I was so frustrated when I first saw it.  But now I’m just that ‘white dude shaking his head, closing his eyes’ meme while thinking ‘oh no what is you doin’. I don’t even have words. 

Why does whoever makes these decisions think that whenever they introduce a dynamic new female character they need to pair her with some dude? 

They did it with Kendra and Amaya with such mix results. What makes them think third time will be a charm? I would rather get to know about her outside of a romance that will inevitably have something that’ll make Ray really sad and that’ll get the focus.

And why is the most obvious Ray? Jax is an intelligent engineer who works on a time ship. Sara is a world weary assassin finding hope again. If they MUST do a romantic pair, either of those would be interesting. I am super into seeing more of Ray's arc in regards to legacy being touched on but do we need romance for it?

there’s a trend with legends that it’s like. usually a couple will have to pose as Married for a mission (aka hawkatom in ‘night of the hawk’ and steelvixen in ‘turncoat’) so if nate n zari don’t have to pretend to be married in ‘egg macguffin’ then phil you’re a disappointment to us all

Canon-Verse, Tag zu Arrow-Episode 4.18. „Lost Canary“,  Darhkatom, Erw. von Steelhacker und Avalance, Crack, Sara ist in Star City, aber das ist okay. Nun ja, mehr oder weniger.

 6. „Buck und Garima“

 A/B/O-Verse. Spielt während des One-Shots „Like Magic“ aus der Sammlung „Road to Finale Crisis“. Vergangenes Mona/Konane, Backround: Atomwave und Vixensteel. Mona-Mick-Fic.  Mona findet heraus, dass Mick Rebecca Silver ist.

 7. „Der ewige Fußabtreter“

 Dark Universe, Tag zu Episode 4.13. „Egg MacGuffin“, Backround Darhkatom, Steelhacker, Avalance, Erwähnung und Implikation von diversen anderen Pairings,  Dark Fic, Niemand ist gerne der ewige Fußabtreter.

 10. „Zwei Alphas und ein Omega“

 A/B/O-Verse, Hawkatomcanary, Hawkatom, Hawkcanary, Atomcanary, Wenn zwei Alphas und zwei Omegas einen auf Lieb-Familie in den 1950ern machen, dann kann das früher oder später nur zu Problemen führen.

 11. „The Cool Kids“

 Dark Verse, während der Episode 4.15 „“Terms of Service“, Backround Avalance, vergangenes Vixensteel und Constangreen, Gary irrt sich, wenn er denkt, die Legends wären die coolen Kids.

 12. „Der Preis“

 Canon-Verse, während Episode 4.16 „Hey, World“, Steelhacker, SteelatomBroTP, Verlust hat die Legends seit ihrer Gründung begleitet, das bedeutet aber nicht, dass sie sich inzwischen daran gewöhnt oder damit abgefunden hätten.

 13. „Das ultimative Opfer“

 Dark-Verse, setzt „The Cool Kids“ fort, Spoiler die gesamte 4. Staffel, diverse Pairings, Dark Fic, Besessenheit, implizierter Dub Con, Sklaverei, Nate hat eine Entscheidung getroffen, die er nun schnell zu bereuen beginnt.

 14. „Ein Zeitalter ohne Helden“

 Dark-Verse, Abschluss des Dark Verses, Spoiler für die gesamte 4. Staffel sowie die 7. Staffel von „Arrow“ und die 5. Staffel von „Flash“, diverse Pairings, Dark Fic, Besessenheit, implizierter Dub Con, Sklaverei, mehrfacher Character Death, Timey-wimey, Machiavellismus, Das ultimative Opfer führt in diesem Verse zu etwas anderen Entwicklungen.

 15. „Sex and Sensiblity“

 Sense8-AU-Verse, Spoiler für die 4 Staffel, spielt während Episode 4.11. „Seance and Sensibility“, Darhkatom, LegendsOTP-7: Ray/Mick/Zari/Sara/Charlie/Nate/John,  Sex Pollen, Dub-Con, Gruppensex, Polygamie, Crack, Kamadevas Pulver breitet sich auf der Waverider aus, aber es läuft anders als erwartet. Oder: Warum ein Cluster nie zusammen Sexpollen ausgesetzt werden sollte.

 16. „Wieder gefunden“

 Kompass-Verse,  Atomwave –Fic mit Darhkatom, Mick/Garima, Vixensteel, Coldray, Dysfunktionale Beziehungen, Sich zum ersten Mal zu finden ist leicht, sich wieder zu finden ist um einiges schwerer.

 17. „Nadel nach Süden“

 Kompass-Verse, Fortsetzung von „Fegefeuer und Hölle“, John hatte sich immer nur gewünscht Astra retten zu können. John/Astra-Fic.

 18. „(Happy) Endings“

 Kompass-Verse, Finale der 4. Staffel im Kompass-Verse.  Atomwave, Vixensteel,  Manche Taten sind unverzeihlich, andere haben unvorhergesehene Konsequenzen.

 19. „Palimpset“

 Kompass-Verse, Fortsetzung von „(Happy) Endings“, die Legends nach dem Finale der 4. Staffel, diverse Pairings inklusive Atomwave, Vixensteel, Avalance, Steelhacker und platonisches Zamaya,  Timey-wimey,  Die Zeitlinie ändert sich, die Legends bleiben die Legends.

 20. „Ray Palmer goes to Hell“

 Canon-Verse, Spoiler für das Finale der 4. Staffel, Crack, Ray Palmer ist in der Hölle und dort trifft er auf einen alten Bekannten.

 21. „Das Leben der Legends“

 A/B/O-Verse, Atomwave, Avalance, Vixensteel, nach der 4. Staffel, Die Legends sind wieder alleine, aber niemals wirklich alleine.

the worst part of being a part of a superhero comic-based fandom are the ship names. especially since many characters tend to share the same monicker. (ie: sam wilson and steve rogers as cap and other examples.)

like what happens if i shipped dceu!carter hall with dceu!ryan choi? i cannot call them hawkatom/atomhawk without giving some connotation that it’s other characters with the same identities. when in truth, i’m referring to other specific characters.

i can list several ships that feature superheroes who share their monickers while passing it down to others. i mean i can rely on the character’s actual names (ie: sambucky) but hmm. . . this is just like. . . a problem in superhero comic-based fandoms, imo. especially if the character’s name might not mesh well as a ship name.

RAY PALMER & KATAR HOL in BLACKEST NIGHT

The Justice League has a celebration every year but it takes place in Ray Palmer's backyard, him and Carter are snuggling up by the barbecue as dozens of people converge on this small Ivy Town backyard. Every single member of the JLA is invited including Al and Todd and Ted and Booster.

Carter does not like Ted and Booster being invited but he's much too smitten with Ray to actually start a fight. Alan Scott has no such issues.

Incidentally, because the JLA is not just 7 people, and everyone invites their friends, somehow the JSA, the Infinitors, the (former) Global Guardians, and other teams who I am forgetting, also end up coming (Hank gets invited by Nate and not Todd though, I am breaking up the body of this post to specify this I WILL NOT-)

Also the entire Jordan family is there because I have decided, mostly because Helen needs to meet the Tornado Twins and Jai and Irey. Batman and the Batkids have not once attended this event, because Bruce thinks that it's stupid and risks everyone's secret identities.
