His informants were only wrong when credits were on the line, and there was no price for this information.  So Greedo was really dead.

"Did Solo collect the bounty?"

"No."  The man looked annoyed.  "Jabba said Greedo's debt forgiven, working for Hutts.  Bounty called off."

"But not Solo's?"

"Not Solo's," his spy confirmed.

Fine.  He'd track the smuggler's last trajectory, find Solo's ship, and collect it himself.  

Paid revenge.

Han shot first! Here’s a specialized commission where they asked me to remake an older commission from my pre-laser days! It’s so fun to see how I’ve grown in the last 5-6 years since aI got my laser back in 2017.
