Summary In July of 2023, Evie looked at a list of cities in North America and rolled a die. Just like that, she packed up her life and moved to Chicago, a fresh start. The 2023-24 NHL season started well for Tito; he did not expect the call on November 28th telling him that he was being traded. To the worst team in the league. And just like that. 10 months after being ripped from his home, he had to pack up and move again. To an unfamiliar city, and to unfamiliar faces. Which is why, when Tito and Evie ran into each other, quite literally, on Christmas morning, they both latched on to a familiar face. Over the next few months, they became close friends. They didn’t talk about the nights shared in Chicago clubs.  They didn’t need to. Because they're just friends.  Right?

Author's Notes: This fic was written for @bqstqnbruin as part of the Winter Fic Exchange 2k24 hosted by @wyattjohnston. It got so out of control long so quickly. I genuinely had so much fun writing this, it's basically my magnum opus; if you look closely, I think you can probably see my soul in there somewhere. Episode Synopses:

Blue Christmas Evie and Tito are both starting life anew in Chicago. It's an unfamiliar city with unfamiliar faces. They're both alone on Christmas. Maybe it's fate that brings them together. Jason and Alandra Dickinson are already smelling smoke from this fire.

I. Winter Tito injures his wrist in the first game of 2024, he’s out for 6-8 weeks and then his car breaks down. He thinks maybe he’s cursed. Evie becomes a shoulder to lean on. Barzy gets suspicious.

Pal-entine’s Day Tito returns her kindness by being a shoulder Evie can lean on when she is having a hard time after all-star break. She tells him it’s anxiety about work. He brings her a box of pastries and they cuddle on the couch all day; he doesn’t realize it’s Valentine’s Day. Later, a hook-up goes very wrong.

Four-leaf Clover Tito’s been playing again, and during his first stretch of away games begins to miss home. Well, Evie’s home anyway. When he sees her in the bar, he can’t help but show it. Barzy calls him out on his lies.

Evie’s Birthday Sometimes the music moves you. Sometimes the bass pounding in your chest makes you do things you wouldn’t do. Fuck it, it’s your birthday. That’s what Evie tells herself anyway. There are gifts given, but there are also secrets kept. 

II. Spring Tito tries to tell her— he does— It’s just he needs to find the right time, and something keeps coming up. Evie’s honest with herself. But does that even matter? Mat decides maybe it is his time to intervene.

Not Goodbye Evie realizes that her time is running out. To do what? She doesn’t know. But she has one last night to find out. That is until— Well. It’s too late now. Tito flies home and wonders if that will be the worst mistake of his life.

III. Summer They try to get on with their summers as if nothing is wrong, convincing no one. How long will it take them to realize they can’t keep pretending like everything’s fine? And who will finally take the leap of faith?

Tito’s Birthday Tito receives the best birthday present he has ever gotten: the girl he loves standing at his parent’s front door. It was never destiny or fate; it can only be by choice. And they’ll choose each other every time. Eventually, anyway.

FIRST CHAPTER

AUTUMN ARRIVED WITH A FLOURISH. The trees that were once painted in the finest of green shades were now adorned in a symphony of russet and amber, their leaves gently fluttering to the ground like confetti at a celebration of the changing seasons. Sunlight filtered through the foliage, creating dappled patterns of warmth on the car's dashboard. The autumn's embrace grew even more enchanting as the month of welcoming it is almost passing, ready to welcome the month of October.

Everything around you seemed to remind yourself of a person you had spent your entire life with. A certain fiery red head twin with the name of Lily Evans, now Potter.

Your hair flows with the wind like a flower that wasn't tucked within your headscarf, you're wearing sunglasses to protect your eyes against the sunlight. The music blasted against the winding road playing "Take Me Home, Country Roads" from the radio and falling leaves that made their way into your roof-free convertible. The air that flowed through you carried the crisp fragrance of fallen leaves, mingling with the distant scent of wood smoke from cottages nestled amidst rolling hills reminding you of a certain scarred Gryffindor.

The nostalgia of this season always took you back to your days at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Memories of walking through the corridors with your friends, casting spells in the courtyard, and attending classes flooded your mind.

As you drove down the scenic, tree-lined road of 1985, You couldn't help but smile at the thought of everything. The adventures were etched in your heart, and even now, you could almost hear the mischievous laughter and witty banter that echoed through the pages of your memories.

