I was looking back through my '09 stuff because I absolutely popped off writing about them. On top of that they are so incredibly deadclaws coded It's actually not even funny how similar they are.

As always I fall back into the Hades and Persephone AU. It's just one of my favorites. Now I know what you're expecting because I've said God of Death Logan many many times hell that is something I am going to write.

But no Wade would be Hades and Logan Persephone.

hear me out. i was thinking abt agathario. like a lot. and i’ve been reading ficss, and i had a thought. agathario hades and persephone au. but rio is persephone. cuz see, she is death, but she’s also The Green Witch. She is nature and life and death in one. and agatha can be hades bc she killed a lot of people, so death makes sense.

however i am a terrible writer so please someone write this for me i’ll love you forever

Loosely based on the greek myth of Hades & Persephone, where Anne heads to the Underworld to get help reviving the Plantars killed by the wrath of Sasha, Goddess of Harvest. And eventually subjected to a devious pomegranate offered to her by Marcy, trapping Anne to her world.

The nymphs doted on her worriedly when she returned, bathing her body in the hot spring, brushing out her long rose gold tresses, trying to feed her the offerings the mortals had left at her temple. But Kore had no appetite for the earthly harvest any longer, for it turned her stomach just as the taste of Apollo’s mouth on her lips had.

Like wine too sweet, laced with poison.

They instead dressed her and left her to lay limply along her flower bed, the moss was soft and welcoming, but not a single bud bloomed beneath her delicate weight, remaining closed, tightly woven in on themselves. Kore was numb to her handmaids’ gentle touches, their soft words of encouragement, their comforting lullabies. Still shaken by Apollo’s words, his touch, his kiss. She couldn’t feel or think of anything else. She loved her nymphs, truly she did. But they didn’t understand. They couldn’t see the darkness that crept in around her at night nor hear the creature that called her by name in her dreams.

Tormenting her.

Even as they tried to surround her in a nest of tender love and reverence, she found no solace. Kore knew in her heart that something was missing… something important… it had been hollowed out from somewhere deep inside of her and she couldn’t find it… she couldn’t remember.

All she knew was that she was alone.

That she was still lost.

That she wasn’t home.
