just saying.
i'm also new at lemon writing, so my work will get better as you go
I will be making more chapters with borusaku and other pairings with boruto, you guys can suggest which milfs to pair him with, they can be younger also, it's your choice.
Please leave a review if you enjoyed.
Until next time, Bye-bye! ;3
2: 2- Sexy stay-over at Aunt Saku's
Hey guys! I'm back!
This one is also going to be a boruto x sakura in the next one, more milfs are coming, so get ready!
again, this contains smut, so if you're less than 18, go away, blah blah blah..
okay, i'll start now.
It had been over a week since boruto and sakura had their "bonding session", Boruto and Sakura, who was his parents' best friend, had a secret relationship that they couldn't diclose.
They had a huge age gap, but they loved each other deeply and missed each other.
Luck had hit Boruto, The hyuga had several meetings and Hinata had to go there.
His friends shikadai and inojin were training their ino-shika-cho formation, and couldn't play that day, so Hinata needed someone to babysit boruto. Hinata asked Sakura whether she could do it, and Sakura agreed. little did she know sakura was actually going to sit on her baby!
Hinata asked Boruto if he was fine with it, and he played it cool and responded with
"That's fine, i guess."
Hinata and Boruto walked to Sakura's home, Hinata told boruto that sakura had board games at home, and he could play board games with her and sarada.
'shit' Boruto thought, he didnt think sarada would be home, she was a nuisance, and he wont be able to bang sakura if she was home.
Hinata went on by telling him she would be there to pick him up at 6 pm, and that Sakura cooks well, so he can be assured he would like it. Boruto kept nodding as they walked. All the fun was spoilt because of sarada.
Hinata knocked on the door.
The door opened and the beautiful figure of Sakura came out.
"Oh, hey guys!" She said, glancing at boruto and hinata.
"Hi, Sakura" Hinata said, "I'll drop him off now"
"Sure."
"Where's sarada?" Hinata asked, looking around.
"Oh, she's off with her dad for training." Sakura said, Boruto smiled slightly, but tried to hide it.
"Ohh"
"Don't worry, he'll be in my care" Sakura smiled, Hinata smiled and nodded aprovingly.
"Okay, Boru, don't give Aunty Sakura too much trouble, okay?"
"I'll try" Boruto joked.
Hinata giggled and waved at the two as she walked back to the uzumaki residence.
Sakura motioned Boruto inside.
Boruto started to talk, but then Sakura whispered, "Let Hinata go a safe distance, she can read your mouth"
Boruto nodded as he sat on the sofa, Sakura got a board game, she felt the byakugan chakra enter the house, she walked to the sofa slowly and placed the board game on the coffee table near the sofa.
Sakura felt the byakugan chakra dissapear, it was safe now.
LEMON START
She removed her shirt and threw it away. Boruto smiled and also unbuckled his belt and slid his pants bown, and jumped on sakura, pushing her on the sofa.
"I missed you, Darling!" Sakura shouted.
"Me too!" he said, He licked her neck and groped her breasts. She moaned and held his head and connected their lips, she held his butt and lifted him up.
she got up, holding boruto in her arms as she hugged him as he did too
Boruto's boxers tore with the length of his dick and made its way between her huge boobs.
Boruto slid his tongue into Sakura's mouth and their saliva mixed.
Sakura moved Boruto's body up and down, his dick was sliding in between her soft boobs, and it was getting squeezed by them.
"Ungh, this is too good!" Boruto shouted as precum dripped out from his cock, "Your boobs are so soft, Saku!"
Sakura walked through the room to the bedroom. They broke the kiss to catch their breath.
Sakura jumped onto the bed, holding boruto. the movement made boruto's dick twitch and move around violently.
Sakura quickly got up and put the dick in her mouth with difficulty. Cum shot out and entered sakura's mouth, and leaked out of her mouth slightly.
she licked it up and turned to place her butt to boruto's head's direction. Her boobs were at his thighs and her head was licking his cock.
"Can you do tongue-work?"
"I'll try, Saku"
He held sakura's huge ass (That was Boruto's favorite body part of sakura) and squeezed it and pulled it towards his face.
he slid his tongue into her moist hole and smiled at the beautiful moan let out by his lover. her wet pussy was so tasty! he moved his tongue into the opening and out, he violently moved it around as she moaned and bobbed her head at his dick.
"Urgh" Boruto said as he came into Sakura's stomach.
Sakura came as well and boruto had to let it spill on the pillows.
Boruto's dick had barely shrunk since the beginning.
Sakura got up, her body moved in a beautiful movement and she turned around yet again and sat in a frog like position, she held boruto's dick and got up, and sat on it.
Boruto moaned loudly. "It feels so good!" He shouted. Sakura moaned loudly as boruto came inside her.
Her pussy had adjusted to his dick size since their last time
Sakura smiled as she started bouncing on boruto, his dick inside her. She moaned just as much as Boruto. Sakura stopped for a while. she was tired.
"I'll show you something." Boruto said as he passed chakra through his dick, it grew and grew, Sakura moaned in pain as it stretched her.
It soon stopped growing and Sakura screamed, "Are you trying to kill me?!"
Sakura felt a burst of energy as boruto's chakra passed into her.
"Not bad, Darling." she said, catching her breath, she couldn't move, the dick was too big for her.