Years had passed since you crossed paths with most of the people from your past, except for the Potter couple. The memories of that time had become distant, with only the Potter duo consistently present in your life. The last gathering you attended was Lily and James' wedding, where you stood as Maid of Honor. And the latest encounter you had with them was last July, when you popped by to deliver a birthday gift to your nephew, Harry, the birthday boy.

When you arrived to drop off Harry's present, your twin had already been waiting at their front porch. "You're not planning to stay?" Lily inquired, a slight frown creasing her features. She knew well that her younger twin sister wouldn't be partaking in the celebration for Harry's fifth birthday, unlike the others who were yet to arrive.

You chuckled softly as you scooped up the giggling 5-year-old Harry into your arms, playfully tickling his neck. "Sorry, dear sister, but I've got an artwork I need to finish before the looming deadline next week," You replied with a mischievous wink. "I promise, I'll make it up to Harry next year."

Lily shot her a skeptical look, her eyes narrowing. She wasn't convinced by the younger's nonchalant demeanor. "You've been saying that for the past four years, Y/N," she pointed out, her tone wary. "Don't tell me you're still clinging on to the past about Remus?"

Lily's suspicions hit closer to home than you were willing to admit, but for now, you played it off with a playful smile choosing to ignore what she said. "Well, Lilykins, I would've been hanging out with Harry today if you didn't deny my request to take him with me for a road trip."

"I can't leave Harry with you for the entire day," you gasped, taken aback by your twin's lack of faith in you. "You spoil him way too often, and don't get me started on how you're purposefully ignoring Remus!" Lily yelled, her index finger accusingly pointed at you, to which you responded with a dismissive scoff.

"Auntie Y/N, why are you not talking to Uncle Moony?" Harry inquired with a sweet voice, making you turn your grumpy noise into a nice smile 'cause it made you feel better. "Did you both have a fight?"

"Who's fighting who?" James emerged from the house and encountered a duo of redheaded twins. Lily, pointing an accusing finger at the you who's hip holding Harry, turned her attention to him and handed over your neatly wrapped gift for Harry. "Well, hello there, sister-in-law."

You couldn't help but roll your eyes. "Aren't you supposed to be at work?"

"Getting into another fight, Slythia?" James arched an eyebrow, wearing a mischievous grin as he playfully addressed you by the nickname he had given you based on your Hogwarts house.

"Well, Y/N here is still holding a torch for Remus," Lily remarked, gently coaxing Harry to let go of her embrace, but the little boy shook his head, clearly spoiled by his aunt's attention. "And aren't your arms getting tired from carrying Harry?"

"Seriously? A torch?" You asked Lily with her use of metaphors.

James burst into laughter at Lily's words about you and Remus being in the same sentence. "Really?"

"Of course not, it's been years since I last saw him and I have moved on." you replied, though your intention wasn't to be humorous, the married couple found it hilarious, sharing a laugh. "I'm serious!"

"No, you're not," James countered, grinning broadly. Damn, this joke never gets old.

Lily pointed out, "It's been years since you last saw him because you've been avoiding him," as she took Harry from her arms and set him down, causing the young boy to pout, prompting James to scoop him up instead.

Defending yourself, you retorted, "I do not!" However, when you looked around, you couldn't deny how tired your legs were becoming, so you straightened your back and glanced at your wristwatch. "Would you look at that, I'm running late. See you!"

Thinking back, are you still really — you shook your head about the thought and looked straight to the road. Not a chance. You let out a scoff, "Please — it's been years."

You look into the rear view mirror to take a look of yourself and back into the road but suddenly someone emerges from the trees and speeds towards the road. You immediately hit the breaks in shock causing your chest to hit the wheel with force narrowly avoiding a collision with the person. Your heart raced. "Bloody hell — ARE YOU TRYING TO GET YOURSELF KILLED?" You pushed your sleek sunglasses up and walked out of your car where the person was crouching holding a baby sloth. "Sir, you need to look at me." Your voice mixed with irritation and concern.

When the man looked up at you with slight widened eyes your breath hitched. "Y/N?"

"Remus?" Your irritation turned into shock at seeing your ex here in this situation. "What are you doing here? Why did you — I could've hit you!"

"I was traveling, and I saw the sloth—" Remus stumbled on his words as he still can't process seeing you here of all people. "Wait — How — What are you doing here?"

"Wasn't I the one who's asking you that?" Your voice carried a mix of relief and concern.

