Sophie Munson’s Best Christmas Gift Ever

When Papa tucked Sophie to bed early, she was so excited about Christmas morning that she thought she would never sleep. But at some point while staring at the numbers on her clock, she went ka-poot.

She woke up once, just barely, when she felt Daddy kissing her forehead and saying something she couldn’t make out before she went back to sleep again.

When she woke up again, Sophie was full of excitement. Because it was Christmas! 

Except when she ran downstairs, she saw Aunt Robin and Chrissy sitting around the tree instead of her dads.

“Aunt Robs? Aunt Chris?” Sophie tilted her head, confused. Before she could ask where her dads were, they both swooped over and smothered her with so many kisses and “Merry Christmas!” Sophie started giggling and tried to escape from their hugs. 

“Your dads are at a very special place right now.” Aunt Robin said with a big smile. Sophie stared at her as the worst thought ever came to her.

“They’re dead!?” She shrieked. Aunt Robin’s smile dropped and her face paled to panic. Aunt Chrissy smacked her on the arm before turning to Sophie with a soft smile, “No, no, of course not! They’re just away to do something real important.”

Sophie looked at them before she crossed her arms with a huff, “Is this a grownup thing where they’re doing last minute Christmas stuff?” Then she gasped with a better thought, “Am I getting a much bigger present?” 

Her aunts looked at each other. They’re both trying hard not to smile for some reason. Hmmm, very suspicious. Aunt Chrissy giggled before she said, “In a way, yes!”

Sophie huffed again, “Well, can you-”

“Hey, Soapy Sops, do you want to open your presents?” Aunt Robin interrupted, waving her hands at the tree, “I bet you’re still real excited!”

Sophie was. She hurried to the tree and grabbed the presents. Most of them were from her dads, but she decided to open the ones from her other relatives. Aunt Chrissy recorded her while Sophie let Aunt Robin ‘ooo’d at her presents.

After Sophie fell in love with her new toy dragon from Grandpa Wayne, Aunt Robin’s phone started ringing. She made an ‘eep’ when she saw who was calling. She answered it and mouthed to Sophie, “it’s Daddy.”  

Sophie squealed, tried to clamber close to hear her dad, but Aunt Chrissy kept her away. “Shh, let Robin speak to him first.” She whispered and Sophie nodded.

“Steve! How was it!? Oh god, you sound tired. Is Eddie alright?” Aunt Robin’s eyes grew wide and bright at whatever Daddy was telling her. And then she gave out an excited scream and yelled louder, “OH MY GOD, CONGRATS!”

“What is it? Let me hear! Tell me, tell meeeeee!” This time, Aunt Chrissy let her free and Sophie tried again to get Aunt Robin’s phone. Her aunt nearly fell, holding her phone out in the air. 

“Wait, Steve-! Your daughter’s a menace, ugh, let me put you on speaker!” She tapped on the screen and then Daddy’s voice filled the room.

“-at you say?”

“Daddy!” Sophie plopped on Aunt Robin’s lap, happy to hear him again. “Where did you and Papa go?”

“Oh, Sophie, I’m so sorry we left but we have amazing news, pumpkin.”

“What is it?” Sophie’s eyes widened. Could this be the bigger last-minute present?

“You remember how we told you that your sibling wouldn’t be born until after the New Year?” He paused as Sophie said ‘uh-huh!’ “Well, I guess they were so excited that they came out of Papa’s belly for Christmas!”

Sophie froze for three seconds. Then she shrieked so loud and happily that Aunt Robin covered her mouth.

Sophie’s legs kicked back and forth on the way to the hospital. Even when she was standing on her two feet, she kept jumping up and down, ready to run to see her dads and brand-new sibling. That was how happy she was!

“Easy, Sophie.” Aunt Chrissy laughed, holding her hand while Aunt Robin held the other. “You don’t wanna trip.”

She almost tripped once they arrived at Papa's room. Daddy was already there to catch her and hoist her up to kiss her head.

“Daddy!” Sophie turned to point accusingly at her aunts. “Aunt Robin almost made me think you and Papa died! I was almost sad!”

Aunt Robin squawked. Aunt Chrissy covered her mouth with a laugh. Daddy just shook his head and tutted at Aunt Robin before he looked back at Sophie, “Now I know you’re excited, but just remember that Papa is very tired and babies can wake up easily. Try not to be super loud.”

Sophie nodded seriously. Then she was led into the room where she saw Papa lying on the bed, his hair tied up in a bun, with a blanketed bundle in his arms. Papa looked up and smiled at her.

“Hey, Sops.” Papa said quietly as he gently rocked the baby. Sophie stared down at her brother. He looked so small and red and ugly. Just like in her own baby photos.

“He looks like Baby Yoda.” Sophie said. 

Papa laughed softly, “He sure does.”

“Does that mean his name is Baby Yoda?” Behind her, her aunts cackled as quietly as they could.

Daddy laughed too, his hand on Sophie’s back as he looked at her. “No, we didn’t call your brother Baby Yoda. His name is Hunter.”

Sophie blinked, “Like the Pokémon?”

