inspired by 'lost in the fire' by gesaffelstein, the weeknd
it was a friday night. slytherin party night. best fucking night of the month. the common room was crowded, everyone was there, including some students from other houses, and you were dancing with pansy in the improvised dance floor. both of you were sweaty and a bit drunk as you rubbed your bodies together to the rhythm of music, teasing and seducing each other.
meanwhile, a couple of hungry eyes watched you from afar; theo nott was sitting in one of the couches, glass of whisky in hand, as he analysed every movement you both made. theo had been trying to get in your pants for months now, but you kept rejecting him because you had been having some doubts about your sexuality since you started being friends with pansy and you realised that you liked her as more than friends. "i'm going through a phase" you had told him, but theo wasn't going to give up that easily; he was determined to fuck you.
seeing you dancing so provocatively with his best friend ignited something in him, so he finished the rest of his whisky in one gulp and stood up from the couch, deciding to approach you confidently.
"hey there, beautiful," he whispered in your ear, pressing his body to your back while you kept dancing with pansy.
you jumped slightly at theo's touch, surprised by his sudden appearance. you turned around slightly to face him, still holding onto pansy's waist as you said, "oh... hey, theo..." your voice was breathless, and you glanced over at pansy, who grinned back at you with a mischievous glint in her eyes.
theo and pansy were childhood friends, so she obviously knew about the guy's feelings for you. and she also knew that those feelings were reciprocated, even though you had never admitted it out loud. they both liked you and you liked them back, and she had no problem with sharing, so she pushed you against theo's body, sandwiching you between their bodies while she winked at her best friend.
you felt theo wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you closer to him, his free hand running through your hair. he leaned down to whisper in your ear, his hot breath sending shivers down your spine.
"you look incredible tonight," he said softly, before kissing your cheek gently.
he couldn't help but notice how well you and pansy complemented each other, the contrast between your personalities creating a perfect balance. and he wanted desperately to be part of that.
"dance with me," he asked you.
you hesitated, but nodded slowly, biting your lip nervously as you kept holding onto pansy's waist. you felt a thrill of excitement run through your body when you ground your ass against theo, moving sensually to the music. your eyes were fixed in pansy's green ones the whole time, feeling the heat emanating from their bodies as the three of you started dancing together.
the air became thick with desire in no time. pansy ran her fingers through your hair, pulling it back lightly to kiss your neck gently. at the same time. theo's hands roamed over your curves, feeling every contour of your body underneath your tight black dress. he could see the way your pupils dilated as you turned slightly to look at him, and he knew you were getting aroused. he pressed himself even closer to you, feeling the heat of your bodies melding into one.
"i wanna fuck you so bad," he whispered in your ear, pressing his hardening erection against your ass, "and so does pansy, you know?"
you blushed deeply at theo's words, feeling your heart rate increase as you tried to process what he was suggesting.
"you have us wrapped around your pretty little finger, love..." he kept talking, making your body flinch at his words.
"do i?" you inquired with faked innocence as you fluttered your eyelashes at him.
"oh you know damn well, baby."
you looked at pansy almost instantly when you heard her soft voice and you saw her smiling playfully back at you.
"so what are you gonna do about it?" you asked teasingly, looking between them with doe eyes full of curiosity and anticipation.
pansy reached out to stroke your cheek affectionately, before standing on her tiptoes to press a passionate kiss to your lips. you gasped in her mouth as you felt her lips against yours.
theo watched you both closely, his cock stirring in his pants as he imagined the three of you naked and tangled up between his bedsheets. he could hardly believe his luck; you were finally willing to have sex with him... adding pansy to the mix just made him harder.
"why don't we get out of here so we can make you feel good, love?" he suggested, his voice low and grave with need. "would you like that?" he asked you, placing some wet kisses on your neck as you kissed pansy.
you pulled away from her kiss reluctantly, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness coursing through your veins. you glanced at theo, biting your lip as you thought about what he was suggesting. you didn't want to make things awkward between them, since you knew they were such close friends, but at the same time you couldn't deny the thrill of being with both of them at the same time.
"yeah... i want that," you answered, your voice barely above a whisper as you stared deeply into his eyes.
"my dorm," theo replied simply, leading the way towards the boys dormitories without any further discussion.
when you arrived at his room, he unlocked the door quickly, pushing it open and gesturing for you and pansy to enter ahead of him. once inside, he closed the door behind him and locked it before turning back to the both of you, finding you already kissing again. "fucking hell," he muttered under his breath, watching closely as he started approaching you.
you felt theo's body pressing against your back as pansy devoured your mouth, slipping her playful tongue between your parted lips. his hands started roaming over your body and you moaned softly against pansy's lips, your own hands exploring her slim body while you pulled her closer to you.
after a few seconds you broke the kiss and turned to face theo, not wanting to make him feel left out; you grasped his neck and pulled him into a kiss too. he fucking moaned at the contact and the sound made you feel weak on the knees as you tangled your fingers in his soft wavy hair.
pansy started lifting your dress over your hips slowly, placing wet kisses on your shoulders and neck while her fingers caressed your thighs. when she exposed your black lace thong, she started toying with the hem of it teasingly, making your breath hitch.
theo pulled away from you reluctantly, gripping your dress to take it off completely. you stood almost fully naked and flushed in front of his hungry gaze, which wandered all over your bare form.
he grasped your jaw, lifting your head so that your eyes met his as he pressed against your body, muttering, "so fucking beautiful."
he captured your lips in another filthy kiss as pansy cupped your pussy over your soaked underwear, causing you to gasp in surprise.
"oh my god," you whined in between kisses.
you parted your legs to allow the brunette to touch you as she pleased.
"she's so wet," she said in a whisper that the both of you could perfectly hear and theo groaned.
"bed, now," he ordered, pulling away from you.
while you made your way towards his bed, you could hear the rustling of their clothing as it hit the floor. you sat on the edge of the mattress and pansy was the first one to approach you, already naked.
"You have a beautiful body, pans," you complimented her, opening your legs for her.
you saw her smiling as she positioned between your spread thighs, placing a little peck on your lips. you grabbed one of her breasts, toying with her perky little nipple until it hardened and she let out a soft moan, her eyes closing and head falling back.
pansy shifted slightly, intertwining your legs with hers so that your pussies were pressed against each other, and she ground against you, grasping at your hips to hold you close. you moaned softly, feeling a surge of pleasure shoot through your body as your cunts rubbed together through your underwear. immediately, your hips bucked against pansy's, wanting to create more friction between your clits.
"mmm... feels so good," you said breathlessly, getting wetter by the second.
your gaze drifted to theo, who was watching you both intently, his cock straining against his boxers as he listened to your breathy moans. you watched him approaching you, unable to hold back any longer. he kneeled on the bed next your body, taking his thick and long shaft out of his underwear; your eyes widened at his size.
"gonna be a good girl and suck me off, love?" he growled lowly, his voice rough with desire.
he brushed the tip of his cock against your lips, while pansy and you kept tribbing, and you nodded eagerly, opening your mouth and taking theo's cock in your mouth greedily.
you wrapped your hand around his base and squeezed him tightly, taking him as far as you could without gagging. then, you started bobbing your head up and down while you used your tongue to tease the sensitive head of his dick.
you looked up at him with a playful expression in your eyes and theo groaned at the sight, feeling his cock slide inside your warm, wet mouth. he ran his hand through your hair, pulling at it slightly to guide your movements.
"that's it, love," he whispered hoarsely, "such a good girl."
pansy moaned loudly at the sight, grasping hard at your thigh, and also praised you, "you look so pretty sucking theo's cock, baby."
theo glanced over at pansy, seeing her grinding slowly against your pussy, your panties damp with your combined juices. he couldn't help but think how incredibly erotic the scene was.
you hummed around theo's shaft, feeling a tingling in your core as pansy pulled your panties to the side and kept grinding against your bare pussy, her hand moving to caress your swollen clit.
"mmm... i want to see you come, baby," she whispered seductively, "i want to watch you cum for us."
theo groaned louder, feeling his own release approaching as he took in the sight of your soaked cunt pulsing with need; he was so close to cumming, but he managed to hold back.
your cheeks hollowed as you continued to suck theo's dick, despite your need to pull back and moan freely, feeling your climax building up inside of you. you kept sucking him until your breathing became so uneven that you felt like couldn't breathe with his dick on your mouth and you released it with a loud pop.
"so close... i'm gonna cum" you warned, your walls contracting around nothing.
theo leaned in to take one of your nipples in his mouth, sucking at it and making you moan. you looked up at pansy with a pleading expression in you eyes and she smiled, rubbing her thumb harder against your clit until your were coming.
"that's it, let it out, love," theo whispered with his mouth pressed to your breast, his fingers caressing the other one.
you came hard, letting out a loud drawn-out moan while you gasped for air, feeling your pussy spasm violently and your whole body trembling from pleasure. pansy came right after you with a loud cry, her back arching as you both tried to keep the movements of your hips to ride out your orgasms, finally, she collapsed onto your chest, her breathing ragged and her heart racing.
theo watched closely, his cock throbbing at the sight of two beautiful women writhing in pleasure beside him. he leaned in to press a kiss on your lips, you returned it lazily as you recovered from the aftershocks of your climax.
"gonna fuck you now," theo muttered between kisses, "you want that, pretty girl?"
"yeah." you nodded eagerly.
you reached for pansy's face, cupping her cheek to pull her into the kiss too, the feeling of both of their tongues and lips brushing against yours made you whimper. you couldn't help but smile, pulling back to watch them kissing while you caressed their faces; the sight only made you wetter.
it was theo who broke the contact after a few seconds, pupils dilated while he grabbed your hips and placed you higher on the bed, your head falling against the pillow. you spread your legs wider instinctively to make room for him as he positioned between them. his hands moved up your thighs, slowly caressing your skin, until he reached your thong and started pulling it down; you lifted your hips and closed your legs momentarily to allow him to take it off.