Remus, still clutching a sloth in his arms, looked shaken but managed a weak smile. "I suppose you're right," he replied, his voice a tad shaky. He carefully placed the sloth on the grassy roadside.

You quickly parked your car, your concern growing. "Nevermind," you said, shaking off the earlier irritation. "Are you alright?" You extended a hand to help him up, realizing he must have sprained something during his heroic rescue of the sloth.

Remus winced as he tried to stand, clearly favoring one leg. "I think I might have sprained my ankle," he admitted, trying to put weight on it but wincing in pain.

With a concerned frown, you gently supported him and helped him stand, careful not to put too much pressure on his injured ankle. "Let's get you back to my car," you suggested. "There's a store not so far from here, I think I can temporarily take care of that."

And you carefully guided him back to your car, "You're a witch, Y/N." Remus reminded but you shook your head.

"I'm not a healer, Lupin, unless you know a healing spell for that." Suddenly, you felt like you were being hit by a stray rock. "Oh right. Ferula." You conjured the bandaging charm, wrapping them around his ankle.

Remus nodded, appreciative of your help. "Thank you," he said, his voice tinged with gratitude. "And thanks for not hitting that sloth. They're not exactly the fastest creatures."

"How could I not stop when you darted out from the forest, trying to take that hit instead?" You shook your head in disbelief at his recklessness. Despite your astonishment, you gently tucked him into the car seat and made sure he was securely fastened by the seat belt. You closed the door and walked to your side of the car and shut it too before starting your car again.

"I can do that, you know?" Remus stated about how you secured him with a seat belt.

You nodded. "I know." You gave him a quick glance, and started to maneuvering the wheel. "So, where are you off too?"

Happy birthday to Scottish actress and model Freya Mavor.

Freya was born in Glasgow on August 13th 1993, but grew up in the Inverleith area of Edinburgh, her father is an award winning playwright and teaches at Napier University in the city , her great grandad was also a very successful writer, O H Mavor but used the pseudonym James Bridie. He also was instrumental in 1950 setting up a college of drama which has evolved into The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Freya says she got interested in acting after watching the Shining aged just ten! She spent time in France as a child and was educated there and at Mary Erskine's in Edinburgh

Her first acting experience was in school productions of Shakespeare plays. She made her professional debut in 2011, when she gained a lead role as Mini McGuinness in the fifth and sixth series of E4 Bafta-winning drama Skins. She gained this role after going through an open audition process, with more than 8,000 other teenagers auditioning for the show.

Since starting out Freya has gone on to a build a career between France and the UK. She has worked on features such as L'Empereur de Paris alongside Vincent Cassel, and indie films such as The Sense of an Ending by Ritesh Batra or La Dame dans L'auto by Joann Sfar. Her TV credits include The ABC Murders on the BBC and Il Etait Une Seconde Fois for Arte/Netflix, her time in France means she is bilingual, always handy for her acting roles over there. Freya was last seen in another Arte/Netflix show Twice Upon A Time, a sci fi/romance mini series filmed in Bordeaux, Paris, London and Iceland

Mavor has always expressed a love of the theatre and made her own stage debut in London for the play Good Canary, directed by John Malkovich, where she played a drug addict battling with mental illness.

Last year she starred in Balance, Not Symmetry about an American student who is living a privileged existence at Glasgow School of Art when her father unexpectedly dies. She has also completed a film called in 2019 called Gore but it is on hold due the controversy over one of the stars Kevin Spacey.

Last yaer Freya has returned in the second season of the British-American television drama series Industry shown on HBO in the United States and BBC 2 over here. She also starred in a joint BBC and Canal+ historical series Marie Antoinette, for which a second series has been commissioned.

Freya also starred in a stage play, The Other Boleyn alongside the excellent Alex Kingston

According to IMDb she has a series due to be released, Invitation to a Bonfire and in recent news she has been cast as the female lead role on HBO’s “Virtuoso,” a pilot set in 18th Century Vienna, it follows a class of young musical prodigies from all over Europe at the prestigious Academy of Musical Excellence. Mavor will play Marie, daughter of a prestigious Catholic family in Paris and the only girl chosen for the inaugural class of the prestigious academy.

So, now that I've made "The Great Big Leoma & Alden Lore Post", I can go into Post-SDS/Pre-4KOTA Leoma Lore. Which is. Split.

I have a few different takes.

