all ros have semi-long hair and potentially violent tendencies ( not you nyssa/nyala ily sweetie <3), what's not to love? but anyways it made me think, how would the ros react to a mc who wants to braid their hair or even play with it (cadmus: about to commit war crimes + mc: wait let me tie your hair so you dont get blood in it)

💀 first I have to address the words of that Anon. Did this little Anon just say they love Nyssa/Nyala? Anon don't be fooled by them.... they're a Panther in kitten clothe. Anon don't you want to caress their wings? 👀 it's white and fluffy you know?

For the braid ask...

Cadmus:

In the past, MC was actually Cadmus hairstylist. The very young MC, started out with doing small rope twists that made Cadmus looked as if he was in a rat fight. The servants didn't dare to laugh outright, but after they're alone, they would burst out into unrestrained laughter. The little MC thought they were really good, at braiding/twisting Cadmus hair. So they were brimming with confidence. Cadmus boast to his royal brothers about the MC techniques. Because of this, the emperor sent Cadmus a group of talented people, with a note. Do not disgrace the royal family! Naturally the MC heard about this, and was very sad. To appease them, Cadmus told them, he'll send them out of the palace.... they shouldn't be angry. In this life and the next life the only person allowed to touch his hair is the MC. So to sum it up, Cadmus would feel nostalgic. He'll definitely allow them to braid his hair as much as they wanted.

Anon, not possible. Their reason is simple. They're a royal figure. The heir to their father's throne. Their appearance must always be immaculate. So no..... now if you wanted to braid other places on their body, that is up for discussion. For the MC, they would grow the hair on their crotch, so the MC can braid it. 💀

Nyssa/Nyala

They're obsessed with long hair! As long as the MC allows them to braid their hair as well, Nyssa/Nyala would accept within an heartbeat. Even if their hair looks like a birdnest, they wouldn't care. They would parade around town with this very hairstyle. Nyala/Nyssa wouldn't be able to contain their excitement.

I agree his pyc hair was peak, on and off the ice. I have mixed feelings about his latch hair (although it does depend at what point in the season). I liked it when they skated because it was fun to watch it go *whoosh* back and forth and it looked beautiful in photos of them skating but off ice it was just too much hair sitting on top of his head or too much hanging at the bottom imo 😂 did you like his latch hair on ice, off ice or neither?

Aci, sci, nhk I loved it. GPF it got a bit curly and short on the sides. Worlds no too long and yes fun to watch T play with mid program but the pics don’t look great. (The longer phase worked better for prince than did latch imo). Off ice generally no it’s not my fave. It was worse I think when he grew it out after the olys.. the MR hair was just a perfect for the shape of his face, styled really well, worked for both programs..

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.

Tage to the rescue!! To answer the one person who asked if they would get to share the devil fruit power, hopefully this answers that :) only the first person who takes a bite of the fruit gets the power, so only Ace would drown in water.

So remember when I said this would be a 2 parter?? it’s now panning out to look a bit more like 3 or 4 parts maybe. Originally this was planned to be 10 pages but even with the hiatus I couldn’t finish coloring on time so you get the first half for now and the next half next week :) I think I have like,,, 35 tracked hours on this chapter now lmao

But since I’ve got lineart for the next half already done hopefully next week’s chapter will go quickly and I can build a small buffer and start to work on the week after. Do have some other AUs and thoughts in the works other than this comic but also internship has begun so it is back to the grind again until August

I will try my best to keep this updated weekly but depending on motivation and time I might have to start doing biweekly updates if I want to work on other art as well :/ but I’ll keep you guys posted! Thanks for your patience!!