"In this mode, i have unlimited cum and you'll have energy until i run out of chakra"
Boruto said, smiling at her, "and im an uzumaki, ya know"
Sakura smiled seductively, she was full of energy now. "Do you want to doggy style me now?" She asked, getting up and moaning as the 11 inch member came out of her.
boruto got up and smiled at Sakura. "I love you so much, Aunt Sakura" He said.
"I love you too, boru" She said.
"I wish i could marry you." he said, sighing, "But you're married to sasuke"
Sakura sighed, she loved him way more than she did sasuke, sasuke was cold to her and barely allowed her to touch him.
"Me too, Boru baby" she kissed him on his forehead.
"Let's do this" He said.
"Right" she confirmed.
she turned around and bent down, Boruto sat on his knees and positioned his member to fit into her vagina.
"you ready?"
"I was born ready" she said, smiling at him. Boruto focused his chakra to his dick and made it grow into a 11 inch long thick penis.
he pressed it into her opening and slowly put it inside. Sakura screamed and moaned as he slowly pushed it inside. She huffed and puffed as she caught her breath.
"You okay?" Boruto asked.
"I'll be fine when i get used to it"
Boruto started moving his member inside and out her opening as she moved and screamed, soon her screaming stopped, only her moaning and his were heard in the room, along with the creaking of the bed beneath them.
"When you run out of chakra, i can use my byakugo seal to give us energy" Sakura said, her moans made it almost impossible to hear her.
"Okay." Boruto said as he kept moving swiftly into her.
"I'm cumming, Saku!" He screamed.
"I'm almost there too!"
they screamed as Boruto's chakra infused cum squirted out, it filled sakura's belly and a lot of it bursted out from the meeting point of the two. The bed was full of their cum.
They huffed and met their eyes, they quickly held each other heads and kissed. Boruto stopped his chakra flow and his dick became limp.
Sakura lied down and boruto slept next to her.
They almost fell asleep but sakura's eyes caught the clock.
"Shit!" it's 12 already!" she screamed, waking boruto up, "Sasuke and Sara will be home soon!"
Boruto got up quickly and so did sakura.
"We need to change the sheets and spray some perfume around."
Boruto took out the sheets, sakura sprayed the perfume around and threw some new sheets to boruto. he spread them across the bed and straightened them out. they rearranged the lamp they felled and they were done. They smiled at each other.
"Quickly, i'll use the shower, you use the tub!" Sakura panicked as she guided Boruto to the top floor bathroom.
It was locked.
"Shit, we might need to use the bathroom downstairs." She said, gritting her teeth.
Suddenly, they heard a knock on the window, it was Sasuke's eagle.
"Oh shit, are they coming early?" Sakura said as a drop of sweat dripped down her face.
She opened the window and the eagle dropped the letter into the house and flew away. Sakura opened it.
"Dear sakura," She read out, her frown turned into a grin, "we'll be late for about an hour, so you guys eat, me and sarada will eat outside and resume our training. Yours lovingly, Sasuke"
Sakura looked at boruto and said, "We can take our bath later, then" She said, licking her lips.
"I'll cook our food now." She said.
Boruto nodded.
They put on their clothes and moved to the kitchen. Boruto sat down on a stool nearby and Sakura put on her apron, which turned boruto on, making his penis erect once more. She started cutting the vegetables, but she was tired and it was very slow.
"Can i help, babe?" Boruto asked, getting up.
Sakura turned around, her pink hair swinging, Boruto got turned on by the sight.
"Yes, you can" She said.
boruto walked next to her and said, "What do i do?"
"You just need to provide the energy, honey" She said, grinning at him, the cutting table is high enough to hide our activities from the window.
LEMON STARTS AGAIN
Boruto smiled cunningly, he unbuckled his belt and threw his pants best down and slid down sakura's pants.
His penis enlargened and he said, "I'm going to use a different method since we can't be seen doing it."
"Okay, darling" Sakura said.
boruto inserted his member inside her opening, they both moaned loudly.
Boruto's penis elongated slowly, 11 inches, 12 inches 13 inches. Sakura opened her mouth with delight, her drool dropped into the vegetables she cut.
"This is the new way?" She asked, "It's awesome!"
Boruto grinned, he shrunk his penis and then grew it, he maintained a fast rhythm, and sakura cut the vegetables in the same speed, while moaning as she went.
Boruto held her hips and increased the speed, sakura kept moaning.
"Boruto, i'm cumming!"
"What?" boruto said, "Wait up!"
Sakura moaned as she came. Boruto sighed and continued to fuck her. This went on for a while, until boruto said,
"I'm cumming, Sakuraaa!"
"Me too, Borutooo!"
Sakura's belly was too full of cum, she couldn't take any more.
Boruto felt drained of chakra as well.
By the time, lunch was ready. Boruto set the table and they had a romantic dinner they kissed once or twice during the meal. they were in love, and it was more than just their bodies.
They played board games for about an hour after they ate, then sakura remembered something.
"We have to bathe, boruto" She said, "we reek of orgasm"
"R- right" He said.
"This might be uncomfortable for you" She said, frowning.
Sakura led him to the bathroom. It was clean and beautiful, but there was one problem-
it had just one bathtub. But that wasn't a problem to the two of them.
"Are you kidding, this is great!"
