I hope it’s an easy procedure! I had a retina detachment lasered in july and it sucked but my vision was back to normal later that day so I’m crossing my fingers that yours will go just as smoothly!

Ohh really? That makes me feel better! I’ve got a macular hole, and when you google that you get all kinds of crazy ish about a surgery that then requires you to basically lie facedown 24/7 for 2 days up to 3 weeks which is LASKJFALFKJAFA. But from what I’ve gathered mine is in a place where they should just be able to laser it, so fingers crossed!! Thank you!!

It’s that time of the year and I never really do this, but this is the 10th year i’ve been on this hellsite, i think? i’m pretty sure yeah. And i’m not big on making emotional posts or anything cause I get embarrassed (idk i’m weird), but like i said i’ve spent a whole decade on here, so i thought i’d try to appreciate the people who made this decade more enjoyable, and the time i wasted on here worthwhile.

Ahhhh thank you, lovely! I was super lucky and escaped without any major injuries, but will definitely be in physical therapy for my back for a while. (And then most likely also just regular therapy since my brain’s been having a lot of trouble letting go of the whole mess, womp womp.)