"such a pretty little pussy," he said, sliding the head of his cock between your slick folds.
you whimpered softly at the action and bit your lower lip, your hips buckled.
"you gonna eat pansy's cunt while i fuck you, yeah?" he commanded in a tender voice, still rubbing his tip against your puffy clit.
you couldn't form any coherent sentence, so you limited yourself to nod in agreement. then pansy approached you, placing a brief kiss on your lips before straddling your face. you grasped at her thighs, lowering her until she was sitting on your mouth and you sucked her pussy greedily, making her moan as your tongue lapped at her clit. you felt theo slipping one finger inside of you slowly and you hummed against pansy.
"so tight and wet for me, huh." his words made you tighter around his digit. "gonna fuck you so good, sweetheart."
he inserted another finger next to the first one to stretch you out, curling them to rub your g-spot. his actions had you moaning repeatedly as you practically made out with pansy's pussy.
"please," you begged, growing inpatient; you could feel your juices dripping onto his bedding.
the sound of your voice was muted by pansy's flesh, but he understood you perfectly and decided to comply. you felt him slowly pushing his cock inside your tight pussy, stretching you out until he was fully seated in your wetness; you heard him moaning loudly.
"god, your pussy is fucking heaven..." he groaned.
you whimpered against pansy's flesh and grasped hard at her thighs, licking a long stripe from her entrance down to her clit, capturing it between your lips to suck on it. she kept moaning and squirming and you knew she was close.
"doing such a good job eating pansy out, love," he muttered as he started thrusting into you, setting a slow pace at first. "gonna make her cum on your pretty face?"
you hummed in delight as you felt his cock hitting all the right spots, your hips bucking to try and match his rhythm.
"fuck yes!" you heard pansy moan while she ground her hips faster against your tongue, her legs started shaking underneath your touch.
you couldn't see anything since her body was blocking your view, but you could hear the sound of wet kisses and theo's skin slapping against yours as he quickened the rhythm.
pansy came with a series of moans while she rode your face, body trembling and head falling back. then, she collapsed onto the bed, panting heavily; her cheeks were flushed.
you looked up at theo, lips swollen and glistening with pansy's juices as you took in the sight that was thedore nott towering over your body while he fucked you. you wrapped your legs around his hips and he leaned in to press a passionate kiss to your lips, tangling his fingers in your hair.
"i've wanted this for so long..." he groaned in your mouth, breaking the kiss.
he left a trail of wet kisses down your jaw and towards your neck. your bodies were so close together that his pelvis rubbed your clit with each thrust, sending shivers down your spine. you grasped at his hair strands, forcing him back up to keep kissing him.
"fuck," you whimpered between kisses, "wish i've let you fuck me sooner."
he chuckled at your admission. "yeah?" he bit your lip teasingly, looking into your eyes with a playful gleam in his. "well, guess we'll have to make up for the lost time."
you nodded eagerly, moaning loudly when you felt pansy's hand slipping between your bodies to start toying with your swollen clit; for a moment, you had forgotten she was there too.
your orgasm started building up due to combination of the stimulation on your clit and his dick rubbing your g-spot.
"i'm gonna cum," you told him, your pussy clamping around him like a vice.
"go ahead, love," he encouraged you, "cum all over my cock."
he watched closely as your pussy engulfed his dick and the sight almost sent him over the edge, but he managed to hold back until you were coming around his cock with a loud cry, muscles tightening and legs shaking. the feeling of your tight cunt squeezing him was all it took for him to spill inside you, filling you with his cum as he let out the prettiest whimpers.
"fuck, theo." you panted out, falling limp onto the mattress.
he placed a series of kisses on your forehead and temple as you both came down from your highs.
"yeah, i know." he chuckled while he pulled out, laying down next to you.
the three of you laid there in silence for a few minutes, completely spent and satisfied, as you cuddled.
"hottest thing i've ever done," you whispered, your gaze wandering between them both, "we should make this a habit."
you heard them laughing affectionately at your comment... they couldn't help but agree with you, though.

Hot take that shouldn’t be a hot take:
my biggest pet peeve is when people tag something as a x reader but it’s actually an oc…..i got to the last chapter of a fic only for the description of the ‘reader’ to be of a white person.
then the author got nasty with me after i called her out about it but that’s whatever
it takes an extra 2 mins to have a generic description of a person rather then give the details of their appearance but some of y’all are just too lazy to do even that

Snowball Fight
It was another day at the burrow with the Weasley family.
"Fred Weasley!" Y/n yelped out as he threw a tightly packed snowball at her back. The cold seeped through the material of her jacket, making her lose her breath for a few seconds while shivering.
Y/n immediately grabbed two handfuls of snow before squishing them together to make a snowball while quietly whispering a jinx. A mischievous glint in her eye as she stared right at the redhead, "Oppugno."
Almost immediately, the magic made snowballs begin to launch themselves at Fred, who tried his best to dodge them but, fortunately, failed. After a few seconds passed, the snowballs finally stopped. When Fred peeked out from behind a tree, his hair and clothes were covered in snow particles.
Y/n doubled over, laughing hysterically as Fred just stood there with a stiff posture, a thin lipped expression held on his features as he waited patiently for her to finish her small laughing fit. The corner of his lips turned upwards in a small, admiration filled smile. A few long moments passed before she had finally regained her composure, looking at him with a wide smile.
"Are you done torturing me yet, love?" Fred questioned while taking a few steps towards her, shoving his hands in his pockets with a playful pout. Y/n bit the inside of her cheek as she reached out her hand, gently dusting off the snowflakes that covered his beanie. Fred had to lean down for her to properly reach the top of his head, his gaze never straying from her eyes.
Y/n faintly blushed from the close proximity of him before she quietly cleared her throat. Even after she finished dusting his beanie off, Fred continued to stay still, slowly inching towards her. Her heart beat slowly quickened in nervousness, her gaze flickering between his eyes before glancing down at his very inviting pink tinted lips.
"Watcha lookin' at?" Fred teased with a small smirk. Y/n went to take a step back, her foot landing in a small snow covered hole, making her trip. Fred's hands quickly shoot out to grasp her sides before pulling her towards him by her jacket pockets.
Y/n quietly huffed from the sudden action, her hands placing themselves on his biceps to keep some space between them.
"Would you look at that. I think I hear your mother calling for us." Y/n gushed nervously while gently pushing herself away from him before quickly making her way towards the cozy looking burrow while silently cursing at herself.
Fred stood there in a slight daze, his eyes following her as she walked away.
"You're gonna be the death of me." Fred mumbled to no one in particular while shaking his head, following after her. He subtly picked up speed to catch up to her side.

TANGERINE — hp, bt [ crossover ]
Part 1.
Tangerine and Lemon were offered a contract. Save the White Death's son and recover a silver briefcase with a ransom money in it and give it to the White Death. Bara-bing bara-boom, they get the ten mil. Sounds easy, innit?
note: I do not own Harry Potter nor Bullet train, this is made purely for entertainment purposes. English is also not my language so apologies for typos as well as wrong grammar.
warnings!!: violence, vulgar language, r-rated content, lethal weapons and gore.

"What the fu—do you mind?" Tangerine said in annoyance as the man passing by bumped into him while said man also bumped into the woman employee pushing a cart full of food and drinks.
"Fuckin' blind or something?" He continued before his eyes landed on a snack from the cart and subconsciously took it before he knew what he was doing. Making the dark skinned man in front of him roll his eyes at his antics.
"Oh Tangerineoh man stop it." Lemon said to his brother when he saw him stealing a small snack from the cart. Said brother looked at the snack in his hand frowning as if he was scolding his own hand for doing such a thing before putting it in one of his chest pockets inside his suit.
"Why did I do that? It's like I got fucking compulsion or something, I have to take it if I see it. " Tangerine said as he then fixed his suit. "Goldfish biscuits, I don't—i don't understand." He continues before fixing his composure along with his brother Lemon when the Japanese woman employee passed by them, greeting them.
"You alright, love?" Lemon asked the woman who only nodded with a lovely smile.
"Ye' fuckin' arsehole, am I right?" Tangerine said to the woman as well before exchanging blank looks with his brother when the woman left.
Tangerine's phone rang making him take it out of his chest pocket, smiling when he saw the caller's id. Clearing his throat, he then answered the call.
"Hello?"
"Hey, I'm about to board the train. In the second VIP car, so unfortunately it's the only thing available last minute." A woman's melodic voice spoke out of his phone's speaker making Tangerine relax in his seat. Oh, how he loved just hearing his wife's voice. Call him whipped but this is his wife we're talking about.
"That Poppet?" Lemon asked his brother when he noticed him smile making said brother nod.
"'s long as you're here, love. Sorry we had to tell you abruptly, I know you don't like being rushed but we also know you wouldn't want us to leave you behind." Tangerine said to his wife, he knew his wife didn't like the rush since it's going to be a hassle to get things done on such short notice. It's why he also likes to be early but this job was dangerous, more dangerous than the Bolivia job and he didn't want to put his wife in that kind of danger. But he also knew if he didn't tell her and also left her behind. He'll be sleeping outside for two weeks, and a happy wife means a happy life.
"It's fine, Hon'. I have to keep an eye on both of you before you do something stupid like in Johannesburg." The woman chuckled in the call making Tangerine groan at the mention of that place.
"It was one time, love. One fucking time!"
"Still doesn't excuse you for doing something stupid for the second time."
"Ye' but you know what I'll do for the second time today?" Tangerine lowered his voice in a husky manner making Lemon, who was in front of him frown in disgust.