...
when the water filled, Boruto laid down on sakura, his back was squished her boobs and his hip was surrounded by her arms. His head was next to her's, their cheeks touched slightly. Sakura landed a kiss on his cheek.
he turned around and kissed her lips.
"Some day, i'm going to take you with me"
Sakura smiled at him.
"I hope you do" she said.
"Oh- i almost forgot..." She told.
"What is it, Saku?"
"Ino found out about US" Sakura said.
"What the-?" Boruto shouted.
"No no don't worry," Sakura said assuringly, "She won't let out a thing"
Boruto sighed in relief.
"I wanted to tell you," sakura continued, "You should have sex with her too, she'll love it."
Boruto looked shocked.
"I think she was aroused by knowing i fucked you too."
Ino was one of his mom's other friends, she was just as beautiful as sakura, maybe prettier.
Just the thought of a naked Ino aroused Boruto. His cock enlargened and slid into Sakura's pussy.
Sakura moaned as it entered her.
She looked at boruto and asked, "So...will you do it?"
"N-no!" Boruto said, "That'll be cheating on you."
Sakura blushed at his loyalty.
"No, no, i'm fine if it's my friends" she said, "I trust them, and besides, we can have sex together sometime"
Boruto blushed harder when he imagined sakura and ino kissing.
"O-okay, i'll do it"
"There's one condition, Boruto." Sakura said
"What is it?" he asked.
"You have to give me just as much time as you give her."
Sakura made her cute serious face and boruto giggled.
"Babe, you're my queen, nobody can take your place." he reassured
Sakura blushed.
"Can we fuck one last time?" she asked.
"But we're in the bathtub-"
"Please fuck me, Boruto." Sakura said, seductively as she pulled the drain.
Boruto's already erected penis grew more, it slid into sakura once again, Boruto sat in the tub, and sakura sat on him.
She laid her hands on his shoulders and he placed his on her ass.
Sakura started bouncing on Boruto. He gripped her boobs and started to suck on them. Moaning once again filled the air
Boruto infused chakra into his dick and it grew to 14 inches tall. Sakura screamed at first but eventually got used to it.
Boruto pulled her into a kiss and tworled his tongue around her's while she continued bouncing on him with full force.
"Sakuraaaa!"
"Borutooo!"
They climaxed once again but this time, the cum inside didn't droop out, it stayed inside, luckily.
Suddenly the doorbell rang
"Shit" sakura said, as she got up from Boruto's dick and qickly put on her pants. Boruto got up as well and slid his clothes on, they ran to the door, Boruto helped put on Sakura's shirt as she opened the door.
Hinata was standing there.
"Oh, were you guys playing?" Hinata said, smiling, "The meeting got over early today, so i thought i'd relieve you of boruto."
Hinata was happy to see boruto get along with her friend.
"Ohh, i see." Sakura said. "Well, he's in your care now." She smiled at Boruto, he walked over to hinata.
"We'll be off then." Hinata said, waving at Sakura. she turned around and boruto waved at sakura.
Sakura winked at boruto and mouthed 'i love you'
boruto mouthed, 'i love you too'
Boruto could think of nothing but sakura that day.

3: 3- A steamy massage with Aunt Ino
Hey it's me again!
I'm back with a new lemon!
Boruto's going to bang a new milf today!
As always, if you're less than 18 years, blah blah blah...
Is anyone actually reading this?
If you are less than 18 and you were actually listening, you wouldn't be here, in chapter 3, so i guess not.
Okay, i'll start.
Sakura was to resume her duty as a medic ninja in konohagakure as her holidays were over. Boruto was bummed.
They had been in love for about two weeks and had sex thrice. His mom dropped him off at his friend Inojin's house because she had a hyuga clan meeting to attend. Boruto was happy to go to his friend's house, but it wasn't nearly as fun as playing with his lover Sakura.
He knocked on the door half heartedly. Maybe he could go to the hospital and see if Sakura could spare some time!
The door opened and the beautifully crafted body of Inojin's mother Ino appeared. her midriff showing from her purple clothing. Her face was as pretty as his lover Sakura and her beautiful blonde hair which covered one of her eyes was tied to a ponytail, her blue eye shone with the sunlight.
"Hi Boruto!" she waved.
"Hey..." the slightly turned on Boruto replied. "My mom has a hyuga meeting, so she told me i could play with Inojin..."
"Oh..." Ino said, "Inojin isn't home, he and his father went for a trip to kirigakure to 'explore their culture' or something." she said, mockingly
She smiled beautifully as she giggled, she was also someone Boruto loved, her personality might be fiery once in a while but to loved ones, she is caring.
"Oh..." Boruto said, "I guess i can go to shikadai's..."
"They aren't home either, no worries." she smiled at him, her peicing gaze erected his penis a bit, but his baggy pants didn't show it. "You can stay over here. I'm going for a massage, you can come too."
He nodded and stepped inside, Ino picked up her handbag and walked next to Boruto. Her sweet smell of lavender filled his nostrils. He wanted to try and fuck her even more now. 'No no no, i shouldn't do this, it'll be cheating on Sakur- wait... she told me she was fine with me doing things with Aunt Ino, so this should be okay...'
Ino picked her phone and dialed numbers while Boruto sat on the sofa. Boruto couldn't take his eyes off Ino's breasts, they were bigger than Sakura's!
