Happy TDOV!!! Me today and yesterday, feeling like I needed to brighten up my clothes because I didn't realise 1) how many dark clothes I have in my wardrobe and 2) how much it was contributing to my poor mental health. I bought the bright yellow hoodie (it has cool holes to put my thumbs through so I can have the appearance of a fingerless glove), bright pink jeggings and (not in the picture) a neon green jumper with pockets. Safe to say, they have actually helped and do feel like me. Especially wearing alongside my quirky furry rainbow hat with ear flaps.

And I feel like an extra trans twink here. Queer femme boy in the public bathrooms. Love all you guys so much!!!

my final from last semester that i made into a zine. cooked this one up in a couple hours before the critique (the ink was still wet!), so it's very raw and kind of sloppy but the sentiment is there. i love you trans people of color. we are the backbone of this community 🌟

In these times visibility is more powerful and more dangerous than ever. Today is a day for showing up in the ways that feel most empowering to us, and for being visible for those who can't yet be. Trans lives are precious. There has never been a world without trans people and there never will be. Every day we survive is a win.

As we all know, this year the date of Easter falls on TDOV, so I'm sending an extra shout out to the trans Ex-Christian community today. Take care of yourselves today.