"What?" His wife breathed out from the call making Tangerine sigh from the tone of her voice. Fuck, this woman is going to be the death of him.
"Why don't I come there and let you find out?"
Silence.
Suddenly Tangerine's phone got taken by his brother. Lemon who now has his phone out it on his ear and began to talk to the woman.
"Hey there, Dolly! Everything good on your side?"
"Oh Lemon! Yes, everything's good I just got back from stashing my luggage. Other than that everything's fine!" She said enthusiastically as Tangerine glared at his brother in annoyance who only silently chuckled at him smugly.
"Ye' well we got to go now. We'll watch the kid and the case over here, so don't worry 'bout it for now 'cuz it's safe." Lemon reassured his sister-in-law before bidding her goodbye and ending the call.
"You gotta stop talking with your dick, mate. We're on a mission." Lemon grumbled towards his brother who only rolled his eyes nonchalantly.
"Ye' well technically I'm talking using my mouth so it ain't my dick now, is it?"
"So why am I Lemon?" Lemon asked his brother who immediately responded.
"'cuz you're sour and nobody likes lemons."
"That's bullocks, mate. Everyone likes lemons. Lemonade, lemon drops—"
"—you got a sore throat?"
"Lemon meringue pie."
"When was the last time you ate a meringue pie?"
"Last week when Doll made it for me and lemons don't bleed." This made Tangerine snap his head towards his brother when he heard his wife's codename.
"You made my wife bake you a pie?"
"Then why are you Tangerine?"
"Because it's sophisticated, like me."
Lemon groaned out in annoyance. Tangerine was about to chuckle in amusement before his brows furrowed noticing something red on his brother's shirt.
"Oh, Lemon."
"Tangerine."
"You're bleeding, mate." Tangerine pointed out to Lemon who looked on himself before cursing when he did saw a couple of red spots on the right side of his shirt.
"What—oh fuck. Oh shit, mate! Who the fuck did I kill?"
"Get a wet one on it or something." Tangerine said to his brother, worried that he got injured without him knowing.
"Oh nah, man. It's not mine."
"It's not yours?"
"Nah, man. I don't bleed."
"Ye' well in that case leave your jacket open, so everyone can see."
"Oh ye' I want everyone to see my yellow tie—" Lemon agreed as he slowly went to open his jacket more.
"What the fuck is wrong with you? Cover that shit up before anyone sees that!" Tangerine cut him off making his brother frown.
A groan stopped their bickering making them look at the twenty years old man on the seat across them.
"Well looks like sleeping beauty has woken up." Tangerine mockingly said as he and his brother looked at the man.
"Wakey wakey." Lemon playfully said with tangerine following his statement.
"Eggs and bakey."
With a deep sigh, a woman with blonde shoulder-length could be seen looking at her phone fondly. This woman was known as Sophia Potter neé Von Clairé, codename Doll. Yes, she was now Mrs. Potter after marrying her husband James Potter at twenty-one. There wasn't really a wedding when they married, they only signed a contract for it since they wanted it to be in secret knowing their identities in both the muggle and wizarding world would be in shambles if it was publicized.
Why the codename though? Well you see both her and her husband are contractors. Assassin contractors. Something they've hidden very securely in their time in Hogwarts. Seeing as there is no news about them in the Daily Prophet, it's safe to say that no one knew about their secret other than their brother, Lemon.
Right now, they were in a mission well it was the brother's mission and she was just a backup as well as a plus one since she knew if she wasn't here with them, they'll fuck up and her intuition is never wrong. Retouching her makeup, she noticed a man in a brown jacket, a white bucket hat, black trousers and a big black reading glasses on his face was walking rather suspiciously as he passed by her car.
It looked like he was hiding something until he took out something big from his jacket. The silver briefcase with a blue train sticker on the handle as well as to it's sides. Shit. The case is safe my ass, Doll internally rolled her eyes before snapping close her makeup powder that had a mirror on its cover.
Puckering up her lips, she stood up and patted down her long blue coat, courtesy of matching with her husband, and left her seat with her bag on it before following the suspicious man discreetly.
The man stopped in front of the Train's door that now opened when it stopped on the station letting in and out some people as they reached their destinations.
Doll stopped in the space in between the cars as she had a feeling something was going to happen to the man so she decided to wait. And boy was she right.
The whole fight baffled her as she watched the blonde man dodged and try to save himself. It also baffles her that no one ever bothered to take a look at the car next to them when the way their fighting was quite loud. Becoming even more baffled when she saw that the blonde man killed the other just by luck itself. That is going to be a problem, she thought.
After watching the man clean the whole car and decided sit himself in front of the dead man she decided it was time to reveal herself. Stepping into the car, the man was startled before straightening himself up.
"Oh, excuse me I was only on my way to grab a few drinks and snacks." Doll casually said, completely fooling the blonde man who only chuckled sheepishly at her.
"Oh yea, sure. Was just here looking out for my friend, he kinda drank too much." The man explained before continuing to eat his wasabi crackers.
"Oh that's fine, had a rough day huh?" She said as she went towards behind the counter grabbing a bottle of whiskey before pouring one in a shot glass. The smell of it reminded her of her husband which made her sigh fondly.
The blonde man continued to watch her awkwardly while glancing at the dead body beside him occasionally. Before observing her once more, that's where he noticed a glint on her finger.
"Married?" He asked the woman who hummed in question before chuckling when she noticed him looking at her hand with a ring on it.
"Yea, been for eight years now." Doll chuckled softly realizing it's been a long time in her marriage.
"Must be a very great partner to be able to last that long." The man said before grimacing when he realized it sounded a bit rude. "Sorry, sorry that was kinda rude of me—"
"Oh no that's fine, it's not that common for marriage to last that long these days now and I'm just one of the few that's been lucky, I guess." Which was true, some married couples get a divorce after two or three years or even shorter than that so she doesn't blame him for thinking that. But she and her husband would have to die first to even think of divorcing.
"So are you just going to leave the dead body there?" Doll said making the man silently stare at her in shock with his man agape.
"I'm sorry—what now?"
"I would also like to take the briefcase, if you don't mind. You see, my husband's mission is to recover the briefcase with the client's son and give it to his client. Since you stole it, I would like to take it back." She said in a casual tone as she took a sip on her drink while eating a goldfish biscuit. She hummed as she looked at the food in thought, this is quite good her husband might like it.
"I'm sorry—but how did you.."
"Know that man is dead? You weren't quite silent with the fighting so I came to check and lo' and behold! Accidentally killing the man. Now, the briefcase please." Doll explained giving the man a charming smile.
"Look lady, I don't know who you are but that case is kinda my mission. If I don't get it back, I'll be dead." The blonde man said as he hugged the case closer to himself.
"Well that case is for the White Death so either way, you'll be dead." Doll said while keeping her smile knowing she got him in checkmate. No matter how hard he'd try to deny it, she was right. It's the White Death, the man that basically controlled the whole underworld of the whole planet so either way he chooses he's dead.
"Ugh, fine." He sighed before giving her the case which she happily took before walking out of the car with a wave of her hand.
"Fucking shit fuck." The man cursed.
Getting back in her seat, she then took out her phone to text her husband who was in the train.
My wife: I have the case, you idiots.

COLLAPSE (oc (my male y/n) x canon fic! i finally cooked🫠😤)
summary: tom riddle is trying to find a way to make the perfect potion. he thinks that the secret lies in precise calculation and following instructions. however, his new potions partner thinks a little differently and, to tom's great indignation, turns out to be right. working in a team now seems not as terrible as tom initially thought because, for some reason, his newfound partner unintentionally showed him a whole new kind of witchcraft.
notes (MUST-READ!!!): ooc!tom i think..., it's an oc/canon fic, but you can read it as a y/n fic, or just replace my oc with your own if you have one! i'll be PLEASED AS HELL if you do so! this fic, or rather the one phrase in it (it's the highlighted in bold one) is inspired by the movie "Pi" 1998, and I ADVISE YOU TO WATCH IT, it's amazing! both characters are fifteen in this fic.
BTW, english isn't my first language, so i'm extremely sorry if there are mistakes!

Professor Slughorn's suggestion to work in pairs seemed irrational to Tom. Yes, of course, it was a certain experience, but only when you were experimenting, not honing the skill. Oh, and the partner himself was actually unknown to him - a strange boy with a strange name. Xander Alex Sashimj, a metamorphmagus, from Hufflepuff. Tom had heard of his ‘special approach’, and potions ability, thanks to Slughorn, but had never seen them in action, as he and this student had never encountered each other in the same class until the current fifth year. Well, Tom was slightly intrigued. Slightly.
Taking his usual seat, Tom looked around the classroom. Everyone was slowly pairing. Mostly by choice. Slytherins with Slytherins, sometimes with Ravenclaws. Gryffindors with everyone around them except the Slytherins. As usual.
The smell of various herbs and plants gave the potions class a special atmosphere. It was already quite stuffy in the room, and so the mixture of different aromas was slightly stupefying. Especially horklump juice and lavender that were on a nearby table. Tom exhaled and wiped his hands. That gesture showed a growing irritation that was quite inherent in his life. Where the hell was his new affiliate?
The door to the classroom creaked open, and three Hufflepuffs appeared on the doorstep. Sashimj was among them, smiling at something. He greeted Professor Slughorn and looked timidly around for his Slytherin partner. Tom was staring at him point-blank. Seeing his seat, Xander walked faster towards it and sat across from his new partner.
"Hello. We're kind of working together now, aren't we? " Sashimj tried to start a conversation by smiling awkwardly at Tom. Riddle unconsciously and imperceptibly looked at him with an appraising eye. It was possible to do so since they were next to each other now. Short, with disheveled hair and an awkward look. There was a mixture of anxiety and excitement in his eyes.
"Turns out that we are." Tom answered a little indifferently.