"What do you mean you're out of service today?!" Ino shouted, "I booked this, I-"
"Okay, fine!" Ino shouted as she slammed the phone down on the sofa.
"They're not in work today!" Ino said angrilly to Boruto as she stomped across the room, her boobs jiggled as she walked with force, drool filled Boruto's mouth.
"I can massage you" Boruto said, without thinking twice.
He couldn't stop himself, he was getting attracted to her even though he tried not to, and her midriff wasn't helping. The look of her smooth skin made him want to touch it more.
"Oh my god, Boruto, you're such a darling" Ino said, her angry face turning calm.
She must've probably really wanted that massage. Boruto blushed.
Boruto had recently unlocked a new eye ability, he though it was the byakugan, but his friends thought otherwise. He knew the byakugan could sense things and see through walls, and he could too, so he was more than sure he had the byakugan. He scanned the house and saw the oil kept in the kitchen, he walked there and got it.
He picked the bottle and walked to the living room couch, where he witnessed something beautiful.
The perfectly carved figure of Ino slept there, barely dressed. She wore just the usual massage outfit, undergarments, but thinner and smaller. Boruto looked at how she slept, her cheeks pressed against the sofa and her butt facing upwards.
"What are you looking at?" Ino asked, curiously.
"N-Nothing..."
Her butt was smaller than Sakura's, but her boobs were on a higher league, so Boruto didn't need to notice the butt. He got on the sofa and placed his knees on either side of her.
"You ready?" Boruto asked.
"Y-yeah..." Ino said, she had just realised what this looked like.
She had subconsious feelings for Boruto, he was perfect for her, but his age was too small. But then she heard from Sakura that they got together and had sex. The slightly turned on Ino shook a little as her pussy wettened. But she held the thought back, Boruto probably wouldn't want an old lady asking him for sex, and she didn't want to like him, even though she knew deep inside she did.
Boruto began pressing on her back, Ino groaned in satisfaction, he was good! Boruto's cock twitched at her stimulating groan as it grew and slightly touched Ino's butt. He hoped she didnt notice and continued. But then he felt it, it was wet. Was she aroused by him?
A cunning smile spread on his face as he started massaging downwards from her back, he squeezed her butt as she squealed and bent down and slid his tongue into her pussy, pushing the underwear to the side. Her sweet juices filled his mouth.
"Stop it! What the fuck are you doing?!" Ino shouted, but she didn't move. She was in too much pleasure to move.
"St...Stop..."
Boruto's tonguework continued as Ino moaned in pleasure, while trying to make herself pull back. He pulled out and layed on her back. He moved his mouth to her ear.
"Still want me to stop...?" He whispered. Ino smirked as she slammed Boruto to the sofa, sitting on top of him.
"You asked for it, kiddo." she said.
LEMON START
Boruto grabbed Ino's boobs and pulled her towards him, torridly kissing her lips as she slid her tongue and mixed their saliva. Ino didn't care about cheating on Sai at this point, Boruto was far better. Ino's tiny bra tore with the force he pulled her with and her nipples popped forward. He licked them as Ino moaned loudly.
Boruto's who was wearing only boxers, felt his dick tear the boxers open as it swung forward, slapping Ino's bottom. Ino's mind was going crazy, she looked at Boruto's huge cock as she reached her hand to hold it. Boruto smirked as she knelt and put his huge member in her mouth. Boruto moaned as she licked and moved the dick inside her mouth.
Her hot breath made his cock feel too good, precum sprayed into Ino's mouth and now she didn't care if she got pregnant, she wanted the dick inside her.
"Do me, Boruto." she pleaded. she laid back on the sofa armrests and she put her fingers around her moist opening.
"You're such a slut aren't you, Aunty Ino?"
"Yes, my baby."
Boruto shoved inside her moist opening as Ino moaned loud. He focused chakra and it grew to 12 inches. Ino's interior stretched and stretched as the cock pressed against her womb and the whole thing wouldn't fit.
"You're a monster, i love it!" Ino had changed completely, from the mature housewife to the slutty psycho lady he now laid on. He loved both her counterparts.
He slammed against her wall as she half-screamed, half-moaned. Moaning was in the air and slapping noises of Ino's and Boruto's groin were louder than ever. They kissed each other noisilly and kept their motion constant. The already tight pussy of Ino tightened further as Boruto moaned and spurted his cum into her.
Boruto made his thrusts even stronger, while torridly kissing her and playing with her boobs. Ino was in too much pleasure and she didn't want it to ever stop. Boruto stopped for a a breath, though it was a small one. Before she could take a moment to catch her breath, Boruto fucked her with full force, he held her thighs and pushed her legs up, making it easier to access her pussy.
His chakra flowed inside her, their chakras combined and they were now full of energy, Ino smiled seductively at Boruto, she gripped the coffee table with her left hand tightly. moans filled the room and the table started shaking with full force.
She tore her bra open and revealed her D cup breasts. Boruto suddenly sucked them, Ino moaned louder in pleasure.
"Yess...suck them boruto!" she screamed as she held boruto's head. She moaned as Boruto banged her while sucking her boobs with full force.
"Boruto, the sofa will break if we do it this hard." She said, looking concerned at the table. Boruto hugged her and rolled down the table onto the floor, Ino nibbled his lip and cuddled him. Ino nailed him to the ground and jumped on his dick. Boruto squeaked, she was heavy!