The original idea I had in mind when SDS ended

The First 4KOTA Leoma storyline I thought of

The 4KOTA Leoma Storyline I Ultimately ended up using

Now, it is important to note. I'm not caught up on 4KOTA. I only watch the dub for the sake of my Sanity and shit hearing and ability to focus. I spoil myself by existing in the tag, which frankly I don't mind, keeps me invested between seasons to watch manga readers and sub watchers go insane. But I 100% am definitely going in a different direction with Leoma and 4KOTA than canon, so. Take that as you will.

With all that out of the way, RAMBLE AWAY!

So the original plan is actually the rewrite I mentioned before and one I'm personally pretty invested in despite not having as much in mind for it at this moment.

Constant across all three is, a little after returning to Camelot, Leoma asks Merlin if there was any way of returning her hair and eye color to their original hues and is able to go back to having blue hair and pronouns, Silver eyes and sapphire hair.

Originally, Leoma helps Arthur and Merlin with rebuilding Camelot, and there's some slow burn between Leoma and Arthur over the course of it. Lingering gazes, sneaking away from everything to goof off a bit, tracking each other down to make sure the other has eaten/slept/etc, and just the two of them dancing around having feelings for each other because "rebuilding Camelot takes priority".

Eventually it catches up to them about a year after the Holy War and they end up dating. Arthur and Leoma decide to wait until Camelot is back up to strength to make anything properly official.

Together, they and the Sins encourage peace between their respective kingdoms and trade begins to take off between them. The roads between Camelot, Liones, Benwick and the Fairy King's Forest become the best maintained roads in Britannia; Each Kingdom becomes a hub of trade and cultural mixing and they all keep in great contact, so far as to reinvigorate how letters are delivered across Britannia.

Leoma and Arthur's wedding is the first major even hosted in Camelot since the Holy War and is treated as a massive celebration. Camelot's people and nobles all celebrate and the royals and nobles from every Kingdom Camelot has contact with are invited. The Sins all come to congratulate the couple and the party rages for days.

Leoma and Arthur were originally gonna have five kids, the fifth of which Leoma would be pregnant with during the finale of Tristan's birthday but I frankly realized when I was working out 4KOTA plot that I did not want to come up with enough names for that and they wound up with three kids. The kids were all meant to have decided Tristan was unofficially their older brother which sort of stuck around in later iterations of the story.

Gwendolynn Pendragon, who has orange hair like Arthur and Leoma's silver eyes, is their oldest, born two years after the Holy War which does make her the same age as Lancelot and Tristan apparently because the timeline is not consistent so I'm gonna MAKE IT be consistent. 4KOTA will be referred to as being 18 years after the Holy War to make sense as to why the protags are all supposed to be 16.

Their second child is their first son Ahmar, who has sapphire hair and purple eyes and is five years younger than Gwen. After him is Llacheu who has lavender hair and purple eyes and is five years younger than his brother.

Why the even spacing? Fuck if I know, I liked the age gaps.

I have some other bits I've been coming up with for this rewrite of 4KOTA but we'll get to that another time.

Plot 2, my first take on Leoma in 4KOTA which does share some plot with Plot 3, leans a little more on 4KOTA's current stance of "Arthur is the bad guy" which I'm. Not happy with, I will not lie. that is my darling angel boy who ended SDS with happiness and a support system and started 4KOTA with NONE OF THAT FOR SOME REASON.

So Plot 2 and 3 begin with Leoma and Arthur getting together just a little sooner than plot 1, like, maybe just over a year as opposed to being 2 years, and have their 3 kids. The kids are born in the same times just because I think they'd have more of a honeymoon period in the 4KOTA compliant timelines.

So during the 4KOTA compliant timelines, Leoma has a noticeable reaction to being in the Chaos Realm Camelot, becoming more and more ill over time as the Goddess Blessing fights against the Chaos magic all around. In Plot 2, she's less aware of what Arthur and Camelot have been doing to the other races, though she is aware something is happening and she succumbs to this illness just before Llacheu is born and falls into a coma. In this version, Ahmar and Llacheu are both sickly children who remain deep within the castle while Leoma's unconscious body is kept safe with a magical stasis keeping anything from making her illness worse. Arthur is frankly a little more unhinged here from some mad belief that Goddess magic is what took his wife from him, and not his own powers. Ahmar and Llacheu's magic is sealed away young to prevent them from undergoing the same fate as their mother while Gwen manifests Chaos magic young and aims to become a Chaos Knight to prove herself an appropriate heir to Camelot's throne.