"Sashimj," the Hufflepuff extended his hand sharply for a handshake, but suddenly pulled it back slightly, "Xander Sashimj. Just call me by my last name."
Tom hesitated, still studying the student in front of him.
"Tom Riddle," He replied, shaking the hand of his new acquaintance, “Nice to meet you,” he forced himself to say it.
Sashimj nodded, glancing at the ingredients on the table. He was about to ask something when Professor Slughorn spoke. Today's potion to be brewed was Wit-Sharpening Potion. It was the penultimate lesson of practicing brewing this potion and consolidating information about it before a small exam. Tom sighed audibly. He didn't like this potion. It wasn't working out the way he wanted it to, and every time, Riddle seemed to be missing something. His previous potions were of high quality and worked as intended, but Tom wanted perfection. To taste that flawless result, at least.
Sashimj, on the other hand, beamed at the mention of Wit-Sharpening Potion. He rolled up his sleeves and opened his notebook, looking through some of the entries to refresh his memory. Meanwhile, Tom had already started his work at this point. He tensed slightly, measuring the dosage of each ingredient literally to the milligrams. Some of the tension showed up on his face. Xander watched his actions and over-concentration, raising an eyebrow in confusion.
"W-Why do you need such measurements? It's not like it's a medicinal potion. It'll work fine as it is..." the Hufflepuff boy struggled to open one of his ingredients and glanced at Tom, starting the work with his usual actions. Riddle paused and gritted his teeth slightly. He didn't expect a different reaction.
"I just aim to achieve a decent result."
It was perhaps the flawlessness that Tom wanted, which only a few could archive in the potion making process. That seemed like the very trait of Slytherins, who always strived for perfection in any endeavor. Riddle hadn't mentioned it, but Xander could guess it himself.
"Quite a meticulous approach," Sashimj chuckled, trying to ease the tension. It didn't work well judging by the still uneasy look on Riddle's face.
"A proven one. It wouldn't work otherwise," Tom replied confidently, trying to hide the fact of his past failures. But he was tempted to ask his new partner if he had anything to offer, "Do you have any suggestions?"
His question sounded more mocking than interested. Tom glanced over at the Hufflepuff, who was smiling again for some reason.
"Well... Maybe the problem is in that exactly... I-I mean, maybe you're thinking too much? Sometimes you could use more of, well, your own senses or creativity..."
Tom found himself in a bit of a stupor after hearing that. He was thinking a lot?
"That legitimately sounds like something I'd expect to hear from some Ravenclaw," Tom grinned wryly. He could barely keep from smirking as he saw Sashimj pouting at his words slightly. "What do you mean?"
Xander sighed, drew his lips into a fine line, and frowned at Tom, trying to look into his eyes more seriously.
"Don't be so thorough, sort of," Sashimj shrugged, trying to explain his approach, "Just do as you feel," the boy nodded towards his cauldron. All that time, he worked spontaneously and even kind of sloppily, stirring the bubbling liquid rhythmically. So far, it was a right lime color, with no swampy hues.
"You mean measuring by eye? "Riddle asked. The way Sashimj described it made him laugh internally. It was just an obvious reluctance to follow instructions. There was no special 'hidden' meaning here, was there?
"Well... not really," Xander chuckled awkwardly, "I mean relaxing."
Curiosity flared up inside the Slytherin. Alright, he will try. Just for the sake of showing his negligent partner that it didn't work and wouldn't work that way. Tom exhaled and concentrated again. He continued his work not so 'meticulously' anymore. Or so he thought.
"Tom," a quiet voice came from the opposite side, "you're thinking too much again..."
Riddle raised an eyebrow.
"Stop thinking, Tom. Just feel. Use your intuition." Sashimj explained, almost without looking up from his work. He finished his potion and showed the filled vial to Tom, thus completing the task faster than anyone else in the class. The potion was the right shade, not muddy as it often was, and had a clear odor with no impurities.
Tom's face didn't change, but his eyes were a little rounder. He wanted to open his mouth, either to object or out of indignation.
"Try it. Turn your head off and trust yourself," Sashimj nodded towards the cauldron in front of Tom, trying to encourage his partner. He raised his hand for Professor Slughorn to check his work. After a quick examination, Slughorn praised his student, saying something about Hogwarts being lucky to have so many talented young wizards and witches this year.
Riddle bit his lip, fighting his own feelings. He really had always relied on his own calculations to the exclusion of any spontaneity or freedom. And it was even funny, considering his existing desire to break a certain order as a way to achieve his goals.
He exhaled and relaxed. The boy was still looking at it skeptically, but the earlier desire to taste the flawless result was slowly being replaced by a desire to taste his own talent and his own feelings that were shoved deep inside his mind.
─────────
The work he had done felt different than before. Tom had a natural predisposition for potions, but the process itself had always involved him calculating and following instructions. Now, however, it was as if everything was different. And the potion was different as well. Tom could see that it was fresher and more pure than any of his previous potions. Riddle grinned to himself, thinking he'd been tricked. More likely, though, he was just afraid to admit that it was perfect.
This was confirmed to him by Slughorn, who checked the students' work at the end of class. He had always expected a lot from Tom, but he was surprised at the amazing result he had achieved when paired with another student. The professor confirmed that his decision to pair up two talented kids was the right one, feeling the good result even more to his own credit.
Thus, Sashimj, who had been working alone all this time, became interested in working with a new partner, especially a Slytherin. Meanwhile, Tom became interested in Sashimj, a boy who seemed to have shown him a type of magic completely unknown to him before.

Yet - A Remus Lupin Imagine (smut)
Following the same story and universe as Tell Me About series! Here I am... 10 years later?
Remus stood before the counter, his hands trembling with a desperation he struggled to suppress. His clothes, worn and faded, hung loosely on his frame. His voice, when it came, was loud yet strained, as if it had been dragged from a place of deep frustration. The clerk in front of him sat behind a towering mahogany desk, her fingers moving in swift, precise gestures, as though casting spells without a wand. Her face was pale and angular, softened only by the shadow of dim candlelight that flickered along the Ministry’s endless corridors. The clerk was dressed in the neat, sober attire of Ministry officials, a crisp grey uniform with silver buttons that reflected the cold, bureaucratic glow of the room. Her brown hair was pinned back tightly, not a strand out of place, except for a thin streak of white that curled at her temple.
“You don’t understand!” he shouted. The words felt twisted, as if they fought to balance on the edge between civility and rage. The witch behind the counter flinched but remained still, her fingers gripping the edge of the desk. She had no more to offer him than the faint apology etched into her expression. “I need to work.”
He needed the money. That need pulsed in the room like a living thing, thickening the air between them. But all she could offer was silence, her eyes downcast, her hands empty. Papers floated softly to her from unseen corners, filing themselves with barely a flick of her wrist. Behind her desk, a charmed quill wrote furiously on a long parchment, recording the day’s tasks with an efficiency that bordered on eerie.
“Like I told you –” she said, “Mr Collins needs help with his books, but I don’t have anything else right now for you.”
Remus shook his head. “Mr Collins won’t work with me. You know it.”
There it was—unspoken but palpable. The reason why each request was met with hesitance, each job prospect slipped through his fingers like grains of sand. He didn’t need to say it aloud anymore; the label had been burned into his very being. Werewolf. In the wizarding world, it was more than a condition—it was a curse. Few wanted to hire a werewolf. The fear lingered in every interaction, no matter how mundane. The Ministry had their own discreet policies on “dangerous creatures”.
“I am sorry, Mr Lupin.” Her voice was smooth and low, tinged with the practiced indifference of someone who had seen many come and go from the Ministry’s endless halls. Her brown eyes showed nothing but disinterest. “Just come back next week.”
“I’m here every week,” he sighed, “asking you for work, and each time it is the same. Why don’t you send me an owl if there’s something in the meantime? It would spare me from having to come here and bother you.”
The witch raised her eyebrows and smiled mockingly. “Oh? And to what address should I send it?”
She knew too well he didn’t have an address. He lived in his damn car – had been living in it for months now. The Ministry’s endless red tape, combined with the stigma of his condition, had shut every door before him. Each job interview, each opportunity, crumbled the moment his lycanthropy was mentioned or even hinted at. It was as if the wizarding world had no place for him outside the fringes of society.
He turned away without bothering to say goodbye. There was nothing for him there.
Finding work in the Muggle world had proven just as impossible. At first, it seemed like an escape—no one in the Muggle realm knew about werewolves, and the Ministry couldn’t interfere as easily. But even there, he couldn’t outrun his condition. Each month, as the full moon approached, he would feel the familiar dread tightening in his chest. He couldn’t just call in sick for three days without raising suspicion, and disappearing every month had quickly made him unreliable. Employers grew wary, questioning the strange absences. He had been let go from more jobs than he cared to remember, dismissed for being "untrustworthy" or "inconsistent."
Remus had been careful with the modest inheritance his parents had left him, stretching every Galleon to make it last. For a time, it allowed him to rent a small flat near Diagon Alley, a place where he could be somewhat connected to the magical world. But even that fragile stability crumbled after two years, when Mrs. Daisy, his elderly neighbour, had complained to the landlord, claiming she didn’t feel safe living next door to a werewolf. No one had said it outright, but the eviction notice came soon after.
Afterward, he managed to find a tiny studio in London, outside the magical community, but the rent required sterling pounds, not Galleons, and even without his affliction, finding work in the Muggle world have proved nearly impossible without the proper credentials. He had no Muggle schooling, no tangible proof of any experience, and no one was willing to take a risk on a man with an incomplete story. For a brief spell, he worked at a small café, washing dishes in the back, but his frequent absences around the full moon quickly made him expendable. “It’s just not working out,” his manager had said, barely meeting his eyes as he handed over the final pay check.