Ino moaned when his cock entered her with force. Her pussy tightened and made Boruto's dick squashed. it grew a few more inches, 14 inches, 15 inches...
"Ungh" he grunted with pleasure as she moaned loudly.
Ino jumped on him, his dick hips felt like they needed to get away from Ino's hard bounces, but his pleasure kept him there. Boruto couldn't do anything at this point, but it felt too good, his dick was now deeper than ever!
Ino opened her ponytail and her hair flew down. Her hair flew in all directions and now she looked too beautiful for boruto, she looked like an angel.
"I love you, Aunt Ino!"
"I love you, Borutoo!" they came once again as Boruto sat up and kissed her.e.
Boruto pulled her and sat behind her on his knees, he held her boobs and twirled his finger around her nipples. Ino moaned loudly.
"Doggy style..." Ino moaned.
Boruto started thrusting with full force, his energy slowly wavered, and their chakra was almost over, but he kept thrusting, Ino's moans were the only thing that powered him now, he licked Ino's nipples as she looked up with her tongue out, her saliva drooled and she looked absolutely sexy.
Boruto thrusted one last time and came, his cum splurted all over the place as Ino's womb was long since full. The couple fell in exhaustion on the floor. Boruto got up and laid on Ino, he kissed her as she did back, they breathed hardly and looked at each others' eyes. They were both covered in sweat.
"I love you so much Boruto..." Ino told him.
"Me too..."
"Will you always be my sex partner?" Ino asked, hopefully. Boruto smiled at her and hugged her.
"Yes, but I will need to give my other baby some time too." Ino knew he was talking about- Sakura.
She smiled and nodded. "We should have a threesome someti-"
DING DONG
The doorbell rang. Ino's face solemned. Boruto pulled Ino and ran as he made a doppelhanger that turned into Ino, who walked to the door and opened it.
Boruto had pulled Ino behind the sofa and hugged her close to him, his dick sliding in between her boobs unintentionally.
"Hello, Ino." Sai said as he stepped inside the house, obviously, he greeted the fake ino, Boruto's doppelhanger.
"Oh, hi boruto." He said to his other doppelhanger he made just that time.
The regular doppelhanger said, "Hey uncle Sai! Hey Inojin!"
The Ino doppelhanger said "Hi you both, did you have fun?"
Sai nodded, "Yes, we did. Kirigakure is a great place you know?"
"Okay, you both can get washed up." The Ino doppelhanger said.
"Alright, you go first, Inojin." Sai said, gesturing Inojin. He walked across the room after nodding and got ready for the bath. Sai sat down on the sofa. "What's that smell...?"
Boruto, who was sitting on Ino's belly while hugging her, was shocked. They forgot to condition the room!
"Shit..." Ino whispered.
Boruto's doppelhanger quickly covered up by saying he spilt some spoilt milk. The oblivious Sai thought that made sense and took his sketchbook and began drawing.
Sai couldn't see them as they were behind the sofa, but if he did, they would get in trouble, so Boruto's disguised doppelhanger guided Sai to another room.
Boruto was aroused so much by the fact his dick was inside Ino's boobs.
Boruto started moving his body up and down.
"What the frick are you doing?" Ino whispered as Boruto kept shoving it through her boobs.
"I know you want this as much as I do, babe." Boruto whispered back, "Don't worry i got this" Boruto's Ino doppelhanger started chatting with sai, talking a little loudly.
Ino smiled seductively at Boruto, and started licking Boruto's dick while massaging it using her boobs. Ino's massive boobs jiggled a lot with the speed she was shaking it with, Boruto's precum dripped out and Ino drooled on his dick, her boobs now getting smoother and easier to squeeze.
Boruto pulled his dick from the boobs and inserted it once more in her moist pussy, Ino moaned loudly when he did. He licked her boobs and sucked them.
Suddenly Boruto's dick began spurting cum and Ino put her mouth there and swallowed it all,
Ino and Boruto, who was dripping cum from his dick, just realised they had to replace their doppelhangers, before they vanished!
They ran to the bathroom where they put their clothes, luckilly nobody saw those. They put them on and Boruto called back the doppelhanger that disguised itself as Boruto.
He made the Ino doppelhanger tell an excuse to Sai and ran back, as Boruto called it back and the real Ino ran back to Sai.
There were a few hours of awkward conversations with Boruto and the family, where Boruto and Ino tried not to look into each other's eyes and make it seem like they were up to something. Occasionally Ino would pull him towards her and kiss him using her tongue, and sometimes Boruto would grope her.
Towards the night time, Hinata called Boruto to come home. He waved at Ino and her family as he stepped ut of the door.
"Meet me tomorrow" A seductive voice in Boruto's head told, it was Ino. Boruto smirkd as he ran towards Hinata, who was returning from the meeting. He felt something for Ino that was so strong it rivaled his feelings for Sakura.
He was going to fuck Ino again, and next time, it would be even better.

A Little Faith
Hey guys! Sorry that this is late...life gets in the way sometimes and things have been rough. Hopefully I can get the next update soon.
Chapter 1 , Chapter 2 , Chapter 3, Chapter 4
My stomach hurts from laughing and there’s a slight haze in the room. We barely made it through the first half of the movie before the boys decided to start playing games. Cho-Cho, Hima and I are left sitting on the couches watching them be idiots. Boruto and Inojin are currently trying to complete a game of pool without losing interest. My eyes turn back to Himawari who seems to be keeping a close eye on Inojin.
