Hey there! I saw one of of your recent post that was an oc x canon thing and i was wondering if it's ok if I have one as well please

the guy is my oc he's named erik and the girl is from a visual novel her name is Tsukiko

(the picture provided is there full models plus height differences)

I also provided another picture of what I'll generally want it to be of since it's for Christmas

(Except in this the roles are swapped with erik leaning on her and Tsukiko looks happy)

tumblr annihilated the quality of this so i added a text free image of him so ppl could actually see him! the quality will probably hold up better on my FA lol. i wanted to use a text tool in paint or sai to write all that out but they were either crunchy or just straight up not working for me today

anyway i have had levels boyfriend-adjacent guy in my head for months (almost a year honestly i think) but i only had a fuzzy idea for his design itself in my head and the many attempts i made to just find smth by doodling weren't promising. so while i still think this is a little complex for him (probably kinda overdesigned especially cuz im still so pleased with levels design and her color blocking and she has a great 'looks more complicated than she actually is to draw' design to me) and ill likely mess w it a bit in the future, im happy with where i ended up this time! i have a lot less experience drawing robots than i do just normal furries so figuring out pleasing shapes, lines, and plating for more inorganic stuff isnt rly second nature to me, but i'll get there, and im happy with him for now :-)

one thing i was trying to translate w his design that i couldnt fit on the ref was that since he's level's mechanic and he also does as much of his own servicing as he can, i wanted some of their plating and (minimal) greebling to be similar. zag has some plating styles he likes i think.. i did want their colors to contrast but still look good together :) i had to fight everything in me to not make him just teal. i love you teal. level had enough teal in her design lol. zag got a greener teal for highlights than level's 'beachier' color scheme bcuz i cant resist at least a LITTLE bit

Amusing SVSSS AU thought I had:

Shen Qingqiu, the Luna Moth fae, with his Spider fae husband, Luo Binghe.

Everyone is super concerned about the spider thing, since spiders eat moths, and at least some arachnid fae are known to eat gossamer winged fae too.

Of course, Luo Binghe would never. He may trap his husband in webbing and bite him sometimes, but that’s for sexy purposes only.

As for how they met…

Luo Binghe is probably only half ‘Spidren’, the other half being some type of wingless ‘Pixie’ or ‘Elf’. He joined Shen Qingqiu’s ‘class’ as a presumed full blood pixie, and was often made fun of for his lack of wings (since the fairy ‘Cang Qiong’ equivalent is mostly home to ‘Sylphs’ and other gossamer winged fae). Shen Quingqiu dealt with the bullying matter by keeping him close and doting on him constantly.

Naturally some type of drama eventually happened revealing the whole spider thing, but Shen Qingqiu won’t hear of throwing out his precious boy! Look at these spider silk robes Binghe made for him. Isn’t he the sweetest! ♥

(Assume Huan Hua Palace is mostly wingless elf-like fae. Demons are fae with the attributes of various creepy crawlies: arachnids, other wingless arthropods, and some snakes too).

Birth of a demon is actually Canon currently funnily enough but no one likes to acknowledge that Bruce got resurrected by a pit for the same reason they don't acknowledge that cass was thrown in

warmup i had ideas ive never drawn them b4 tho <3 fanart for anything is pretty rare from me. averi gets credit for the schnauzer idea and at least half the poodle idea bcuz i went w labradoodle i liked their coats more than a standard poodle (poodles dont naturally come in their silly cuts obviously but i liked the texture and look of a labradoodle more).

i was gonna do a gordon setter w him but i didnt think he felt like a black and tan dog. irish wolfhounds r coach potatos and dr coomer just straight up looks like a bichon frise to me. i have no comments on the golden retriever it wouldve been cheating not to. most of these were pretty instantaneous choices. also using their shitty low poly models as refs was great cuz i was just like idk how ppl choose to color them so im doing whatever and hoping its right