After that, it had been a string of odd jobs—cleaning homes, scrubbing cars, whatever he could find that didn’t require questions or paperwork. But even those jobs dried up after a few months, the repeated absences stacking up like a curse he couldn’t escape. It didn’t matter how hard he worked or how much he tried to hide his condition; sooner or later, the same pattern emerged. He’d disappear for a few days, recover in secret, and by the time he returned, the whispers had already started. They always ended the same way: with him packing his few belongings and moving on to the next temporary refuge, the shadows of his secret following him wherever he went.
But then, happier days came. And he embraced them as much as he could.
Mr. Collins had been one of the rare few to take a chance on Remus, inviting him into his home with little fuss or prying questions. The old wizard had an impressive collection of books and papers in desperate need of organization, and Remus had relished the work. The house itself felt like a sanctuary—a sprawling estate tucked away from the bustling wizarding world, with its heart being the grand library that stretched wall to wall with ancient tomes and fragile manuscripts. For six peaceful months, Remus had lived there, surrounded by books, his evenings filled with the quiet companionship of Mr. Collins. They would often sit by the fire, sipping tea or scotch depending on the mood, talking about the wizard’s past adventures and far-flung travels. Remus had almost allowed himself to believe that he had found a place where his affliction didn’t matter.
Everything changed overnight.
The trouble had started with a routine trip to the Ministry to pick up his Wolfsbane Potion. With the full moon only days away, Remus needed it to maintain control during his transformation. But that day, there had been none. The Ministry’s supplies had run dry, and in a rising panic, Remus went to every apothecary in Diagon Alley, pleading for them to brew it for him. The answer was always the same—there was no Wolfsbane to be had, not until a delayed shipment of rare herbs arrived. Desperation clawed at him as the full moon loomed closer.
When the night finally came, Remus did the only thing he could—he locked himself in the cellar beneath the guest house on Mr. Collins’ estate, far away from the main house and anyone who could be harmed. He chained himself tightly, trying to prepare for the agonizing transformation. But without the Wolfsbane, Remus knew that the wolf was savage, uncontrollable. As the change tore through his body, so too did the creature’s instincts, stronger than any chain he had prepared. The bonds snapped, and the beast roamed the grounds, its hunger and rage unleashed. The wolf howled to the moon, its cries cutting through the still night air as it hunted the estate, searching for prey.
Mr. Collins’ housekeeper had been outside that night, restless and unable to sleep. She had been wandering through the gardens when the wolf appeared, a massive shadow with glowing eyes. In a split second, it lunged. Only the quick intervention of Mr. Collins, who had been awakened by the howling, had saved her. He subdued the wolf before it could do any real damage, but the incident left its mark.
The next morning, Remus awoke in human form, bruised, aching, and filled with dread. He didn’t need to hear Mr. Collins' words to know what was coming. When he entered the kitchen, his pay was already waiting for him on the counter, along with a leather trunk packed with his few belongings. On top of the trunk rested a book from Mr. Collins' private collection—Remus's favourite, one he had admired during his long nights in the library. The wizard had even engraved the trunk with Remus’s initials, a final gesture of parting kindness.
Beside it, a note in Mr. Collins’ elegant script read simply: Thank you for your service.
It was over. Whatever peace he had found there was gone, lost in a single night.
When Remus came back to London, the weight of his situation bore down on him like a suffocating fog. He needed a place to live, but the few Galleons he had saved were barely enough to cover the cost of a small studio, let alone food and the Wolfsbane Potion that he relied on every month. He ran the calculations over and over in his head—if he paid for rent, he’d only have enough to survive for a couple of months before everything dried up.
That was when he met a young wizard at the Leaky Cauldron, selling an old, battered car for next to nothing. The decision had been easy. The car was cheaper than rent, and living in it meant he could stretch his money long enough to eat and scrape by while searching for work. So, Remus took it, and for two months now, the car had become his home—an old, rusting shelter parked in the backstreets of Muggle London. But work never came. Not for someone like him.
Each Friday became a routine of survival. Remus would head to the Leaky Cauldron, where the kindly innkeeper allowed him to sit down with a free bowl of soup and a cup of tea. Sometimes, if the inn wasn’t fully booked, he was even allowed to use one of the rooms to take a hot shower, a luxury he was rarely afforded. Those brief moments of warmth and comfort were fleeting, but he clung to them like a lifeline.
After his shower, he’d walk back to the Ministry, heading straight to the Wizarding Work Bureau, where hope flickered and died week after week. Every Friday, he found himself standing before the same brown-haired clerk. And every Friday, her reply was the same: nothing new, no work available. The expression on her face was always tired, indifferent. Remus couldn’t blame her—his situation was just another file in a growing stack. Another life falling through the cracks.
He’d leave the bureau and step into the great hall of the Ministry, watching witches and wizards bustling about their business, oblivious to the fact that his world was crumbling. He wondered sometimes if he could even blame them. After all, his affliction was real, dangerous, and he understood their fear. But understanding didn’t make it easier to live with. He had grown thinner, his clothes hung loosely on his frame, and his face had become gaunt, his eyes shadowed by dark circles that deepened with each restless night spent in the backseat of his car. At just 28, streaks of grey had already woven through his hair, and he looked older than his years—like the ghost of the man he had once been.
He was about to leave the Ministry, ready to disappear into the crowded streets once more, when something stopped him. A glimpse of black hair. For a moment, he thought he was imagining it—his tired mind playing tricks on him—but then he saw her again.
Eliana.
It all came rushing back to him in an instant, as if the past had never let him go. Eliana had arrived at Hogwarts during their sixth year, transferring from an old, distinguished town in Italy. Her beauty had been striking—impossible to ignore—and it wasn’t long before she caught the attention of everyone. Sirius, however, had despised her from the moment he noticed the colour of her tie. Ellie and her younger sister had been sorted into Slytherin. But Remus had seen the look in his friend's eyes, the disdain that masked something deeper.
It wasn’t just the house she’d been placed in; it was the undeniable pull she had over him. She was one of the most captivating girls Remus had ever laid eyes on, and though Sirius never admitted it, Remus knew he felt the same. They had fought constantly—Sirius and Eliana—bickering in the halls, trading insults in class, to the point where even the professors made a point of keeping them apart.
But everything shifted that summer. Sirius had run away from his family, severing ties with the House of Black once and for all. When they returned to Hogwarts for their final year, something about him had changed. Remus noticed how Sirius’s silver eyes lingered on Ellie now, no longer filled with resentment, but something softer. By Christmas, they were holding hands, sitting together at meals, whispering in quiet corners. They were inseparable, and it wasn’t long before everyone was talking about how perfect they were for each other—two rebels who had found solace in each other’s arms.
Everyone agreed they were made for each other—everyone except Eliana’s family. Her parents couldn’t accept that their eldest daughter, heir to an old and revered lineage, was in love with the disowned son of one of the most infamous wizarding families. The Blacks may have been prestigious, but Sirius’s rebellion had tarnished their name in the eyes of the pure-blood elite. Yet, despite the tension, Eliana stood by him. She had promised that one day, she would confront her family, make them understand. But that day never came.
Everything fell apart. Darkness had crept into Sirius’s world, and when Remus told Eliana what he had done, to Peter and James – and Lily, the crimes he’d committed, she refused to believe it. She couldn’t. They fought—terribly, violently—words flung at each other like curses. A month later, she disappeared. Without a word, she left, and no one knew where she had gone. Remus had tried to reach her, sending letters to her parents, even tracking down her younger sister, begging for answers. But there had been no replies, just silence. A year later, he found out her family had sold their house in London. Ellie had vanished from his life, as though she had never existed at all.
She left the Ministry, and Remus followed, keeping his distance, too afraid to call out, too afraid to shatter the fragile image of her that had lingered in his mind for years. What if she wasn’t the same? What if the Eliana he remembered—the one who had disappeared so suddenly—was gone, replaced by someone colder, more distant? Her hurried steps echoed in the quiet streets until she reached the door of the Leaky Cauldron. Remus watched from the shadows as she slipped inside. He hesitated for a moment, then followed.
She made her way to the bar, her movements quick and deliberate. He stayed back, watching, listening, his heart hammering in his chest. He heard her voice, unmistakable even after all these years.
“Fire whiskey, please.”
That voice—it sent a shiver through him. It was hers, no doubt about it. He could have recognized it anywhere.
He stood at a distance, watching as she downed the glass in one swift gulp, her fingers gripping the empty glass as if trying to hold on to something far more elusive.
“One more,” she said, her voice steady, but there was an edge to it—something raw and unguarded.
The bartender frowned but obliged, pouring another glass. She tossed it back just as quickly.
“In fact,” Eliana said, placing a piece of gold on the counter, “just give me the whole bottle.”
The bartender raised an eyebrow. “Careful with that,” he warned. “It’s strong.”
She scoffed. “Strong is exactly what I need right now.”
She grabbed the bottle and turned—only to find herself face-to-face with Remus. Their eyes locked. For a moment, the world seemed to stop, suspended in the charged space between them. The bottle slipped from her grasp, but before it could hit the floor, Remus caught it with a quick flick of his hand.
“Careful with that,” he echoed the bartender's words, offering her a small, shy smile as he handed the bottle back to her.
Eliana stood there, stunned, her expression unreadable. She blinked, seemingly unsure of what to say, then turned back to the bar, grabbing an empty glass. After a long pause, she took a deep breath and finally spoke.
“Shall we... sit?” she asked quietly.
Remus frowned, feeling a twinge of disappointment. He hadn’t expected her to rush into his arms, not after everything, but he hadn’t expected her to be so... indifferent. They found a quiet, dimly lit corner, away from the crowd, and sat down. The air between them felt thick, like an unspoken question hanging there, unanswered.