“You know Hima, a picture lasts longer.” I snicker before taking another sip of my drink, a tingling feeling goes down my throat and my lips turn in a scowl. Drinking has never been I forte but tonight I decided to join in on the fun. Mama is probably going to scold me once she smells it, oh well. A blush spreads on her face before she narrows her eyes at me.
“I could say the same Sara! The way you look at my brother is too cute.” I cringe at the childish nickname, it’s been so long since someone’s called me that. My hand waves in front of my face and I can’t help but feel flustered by her statement. Ever since Monday I’ve been a little more flustered talking about Boruto. He hasn’t said those three words since then. Does he regret saying it? My eyes meet Hima’s again and I can see a fire and curiosity burning in those blue orbs. She’s definitely grown more bold and confident in college.
Cho-Cho jumps beside me and so does Hima. They both lean in close, my facial expression has given me away to these two. Sighing I take another gulp of my drink trying to wash away whatever evidence of my embarrassment is there.
“So what’s going on with you and Boruto? You two seem more drawn to each other than normal.” Cho-Cho questions as she leans even closer to me. She’s always been a hopeless romantic, always watching everyone around her and noticing things the normal person wouldn’t. Truth be told I haven’t noticed a change between us physically.
“Yeah, big brother couldn’t keep his eyes off of you during the movie. Even now he can’t.” The tips of my ears feel red hot and I have to keep myself from turning around. Maybe I should tell them? I haven’t talked to anyone about it. Sighing I relax into the couch and stare into the red cup I’m holding.
“There’s something. Just keep your voices down when I tell you.” I whisper so the boys behind us don’t over hear. We’ve tried to be like my parents when it comes to personal stuff.
“Did you two, ya know?” Cho-Cho wiggles her brows at me and instantly my face is red. Of course she would take it that far.
“What? No! That’s gross Cho-Cho. Boruto….he told me he loves me.” The last two words come out as a whisper, almost too low for their ears to hear. Hima’s arms are wrapped tightly around me and Cho-Cho does the same.
“About time! Sometimes I feel like Big Brother is just a big idiot.” That makes two of us Hima. Smiling I wiggle free from their hold and turn all attention back to the youngest one here.
“Since I told you that, what’s going on with you and Inojin?” Now it’s my turn to wiggle my brows and question her. It’s obvious that she has a crush on him, she has for a long time now. Blue eyes look back towards the group of loudmouths and then back to us, a huge smile spread on her face.
“He’s been coming to see me on the weekends. Oh and we went on a date a few weeks ago.” Her thumbs pick at the edge of her shorts and the look in her eyes makes my body warm. It’s the same look I see when Mama talks about Papa and when Uncle Naruto talks about Aunt Hinata. Inojin has always been protective of Himawari. Whenever she was having a rough day he would make sure to try and cheer her up. It makes sense that they’d be great together.
“Just don’t tell Big Brother. I don’t want to tell them until it’s an official thing.”
“No worries Himawari! Your secret is safe with us.” Cho-Cho grins widely at her before we’re all pulled up from the couch. Boruto’s cheeks are slightly red from either drinking or yelling, not sure which one. His arm wraps around my waist and pulls me over to the pool table. Instead of being forced to play, Boruto is holding onto me tightly as the others team up for a game. Normally I would be uncomfortable with this type of affection but these are our closest friend so it’s fine. His chin rests on the top of my head and we both watch the others begin their game.
“What were you three talking about?” His hushed voice only reaches my ears and I simply shrug my shoulders as a response. Inojin and Himawari are trying their best to not make things obvious but the more I watch them the more I see their real connection. My phone vibrates in my pocket and I fish it out from between us, pinching the blonde’s side before the device comes to eye level.
‘Mitsuki- I should be there soon. Date night ran over.’
“Who’s he dating?” And here I thought they were best friends.
“Remember our class rep senior year?”
“Really? Sumire? Never thought that would happen.” I can understand what he means though. Back in our Freshman year she thought Boruto was the coolest guy in class and wanted to get closer to him. After watching him closer and realizing that Boruto can be an immature prankster she changed her mind. That’s when Mitsuki stepped in, their personalities mesh well together.
“That’s because you liked the attention she gave you.”
Before he could argue Shikadai throws down his stick in defeat, that was quick.
“How do you two always beat us?” Cho-Cho whines before plopping down on the floor.
“Because Inojin knows all of your moves.” I try to keep the words a whisper but it seems that they don’t like very much as eyes lock on to me. Waving my hands in front of my face as a defense I blush crimson red and try to hide. A few laughs came from them before the walk over to the main event.
“Let’s have a tournament!” Boruto shouts before I’m unwrapped from his arms. A slight huff of annoyance comes out as the others set up a chart, knowing well enough that I won’t play. Honestly it’s too easy of a game for me. It’s a pattern that repeats itself over and over again. Too boring and predictable for me.
The door clicks open and in walks in Mitsuki with a huge grin on his face. Walking over to him I point at the others.
“You’ll end up playing.”
“I know. You’ve never been one for that game. Is Mrs. Sakura home?”
“No. My parents went out for the night.”
