ground rules:

4) Content - I will not do anything I consider under the umbrella of general assholery - this includes racial slurs, edgelord bullshit, exclusionist jackassery etc. Please be kind to each other. Please let me know if I’ve taken a request that is some incredibly obscure piece of assholery, someone once tried to slip a really obscure antisemetic piece of slang by me once

5) Repeats - I keyword tag EVERY SINGLE piece i’ve ever done on this blog, if you think I might have written smth already but aren’t sure, the /search/[keyword] is your friend, check if i’ve done your request before

CARMEN SANDIEGO? In 2024? It's more likely thank you think! Please excuse the shit quality for some reason I wasn't allowed to upload the normal pdf and I had to upload a fucking screenshot???

So my friend convinced me to watch Carmen Sandiego and since he's watching ALL of Ninjago for me I thought it was the least I could do to watch four season of a show with a pretty decent concept but uh... yeesh, don't get me wrong the show is really fun but lord have mercy does it have problems especially the last two seasons which were just so wildly disappointing to me. It went from a show with an interesting look on morals to pure pro-cop and mostly black and white thinking so quick (that not mentioning the breaking up a found family full of people with abandonment issues) it was honestly just so disappointing so me and the friend who introduced it to me decided to rewrite it! (I will not be animating nor do I plan on doing more than MAYBE a comic or art piece here and there because my chronic pain ridden ass can not handle that much lol)

The main goals are to:

1) Flesh out characters that aren't Carmen and actually give them reactions based on their lived experiences and how they might realistically react instead of what the show needed to move the plot along

2) Having characters other than Carmen be actually relevant to the plot the main one being Chase Devineaux who we're gonna kind of have as a parallel to Carmen (trust me yall) as kind of a "What if Carmen didn't have her friends/family to ground her and fall back on" but for all the Chase fans out there (gods I hope there's some other than me) he will be getting a happy ending but bro is getting put through the RINGER first

3) Have both A.C.M.E (now standing for Administration for Containing and Monitoring Evil) and V.I.L.E be the bad guys. Also just as an extra bit of fun we're making VILE a full blown cult, they were very cult like in the show so we're just gonna make it one. Both are going to be very morally questionable and while it'll take a bit longer for ACME to show it's true colors don't you worry they definitely will ;)

4) We're doing canonical lgbtq+ rep, I know the show teased a lot of relationships and really only gave yall background gays not to say thats bad but we can do better than just a brief shot of a damn taco truck. I mean like come on in a story about a young woman going against the government for the greater good why not put some rep into it ya know!

5) We're making it light sci-fi, not like SUPER high tech but definitely beyond what we've got currently, as shown with Carmen's prosthetic, and don't worry I'm doing my research as a disabled person I know how it feels to be misrepresented or ignored so I want to make sure I'm being realistic

6) PLAYER ISN'T GOING TO BE A CHILD! I don't know if this bothered anybody else but to me it was really weird that this 16 year old's only friends were in their 20s!

Alright I think that's what I'm gonna say for now, I'd love it if yall tuned in for updates if your curious since this is a passion project for me and my friend and we're having a blast writing it!

Alright guys, temporarily bursting out of hiatus to talk about this show because DAMN if there's anything we know works in BL-land, it's like underworld AU (hello History3: Trapped and KP lmao), and even better if this underworld AU has like DILFs and two familiar actors who WERE FORCED APART in their previous roles and who knows if that'll happen again BUT!

Fan Zherui x Bai Zongyi: Fan Zherui, 25 years old, is a gang member who turned to the gangs due to family problems, and one day when he's injured, Bai Zongyi saves him, he falls in love with him and decides to leave the gang, but things go awry when his enemy Zhang Teng (played by Wayne, see CP 3) comes after for revenge. Bai Zongyi is a good student, your cutest boy next door, who is independent and has some PTSD from when he was beaten up in the rain - meets Fan Zherui and for once realises what it means to be loved, to have someone to care for him and more. TWO MEOW MEOWS?! Anyway, Bai Zongyi, according to MDL, will take the rap for some fight for Zherui, and then end up in jail, but then very weirdly the official description says that CP 2's Eddie ends up in jail for Bai Zongyi, I'm a tad confused but WHATEVER we will find out when we watch the damn show.