“I didn’t know you were in London,” Remus said, breaking the silence. His voice was softer than he intended, as if he feared that if he didn’t speak, she might vanish again.
“You weren’t supposed to know,” she replied, pouring the fire whiskey into two glasses and sliding one toward him.
He took it, feeling the warmth of the liquid as he sipped, the heat spreading through his chest. “How long have you been here?” he asked.
“I arrived yesterday,” she said, swirling the amber liquid in her glass. “I’m leaving tomorrow.”
Remus frowned. “Do you come to London often?”
Her eyes stayed fixed on her drink. “First time in five years,” she muttered. “I wasn’t supposed to ever come back.”
That, he had guessed.
“So, why are you here?” His voice was barely more than a whisper, but the question hung in the air, heavy with the weight of the years between them.
She took another sip, her gaze distant. “It’s Clara’s birthday. I came to visit her.”
“Clara’s in London?” Remus was genuinely surprised. Eliana’s younger sister had left the city around the same time she did.
“She’s been here for two years now,” Eliana replied, finally looking up at him. “She studied healing in America, but she got an opportunity to be a resident at St. Mungo’s.”
Remus felt a pang of guilt. He hadn’t known. He’d never seen Clara in all this time, never even heard whispers of her name.
“Usually, she comes back to Italy for her birthday, but this year she’s on call, so I thought I’d surprise her,” Eliana continued, her voice quieter now, as if the weight of everything was pressing down on her.
“And you?” Remus asked, his voice low. “You’re in Italy now?”
She nodded, but there was no warmth in the gesture. He had thought she had returned to her family after leaving London, but he didn’t know where nor did he have the means to search for her. Over time, he had accepted that she was gone, that she didn’t want to be found.
“I looked for you,” he admitted, his voice dropping to a whisper. “The first year. I wrote to your parents. They sold the house, and I couldn’t find where you had gone. I wanted to write, but—”
Eliana reached out, her hand resting on his. The touch was sudden, unexpected, and he nearly flinched from the warmth of it. He hadn’t felt her touch in years.
She used to be so kind to him. They’d study together when Sirius was too tired to care. They’d spend whole nights in the library, preparing for the next test. Often, they’d compare their answers and have burst of laughs. And when she had guessed his condition, she never pulled back, on the contrary, she used to help him and the boys prepare for the full moon. She took care of him after, bringing him hot chocolate the following mornings after a transformation.
“I left for a reason, Remus,” she said softly, her voice carrying the weight of something final, something unspoken. “I didn’t want to be found.”
“Why?” he asked, his voice breaking slightly.
She looked away, her fingers slipping from his hand as quickly as they had touched it. Remus could see the hurt in her eyes, the grief she had carried for so long. She had been mourning—Sirius, their future, everything she had lost—but was it enough to leave without a word? Was the pain of losing Sirius worth abandoning everything else?
She didn’t answer the question burning on his lips, but she took his hand, her touch soft, hesitant. “I never meant to hurt you,” she whispered.
He knew she had been angry—angry with him for not believing in Sirius’s innocence, for standing against her when she had tried so hard to defend the man she loved. Their last conversation had been bitter, sharp words exchanged like hexes. She had called him a horrible friend, accused him of betraying Sirius’s memory, of believing that his best friend could be capable of murder and treachery. And he, in his grief, had thrown her words back at her, refusing to believe that she could still defend the man who had killed Peter, who had betrayed James and Lily’s trust. Who had made his own godson an orphan.
Remus shook his head, squeezing her hand gently. “I didn’t mean to either.”
She laughed softly, but it was a sad, hollow sound. She pulled her hand away, running her fingers nervously through her dark hair. “I didn’t plan on seeing you again,” she admitted. “I wasn’t supposed to be here.”
“You must have known I wasn’t far...” he replied quietly, studying her face, trying to read the thoughts behind her guarded expression.
She shrugged, her lips curving into a faint, almost wistful smile. “To be honest, Remus, I thought you’d have left London by now. You never liked it here.”
She was right, of course. He had always craved the quiet solitude of the countryside, the peace it offered compared to the chaos of city life. But circumstances had tied him to this place. “I don’t really have a choice at the moment.”
Eliana’s gaze flickered with curiosity, but she didn’t push. She could see the weariness in his face, the gauntness in his frame, and he didn’t want to burden her with the details of his life. Not after all this time.
“So,” he said, changing the subject as he poured them another round of fire whiskey, “what are you doing now, back home?”
She hesitated for a moment, as if weighing her words. “I’m a barrister,” she said finally, her voice soft but steady.
Of course she was, Remus thought. She had always had a fierce sense of justice, always fighting for the underdog. It seemed fitting. She studied him with a small, knowing smile. “It suits me, don’t you think?”
She had not been able to fight for Sirius.
Remus smiled back, but there was something faint about it, as if he couldn’t quite summon the warmth he used to feel. “And are you happy?” he asked, his eyes falling to her left hand, where he had noticed the glint of a ring earlier.
Eliana glanced down at the ring, as if surprised to see it there herself. “Yes,” she answered softly. “I am.”
“He’s a lucky man,” Remus said, his tone genuine, though there was a flicker of something unspoken in his eyes.
Her expression faltered for just a moment, her gaze clouding over with something unreadable.
They talked for what felt like hours, dancing around the past, avoiding the name that hung between them like a shadow. They didn’t dare speak of Sirius, both too afraid that the mention of him would reignite the pain and bitterness that had driven them apart all those years ago. Eliana tried, more than once, to ask about Remus—how he was really doing—but it was clear she already knew. She could see the struggle etched into his skin.
At one point, she offered to order dinner, but Remus refused, his pride too strong to accept her charity, especially from her. He could feel her pity, and he hated it. The night wore on, and eventually, Ellie glanced out the window, watching as the sky darkened and snow began to fall, dusting the streets in a soft, silent white.
“I should go,” she said, standing up reluctantly.
Remus rose with her. “Let me walk you outside,” he offered.
She shook her head. “There’s no need.”
But Remus reached for her hand, and she let him take it. His eyes locked onto hers, his voice low and serious. “If this is the last time I see you, Ellie, at least let me walk with you. I didn’t get to say a proper goodbye last time.”
She hesitated, then nodded.
Outside, the air was crisp, the snowflakes catching the glow of the Christmas lights strung along the street. The festive scene felt oddly out of place, the cheerful lights at odds with the heaviness between them. Eliana walked beside him in silence for a while, her arms wrapped tightly around herself.
“Are you living far from here?” she asked, glancing sideways at him. “I’m just around the corner. Maybe we could walk together?”
“I’m fine,” Remus said, offering her a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes.
She stopped, then, looking up at him with concern. Before he could protest, she stepped into his arms, wrapping her arms around him in a tight embrace. He rested his chin on the top of her head, breathing in the faint scent of her perfume, a familiar comfort from a time long past.
“I can’t shake the feeling that you’re not,” she whispered, her voice thick with emotion. Her green eyes shimmered with tears, and for a moment, Remus felt something in him break.
“Don’t worry about me,” he said lightly, scoffing to cover the ache in his chest. He pointed to the old red car parked just a few feet away. “I’ve got all I need.”
Eliana pulled away from him, frowning as she walked up to the car, her brow furrowed. “Is this... yours?”
“Not bad, eh?” Remus said with a laugh, trying to brush it off.
But it was absurd. She came from a world of wealth and privilege, and here he was, trying to play off the fact that he was living out of a beat-up car.
“Well, it’s got style, I’ll give you that,” she said with a soft smile, but then her expression shifted. She peered through the windows of the car, her face growing serious.
“Remus,” she asked, her voice quiet, “are you... living in your car?”
He sighed, tilting his head back to look at the sky. “It’s just temporary,” he said, the words feeling hollow even as he spoke them.
Eliana stepped closer, her hand finding his once again. Her face was filled with concern, the same look she used to give him at Hogwarts, whenever she worried for his well-being.
All those years, always worrying about him.
And here she was, still doing it.
She wore the same worried look when Sirius would show too much affection towards her in front of him. She always glanced at Remus, a quick look to make sure he was alright. And every time, he ignored it—ignored that pitiful gaze he despised so much.
“Let me show you something,” she said, her voice soft but firm.
She took his hand, and together they walked through the blurry, illuminated streets. The night felt strange, the lights of the city glowing brighter than usual, casting everything in an almost dreamlike haze. They stopped in front of an old Victorian building, its weathered brickwork speaking of better days. Without a word, Eliana opened the front door, and Remus stepped in, his heart heavy but his feet following her without hesitation.
The entrance led through a narrow, dimly lit hallway with a winding staircase, where the sounds of distant conversations echoed faintly from above. Inside, the flat was modest but charming. Tall sash windows framed the streets below, and the living room, with its classic crown mouldings, felt warm despite the unused fireplace. Wooden floorboards creaked beneath her feet.
“Clara’s rented this place when she came back to London,” Eliana said as she flicked on the lights with a casual wave of her hand. “But she moved in with her partner six months ago, so now she just uses it as storage. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable.”
“It’s nice,” Remus murmured, still standing in the doorway, hands shoved deep into his pockets.
Ellie frowned and gestured for him to come in properly. “Please, make yourself at home.”
Remus cleared his throat and stepped further inside, still cautious, as if he were afraid he might knock something over or leave a mark where he didn’t belong. Eliana removed her black cloak, revealing an all-black outfit underneath. The simplicity made her seem almost otherworldly in the soft light.
“There’s a small living room here, the kitchen’s just over there,” she said, pointing to a tiny space to her right. “An office through that door, and a decent-sized bedroom next to it. The bathroom’s at the end of the hall.”
As she spoke, Remus couldn’t help but wonder why she was describing all this to him. This was the kind of flat he couldn’t even dream of renting. He wasn’t sure why she had brought him here—until he felt something cold press into his hand. Looking down, he saw a key.
