since we're killing toxic masculinity eddie can we do social hermit eddie next..... he's literally the networking king and he doesn't even know it he just loves hanging out with people while doing things 😊 lafd's finest captains wrapped around his little finger. everyone* at dispatch is in love with him. (*josh russo is an outlier and shouldn't be counted as every bette davis needs a joan crawford to have a diva off with.) guys who play basketball with him are probably challenging each other offscreen to duels at dawn for the mere chance to be the one who texts eddie a reminder about the game the next wednesday.

something id really like to talk about is christopher's role in this episode. like we knew there was going to be jealousy about eddie and tommy but ive been wondering since the synopsis dropped if there was going to be any mention of christopher. and not only was there mention, but there was so much and it was so rich? buck worrying about tommy meeting chris and being replaced in that aspect of the diaz's life, "i don't think you should lie just to ingratiate yourself with a child", christopher's star wars rankings that buck clearly knows by heart, eddie asking buck to watch chris on karoake trivia wednesday, tommy bringing chris up in their conversation and making it clear that buck could never disappear from the diaz's lives in any way because of how much chris loves him and how obvious that is even to a relative outsider. like yes i'm obviously incredibly focused on bi buck and so fucking emotional about that. but the fact that they made christopher such a big deal in such a big deal of an episode for buck speaks volumes. and i'm just so fucking grateful to the writers for that because it would have been so easy to leave that out to fit more in.

LOOK HOW HAPPY HE WAS WHEN HE THOUGHT EDDIE WAS GOING TO INVITE HIM TO KARAOKE TRIVIA!!! FINALLY A CHANCE TO HANG OUT WITH TOMMY AGAIN!!!! HE IS LIGHTING UP!!!! and then 2 seconds later all his hopes crash and burn as his clueless friend asks him to babysit instead and he realises he's not going to get to see tommy 😔

Don't know if u have answered this before but

There is a lot of deer imagery in your art, is there reason for that? If so what is it? ((I like deer imagery myself so I'm curious))

No real reason other than they’re just an animal I grew up with!

When I lived in Texas there were thousands “wild” deer that were used to humans in the neighborhood I lived at and would come up to you for attention, which definitely helped form a connection/appreciation for them + I usually draw white deer because of the albino deer that lives on my parents property (there’s also an albino buck and two other albino does in the area, but I haven’t personally seen them)

++ My little pony is what made me start drawing and I never really grew out of the need to draw ungulates.