CP 2: ADOPTED SON OF GANG BOSS + CHILDHOOD "YOUNGER BROTHER" PUPPY

Chen Yi x Eddie (Ai Di): They both grew up together with Eddie as the younger 'brother', with Chen Yi being 'adopted' by gang boss Chen Dongyang after his parents, also gang members die to protect the boss. Eddie has been chasing after him for the longest time, and has a sad family background as his parents are druggies and he was only able to grow up well under the protection of Chen Dongyang, and he only listens to Chen Yi. UNREQUITED-REQUITED love, but Eddie sees how Chen Yi feels deeply about Chen Dongyang (I don't know what that means from the description LMAO like??) and decides to leave Chen Yi, and somehow get embroiled in something and ends up in jail for Bai Zongyi. Chen Yi is only just understanding his own feelings for Eddie when Eddie literally goes to jail DOGBLOOD MUCH?! Anyway they will reunite 4 years later.

Finally had some ideas for the gods in Wakfu (but modern AU)

1. Ecaflip and Xelor live together, is it chaotic? Yes but do they care? No.

2. Sadida and Cra actually have a flower shop opened in a nearby town Cra actually enjoys how sadida explains specific plants and sadida likes when Cra helps him with organizing.

3. Osamodas was a bit of a challenge to think about but I can see him opening up a pet daycare of sorts and you can often see some dragons working there to. (Sadly these dragons do not like talking to people.. for some reason)

4. Pandwa has a bar (shocking I know) and actually makes alot of money from it! Although she spends it on very odd decorations.

5. I like to think the gods live in the apartment complex of some sorts. I don’t know how to explain it but bear with me here.

6. Ecaflip and Xelor actually get along quite well. (As seen in some scenes and such) Xelor makes sure ecaflip is organized and not doing stupid things, while ecaflip keeps him in a good mood and such.

7. It’s funny to think some gods don’t really know how to fully do taxes so the best guy to go to is you guessed it enutrof and yes he helps the gods with their bills. Do you really think they are that responsible?

8. Sadida doesn’t like when people mess with his dolls (if you know you know) and mostly makes sure they are safe and sound somewhere.

9. I have a funny headcanon that eniripsa and sacrier are married and live a very happy life together. (I think this is canon)

10. Feca has a cafe shop opened near by as well, she can make a pretty strong coffee.. if you ask nicely of course

11. Sram is actually a chef and he’s very picky about which knifes he uses (he has like a huge collection he’s very proud of) I also believe he has such shitty memory loss that he can’t even remember his own name.

12. Sadida lives a very comfy lifestyle. Often spending time with his “daughters” so to speak, he is a very protective “father” and he makes sure they are healthy and safe (and Cra likes to visit Sadida every now and then and the dolls love her)

13. Xelor often times cannot sleep on his own, due him being a time god I can imagine him having a hard time sleeping or keeping track of time. So ecaflip has to basically knock him out and then put his heavy ass to bed.

14. Cra and ecaflip sometimes talk not a lot but mostly for beauty products and what works best with their appearance.

15. Sram has dementia.

16. Feca is actually very private and has a large shield collection in her house. (Don’t ask how she even got those)

17. Ecaflip is technically considered the 2nd most rich in the group due to him having ecaflip city and many other gambling companies. (Enutrof is not happy with this information.)

18. I have a silly little thing where Sadida actually enjoys Adamai more than yugo (since he yknow worked with dragons and osamodas at one point) it’s noted that Sadida ignores yugo whenever he can.

19. Xelor has an old clock collection in his room, ecaflip is not allowed anywhere near them.

20. Cra actually teaches archery as well in her spare time. Teaching young Cra’s how to properly practice with their new bows.

21. Sram can surprisingly describe how to sharpen a knife and if you do it wrong he goes nuts

22. Ecaflip actually paints his nails whenever he’s bored. There are times where Xelor actually joins in on this and they talk about their day.

Hope yall liked these! I was gonna make some insert modern AU shenanigans but I really wanted to do this as well! Difficult choices I know but a few people wanted to know more about the gods and goddess and how they live in the modern world. SOOOO ENJOY!!!

Yomi- 8/10 this one is extremely self indulgent to me because i think angry yuma is... really good. i want them to have nasty hatesex where they try to kill each other

Swank- 5/10 because erm uhhh. this has a very Specific appeal to me sorry. i want a lot of things to happen to yuma. swank should burn cigars on yuma's skin and then shotgun smoke with him in a seedy motel after yuma has made several bad choices in a row