“What—”
“Clara’s moving to France in a couple of months,” Eliana explained, cutting him off before he could protest. “There’s still two years left on the lease, and it’s a nightmare finding someone reliable to sublet. The owner’s a witch who only rents to people like us. It would be a waste to leave it empty when I know you could use it.”
Remus shook his head, immediately trying to hand the key back to her. “I can’t accept this. It’s a kind offer, but—”
“But what?” she interrupted; her tone sharp but not unkind. “It’s almost winter, Remus. You can’t live in your car. I won’t allow it.”
He scoffed, a bitter laugh escaping before he could stop it. “You haven’t cared where I’ve lived for the last five years. Why now?”
The words sounded harsher than he had intended, but he couldn’t take them back.
Eliana didn’t flinch. She didn’t even seem angry, just... resigned. “I understand why you’d feel that way,” she said softly. “I know I’ve hurt you, but believe me, Remus, I didn’t want to leave you behind like that. It wasn’t just my choice.”
“Then why did you?” His voice was low, but the question cut through the space between them like a knife.
She sighed, running a hand through her long hair. “I was angry. Angry that you could believe such awful things about him.” She didn’t dare speak his name. “I needed you to fight with me, to at least give him a chance, to hear his side of the story. And when you didn’t... I felt like I was losing everything. You didn’t just turn your back on him—you left me alone too.”
Remus closed his eyes for a moment, trying to stave off the familiar sting of guilt. It was the same argument they’d had all those years ago, and yet here it was again, haunting them both.
“I’m sorry,” he whispered. “I’m sorry I wasn’t the friend you needed. I’m sorry I abandoned you.” He held out the key again, offering it back. “But I can’t accept this, Ellie. I don’t need your pity.”
She let out a hollow laugh, shaking her head. “Pity?” she echoed. “Is that really what you think this is?”
What else could it be?
“You’ve always tried to protect me,” Remus said quietly, his voice strained. “Even back at Hogwarts. I know you knew... how I felt.”
He hesitated, but there was no need to finish. She knew. She had always known how he felt—how much he wished she didn’t love Sirius the way she did. And how much he wished Sirius didn’t love her back just as fiercely. They were soulmates, and it had always crushed him, no matter how hard he tried to hide it.
“This isn’t pity, Remus,” she said, sitting down on the couch, her fingers pressing into her temples as though she could push away the weight of the conversation. She looked up at him, her eyes pleading. “It’s care. It’s love. I can’t stand the idea of you being homeless, living in your car. I had no idea things were this bad.”
Remus sighed, his exhaustion overwhelming him. He sat down too, sinking into the cushions beside her, his body heavy with the burden of everything left unsaid.
“Has it been this way since I left?” she asked, her gaze fixed on him.
He shook his head, not wanting her to carry the full weight of his struggles. But he didn’t have the strength to lie, either. The truth was somewhere in between, and as they sat in the quiet flat, the years of pain and silence between them felt heavier than ever.
“It was fine for a while,” he began, hesitating. “But being what I am… you know. People fear me. They’re right to.”
Eliana edged closer, her expression softening as she reached for his hand. “No one should fear you.”
Remus gave a hollow laugh. “I’m a monster, Ellie. Quite literally.”
Her hand moved to his chin, gently turning his face toward hers. “Look at me,” she said firmly. “You are not a monster. You’re the kindest, most thoughtful person I’ve ever known.”
“Kindness doesn’t matter much when I turn into a wild animal every full moon,” he muttered, eyes drifting to the window. “Even with wolfsbane, I’m just a shadow of myself, too drained to do anything but exist.”
His gaze traced the night sky, as if searching for answers in the stars. “It’s coming again… two days from now. I’m already worn out. Everything hurts.”
Eliana’s voice broke as she whispered, “I’m so sorry.” A tear slipped down her cheek.
“It is what it is,” Remus replied, standing slowly and moving toward the door.
“Stay,” she called after him, her voice trembling.
He paused, eyes closing against the weight of her plea.
“Please, Remus,” she said again, stepping closer. “Let this be your home, just for a while. Let me give you a chance to rest, to not worry about where you’ll sleep tomorrow.”
His heart clenched painfully. He turned to her, eyes brimming with unshed tears. “There’s only one thing I want, Ellie,” he whispered. “Don’t leave. I can’t be alone anymore. I need a friend.”
He broke down, his voice cracking under the weight of his confession. Eliana was at his side in an instant, pulling him into a tight embrace.
“I can’t stay, Remus,” she said softly.
He looked down, his heart sinking further. He knew she had a life elsewhere, with someone waiting for her. Someone she loved.
“I’m sorry,” he said quietly, his voice hollow.
Ellie gave a nervous laugh. “I didn’t want to see you again,” she admitted, her gaze locking with his. “I was terrified of this moment…”
“Am I that frightening?” he tried to joke, though his heart wasn’t in it.
She traced the scar on his face with a gentle touch. “Not at all,” she whispered, leaning in to press a soft kiss on his cheek. “You’re everything but.”
Her hand lingered on his skin, their faces now inches apart. Remus felt the pull, the uncontrollable urge rising within him, the wildness that came with the moon. But he fought it, grounding himself in the moment.
When she kissed his other cheek, the rawness of it nearly undid him. Her breath warmed his neck, and before he could stop himself, he leaned into her, eyes closed against the flood of desire.
“Ellie…” he murmured, his control slipping.
“This is the last time we’ll see each other,” she whispered against his skin. “Don’t ruin it.”
Her hands found his bare skin, fingers tracing the edge of his shirt, moving lower. His mind spun. He felt as though he were betraying the memory of his lost brother, but the weight of her closeness, the tenderness he had craved for so long, was too much to resist. If pity was all she had to offer, then maybe… maybe it was enough.
The memory of one past night haunted him—one of those memories that never faded, no matter how much time passed. It was their last year at Hogwarts. The entire school had descended on Hogsmeade for one last wild celebration, all the houses mingling, no divisions, no rivalries—just freedom and exhilaration. Remus had felt it too, for a while, but exhaustion caught up with him before the night was over. He decided to return to the dorms early, slipping away unnoticed, or so he thought.
He hadn’t realized that Sirius and Ellie weren’t with the rest of the group when he made his way back to the Gryffindor Tower. He had planned to take a long bath and go to bed, hoping to escape the noise and chaos that usually drained him.
But when he opened the dormitory door, something stopped him cold.
There, pinned against the wall, was Eliana. Sirius was with her, moving against her, his breath heavy. Her hands had been tangled in his hair, her back arching into him as if seeking more. Remus had frozen. Sirius’s trousers were bunched around his ankles, his shirt barely covering his body, and Ellie—her clothes had been dishevelled, exposing enough for Remus to know what was happening.
He had been wanting to turn around, to give them their privacy, but something held him in place. Ellie’s eyes met his. For a heartbeat, he was sure she saw him. Her lips parted, and for that brief moment, he swore there was something more than surprise in her gaze. Was it… desire? For him?
No, he had imagined it.
Shaken, he had flown back to the common room, trying to focus on a book, anything to erase the scene from his mind. Half an hour later, Sirius and Ellie had reappeared, laughing as though nothing had happened. Sirius joked about Remus turning in early, while Ellie said nothing, avoiding his gaze completely. He had never brought it up. He convinced himself it was a trick of the light, a figment of his imagination. Surely, she hadn’t seen him at all.
And now, with a broken heart and trembling hands, he gave in.
She was kissing him, and as he pressed his body against hers, he couldn’t help but recall that night—couldn’t help but recreate the image of her against the wall, except this time, it was him pinning her there. His breath came ragged in her ear, and he fought to keep control. He had imagined this for so long—what she might taste like, how her body would feel wrapped around him.
Ellie unbuckled his belt, her hands steady, as his trousers fell to the floor. When she pulled off her shirt, revealing herself to him, he couldn’t breathe. She was perfect. More perfect than he had ever dared to imagine.
For so long, he had envied Sirius, envied him for knowing her in ways Remus never would. But now, with her in front of him, he felt a shame deeper than anything he had known.
But the desire, the wildness in him, wouldn’t be silenced. He bent to kiss her skin—her lips, her neck, her collarbone—his breath hot and uncontrolled. He wasn’t a man anymore. He was something primal, something desperate. Ellie tilted her head back, and he slid his mouth lower, removing the last barrier of clothing between them.
When his lips found the warmth between her legs, her quiet moan broke the silence, sending a shiver down his spine. She grabbed his hair, pulling him closer as his tongue moved between her folds, tasting her. She moaned again, her fingers gripping him tighter, and for a moment, he forgot everything. Forgot who he was, forgot who she was. All that mattered was the taste of her, the feel of her skin under his tongue.
He could stay like this forever, he thought. But the ache between his own legs, the pressure building inside him, refused to be ignored. He stood, lifting her in his arms, carrying her to the couch. Ellie’s legs parted without hesitation, inviting him in. He saw that same look in her eyes—the one he had seen all those years ago. Perhaps, he hadn’t been imagining it after all.
His breath hitched as he nudged at her entrance, and when he pushed into her, they both let out a gasp—surprise and pleasure all at once. He moved slowly at first, trying to remind himself to be gentle, to be soft. But he couldn’t hold back. Not with her. He wanted to feel her completely, to lose himself in her warmth.
Her moans grew louder as he quickened his pace, the sound of his body moving against hers driving him to the edge. She arched beneath him, her breasts rising and falling with each thrust, and he was lost—growling low in his throat, forgetting everything but this moment, this need.
Her legs wrapped around his waist as he pounded into her, harder now, his humanity slipping away. And then, he felt her tighten around him, her body trembling with the release he had been chasing.