“Well then let’s have some fun.” He smiles widely and instantly joins the party. I lean over on the pool table watching the closely as my hand rubs against the soft felt. My phone vibrates again and I look down confused by the message.
‘Unknown- Watch your back.’
My brows furrow and my stomach twists from the threat. It could be just a harmless prank by one of my other friends or just bored teenagers. Maybe I should show this to Uncle Itachi on Monday. Swiping the screen so it disappears all of my attention is focused on the green felt. The feeling in my stomach doesn’t fade and I can feel my chest tighten. Monday morning I’m going straight to my uncle and figuring out what’s going on, I can’t tell my parents because they have enough on their plate.
Taking the cue ball in my hand, I push it slightly towards the pocket. With a soft clank it tips over the edge. My eyes lock onto to the backs of the people precious to me. Hopefully this text was an empty threat and nothing more because if it’s not then I will have to protect all of them too. Cho-Cho comes up to me waving a cup underneath my nose, the strong scent of alcohol causes me to snarl. This must be mine since she’s already drinking from another, there’s no point in denying the drink. The strong mixture burns as it runs down my throat but with each drink the worries disappear into the back of my mind and eventually it is gone.
My cheeks burn and Cho-Cho gives me a wide, bright smile. A flashback of when we were younger and carefree comes to the front of my mind and I instinctively wrap my arms around her neck. Throughout my childhood she was there if I ever needed her and vice versa.
“Okay, okay. Geez you’re an affectionate drunk.” She groans in my ear but doesn’t push me away. The laughter of our friends breaks me from our hold and I move over to the group with a slight skip in my step. Boruto is standing behind the dance pads and I wrap my arms around his waist, letting my cheek rest on his back. The scent of fresh rain and grass makes its way to my nose and my body relaxes even more into his. A chuckle vibrates through him making my head move away so he can spin in my arms. Crystal blue eyes stare straight at me, a flush covering his cheeks as well. It seems that Cho-Cho has made everyone one of her signature drinks. Even in my intoxicated state I can’t help but stare at him like I did earlier in my room. One of the many things that I love about him is his eyes, they always seem to calm me when it’s been a rough day. They carry a shine to them that makes your while body relax from one look. It’s like staring into a crystal clear lake, all of your worries get washed away for just a moment.
Someone clears their throat breaking my concentration, my eyes meet with Hima’s and instantly I feel my face turn red hot. Looks like our moment has been broken as my arms drop. My legs are carrying me on their own and without thinking I find myself on the dance pad beside Inojin. Our eyes meet and the signature Uchiha smirk plasters on my face.
“You sure you want to play?” His voice is cocky but I just shrug my shoulders.
“Sarada you can do this!” Hima and Cho-Cho cheers from behind us as the screen starts the song. My eyes watch the pattern form and everything else moves on its own. A wide smile spreads on my face as I let my feet do the work and my brain takes a break from over thinking. The cheers of my friends don’t even register until the song is over, the winner sign flashing over my name.
“No way! I thought you hated this game?” Shikadai yells as I’m stepping down, one round was more than enough for me.
“It’s too easy of a game honestly.” My hands reach for my cup again knowing that my female best friend has refilled all of them. Two more take the game over and I close my eyes to catch my break. Honestly who invented a video game where you actually have to exercise in order to play? Only my friends would mix that with strong alcohol. Reopening my eyes, I let my breathing even out before the room is filled with laughter. Our ears don’t even register the door open as Boruto and Hima are dancing.
“Sarada!” The cup almost falls from my hands, bright green eyes clash against mine but I can see that there’s no anger in them. My mother’s cheeks are bright red as well, even my father has a slight pink tint to his cheeks. It seems date night was a success! Mama pulls me into a death grip causing us to almost tumble into the floor. Her eyes glance up to see the siblings playing on the pads.
“Sasuke-kun! I wanna play!!” The childish side of my mother begin to break through. Papa’s head shakes for a moment before a huge sigh escapes his lips, we all know that there’s no way he can tell her no. As they finished their song, my parents make their way over to the pads and I wrap around Boruto again.
For a moment the façade that my father puts on breaks away and he smiles over at my mother as they play. Their eyes meet during some of the game and a few laughs are shared between them. This is a side that not many get to see, I’ve only seen it a few times myself. All of my friends are in awe for the moment knowing that the song is coming to an end. The winner sign flashed over Mama’s name and she squealed in victory. A yawn escapes my mouth before a cough follows behind it, at least the others are still focused on my parents. Looking at the screen of my phone with blurry eyes I notice that it’s past midnight, my bed is calling my name. Mama walks over to me again and wraps an arm around me, her lips close to my ear.
“Everyone stays the night.” Her face backs away and those pink brows wiggle just a little from her words. My cheeks instantly burn as I realize what she’s insinuating. Papa looks at us both closely before ushering my mother from the room. There are times when my mother can be completely childish but responsible at the same time.
“Mama said that everyone needs to stay the night.”
“Sleep over at the Uchiha’s! It’s been forever.” Cho-Cho shouts as she runs down the hallway to the spare rooms. The boys follow closely behind her except for Boruto. Him and Himawari seem to be having a deep conversation by the looks on their faces. Almost mirroring the face I had earlier on the couch. I don’t know whether to walk over to their conversation or leave them be. My body starts to move on its own out of the door and begin the semi long walk towards my bedroom, but as soon as I’m through the threshold a warm hand rests on my wrist. Without looking I know it’s my guy holding onto me. I lead the way to the safety of my room, not caring what my father will think tomorrow. All I want is to curl under the warmth of my blanket with Boruto.