While in Plot 3, Leoma's more aware and she and Arthur have a disagreement about everything Camelot is doing and she takes the kids to Liones where Elizabeth and Meliodas take them in. Leoma takes both her sons to the Celestial realm where the three of them recover from the reactions they have to Chaos magic while Gwen, who has no notable reaction to Chaos magic, remains in Liones. Gwen manifests Leoma's sword and armor magic first in this version, and grows up alongside Tristan. Ahmar manifests Leoma's summon wings and some Goddess healing powers and trains in the Celestial realm to use these powers almost as soon as they manifest. Alden occasionally returns to Liones to bring Gwen to visit with her mother and brothers, thought other times, Leoma is stubborn and comes to visit herself, thought she usually becomes ill again when this happens.

I have stuff for 4KOTA era plot, but this is all Pre 4KOTA plots so we'll. we'll get there another time if people like reading me ramble on and on for. Frankly way too long of a post, these take me hours to write

Pond's first role with GMMTV was a guest role. He played Non on THE GIFTED GRADUATION.

Pond's second role was the starring role along side his new ship PHUWIN TANGSAKYUEN and SAHAPHAP WONGRATCH aka MIX.

Pond's pairing with Phuwin was a fluke. As I heard it, Pond won the role of Mork (SUTTHAYA) but the role of Pi was originally cast with THANAWIN PHOLCHAROENRAT aka WINNY (he later played Koh in FUTS) and Phuwin was cast as Mork's brother Meen pairing him with TRAI NIMTAWAT aka NEO as they were "friends" in BL CAUSE YOU'RE MY BOY more or less boyfriends but Phuwin was a young teen then.

Director SAKON WONGSINWISET aka GOLF didn't like the chemistry so PHUWIN tested as Pi and got the role along side Pond. And LOUIS was cast as Meen.

Pond's third role with GMMTV was that of an Actor (a guest role) in OOPS, MR. SUPERSTAR HIT ON ME.

Pond's fourth role with GMMTV was a repairing with PHUWIN TANGSAKYUEN. Pond played Palm opposite Phuwin's Nuengdiao in their 2nd BL NEVER LET ME GO...he returned to the same role in OUR SKYY 2 (his technical sixth role with GMMTV)

Pond's fifth role with GMMTV was support role of Judo in DIRTY LAUNDRY. Judo was a dancer and a escort providing his services to female clients.

Pond's sixth role was another support role. He played Alan in LONELINESS SOCIETY. He played the little brother of two battling older brothers (one biological the other adopted and very mistreated)

Pond has his seventh role with GMMTV upcoming. Paired for a 3rd time with PHUWIN TANGSAKYUEN. Pond is slated to play Phum in the BL series WE ARE. Phuwin will play Pheem.

POND'S SINGING CAREER

Though not extensive Pond tried his hand at singing for the NEVER LET ME GO OST with the song ONLY ONE (Available on GMMTV Records) which was in my opinion a really good song.

He also joined Phuwin for 100 Seasons. And he has performed live with Phuwin and other GMMTV Artists.

WHAT an ending. I think they stuck the landing. I did not see the Ophiuchus Princess coming. Extremely Queen Nehelenia coded. I do remember a few years ago when suddenly the headlines were like "There's a thirteenth zodiac sign! It's Ophiuchus!" Technically I'm supposed to be one based on my birthday, but I'm really a Sagittarius through and through lol.

The ending also felt like a Doctor Who season finale to me. Everyone getting together, former enemies becoming allies, a universe threatening baddie who briefly gets their way but is then stopped by the power of love and friendship. I literally said "Oh, she's Sutekh! She brings her gift of death!" the moment Ophiuchus first shows her power lol.

And then Fuwa even comes back! Being something more than just the vessel for a ritual - very Fifth Element.

I also like how the final episode managed to fit in the "appearance of next year's lead Cure" and "timeskip sequence" at the same time by just making the first half actually a dream sequence. Hikaru the astronaut! We love women in STEM. Elena the interpreter and Madoka the space project manager both ruled too. Grown Lala has a cute hairstyle and Yuni and Eyewon are out here making Planet Rainbow arable!

I do have the movie and also a folder full of extras to dig through now, so it's not fully over yet, but what a great time I had.