“Hunter. Without the ‘A’, pumpkin.” Papa corrected.

“Oh.” Sophie looked at her brother - Hunter - for a long time. Then she grinned with a firm nod. “I like it. Very metal.”

It was while she sat next to Papa and was allowed to hold Hunter that Sophie decided that not only she loved her brother, but this was the best Christmas gift ever.

Dabi x Oc of mine (Laviathan he/him 21-22yrs old)part 1

The L.O.V. Had been going pretty strong for a few years now and had gained some success with recruitment and all. Many successful years were set up for the L.O.V.. Shiggy had a big secret though… through the years though Shigaraki had a little brother living in the same room as him, only allowing him to go out of it at night and hiding him in the closet when people came in. He didn’t want people to know about him yet cause Leviathan (Shiggy’s brother) had a quirk that controlled many types of fungi (making him immune to their poisons through his immune system), Lev (Leviathan's nickname) didnt have great control of his power so he stayed hidden as Shiggy had asked him. Shiggy had just turned 25 and it was Lev’s 22th birthday in a couple days on the eigth...

It was Augaust 6th, 10:46pm

“Hey Lev, its past 10 now you can leave the room if you wanna, just don’t talk to anyone or get caught please.” Shiggy called from the couch, clothes strung across the room.. Lev stepped out from the walk in closet, groggily he rubbed his sore eyes. Shiggy looked towards the 6 foot tall twenty year old and chuckled rasply.

“Stop growing bro, your already taller then meeeeee” Shiggy whined sarcasticly and Lev smiled. He didn’t like to talk much, his green shirt was a bit baggy as it hung on his shoulders and his gloves a little two tight causing them to itch a bit. They were artist gloves that Shiggy had given him cause of his lack of control of his quirk. Levs sweats hung a little low on the hips exposing a very nice V-shape abdomen with little bit of his grown in platinum blonde happy trail showing off. Other than height Lev and Shiggy looked similar almost like twins, except Lev didn’t have the bad skin condition instead just a scar on his upper lip from childhood.

Lev gave Shiggy a smile and wave as he headed towards the door, scratching under his shirt.

Stepping out and into the room, Lev headed to the door and left silently, his bare feet enjoyed the cold tile of the halls, he headed towards the kitchen softly to made himself a bowl of cereal...

12. name of your favorite playlist? bro my favorite playlist changes so much. like right now i've been listening a lot to the state champs of what? (which is my complete works of sc playlist) or state champs but it's just bangers playlists because...duh. but in general i default to the LISTEN TO MEEEEEE playlist because it's always the songs i'm currently into. oh also lately i've been listening to men ain't shit.

The phone buzzes at the chime of an incoming text and slides off Stacie’s middle and her reflexes are quick enough that she manages to grab it before it slides off the couch as well, fingers unlocking the screen as she checks her messages and frowns with a Cheeto halfway to her mouth.

Stacie pops the snack in her mouth and licks her fingers clean, ignoring her show on the large television to navigate to her camera app to take a selfie. Her front-facing camera opens and she winces at the sight of herself, hair that had been previously pulled into a neat French braid now wild and askew and framing her face not in a good way, there’s Cheeto dust on her chin from where she’d been trying to toss them into her mouth, and her mascara is smudged making her look like a raccoon. 

She looks awful. 

Stacie immediately sits up, which already makes her look marginally better. She reaches behind her and tugs the elastic from the end of her braid, dropping her phone for the time being so she can use both hands to finger comb her hair loose and even though the braid Chloe had put in for her wasn’t super tight, her scalp still feels lighter with her locks flowing freely. 

Fingers under her eyes to wipe her smudged makeup away and to brush off the remaining orange dust, and when she lifts her phone again to look at herself, she looks much, much more presentable. 

She snaps a quick picture of herself smiling and shoots it off, ready to toss her phone to the side until she sees the bubbles with three dots pop up that tell her Aubrey’s typing.

Stacie groans at the sound of her phone chiming with an incoming message, rolling over and burying her face in her pillow while cursing herself for leaving her ringer on instead of silencing it like she she does every day before bed, and she’s about to fall back asleep when another message comes in. 

She cracks open an eye to glance around the small room, whining softly when she notices that it’s not entirely light outside yet and cursing whomever is up at the early hour and sending her messages. 

She desperately wants to ignore her phone and go back to sleep but there’s a small, niggling part in her that can’t leave it be, and the knowledge that there’s somebody texting piques her curiosity and won’t allow her to [rest] so she rolls back and flails for the phone somewhere on her night stand. 

She flinches when she screen lights up, squinting at the sender of messages and both eyes widening when she reads who the texts are from.

When approximately will the next sanders sides be out? Very good question! Uh, we are aiming this for a late September release, that’s what we’re all working towards.

Favourite musical you have been in or just favourite musical in general? This is really tough, I can’t decide. I’m between Rent where I was in the ensemble, Peter Pan where I played Slightly Soiled, which was just one of the lost boyos — boyos? Boys — and, uh, Into The Woods where I played Cinderella’s prince and that’s where Roman’s first costume came from.

