Because, because... Crowley and Aziraphale both enjoy alcohol, but Crowley enjoys only alcohol, Aziraphale enjoys alcohol and crepes and sushi and eccles cake and tea and pears... Crowley's intake of gross matter seems to be limited to alcohol and coffee.

Which means that probably Crowley enjoys the effect these drinks have on him whilst Aziraphale enjoys the taste, and probably the whole sensual experience involving smell, touch, sight, and hearing.