In early 2020, @mystery-moose decided my cinematic education could no longer be allowed to persist with such egregious holes. He and I and @eponymous-rose and @silksieve and @fistfulofgammarays started a discord server to watch movies every Saturday night, and shortly after came @probablylostrightnow and @servantofclio and @jadesabre301 and @annalyia and @bettydice, and suddenly we had something like bottled lightning held in a jar in our hands.

It couldn't have come at a better time--the pandemic struck about a month later--and what started as a way to expand my our horizons has become a precious thing. We've watched movies together, celebrated birthdays together, and we've traveled together too, to Colorado and Chicago and the Grand Canyon and a half-dozen other little gatherings across the entire country.

It's not an easy thing for a bunch of 30-40+'s to get together every week. But we make the time, rain or shine, only missing one single week where all but one of us were traveling, and the joy it's brought me (along with the knowledge of the greatest movie of all time, Kung Fu Hustle) is comparable to nothing else. Today is our slightly delayed three-year anniversary celebration.

Happy birthday to Scottish actress and model Freya Mavor.

Freya was born in Glasgow in 1993 but she grew up in the Inverleith area of Edinburgh, her father is an award winning playwright and teaches at Napier University in the city , her great grandad was also a very successful writer, O H Mavor but used the pseudonym James Bridie. He also was instrumental in 1950 setting up a college of drama which has evolved into The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Freya says she got interested in acting after watching the Shining aged just ten! She spent time in France as a child and was educated there and at Mary Erskine’s in Edinburgh, her first acting experience was in school productions of Shakespeare plays. In he own words she says she has developed an accent she can only describe as a “weird mix of Scottish, Irish, English and French”.

Miss Mavor made her professional debut in 2011, when she gained a lead role as Mini McGuinness in the fifth and sixth series of E4 BAFTA-winning drama Skins. She gained this role after going through an open audition process, with more than 8,000 other teenagers auditioning for the show.

Since starting out Freya has gone on to a build a career between France and the UK. She has worked on features such as L'Empereur de Paris alongside Vincent Cassel, and indie films such as The Sense of an Ending by Ritesh Batra or La Dame dans L'auto by Joann Sfar. Her TV credits include The ABC Murders on the BBC and Il Etait Une Seconde Fois for Arte/Netflix, her time in France means she is bilingual, always handy for her acting roles over there. In 2019 Freya starred in Balance, Not Symmetry about an American student who is living a privileged existence at Glasgow School of Art when her father unexpectedly dies. She has also completed a film called Gore but it is on hold due the controversy over one of the stars Kevin Spacey.

Recently Freya has returned in the second season of the British-American television drama series Industry shown on HBO in the United States and BBC 2 over here. has just starred it’s second series Freya is also in a new film, About Joan, internationally filmed drama in several languages and the film Rogue Agent, based on the true story of the English con man Robert Hendy-Freegard who masqueraded as an MI5 agent, it's worth a watch, as is the movie My Policeman.

Freya Mavor’s directorial debut ‘Kink’, no news of a release for it, as yet, the film was also written by the talented Scots lass, with Mavor directing and curating the entire project.

I think the big difference there is that Audrey left when Chlo�� was little and only came back in season 2, so Chloé didn't deal with her much until after she came back, in contrast to Felix who's dad abused him his entire life for something beyond his control, as Felix was born out of Colt's wish to have a kid and it came at the cost of Colt's health, which he blames on Felix, but Colt is the one who used the Peacock and he takes it out on Felix which is unfair to him especially since if the Peacock hadn't been damaged Colt would have lived and Emilie would also have been fine, but that is entirely beyond Felix being a sentibeing.

Chloé got abandonned by her mother, but got to live the life of a princess thanks to her dad, she had some friends, got the love of her father, got anything she wanted, got away with tons of stuff, her mom just wasn't around caring much, when she comes back, she puts Chloé down just like Chloé puts down everyone else on live television and has a hard time remembering her name, though she also has trouble with Zoe's name as well it seems, yet she still wants her approval, and got shoved in her arms by Marinette instead of Marinette trying to tell her that Audrey isn't worth it.

Felix clearly has no love for his father, and even if he did, well he's dead now so no longer a problem for him, though it still left him a lot of emotional scars and baggages that will take him probably years of therapy to come back from, but his mother is there for him, even if she encourages him for some terrible stuff.