With her eyes closed, he wondered for a moment if she was thinking of somebody else, of him or the man that awaited her back home.
But Ellie whispered his name in a breathless gasp, and it was all he needed. He followed her over the edge, spilling into her with a moan, his body shaking from the force of it.
For a moment, the world stood still.
As the last waves of pleasure faded, Remus pulled away, his mind reeling. What had he done? His heart pounded in his chest, guilt flooding him as he ran a trembling hand over his face. He wasn’t meant for this—not with her. Not with Ellie. Not with the woman who had once belonged with his best friend.
Eliana leaned into him, resting her head on his shoulder, her voice soft and broken. “I would have loved you so much, Remus… if I hadn’t loved him.”
“I know,” he whispered, his chest tight.
Her words hit him harder than he expected, words he had longed to hear but never allowed himself to hope for. He had known, from the moment they met, that she would always belong to Sirius and Sirius to her. But to hear her say it—it tore him apart.
“In another life, maybe,” she murmured, pressing a kiss to his shoulder.
He let out a bitter chuckle. “Maybe.”
“I wanted this,” she said, her voice trembling. “I hope you did too.”
He looked at her, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. She was beautiful, even in her sadness. But it wasn’t him she loved. It never would be.
“I wish it had been you,” she whispered, her voice cracking.
“But it’s him,” he replied.
“It’s always going to be him,” she whispered with a trembling voice.
He nodded, understanding in the pit of his stomach. “I get it.”
Ellie touched his face, her thumb brushing against his cheek. “But that doesn’t mean I don’t love you. You deserve to be loved, Remus, if only you could see yourself the way I see you.”
Remus closed his eyes, fighting back the tears. It was selfish to want more from her, to ask her to stay. He knew that now. He’d never have her fully, but this—this was something. Wasn’t it better than nothing?
“One day, you’ll meet someone,” she said softly. “Someone who will love you completely, without fear or hesitation. Please, don’t push them away when you do.”
He let out a hollow laugh, the same words James had told him countless times. It had never felt true, and it didn’t now. No one would accept him, not as he was. But he nodded, if only to make her stop crying.
Ellie kissed him once more, her lips lingering for a moment longer than before. “I don’t think our paths will cross again,” she whispered, tears spilling down her face. “It’s better this way.”
Remus shook his head, his heart aching. His eyes pleaded with her. “This is goodbye, then,” he said, his voice breaking.
She nodded. “This is goodbye.”
Defeated, Remus rested his head against the cushion, his eyelids growing heavier with each passing second. The weight of exhaustion settled over him like a thick blanket. He felt her arms around him, warm and familiar, offering a fleeting comfort. Ellie’s embrace tightened gently, and she pressed a soft kiss against his cheek, lingering just long enough for him to feel the warmth of her breath on his skin.
For a moment, the world seemed to quiet, and he let himself sink into that small, stolen tenderness—something he knew would soon slip away.
“I’m sorry you lost the love of your life,” he said, the words catching in his throat.
Remus quietly surrendered to the sleep that had been tugging at him for too long, its embrace pulling him deeper into a long-overdue rest. As the weight of consciousness slipped away, he felt himself sinking, drifting into the quiet abyss where exhaustion finally gave way to peace.
When Remus woke the next morning, soft sunlight filtered through the window, casting a golden glow across the room. The duvet from the bedroom had been gently draped over him, a small gesture of care left in the silence. The apartment was still, empty.
Ellie was gone.
Rising slowly, he walked to the kitchen, where a folded note lay beside an envelope. His chest tightened as he opened it, reading the words in her familiar handwriting:
“You’re sorry I’ve lost the love of my life, Remus. But I’m sorry you haven’t met yours.”
He hesitated before opening the envelope. Inside, the key to the flat rested, cold and waiting. Etched into its surface was a single word: "Yet."

His dark eyes.
Tom Riddle x reader, might delete.
Part 2
warning: obsession, angsty, mentions of death, tom being up for no good. tom being tom basically. short.
'The perfect couple' you were told by your classmates and even teachers when you walked down the halls.
Tom and you had started dating three months ago, three months ago when you declared your love to him and he with an expressionless face told you to date. At that moment, you were very happy, feeling like it was the best day of your life. You were sure many girls wished that they were you.
Before that, you looked at him from a distance, wondering why he stood out among the others. Little by little you realized that his presence invaded your senses, clouded your vision, and innumerable thoughts about him blocked your normal ideas.
The moment he said yes, you got really excited. He was beautiful, with those almost black eyes that looked at you intensely, with black hair that was styled in a very elegant way, and with an intelligence superior to the others.
You still remembered the first month of the relationship, those vacations he spent at Hogwarts since he didn't want to go back to that orphanage where he grew up. You convinced your parents to go on holiday to England alone, after all you went there every summer, and what better time to be with your boyfriend than on holiday.
In the afternoon you found a way to enter his room without some nosy coming, you sat on his bed while he was sitting studying some things. He had many papers on the desk, all neatly arranged by category. He hadn't even flinched at your presence, as if he was something routine. You got up from the bed and proceeded to approach him.
“What are you doing studying? It's the holidays, there are no subjects to study.” You put your hands on his shoulders.
“There is always something to study, wisdom is eternal.” he muttered, as if the words coming out of his mouth were normal for boys still going to Hogwarts. You tried to talk to him a few more times, and each time he found an excuse to answer you curtly but calmly.
You were like this all month, until he confronted you near the ladies' room.
“Look, I'll tell you a few things and I want you to listen carefully. I don't have time for you all the time.” Silence. Silence is what there was when he whispered those words to you.
You waited for that to be all, but he continued. “I don't want you there all the time, either. I thought it would be enough for me to say that I was your boyfriend and to talk to you. But no, it doesn't seem to be enough. This alliance suits us both. You, because you want to be with me and me, because it keeps the professor distracted, who thinks I don't feel anything. So, tell me once and for all if you want to continue.” You were paralysed, until you let your heart win, and you decided that yes, you were going to continue. “I'm surprised you don't cry. At least that's a change.” Yes, you too were surprised that you didn't cry. You had the feeling of crying the whole day, wondering how to hold back the tears and make the words come out.
Tom never specified which teacher thought he didn't feel anything, but after dating him for three months, you came to the conclusion that that professor, whoever they were, was right, Tom doesn't feel.
Now you walked with him through the halls, letting his henchmen (whom he called friends in front of the others, or well, they claimed to be his friends) were a few steps away from you. You didn't talk to Tom. The both of you exchanged the odd word from time to time, just to avoid suspicion.
You used to be unable to keep your feelings, but now you have your hiding place. Behind Tom's back, you had started dating Simon Buxton, from Gryffindor. At first, you avoided Simon since he was always giving you hints that he wanted to be with you.
You were afraid that Tom would find out and do something to you, which was not a surprise. Sometimes at night you would find Tom reading things that were not correct, things about sacrifices.
But after a while, you realized that Tom really wasn't interested in you or your life. So you started sneaking out with Simon, that's what you were headed for right now, you walked away from Tom telling him you were going to find your friends, he kissed you on the forehead and let you go. The other girls around made cute sounds, telling you that you were very lucky, you ignored them.
In a short time you arrived at your hiding place with Simon, that place where they saw each other when they didn't want to be seen, that is, always. You found him already waiting for you a few steps beyond his hiding place, without waiting for him, he pounced on you.
He started kissing you and touching every part of your robe, you tried to stop him, since they weren't in the hideout yet. Without you realizing it, someone else entered the scene. It was Abraxas Malfoy.
He saw you and Simon, and he only needed to see them to go out and report the event to Tom. You continued kissing with Simon, you didn't know what was waiting for you.
-
You made it to the room after all your classes, thank Merlin that Simon released you minutes after you told him to stop.
You started to open the door of the room when you realized that it was already open, you went in anyway, thinking that it had only been your mistake. Freaking out when you see Tom, standing up, staring at you in the middle of your room.
“Tom, what are you doing here? Or rather, how did you get in?” You knew the answer to that last question, what you wondered was why he was there.
He completely ignored your two questions, “Do you know what would have happened if it hadn't been Abraxas who saw Simon and you kissing? Total chaos, they'd be out there saying that the perfect couple isn't so perfect. Do you know how it makes me look?” So that's what it was about, how it makes him look.
“I'll be more careful next time.”
“You are funny.” He looked at you with a serious face, he didn't find a hint of humour in it. “It won't happen again because you won't see Simon any more, that disgusting blood traitor.”
“Don't call him that! Besides, if I'm careful, no one is going to find out and no one is going to ruin your oh so precious reputation.”
“It's not just that, darling.” You didn't know why, but that flattery felt full of poison. “You are mine” he came closer to you as he spoke, “You are mine from the moment you first looked at me. I remember your face when I told you that I would be your boyfriend. You looked so excited.” he'd say with fake preoccupation as he touched your face, and for some reason you couldn't bring yourself to remove it, “It doesn't deserve to see that.” His face changed from fake shock to looking completely serious, the more you looked at him, the emptier his black eyes looked.
“Simon pleases me, he listens to me and understands me. He does everything you don't. I think you should find another girl for this.” You said with teary eyes.
“I don't want another girl, I want you!” He grabbed your shoulders and slammed you against the door, a few steps behind you. “And I have you, and I won't let you go. Ever. Do you hear me? Ever.”
----
You ate your food while you listened to the other girls talk about how tragic the news about Simon were. He had been missing since the day Tom threatened you.
Since that, Tom has wanted to sneak into your room to bite your neck while you cry over Simon at night, taunting you with small whispers, “Are you still crying over the traitor? Mm, too bad, I think you should stop thinking about him, he's not coming back” as his hands encircle your entire body.
At that moment you realize that the professor was wrong, Tom does feel something, the problem it's that it isn't love.