Are you ever gonna due your hair purple again? I loved it! Yes! I miss the purple hair too.

Do you love me? *laughing* Yes of course! I do love me.

What would each of the sides’ reaction be to seeing the Grand Canyon? *speaking very quickly* Roman would be revelling that we made the journey, Patton would be marvelling at the memories being made, Logan would be telling you to look at these fascinating signs for important information, Virgil would be telling you to ‘get back from those cliffs!’, Janus would be telling you to take pictures to make it look like you’re next to the cliff, ‘for clout’, and Remus would be like *Remus voice* ‘you could push somebody and get away with it’.

How have you been doing, like really? Mental health is important as you teach us: I feel like everybody’s kinda struggling with mental health right now, especially people in the USA with COVID. Uhm *clears throat* for me I continuously struggle with the balance between work and leisure time, um, social media makes that difficult, blurs the lines, and I’m working on it.

Do you have any tattoos? Umm, I don’t, uh, I struggle with the permanence of tattoos. And like do I, can I, make a decision that I like? But! There are tattoos that I might like. Where I’d put them, I have no idea, umm, but I think like, maybe like, little stars!

When did you know you were gay? I think I answered this one on the last Q&A, but it was early. I was like, 9 or 10 at least.

When will we see Gavin? Gavin has started school! He’s back in his hometown, so I don’t know when I’m gonna see him. He’s still getting taller — I can actually include a picture of him that his mom sent me after he got a new little hairdo *insert photo of an awesome Gavin here*

Do you miss vine? For like, sentimental reasons, yes. Uh, I mean, technically it had its issues and I don’t miss being restricted to 6 seconds anymore *laughs*

What has been your favourite part of the day? My favourite part of today was actually... I came up with this last minute short video, and I got it done and I sent it to some friends and they really liked it. I have to save it until Thursday thought, but it’s just nice to come up with stuff that makes your friends laugh.

What was the inspo for Janus’ outfit? Ooh, that’s a really good question, uh... Joan had a vision in their mind for almost kind of like this early 20th century or late 19th century kinda Jack the Ripper vibe.

Any advice for gaybies to fit in with society? Don’t apologise for being yourself. If people have an issue, that’s their issue that they have to work through. Do not apologise for being yourself. 

What type of gay are you? (Math gay, plant gay, caffine gay, etc): Wait, there’s such thing as a math gay? I am absolutely that, and I feel like I’m just gonna be naming traits about myself but I’m a trivia gay, a driving gay, apparently a math gay, a Disney gay *laughs* and a theatre gay.

Not a question but I’m glad to be alive at the same time as someone as great as you: Dude, this stuff is really sweet. *laughs* That’s really sweet, umm, trust me, I feel the same way about all of you. Honestly.

Why don’t you own a doggo yet? I... went to Petsmart today - I didn’t get an animal, but like... I’m thinking about it and this question is like... hmmm...

I’ve run out of cartoons to watch, any recommendations? Owl house! Owl house, owl house. I just tried it, and I immediately got hooked. Infinity train’s also a really good one, duck tales is amazing, and I’m getting ready to start Tangled: the animated series, so *shrugs*.

What is Patton’s opinion on rats? *adorable Patton voice, slowly zooming in on his face* They are tiny little squishy precious babies!!!

How do I ask people for their pronouns? I don’t know, I mean, I don’t think it’s like a big deal? I hope we could get to the point where we could just be like ‘what are your pronouns?’ and then they would tell you, and then you’d just, you know, carry on the rest of your conversation. 

A circle has no bounds and it’s the same with your beauty: This is really precious, and it of course came from Nash (?) who is a poet, he published a lot of wonderful, wonderful poems on twitter, they are are amazing, and you are once again far too sweet, Nash. 

Dream role? This is a pretty broad question, so maybe dream theatrical role would be Sweeny Todd, dream movie role would be anything in the marvel universe, uh, really just give me anything in any voice acting role, *smiling mischievously* egg rolls are also really good.

Are there still plans for the Roman series? *nods* Oh, yeah, yeah, it was definitely hindered by COVID, uh, as was this Sanders Asides episode that’s coming up, which is why it’s taking longer in the editing stage, it is our, uh... strategy, for circumventing the obstacle, and we hope you like it.

Are we still getting an August playlist? Uh, heck yah you are! But honestly, actually, if you guys have any suggestions I should include in the playlist, lemme know! I’d be happy to get some suggestions - but yes. You will be definitely getting one.

If you were not a YouTuber, what would you see yourself doing and why? Uh, maybe putting my chemical engineering degree to some use. *laughs awkwardly* Uh, I went to school for 5 years for that one.

What was the first job you had? I actually worked as a page in a library! one of my fav ocs is a single Vampire dad. Hes about 25-30(looks wise) and about 300 in vampire years. Hes tall (6'2), semi muscular, long, black hair & blue eyes. 1. Do you have a good relantionship with your parents?- I mean, i guess i just a “normal” relantionship, sometimes we dont really talk to each other, but others we are together watching movies or playing games, so i guess is ok.