In contrast Audrey left Chloé when she was little, and apart from not being there and forgetting her birthdays, didn't seem to do much else to her apart from being neglectful enough to leave André with Chloé alone for years, and when she comes back in season 2, she doesn't pull any punches. But Chloé didn't have to deal with her mom for likely years, compared to Félix who's dad died a year before the episode Felix.

The abuse is portrayed a bit differently for them both, Colt was awful the entire time to Felix, while Audrey left for years and starts putting Chloé down when she comes back only it seems. So one had front seats to their abuse while the other one probably had radio silence for years until Audrey came back.

Like, child services would probably have arrested Colt if they had caught him, while Audrey was in New York for maybe what, 10 years or so, and André had custody and was giving Chloé everything she wanted, food, clothes, love, attention, toys, except discipline to overcompensate for not having her mother around, so maybe they would not arrest Audrey since she wasn't around and wasn't doing anything to her daughter, unlike Colt who went out of his way to prevent Felix from forming connections, on top of calling him a monster.

Their situations are different, and so is their abuse, and how they act today too. Chloé turned into a spoiled brat who got meaner as the show went on after losing her ticket to fame (the Bee Miraculous), popularity and being exceptional, going as far as making deals with Hawk Moth/Shadow Moth/Monarch/Gabriel and Lila. She never realised she was being used as a pawn, as she is too honest with her cruelty to ever think about subtility which they exploit for all it's worth. By end of the fifth season she had alienated anyone and everyone who could ever possibly want to help her and they all just get rid of her by sending her off with her mother, which was something she wanted 2 seasons ago but now will come to regret her wish as her mother is not happy with her and will control her life, while also having lost all her power and privilege, meaning her life in New York with her mother won't be anything like her life in Paris with her father, as her mother isn't the mayor of New York so she won't pull strings to get her out of trouble if she does a quarter of the stunts she pulled on the show. Now she will live with her abuser only and that's not gonna go well. But nobody on the show cares because after all the crap she pulled they're beyond through with her, and they still have Monarch to deal with even without her around causing trouble and making deals with him the moment she can't get out of a situation with her father.

Felix turned desperate to get his hands on the peacock and the amoks so he could be free, going as far as making a deal with his uncle, betraying the main heroine and handling most of the miraculouses, later came back to try to kill Gabriel and free Adrien, succeeded but had to bring him back, found someone like him and Adrien in the form of Kagami, fell in love with her, decided to tell her his history, then decided to help her to talk to Marinette so she could defeat Monarch as he knew who he was, while Kagami knew Marinette was Ladybug. It's made clear he completely sucks at social etiquettes as Kagami describes, and also feels conflicted about all the holders as he doesn't seem to have much faith in Ladybug and how she handled the miraculouses before losing them. Felix also has been freed from his abusive father a year before season 3. He now is against his abusive uncle who literally threatened him to erase him from existance.

But the point stands, both had horrible parents that shouldn't have been parents at all. Except one gets some sort of redemption maybe or will go goodish, while the other goes to live with her abusive mother and will probably be a wreck if we see her again in future seasons, if not even worse than before, or if that will have improved her behavior after hitting rock bottom.

The writers did a mess with the parents abuse and their kids.

You really out here backing Chloe then bashing felix? Chloe has been given the opportunity to change loads of times but she’s still the same old Chloe. Felix was severely abused and told he was a monster. I don’t condone his actions, but at least theres an explanation for them. If someone is told they’re a “Monster” for long enough, they’ll of course begin to believe it or at least internalize those words. He’s the perfect example of an antihero and he has far more potential than Chloe to become a better person (with proper therapy and support of course). Its been heavily foreshadowed that hes going to become an important character in the series and character growth is on its way. I dont think we’ll have to wait long.

I dont mean to come off as rude. Ive been studying psychology and abuse and i just really dont like the misunderstanding of Felix’s character in the fandom. I see him as a kid who has good intentions, but has a warped sense of justice. I think Kagami and Mari are just what he needs to set himself straight.

If you honestly think Chloe isn't sympathetic, that's your opinion. And yes, looking back at it now, maybe I did good too far with my Felix hate. Maybe it's as bad as Thomas's hate for Chloe. Maybe they're equal. However, my problem is how they basically point at him and go "BUT BUT! HE' S A SENTIMONSTER! HE'S A SENTIMONSTER! SO YOU MUST FEEL SORRY FOR HIM!"

If Chloe having a strained relationship with Audrey doesn't excuse her actions, why should Felix being senti excuse his? That's the question you should be asking.
