Just wanted to post about my two favorite ladies in gaming. Amazing how we can celebrate them on the same day!

I knew about Lara way before Jill. Not sure why...it's probably because I'm not a huge gamer ha ha! My knowledge about video games is limited but for the ones I do like, I know a lot about!

But yeah, I was a huge fan of Lara since the late 90s. Hard to believe they both debuted back in 1996!

I really regret not knowing about Jill Valentine sooner. Like OMG Jill... where have you been all my life?!? Oh and look! She's trending today! ❤️

She's so amazing. I love every version of her. ❤️

It’s her special day! 14th of February marks Lara Croft’s birthday! It’s almost 27 years since she graced our screens back in 1996 and Lara has been with us through countless games, films, comics, books, and more, and quite honestly there isn’t anyone else we’d rather go on adventures with.

Thereby, we wish a wonderful day to our favourite heroine and, of course, a Happy Valentine’s Day to those who celebrate it! 💋

“He’s getting up. Why is he getting up?”

“What do you mean he’s fucking getting up? I thought you just killed him?”

“I did! Fuck, Barty, I shot him in the head! ” Evan yelped into the phone, beads of sweat sitting on his forehead, now.

“Well, unless he’s got a skull made of reinforced fucking steel, he’s not fucking dead, Evan,” Barty scoffed. How the fuck did someone manage to bugger up a clean head shot?

“He’s… getting up. He’s getting up!” Evan was panicking now. How had he fucked this up?

“Get him again! You must’ve missed him. Rosier, fuck me, I can’t believe you fucked this up. Wolf is gonna kill us if you let a corpse walk out of here,” Barty said, and ran a hand through his hair, screwing his eyes tightly shut.

“Fuck me, Barty, it’s like an episode of The Walking Dead , help me! He’s fucking coming right at me!” Evan whisper-shouted through the phone.

The line went dead, and Barty froze. He wondered if he’d have to break protocol and head into the warehouse to kill an apparent zombie. Definitely not something he signed up for. Also, it sounded like something out of a fucking nightmare.

Barty heard a gunshot, followed by another, and then the rapid succession of two more. Fuck the protocol, he had to check on Evan. He never should’ve trusted he could do this alone.

Happy birthday to my adorable little Lara!!

She is 8 years old!

She is spoiled, yes, but she is the sweetest LITTLE BABY 💖

She is my pink girl 🩷

Little bit about Lara:

She was named after Lara Croft, and it fits her perfectly :3

She has a pink pacifier toy, that's also her favorite.

She destroys literally every toy she gets.

She loves to watch (listen actually) Riccardo's movies. I think she likes his voice because she would often lay next to me and sleep, while with other movies she doesn't do that. Same goes for John Wick movies, I know it sounds silly but I think she likes it. So yeah she is a fan!

She doesn't like going out. She doesn't like other people and dogs, she is a little shy and nervous. Only likes specific people and dogs that she obviously chosen to like.

She is a picky eater (for dog food)

She loves cuddles and pats/pets

She likes to lean against someone or something. Me or my mom or some of my plushies.

She has 2 beds, yet she sleeps on mine and on my pillow.

She is silly, she thinks she's a guard dog sometimes and alerts us whenever she hears something.

She knows how to sit, give paws, lie down and dance (jumping on two hind legs AHAH). She is just a little impatient because she really wants that treat.

One of her favorite words is "Bravo" because to her that means treat and that she did something good.

She loves cappuccino. The foam/cream on top of it. (She gets a little bit of it dw).

She will beg/whine for any food because it's Lara. It's the way she is. But she has a sensitive belly so she doesn't get what we eat.

Her zoomies are insane. Will run so fast all around.

She is funny and cute and I love her so much, I can't imagine living without her! She is my Daisy and I'm her John Wick <3

To celebrate not only the release of the Remastered Tomb Raider trilogy but also a very happy birthday (February 14th) to the queen herself Lara Croft! She's been a huge part of my life since I was little I'm looking forward to enjoying the remastered versions of the classic games! (I've already started that journey I'm in love with it so far 🥺💜)