So that’s what I do. I quickly duck into the closet to strip off my clothing and replace it with a simple pair of shorts and t-shirt. When I come back I see Boruto has taken off most of clothing and lays in the bed waiting for me. Tucking myself against him, I feel his heart hammering against my back. Whatever they talked about must’ve been important since he’s still thinking about it. His words from earlier ring in my mind.
“What were you two talking about?” A smirk forms on my sleepy face. His head shakes no just like I did earlier. Huffing I turn in his arms and place a small kiss on the center of his chest.
“Later Sarada. You need to sleep.” Circles are lazily drawn on my back in a soothing rhythm. We’ve only ever shared a bed together twice before this and each time we never touched like this. Too afraid that our parents would catch us and be angry, but honestly I don’t care anymore. Taking in another deep breath I feel his hold on me tighten before my eyes close firmly.
Just as the darkness takes me under I feel a pair of warm lips pressed against my forehead. Warmth spreads through my whole body, each muscle relaxes and I lean closer into his chest. My nose is almost smashed completely flat but not to where it’s uncomfortable.
“Good night Sarada.” His voice is soft and before long a small snore fills my ears. Smiling I just nod and let my exhaustion take over.
I just want to thank @kairi-chan for helping me stay motivated. You truly are amazing! Here soon my ask box will be empty as well 😊

Punishment
His eyes were heavy and his head pounded harshly. His armsand legs felt extremely hard to move. When he finally regained his senses,Boruto was having a hard time believing it. It wasn’t every day that he wastied to a chair with ropes, and that too with no ordinary ropes. These werelatest developed chakra absorption ropes.
What the hell?
Suddenly, it hits him.
Sarada!
Dammit! He should have seen this coming. She won’t bebehaving cute and offering him her favourite caramel machiatto …and like that? His face burned pink.
What the hell did shethink she was doing?!
Even remembering it made his face turn frighteningly redder!
He wanted to scream and slap himself to forget thatparticular expression on her face, but bad for him, he could not, thanks to histied arms. He struggled to get out of his restraints but to no avail.
There was a soft tap on the door and Sarada entered but shecompletely ignored his presence.
“Oi Sarada! Why the hell am I tied up in your office?”
Silence followed.
“Sarada, answer me!”
She swivelled her head, and her expression was serious.
“Fine, you wanna know?”
She grabbed his chair and turned him around so that he wasfacing the Hokage Mountain. The mountain was covered in red graffiti withinsults.
“What do you think you’re doing? Did you forget thatseventeen years old boys aren’t supposed do this?! And you seriously did thaton a week before the annual Shinobi Alliance Kage meeting? What were you eventhinking?” She scolded.
“Come on! I haven’t done anything like this in a while. I canbe forgiven this time, right? My old man hasn’t come home for almost a month ortwo. You know, I’m always away on a mission and barely get time to meet him ifhe’s not at home. I just wanted to remind him that I exist you know?” heretaliated.
Sarada breathed out a long sigh.
“I was not supposed to tell you this but since currently I’mthe Hokage’s apprentice, and the conduction of this meeting falls under mysupervision, I will not have any shortcomings going around. Lord Seventh isplanning to take a few days off after this meeting which he specificallyaligned to coincide with your break from the duties.”
He found his eyes widening, “Really?!”
She smirked, “Well, not ‘really’ after the stunt youpulled.”
He groaned.
“And as for the punishment for your deed, I’ll be keepingyou here in the office till all the stuff related to the Kage meeting is over.”She laughed at the look of horror on his face.
“Are you kidding me?! That will take two weeks! You can’tkeep me here for two weeks!”
He looked at him with fire in her eyes. “I can and I will. And you called this fate upon yourself. I have got nothing to do with it.”
“Hey! What if I want to see Mom and Hima! And what if I’mhungry!”
“That’s not a problem. I can call Hima-chan and Auntie togive you a visit here and as for you being hungry, I can feed you myself.”
Boruto scoffed, “Just like how you offered me your coffee? No thanks.”
Suddenly Sarada turned pink.
Something clicked in Boruto’s head.
Wait…did she actuallyattempt to use her womanly charms on me…? WHAT THE HELL!
Boruto felt like he’d faint from the realisation when therewas some movement behind him and the ropes were loosened. He immediately jumpedoff the chair, still astonished by his discovery and turned to look at herproperly.
She still had pink cheeks and her gaze was all over theplace except him. She raised her hand and placed it on his chest and pushedlightly.
“Go home Boruto. And don’t cause more trouble, please.”
He nodded and left.
…
It was almost two weeks later, the Kage meeting went withoutany hitch and finally when Sarada dressed herself formally to give a farewellto all the present delegates, it was then when one of her subordinates burstinto the room.
“MAAM! He did it again!”
Sarada looked startled and then she immediately ran to thenearest window and peeked out. The ambience of the room suddenly turned darkerand suffocating and the temperature dropped down a few degrees. Her glassesglinted, and a demonic aura covered her.
Chocho who had been inside Sarada’s office for a while now, stuffing the potato chips and helping her to put up on the cape, commentednonchalantly.
“Sarada, your evil presence is showing.”
